Abstract

This research delves into the implementation of integrated logistics networks in Indonesia, a nation marked by its archipelagic geography and diverse logistical challenges. Through a systematic literature review, empirical case studies, and rigorous research methods, the study unravels the intricate dynamics of challenges, strategies, benefits, and drawbacks associated with integrating logistics networks. The identified challenges encompass infrastructural inadequacies, regulatory complexities, and technological barriers, while strategies focus on public-private partnerships, technological integration, and workforce capacity building. The potential benefits of integrated networks, including cost reduction and improved customer satisfaction, are balanced against drawbacks such as initial implementation costs and technological risks. Real-world case studies provide tangible examples of successful and unsuccessful implementations, offering practical insights for stakeholders. The synthesis of findings underscores the interconnected nature of these elements and provides recommendations for policymakers, industry practitioners, and avenues for future research. This research contributes to a nuanced understanding of the logistics landscape in Indonesia, guiding stakeholders in navigating challenges and optimizing the efficiency of distribution and delivery networks.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of the digital economy network on the growth of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) operating on e-commerce platforms in West Java. Utilizing a quantitative research design, data was collected from 110 SMEs through structured questionnaires, focusing on digital economy components such as Broadband Infrastructure, Digital Skills, Online Payment Systems, and Policy Support. The analysis, conducted using regression and correlation studies with SPSS 26, unveiled significant relationships between these components and SME growth indicators—Revenue Growth, Market Expansion, and Employment Generation. The results highlight the pivotal role of Broadband Infrastructure, emphasizing its positive influence on SME performance. The interconnectedness of digital economy components underscores the need for comprehensive strategies to foster a conducive ecosystem for SMEs in the evolving digital landscape. Policymakers, businesses, and stakeholders can leverage these insights to shape interventions and strategies that support the sustainable growth of SMEs in West Java's e-commerce sector.

Abstract

This research conducts a comprehensive literature analysis to explore the linkages, risks, and impacts of regional financial networks on banking system stability in Indonesia within the broader macroeconomic context. The systematic review synthesizes findings from diverse studies, examining both positive and negative dynamics associated with regional financial integration. Positive linkages include enhanced risk-sharing mechanisms and improved access to financial resources, while negative linkages encompass susceptibility to contagion effects and systemic risks. The associated risks, such as credit, market, and operational risks, are identified and discussed. Additionally, the research delves into the multifaceted impacts of regional financial networks on economic growth, financial inclusion, and the resilience of Indonesia's banking sector to external shocks. The synthesis of these findings provides valuable insights for policymakers, financial institutions, and researchers to navigate the challenges and leverage opportunities presented by regional financial networks.

Inventory accounting system manually and by method physically counts the goods in the warehouse and then makes a report on the remaining inventory. while the inventory accounting system is computerized so the recording is carried out by entering data on goods that have been sold and goods that have been purchased into the computer system, then the computer will automatically reduce the inventory data available with data on goods that have been sold. The inventory accounting system aims to record mutations for each type of inventory stored in the warehouse. This system is closely related to the sales system, sales returns system, purchasing system, purchase returns system, and production cost accounting system. Abstract

This study employs a bibliometric analysis to explore the intersection of Islamic banking and sustainable finance, focusing on the integration of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria into Islamic financial practices. Utilizing data from Google Scholar, this research maps the landscape of green and sustainable finance within Islamic banking from 2001 to 2024. The analysis identifies core themes such as green sukuk, ESG investing, and climate finance, and examines their connectivity and evolution over time. The results reveal a growing emphasis on aligning Islamic finance with global sustainability goals, highlighted by the increasing prominence of green financial instruments and sustainability-focused financial services. However, challenges such as the need for standardized regulatory frameworks and greater incorporation of technological innovations in financial practices persist. The study suggests that addressing these challenges through clearer guidelines and enhanced financial technology could propel Islamic banking into a more significant role in global sustainability efforts.
