Focus and Scope Jurnal Riset Sosial Humaniora dan Pendidikan merupakan wadah publikasi ilmiah yang berfokus pada hasil penelitian, kajian teoritis, dan pemikiran konseptual di bidang Ilmu Sosial, Humaniora, dan Pendidikan. Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk memperluas wawasan akademik, mendorong inovasi penelitian, serta memberikan kontribusi nyata terhadap pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan praktik sosial di Indonesia. 1. <![CDATA[Self-efficacy and learning difficulties are the basis of this study. The purpose of this study is to look for the relationship between self-efficacy and learning difficulties of Shiva Class XII Social Studies SMA Negeri 1 Juwana. In this study the method used is quantitative with a correlational type of research, the population in this study is as much as 150. The sample of this study was 124 students who were determined by saturated sampling techniques. The data collection technique used the Self-efficacy scale and the Learning difficulties scale.Based on the correlation test, a sig value is obtained. (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05, then the hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between self-efficacy and learning difficulties in students Kels XII IPS SMA Negeri 1 Juwana. With a correlation level if viewed from the Pearson Correlation value of 0.657 which means the correlation level is moderate. Based on the F count of 92,879 with a significance level of 0.000, where the result can be interpreted as less than 0.5, it can be concluded that there is an influence between variable X (self-efficacy) and variable Y (learning difficulties) with a percentage of 43.2%.The relationship between self-efficacy and learning difficulties possessed by students is caused by the lack of self-confidence of students in subjects. The acquisition in this study can be said that if the self-efficacy of students is low, the level of difficulty experienced is higher, then vice versa if the self-efficacy of students is high, the lower the learning difficulties experienced by students.]]>

<![CDATA[This article discusses violations of Human Rights (HAM) in the school environment. The school environment must be a place that is safe, inclusive and respectful of individual rights. However, human rights violations continue to occur involving several parties. This article provides an overview of the forms of human rights violations that most often occur in schools as well as the factors that cause these violations and their consequences. In this article, we identify several forms of human rights violations that often occur in schools, including physical violence, verbal abuse, intimidation, sexual harassment, discrimination and inhuman punishment. This research aims to determine various types of human rights violations in schools and their prevention. This research uses qualitative methods that focus on in-depth observations and reviewing literature and case study reports regarding human rights violations in schools. The research results show that human rights violations in schools can take the form of physical violence, verbal abuse, threats, sexual harassment, discrimination and inhuman punishment.]]>

<![CDATA[The role of social media for students, namely to improve the quality of student education, has become an important focus in the development of the contemporary education system. The presence of social media has brought significant changes in the way students and educators interact, collaborate and learn. This paper investigates the impact of social media in education, considering its positive and negative aspects. On the positive side, social media provides easy access to information, enables collaboration and project-based learning, and facilitates the development of digital and professional skills. Students are recorded as having used social media before entering college. They at least have more than one social media account. This research aims to investigate the role of social media in improving the quality of student education by analyzing how the impact of social media such as social structure, culture and interactions between individuals influence the learning process. The research method used involved literature analysis and case studies to understand the impact of social structure, culture, and social interactions on the educational experiences of TBI students. By understanding the social dynamics in the classroom, educators can adopt more effective strategies to overcome the challenges faced by students in learning. Through this approach, social media has an impact as an important tool in shaping educational policies that are more inclusive and responsive to the needs of diverse students. By examining the various impacts of social media on educational opportunities, social media can encourage the adoption of policies that are inclusive and responsive to the needs of diverse students.]]>

<![CDATA[. Pancasila education plays a very important role in efforts to achieve the national mission to shape the nation's personality amid the challenges of the current globalization era. The value of character towards Pancasila Education is increasingly fading, especially among the younger generation such as students and college students. The purpose of this study is to provide a clear picture in building the character of special students in the current era of globalization. The research method used is a literature study method sourced from journals, the next method is a qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation. The results of this study indicate that Pancasila education has an important role in building and developing the character of students so that later it will produce a young generation that is noble and critical. The impact of the phenomenon of globalization can actually cause the decline of the nation's identity, so it is increasingly important to include Pancasila education in the curriculum. This research contributes to raising awareness of the importance of Pancasila education as a means to strengthen and maintain national identity in the face of increasing globalization.]]>

<![CDATA[This article presents how the factors affecting family owned and managed businesses are examined and related to how the business literature develops. In addition, it discusses important patterns in the current literature and new directions regarding family business for future study. This study identifies the main research topics and methodical approaches in a systematic literature review to understand the family business. Insights about behind the historic changes and current directions and trends of family business literature are also identified. The findings of this study argue that the main cause of challenges in running a family business is sourced from managing the relationship between family interests and business interests. The key success factors are strong leadership and building a culture that accepts continuous change.]]>

<![CDATA[Uphill running is a training method that utilizes natural conditions or the surrounding environment in the training process. The incline of the hill, the length of the track, and the training interval are the main keys that determine the contribution of this training. The initial aim of the research is to determine the contribution of uphill running training to increasing VO2max at the Pesawat FC soccer school, especially at the age of 13-15 years. The direction of this research will be presented in the form of a detailed explanation of valid research data obtained in the field. The sample for this research is 22 players aged 13-15 years from the Pesawat FC soccer school team. The research stage was carried out by grouping the sample into two control groups and an experimental group after carrying out an initial test, fairly using the ordinal pairing method. The results of the calculation analysis from the difference test from the collected data were that the difference between the pretest and posttest was quite large, namely that in the control group, it was only 4.08%. In the experimental group, it reached 15.69%. This means that the treatment of uphill running training in the experimental group had a greater effect on increasing VO2max. In the end, it was proven that there was a contribution from uphill running training to increasing VO2max for the FC Jombang Airplane soccer school team.]]>

<![CDATA[The gap between awareness of integrity in business and lowering standards of behavior is growing. The implication is that the attribute of integrity is only given to individuals with morality that conforms to societal standards. However, assigning the attribute of integrity does not always require moral approval. This research aims to analyze the influence of a culture of behavioral integrity on the work environment. The results of this research can be used as a reference and reference regarding behavior integrity in the work environment. This research uses library research methods. The results of the discussion concluded that a culture of behavioral integrity had a positive and significant effect on performance at several institutions. A behavioral culture of integrity also has a significant influence on company performance. Integrity in the workplace has benefits such as maintaining integrity, reducing stress, increasing job satisfaction, and building a positive organizational culture for employee development.]]>

<![CDATA[A person's reduced ability to see images while performing daily activities or the malfunctioning of their sense of sight is referred to as a visual disability. Children with visual impairments are entitled to a supportive education that will help them excel in school. Parental social support can help with this. The purpose of this study is to find out the social support that parents provide to their children with visual disabilities to help them achieve academically, as well as the factors that hinder and support the implementation of social support. This study was conducted using a qualitative method, descriptive research type, with purposive sampling with four respondents. Interviews, observation, and documentation were used to collect data. The results showed that academic achievement of children with visual disabilities is influenced by parental social support, which includes emotional support, appreciation, instrumental support, information support, and group support. The development of academic skills and cognitive development is influenced by the characteristics of visual disability. This relates to the important role played by parents and SLB - A Pembina Tingkat Nasional school in educating their children who have visual disabilities. Parents provide information or advice verbally or nonverbally that has a positive impact on the action or emotional in the activity.]]>
