Jurnal Manajemen Bisnis Krisnadwipayna yang lebih dikenal dengan sebutan JMBK mulai dipublikasikan sejak awal tahun 2013 oleh Program Studi Magister Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Krisnadwipayana Jakarta. JMBK terbit 3 (tiga) kali dalam satu tahun, yaitu pada bulan April, Agustus, dan Desember yang memuat berbagai hasil penelitian berupa kajian manajemen dan bisnis, yang meliputi Manajemen Produksi dan operasi, sumber daya manusia, pemasaran, dan manajemen keuangan sesuai isu-isu bisnis yang berkembang saat ini. Diharap hasil penelitian yang dipublikasikan melalui JMBK dapat memberikan berbagai manfaat, yaitu bagi pengembangan ilmu manajemen dan bisnis sebagai referensi bagi para mahasiswa dan peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian selanjutnya. Bagi para praktisi bisnis di dalam menentukan strategi manajemen dan bisnis.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of brand image and price on purchasing decisions either simultaneously or partially on Purbasari Cosmetic Products in East Jakarta. The sampling technique in this study was carried out by the accidental sampling technique. The sample used in this study was 100 respondents who were taken from the population of consumers or buyers of Purbasari Cosmetics Obtaining data using a questionnaire with a differential semantic scale. Data analysis in this study is quantitative using multiple linear regression. The results of tests conducted, it was found the fact that Brand Image and Price simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on purchase decisions.

Abstract

The purpose to determine the effect of motivation and training on employee performance PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk KCU Matraman Jakarta. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The research population amounted to 68 people, the sampling technique used a saturated sample, all members of the population were used as samples totaling 68 employees of PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk KCU Matraman Jakarta. The research method uses partially and simultaneous linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that in partially or simultaneous ways, motivation and training have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Abstract

The method used is quantitative method using regression analysis. The results of the study reveal that there is a partial or simultaneous influence of competence and motivation on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze 1) The effect of the work environment on employee performance, 2) The effect of work stress on employee performance, 3) The effect of work environment and work stress on employee performance. The research was conducted on PD. Dharma Jaya, with a research sample of respondents from employees PD. Dharma Jaya. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach using multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that 1) the work environment has a significant and positive effect on the performance of employees in PD. Dharma Jaya, 2) work stress has a significant and negative effect on the performance of employees in PD. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation and motivation simultaneously and partially on employee performance at PT. Wilmar Cahaya Indonesia. The method used is a quantitative method using regression analysis. This study involved 60 research respondents. The results of the study reveal that there is a partial or simultaneous influence of compensation and motivation on employee performance.

Abstract

To determine the effect of competence and work discipline on employee performance in the Directorate of Medical Device Assessment and PKRT. Purpose this research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to respondents, all of whom are employees of the Directorate for the Assessment of Medical Devices and PKRT, while the research method uses simultaneous and partially linear regression analysis. The hypothesis states that competence and work discipline simultaneous have a positive effect on employee performance. The hypothesis that partially states that competence and work discipline affect employee performance in the Directorate of Medical Device Assessment and PKRT.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine influence of third-party funds, capital adequacy ratio, loan to deposit ratio throught financial performance of public banking listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange during 2018-2021. Population of this research are Commercial Bank that registered in Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2018 till 2021. Data on this research are coming from in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sample are choosen by purposive sampling method at least 25 company. Data’s test technique by using multiple linear regression analyze. The result showed that the third-party funds, capital adequacy ratio has a positive effect on return on asset and loan to deposit ratio has a negative effect on return on asset.

Abstract

Stock prices, namely prices that occur on the stock exchange at a certain time, can change up or down in a very fast matter of time, either in minutes to second. Stock prices are usually influenced by supply and demand. If shares occur in the capital market, the more investors who buy shares from a company, the share price of that company will increase. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of return on asset, current ratio and debt to equity ratio on stock prices at PT. Sidomuncul Tbk. The method in this study uses quantitative methods with the sampling technique is purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. determination test. The results of the study show that simultaneously and partially the return on assets, current ratio and debt to equity have an effect on the stock price of PT. Sidomuncul, tbk.

Abstract

This research comes from the formulation of the problem which aims to determine the effect of motivation and work performance on employee performance at PT Pendar Kapital Sejahtera. This type of research is a type of quantitative research using survey methods and data collection. In this study, researchers used a questionnaire in the form of written questions given to respondents and distributed to all employees of PT Pendar Kapital Sejahtera as many as 40 respondents.
