Abstract

Usaha kecil dan menengah diakui memiliki peranan dalam perekonomian nasional. Meskipun demikian, usaha kecil dan menengah masih menghadapi permasalahan dalam memperoleh modal usahanya. Salah satu solusi untuk permasalahan modal tersebut adalah dengan mendapatkan pinjaman dana dari pihak eksternal melalui utang. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaku usaha kecil dan menengah untuk membuat keputusan pendanaan, diantaranya adalah faktor psikologi atau pandangan pribadi. Namun faktor psikologi tersebut mengandung unsur “bias”, yang diartikan sebagai kecenderungan untuk melakukan kesalahan (error). Akibatnya adalah pengambil keputusan memiliki kemungkinan untuk mengambil keputusan yang salah atau perkiraan yang melenceng. Bias mengakibatkan kesalahan prediksi karena dapat membuat orang salah dalam memperhitungkan risiko yang dapat terjadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh behavioral bias terhadap pengambilan keputusan pendanaan pada Usaha Kecil Menengah di Industri Sepatu Cibaduyut, Kota Bandung. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan jenis penelitiannya adalah deskriptif verfikatif. Ukuran sampel sebanyak 117 pelaku usaha yang ditentukan dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin dan tehnik pengambilan sampelnya adalah sampel acak sederhana. Adapun tehnik analisis data yang digunakan dalam mengolah data penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda sedangkan hipotesis diuji dengan pengujian secara simultan dan parsial, dengan menggunakan Uji-F dan Uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa excessive optimism, overconfidence, confirmation bias dan illusion of control berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap pengambilan keputusan pendanaan pada Usaha kecil dan menengah di industry sepatu Cibaduyut, Kota Bandung. Namun secara parsial, yang berpengaruh secara positif terhadap pengambilan keputusan pendanaan adalah Excessive optimism, overconfidence dan illusion of control sedangkan confirmation bias berpengaruh negatif terhadap pengambilan keputusan pendanaan.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology in the digital era is pushing for changes in the way it works from conventional to computerized in the management of Clarification Minutes (BA) very helpful to companies, one of which is in the storage of BA through the Data Communication Network (Jarkomdat) application. The technology applied can provide benefits consisting of data security and cost savings. The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation of BA incoming letters, BA letter management, and BA Soft Copy (SC) letter storage using the Jarkomdat application. Besides, to find out how to report BA Hard Copy (HC). The method used in this research is qualitative research and descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used include observation, direct observation at PT Telkomsat Bogor for 310 hours, literature study by taking references from company documents, books, related journals, interviews with employees of PT Telkomsat's Dukcapil section, and documentation by recording audio, taking photos, looking for data in the form of notes. The results showed that the management of BA using the Jarkomdat application and reporting of BA letters conducted by PT Telkomsat Bogor in the digital era currently facilitates the work process so that it becomes more effective and efficient and the company's goals can run well.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the shares of Stock Index LQ 45 members that form the optimal portfolio when used Single Indeks Model. The method used in this research is descriptive method of analysis. Data used are secondary data. Sampling in this research is purposive sampling, Sample is determined by criteria that these stocks are in a row included within Index LQ-45 for the period of observations. Results of analysis showed that using Single Indeks Model are selected to form the optimal portfolio the period January 2013 – July 2016 is there is a combination of four stocks is a leading and shaping the portfolio. Fourth shares were PT. Gudang Garam Tbk (GGRM), Cenral Bank Asia, Tbk (BBCA), Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk (BBNI), and Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero) Tbk (PGN). Abstract

Digital tarsformation has become a strategic necessity for State Owned Enterprises (SOS) in enhancing corporate value and service quality to stakeholders. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the ASABRI Mobile application in improving the corporate value of PT ASABRI (Persero). Bandung Branch Office, through the lens of the SOE core value known as AKHLAK an acronym for Amanah (Trustworthy), Kompeten (Competent), Harmonis (Harmonious), loyal (Loyal), Adaptif (Adaptive), and Kolaboratif (Collaborative). The research uses a qualitative approach, incorporating direct observation and secondary data analysis from relevant literature and user reviews on digital platforms. Findigs indicate that although the ASABRI Mobile application has been downloaded over one million times, user satisfactions remains low, with 66% of respondent expressing dissatisfaction due to technical issues such and OTP delays, login failures, unresponsive features, and PIN memorability problems. These challenges reflect the suboptimal internalization of AKHLAK values in the digital service process. The misalignment between ideal corporate values and digital implementation risk weakening public perception and diminishing long term corporate value. This study recommends systematic improvements, including the optimization of digital infrastructure, implementation of Multi Factor Authentication (MFA), and the enhancement of technical competencies among human resources. Consequently, digitalization can serve as a catalyst for sustainable enhancement of corporate value within PT ASABRI (Persero).

Abstract

With the development of information technology can create an electronic filing system that is useful for storing documents in the form of soft files. Realizing the effectiveness of the electronic filing system, several aspects need to be considered, namely speed, convenience, efficiency and, safety. In this study, we want to see how effective the electronic filing system is applied to PT Konimex Solo especially in the Human Resource Department. The researcher used qualitative descriptive research. The informants in this study were the Head of Recruitment Administration Section, Recruitment Administration Staff, HRD Administration Staff, and Personnel Section Staff. The results of the study indicate that the Human Resource Department of PT Konimex Solo has been effective in using the electronic filing system "HRIS: Human Resource Information System". Abstract

On October 5 2020, in a plenary session, the DPR passed a new law, namely the Omnibus Law, the Job Creation Law with the aim of updating the old existing Law. The purpose of writing this journal is to find out what are the impacts on workers, especially women workers. The method of writing this journal is using descriptive method with literature study techniques. Following the enactment of the Job Creation Law, there are several things that are of course detrimental to various parties, for example women workers and laborers. In the implementation process, the Job Creation Law makes women workers uneasy. Therefore, the government should review this law which is considered imperfect. So that neither party will be harmed later.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic which has an impact on the establishment of the Work from Home (WFH) work system from Work from Office (WFO). The agility of the Pullman Hotel and Ibis Bandung Grand Central companies in responding to pandemic conditions by utilizing technology is carried out through the SARA Hotel Operation application which is used to facilitate the work of employees in receiving complaints, especially to the engineering department from guests and from other departments. The engineering department previously used the Work Order form to receive complaints from external or internal. Many Work Order forms are not archived properly so that the Head of the Engineering Department and the Chief Engineering find it difficult to report to the Hotel Manager or to the General Manager. The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and literature study. The results showed that the SARA application increased work productivity, especially indicators of effectiveness. The SARA application is also useful for employees, engineering department teams and leaders for monitoring and making real time work reports.

Abstract

PT XYZ is a company engaged in retail with more than 19 thousand stores, a number that continues to grow every month. One of the problems faced is the lack of efficiency in the process of distributing goods from distribution centers to stores. This inefficiency occurs due to new stores being added to the delivery route without optimal planning, resulting in wasted mileage and increased fuel costs. A combination of Saving Matrix and Nearest Neighbor methods is used to determine a more optimal distribution route. The Saving Matrix method helps combine routes efficiently by considering vehicle capacity, while Nearest Neighbor helps arrange the order of deliveries based on the shortest distance within the route group. This research succeeded in producing more efficient distribution routes. The number of distribution routes was successfully reduced from the initial total distance of 112.8 km to 90.6 km. In addition, there are savings in distribution costs, from Rp 6,808,200 to Rp 5,883,900. By applying the Saving Matrix and Nearest Neighbor methods, PT XYZ was able to save distance by 19.4% and reduce total shipping costs by 13.5%.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is considered as an important factor for determining customer loyalty. Responding to this, the present research has the aims to develop a model which describes the factors that affect costumer satisfaction of services quality which performed by students in an internship programme, especially at D-III Logistic Administration Programme of Polytechnic Pos Indonesia and to identify the influence of service quality toward the image of Polytechnic Pos Indonesia. Method of collecting data was done through distributing questionnaires to 99 respondents. Research model testing was conducted using the approach of partial least Square (PLS). The result of this research shows that service quality construct significantly influenced both of customer satisfaction and image of Polytechnic Pos Indonesia. While, image of Polytechnic Pos Indonesia is not significantly influenced by customer satisfaction. Keywords: customer satisfaction, image, internship programme, service quality.

Abstract

The rapid of fashion industry in Indonesia has created intense competition among the fashion industry players and attracted. One of the fashion is genuine leather handbag product. The manufacture of the leather bag in Indonesia is Abekani. These handmade products are in great demand because they have high quality and unique in their way of buying, namely through a closed group on Facebook. The rules made make group members loyal to Abekani products. Brand loyalty shows the existence of customer ties with certain brands marked by repeated purchases from customers. The concept of BRQ (Brand Relationship Quality) is a strategy that can be used by a brand to maintain and improve relationships with customers to remain on the brand so as to create brand loyalty. Based on the phenomenon of the unique way of buying Abekani products, makes consumers loyal to the brand and the existence of previous research on Brand Relationship Quality, with respondents being leather bag lovers in Solo with a sample of 36 with a purposive sampling .The analysis uses SPSS 24 for simple regression and the result is the Brand Relationship Quality strategy has a positive effect on Brand Loyalty Abekani Products.
