Abstract

ABSTRACT Borma is a retail business that is very popular with the people of Bandung. Proven by the interest of buying consumers in Borma that can be demonstrated by the number of increasing visitor numbers. There are several factors that affect the buying interest between store atmosphere, product assortment and buying interest. This research aims to determine the influence of store atmosphere, product assortment, and price in a partial and simultaneous interest in Borma Bandung City. The study uses quantitative descriptive research methods and multiple regression analyses. Sampling is done by non-probability sampling method, with the number of respondents in the study is a consumer who has been shopping directly in Borma Bandung City. With the number of respondents as many as 100 people meet the population criteria. Based on the results of the descriptive analysis known that the store atmosphere is in good category with a value of 79.73%, product assortment is in good category with a value of 79.80%, price is in good category with a value of 83.75% and buy interest are in good category with a value of 81.35%. Based on simultaneous hypothesis testing results, and partial store atmosphere, product assortment and price significantly influence the interest of buying in Borma of Bandung City. The coefficient of determination of the determination test shows an influential R Square value of 53.5% while the remaining 46.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Partially obtained that the variable store atmosphere, product assortment, and price each has an effect of 10.2%, 13.2% and 30% against the interest of buying in Borma di City of Bandung. The advice in this research is Borma Bandung City should re-evaluate the unique criteria for store atmosphere, relationship between products in product assortment, pay attention to the quality of the supplier at the price and have an official account to Interest. Abstract

Service quality is one of the important factors that the company provides to customers to meet customer needs and make customers loyal to the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of service on customer loyalty at PT JKS Realty Bandung. PT JKS Realty provides four-star hotel-class apartment facilities that are fast in responding to problems faced by customers and create customer loyalty programs through cashback programs, co-branding, discounts, and privilege programs so that loyal customers can be seen from repeat purchases from repeat customers. have more than 1 unit of which 96 people. Loyalty will provide more benefits for the company's business continuity because the customer has experienced one of the products or services of the company. The research method uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques through observation and secondary data. The results of this study indicate the existence of customer loyalty to the company because the quality of service provided by the company meets customer needs.

Abstract

The development of information technology nowadays encourages users to use the software appropriately so that commercial software can be maximally empowered that contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the job. To support its work, users use Microsoft's Microsof Excel Office Automation System worksheet commonly used by end users for clerical, repetitive and independent work. Microsoft Excel applications are generally used for office worker, clerical computation and users generally use only a portion of the features of some features owned by the application. In this case, the user can maximize the ability of Excel by creating an interactive pseudo database using only Microsoft Excel, so users can organize data with automated database schema. Abstract

PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan agregator logistik dan gudang yang khusus pada layanan pengiriman barang dan sewa gudang, telah memiliki lebih dari 300 gudang yang tersebar di 35 kota di Indonesia. Salah satu mitranya yaitu Klien X, merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang peralatan rumah tangga, furnitur, dan barang elektronik. Klien X mengandalkan layanan PT XYZ untuk mengelola operasional gudangnya secara efisien. Pada penempatan tata leta gudang di PT XYZ dinilai kurang efektif karena masih menggunakan randomize storage. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkategorikan kelas SKU serta zona lokasi pada tata letak gudang PT XYZ melalui analisis ABC. Klasifikasi didasarkan pada frekuensi perpindahan barang inbound (palet masuk) maupun outbound (palet keluar), serta rata-rata permintaan barang. Data untuk analisis diekstraksi dari 3 bulan terakhir, menggunakan Simple Moving Average. Rangkaian produk Klien X yang beragam terbagi dalam tiga kategori: barang jadi, perakitan, dan elektronik, yang masing-masing menggunakan metode penyimpanan khusus. Persediaan terdiri dari 22 SKU, dengan 8 di antaranya termasuk dalam kategori barang yang bergerak cepat, 6 di antaranya dikategori barang yang bergerak sedang, dan 8 lainnya dikategorikan sebagai barang yang bergerak lambat. Di antara 22 SKU, kode barang 1692 muncul sebagai yang paling dinamis, menyaksikan pergerakan signifikan sebanyak 12 palet dalam 3 bulan terakhir. Penelitian ini mempelajari cara mengoptimalkan tata letak gudang Klien X, meningkatkan efisiensi untuk kesuksesan yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This research is aimed to find out the influence of recruitment toward the performance of the non-medical employee in Pindad General Hospital Bandung. We use quantitative method in this research, and the data collecting method we use observation, questionnaire, interview, documentation study and literature review. The number of population is ten respondents consisted of Head of Non-Medical Employee Affairs and Head of Non-Medical Employee Section, and sample use in this research is Saturation Sampling. The calcuration result of correlation test provides correlation coefficient as much as 0.531 which means that the level of relation strengh (correlation) is between 0.51-0.57 or strongly related. This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment on the performance of non-medical employees at Pindad Bandung General Hospital. The type of research used is quantitative methods and data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires, interviews, study documentation and literature. The total population is 10 (ten) respondents, namely the head of affairs (Kaur) and the head of the field (Kabid) of non-medical employees, the entire population is sampled then the sampling technique uses saturated sampling. Based on the result of this research, we provide these suggestions : 1) Finding out the employee that has appropriate education level with the position needed, 2) Using the various media to display job vacancy advertisement, 3) Increasing the supervision in academic test, 4) Addition of employee in Human Capital for personnel and education training division. Abstract

This practical work report entitled "Review of Employee Leave Application Using Human Resource Information System (HRIS) at PT Pindad", with the background that PT Pindad is an industrial and manufacturing company engaged in the manufacture of rapidly developing military and commercial products in Indonesia requires efficient management systems in various fields. The focus of this research is how to implement employee leave applications using the HRIS application at PT Pindad Bandung. The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation of employee leave applications at PT Pindad. In addition, to find out how to implement the theory of the implementation of leave such as filing to the filing of leave letters in the company. This research is a field research (field research) conducted at PT Pindad for 300 hours. Primary data were obtained from direct observations at PT Pindad, while secondary data were obtained from books, documents and articles relating to the research discussion. The results of this study indicate that there is already a match between theory and practice in filing leave and filing leave letters at PT Pindad. The implementation of leave has paid attention to the principles of effective and efficient by maximizing technology in the form of HRIS application. This was done to streamline time and to make recording easier. The system in the HRIS application also provides employee data reports on leave systematically by date. Making it easier to obtain employee data on leave. In order to avoid accumulation of employee leave requests.

Abstract

Intention in visiting tourist attractions can be increased by doing promotions. In addition to promotion, through the information media used, it must be able to meet customer needs. One of the effective information media that can be used is a catalog. The purpose of this paper is to find out the manufacture of a photography catalog book that contains information and photos of the products or services offered. The method used by the author in making this catalog book project is the glass box method, which starts from problem identification, concept development, design, testing and printing, editing, material searching, improvement and distribution. In addition, qualitative methods through in-depth interviews were conducted. The results of the design resulted in a printed version of the photography catalog book and a digital version. The feedback of the printed version of the photography catalog book shows that the catalog book facilitates the dissemination of information, the design is good, complete and able to explain the information needed, while the feedback on the digital version shows that the number of people who clicked on the catalog fluctuated.

Abstract

Telemarketing merupakan salah satu bentuk pemasaran yang memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap perusahaan jasa keuangan pada saat ini. Salah satu upaya menarik calon pelanggan dalam menggunakan produk jasa keuangan adalah bagaimana telemarketer menawarkan serta menciptakan persepsi baik pada perusahaan jasa keuangan sehingga akan menciptakan kepercayaan bagi konsumen, yang kemudian akan meningkatkan minat menggunakan jasa keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh telemarketing terhadap minat calon pelanggan yang dimediasi oleh kepercayaan konsumen. Teknik sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu judgmental sampling terhadap 102 responden yang sudah pernah ditelepon pihak telemarketing. Teknik path analysis dilakukan untuk menganalisa data pada penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa telemarketing yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen, kepercayaan konsumen dapat meningkatkan minat calon pelanggan, telemarketing berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap minat calon pelanggan, serta telemarketing berpengaruh terhadap minat calon pelanggan yang dimediasi oleh kepercayaan.

Abstract

Environmental issues are getting worse and worse. Indonesia is the second country to dispose of the largest marine waste in the world because the level of knowledge of the community regarding environmental impacts is still low. This study aims to determine how much influence the green brand on purchase intention mediated by green knowledge in Nestle Indonesia Company. The research method used is a quantitative method with the type of research used is descriptive verification and the measurement scale used is the Likert scale. The study population was all consumers of Nestle Indonesia’s product at Bandung City with a sample of 400 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was nonprobability sampling. The data analysis method used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Data processing is done using SmartPLS. Based on the results of the hypothesis green brand of green knowledge has a value of 13,482 >α value of 1.649. It means that green brand variables have a positive and significant effect on green knowledge, and green brand on purchase intention has a value of 12,716 > tα 1.649 it means that green brand have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, while green knowledge on purchase intention shows a value of 6,853 > tα value of 1,649 which means that green knowledge have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the green brand in the good category, green knowledge in pretty good categories, purchase intention in the good categories, and the results of SEM analysis related the influence of green brand and green knowledge have a significant influence on purchase intention. Abstract

Employees are the main capital for company development. Company needs the best employee's performance to advance and achieve their goals. To support this, many supporting factors such as leadership style, quality of work life and organizational citizenship behavior are needed to stimulate employees giving their optimum contributions by finalize their work effectively and efficiently. This study analyzes the effect of spiritual leadership style on the quality of work life, organizational citizenship behavior on employee's performance. The data in this study were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100 employees of the Islamic Hospital in West Sumatra as research respondents. Path analysis is used as data analysis method in this study. The results of the study prove that: 1) the spiritual leadership style significantly influences the quality of work life, 2) the spiritual leadership style has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, 3) the quality of work life has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, 4) the spiritual leadership style significantly influences employee's performance, 5) quality of work life has a significant effect on employee's performance, 6) organizational citizenship behavior significantly influences employee's performance. This study implicates that leaders or managers can enhance the role of spiritual leadership to improve the employee's quality of work life and organizational citizenship behavior in institutions they lead. So that, the spiritual leadership will directly or maybe indirectly encourage employee performance improvement.
