Jurnal Manajemen Bisnis Krisnadwipayana
Jurnal Manajemen Bisnis Krisnadwipayna yang lebih dikenal dengan sebutan JMBK mulai dipublikasikan sejak awal tahun 2013 oleh Program Studi Magister Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Krisnadwipayana Jakarta. JMBK terbit 3 (tiga) kali dalam satu tahun, yaitu pada bulan April, Agustus, dan Desember yang memuat berbagai hasil penelitian berupa kajian manajemen dan bisnis, yang meliputi Manajemen Produksi dan operasi, sumber daya manusia, pemasaran, dan manajemen keuangan sesuai isu-isu bisnis yang berkembang saat ini. Diharap hasil penelitian yang dipublikasikan melalui JMBK dapat memberikan berbagai manfaat, yaitu bagi pengembangan ilmu manajemen dan bisnis sebagai referensi bagi para mahasiswa dan peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian selanjutnya. Bagi para praktisi bisnis di dalam menentukan strategi manajemen dan bisnis.

This study was conducted to determine whether or not there is an effect of promotion and product quality on sales product either simultaneously or partially at Starbucks Jatiwarna, Bekasi. The study was conducted on respondents to customers of Starbucks Jatiwarna, Bekasi. Obtaining data using a questionnaire with a semantic differential scale. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling analysis. From the results of tests conducted found the fact that promotion and product quality simultaneously have a significant effect on sales product. In addition, promotion and product quality partially also have a significant effect on sales product.

These study determine the influence of price, promotion and the quality of service on customer purchase decision at Burger King Jatiasih, Bekasi Indonesia. The data used are primary data by the answers of given questionnaires to customers of Burger King Jatiasih. These study using quantitative methodology. The analysis of the study used multiple linear regression analysis of three variables independent and one variable dependent. The results showed that the price has partially influenced the purchase decision, the promotion has partially influenced the purchase decision, the quality of service has partially influenced the purchase decision and the price, the promotion and the quality of service all have simultaneously influenced the purchase decision of Burger King Jatiasih’s customers.

Purpose the determining factors in improving performance is how the wages are given and the work culture that is able to motivate employees for high performance. This study aims to determine the effect of wages, motivation and work culture on the performance of employees at PT. Balina Agung Perkasa Cileungsi either partially or simultaneously. The method used in this research is explanatory research with quantitative research type and the data source used is primary data in the form of questionnaires. The population in this study were employees of PT. Balina Agung Perkasa Cileungsi while the sampling technique in this study used a non-probability sampling method with data collection techniques using a purposive sampling approach by setting certain criteria so that a sample of respondents was obtained. The results showed that either partially or simultaneously, work motivation and work culture had a significant effect on the performance of PT. Balina Agung Perkasa Cileungsi.

Competition in the globalization era for human resources has become the center of attention for achieving success in the company. This intense competition is marked by the company by the increase in human resources who will be able to master technology quickly, adaptively and responsively in the face of changes in technology. This study aims to examine the influence of work environment and employee motivation on job satisfaction at PT Nugra Karsera. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study is the total number of employees of PT Nugra Karsera as many as 65 people. The sampling technique in this study used the Isaac and Michael tables, so it can be seen that the number of samples is 55 respondents. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire that had been tested for its validity and reliability. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis and simple with hypothesis testing, namely the F test and t test. The results of this study indicate that work environment variables and motivation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.

Bekasi City is one of the cities administratively directly adjacent to the capital city of the Republic of Indonesia, namely DKI Jakarta. Seeing this condition, it is certainly a problem in dealing with various demands for administrative services. The reason for the high demand for this service is that most people who live in Bekasi City are people who work in DKI Jakarta and cause people in Bekasi City to always compare the services provided by DKI Jakarta with Bekasi City. To maximize the services provided by the Bekasi City government, qualified human resources are needed and are able to provide the best service for the community. This study aims to analyze the simultaneous and partial effect of discipline and motivation on employee performance at the Bekasi City Regional Revenue Agency. The method used is quantitative method using regression analysis. This study involved 60 research respondents. The results of the study reveal that there is a partial or simultaneous influence of discipline and motivation on employee performance.

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of leadership style and work environment on employee job satisfaction PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Ana Artha Pondok Gede Bekasi. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of PT. Rural Bank Ana Artha Pondok Gede Bekasi, totaling 45 people. By using saturated sampling technique, the researcher took all samples from the population. The research method using simultaneous and partially linear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneous or partially leadership style and work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction.

Blended learning is a learning approach that combines face-to-face methods with online technology. This learning model is developing rapidly along with advances in information technology and the need for a flexible education system as part of the implementation of contemporary Educational Management. This study aims to describe the benefits of blended learning for students in improving the quality of the learning process in higher education. The method used is descriptive analysis with data collection through questionnaires and literature studies from previous studies. The results show that blended learning provides various benefits, including increasing flexibility in study time, encouraging students to be more independent, expanding access to digital learning resources, and strengthening academic interactions with both lecturers and fellow students. The analysis also found that blended learning not only adds variety to learning methods but also contributes to building 21st-century skills such as self-directed learning, digital literacy, and collaboration skills, which can be considered part of current learning innovation. These findings indicate that blended learning is a relevant and effective learning strategy to address the needs of higher education in the digital era.

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Fideral International Finance Makassar. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data as well as data collection methods with questionnaires. The sample in this study was 82 people using a saturated sample. The data analysis method used was simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression. The results showed that leadership, motivation, and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Fideral International Finance Makassar.

To analyze the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance PT. Mitra Adiperkasa, Tbk. The research method uses descriptive analysis, the analysis model used is linear regression both simply and multiple. The study population was all employees of PT. Mitra Adiperkasa, Tbk, Fashion Division with 30 employees. The sampling technique of this research uses saturated nonprobability sampling which is the technique of determining the sample if all members of the population are used as samples. The findings of compensation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Mitra Adiperkasa, Tbk, both partially and simultaneous.

This study is to determine the effect of loan to deposit ratio, net interest margin, and non-performing loan on thestability of the banking financial system. The population in this study were banks that had an Initial Public Offering on the Indonesia Stock Exchange before March 1, 2016.The sample in this study was determined by purposive sampling technique. All data used is sourced from financial ratio calculation data downloaded from the Financial Services Authority and the Indonesia Stock Exchange Quarterly Financial Report.
