Abstract

Abstract: Implementation of School-Based Management as an Effort to Improve the Quality of Learning in National Standard SchoolsThis study aims to: (1). Understand the implementation process of School Based Management as an effort to improve the quality of learning in National Standard Schools (2). To find out how the results of implementing School Based Management can improve the quality of learning in National Standard Schools. (3). To find out the obstacles to the implementation of School Based Management in improving the quality of learning in National Standard Schools. This research includes research with a qualitative approach with a population of SD Negeri 001XI Sungai Penuh with samples including: foundations, school committees, principals and teachers and school employees and other school personnel. Data was collected through interviews and observation as well as document analysis to the parties in charge and the results were analyzed descriptively and narratively. The research results show that: (1). That the process of implementing School-Based Management at SD Negeri 001XI Sungai Penuh has been going quite well, this is reflected by the existence of: (a). Support for all staff, (b) SBM phasing, (c) Staff training, (d) budget support, (e) Delegation of authority. (2). In terms of the results of its implementation, the implementation of SBM at SD Negeri 001XI Sungai Penuh as an effort to improve the quality of learning has been running quite efficiently and effectively, this can be seen from: (1) High academic achievement of students, (2) Teachers master material and scientific concepts, (3 ) Appropriate teaching methods, approaches, styles, art, and procedures, (4) Efficient and effective use of facilities, (5) Teacher understanding of group and individual characteristics of students, (6) Creating creative dialogue and a fun learning environment, ( 7) Teacher personality (exemplary) Obstacles in SBM at SD Negeri 001XI SungaiFull are that there are still some teachers/employees who are late in responding to the developing phenomenon, the teaching methods are still conventional, and there is an ewuh pakewuh culture in taking decisions. The suggestion in this study is that foundations and local governments need to provide adequate support for the implementation of SBM. Principals better understand the essence of SBM, teachers need to improve their abilities in order to provide learning services to their students, and Community Participation (PSM) in supporting progress needs to be improved.Abstrak: Implementasi Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah Sebagai Upaya Peningkatan Kualitas Pembelajaran Di Sekolah Standar NasionalPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk; (1). Memahami proses implementasi Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah sebagai upaya peningkatan mutu pembelajaran di Sekolah Standar Nasional (2). Untuk mengetahui bagaimana hasil penerapan Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah dapat meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran di Sekolah Standar Nasional. (3). Untuk mengetahui kendala penerapan Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran di Sekolah Standar Nasional. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan populasi SD Negeri 001XI Sungai Penuh dengan sampel antara lain: komite sekolah, kepala sekolah dan guru serta pegawai sekolah dan personel sekolah lainnya. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan observasi serta analisis dokumen kepada pihak-pihak yang berwenang dan hasilnya dianalisis secara deskriptif dan naratif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1). Bahwa proses implementasi MBS di SD Negeri 001XI Sungai Penuh sudah berjalan cukup baik, hal ini tercermin dari adanya: (a). Dukungan untuk semua staf, (b) Pentahapan MBS, (c) Pelatihan staf, (d) dukungan anggaran, (e) Pendelegasian wewenang. (2). Ditinjau dari hasil implementasinya, implementasi MBS di SD Negeri 001XI Sungai Penuh sebagai upaya peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran sudah berjalan cukup efisien dan efektif, hal ini terlihat dari: (1) Prestasi akademik siswa yang tinggi , (2) Guru menguasai materi dan konsep keilmuan, (3) Metode, pendekatan, gaya, seni, dan prosedur mengajar yang tepat, (4) Penggunaan fasilitas yang efisien dan efektif, (5) Guru memahami karakteristik kelompok dan individu siswa, (6) Menciptakan dialog yang kreatif dan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan, (7) Kepribadian guru (teladan) Kendala dalam MBS di SD Negeri 001XI SungaiFull adalah masih adanya guru/pegawai yang terlambat merespon fenomena yang berkembang, metode pengajaran masih konvensional, dan ada budaya ewuh pakewuh dalam mengambil keputusan. Saran dalam penelitian ini adalah pemerintah daerah perlu memberikan dukungan yang memadai untuk pelaksanaan MBS. Kepala sekolah lebih memahami hakikat MBS, guru perlu meningkatkan kemampuannya dalam rangka memberikan layanan pembelajaran kepada siswanya, dan Partisipasi Masyarakat (PSM) dalam mendukung kemajuan perlu ditingkatkan

Abstract

ENGLISH: Validity of the Islamic Education Module on Qur'an and Hadith Material Based on the Project-Based Learning Model at the Madrasah Tsanawiyah LevelObjective: This study aims to develop and test the validity of the Qur’an Hadith learning module based on the Project Based Learning learning model as an innovation in increasing student activeness and understanding of Qur’an and Hadith values in Madrasah Tsanawiyah. Methods: This study used the Research and Development method with the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). Data were collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis used was descriptive. Results: Construct validation on the module has high validity, in the presentation aspect of 91% (valid), the language aspect of 85.7% (valid) and the graphic aspect of 85.7% (valid). Conclusion: The Islamic education module of the Qur'an Hadith meter based on Project Based Learning meets the curriculum standards and the needs of student characteristics and is suitable for use as an alternative teaching material in learning Qur'an Hadith in Islamic education subjects. Contribution: This research contributes as a source of information in developing Islamic education modules based on the Project-Based Learning approach at the Madrasah Tsanawiyah level.INDONESIAN: Validitas Modul Pendidikan Islam Materi Al-Qur’an Hadis Berbasis Model Project Based Learning pada Tingkat Madrasah TsanawiyahTujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji validitas modul pembelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadis berbasis model pembelajaran Project Based Learning sebagai inovasi dalam meningkatkan keaktifan dan pemahaman siswa terhadap nilai-nilai Al-Qur’an dan hadis di Madrasah Tsanawiyah. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development dengan model 4D (Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate). Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan pengisian angket. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Hasil: Validasi konstruk pada modul memiliki validitas tinggi, pada aspek penyajian sebesar 91% (valid), aspek bahasa sebesar 85,7% (valid) dan aspek kegrafikan sebesar (85,7% (valid). Kesimpulan: Modul pendidikan Islam meteri Al-Qur’an Hadis berbasis Project Based Learning memenuhi standar kurikulum dan kebutuhan karakteristik siswa dan layak digunakan sebagai bahan ajar alternatif dalam pembelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadis mata pelajaran pendidikan islam. Kontribusi: Penelitian ini berkontribusi sebagai sumber informasi dalam pengembangan modul pendidikan Islam meteri Al-Qur’an Hadis berbasis pendekatan Project-Based Learning pada tingkat Madrasah Tsanawiyah.

Relationships within the family is also something that is integral in forming a happy family, all the components of the family should understand and appreciate their obligations and functions. Abstract

Abstract: Human Resource Management in Improving Education Quality in Ar-Rahmah Curup Islamic Boarding School, District of Rejang Lebong, Bengkulu Province. Islamic boarding schools are one of the Islamic educational institutions that apply general subjects and religious subjects. This requires that the teacher or cleric must have the qualifications and competencies that are in accordance with predetermined standards. The quality of education personnel is an important concern in improving the quality of Islamic boarding school education. Human resource management is one step that can be done to select educators who have the competence and qualifications to be able to maximize performance effectively and efficiently. This research is field research carried out to look deeper into how human resource management in Ar-Rahmah boarding schools. The results of the study show that the management of human resources in improving the quality of education in the Ar-Rahmah boarding school, in general, has been carried out even though in a simple form. Human resource management in question is First, Planning, Second, Organizing, has been carried out such as HR recruitment based on several stages, the simple orientation of personnel and placement of HR. Third, Directing has been carried out such as training and development, work assessment, HR career planning. Fourth, Control, such as compensation, integration, maintenance, discipline, and termination of HR. The inhibiting factor in human resource management is a lack of understanding of the HRM theory comprehensively by the pesantren so that the results obtained are not maximal and the lack of funding and infrastructure available to support HRM is more effective and efficient.Abstrak: Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia Dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan Di Pondok Pesantren Ar-Rahmah Curup, Kab. Rejang Lebong Bengkulu. Pesantren merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan Islam yang menerapkan mata pelajaran umum dan mata pelajaran agama. Hal tersebut menuntut guru atau ustad harus memiliki kualifikasi dan kompetensi yang sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditentukan. Kualitas personel pendidikan tersebut menjadi perhatian penting dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan pesantren. Manajemen sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu langkah yang dapat dilakukan untuk menyeleksi tenaga pendidik yang memiliki kompetensi dan kualifikasi agar mampu memaksimalkan kinerja secara efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan yang dilakukan untuk melihat lebih dalam bagaimana manajemen sumber daya manusia di pesantren Ar-Rahmah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di pesantren Ar-Rahmah secara umum telah dilaksanakan meskipun dalam bentuk yang masih sederhana. Manajemen sumber daya manusia yang dimaksud adalah Pertama, Perencanaan (Planning), Kedua, Pengorganisasian (Organizing), telah dilakukan seperti rekrutmen SDM berdasarkan beberapa tahapan-tahapan, orientasi personel secara sederhana dan penempatan SDM. Ketiga,Pengarahan (Directing) sudah dilaksanakan seperti pelatihan dan pengembangan, penilaian kerja, perencanaan karier SDM. Keempat, Pengendalian (Controling), seperti kompensasi, integrasi, pemeliharaan, kedisiplinan dan pemberhentian SDM. Faktor penghambat dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia adalah kurang dipahaminya teori MSDM secara komprehensif oleh pihak pesantren sehingga hasil yang didapatkan kurang maksimal serta kurangnya pendanaan dan sarana prasarana yang tersedia untuk menunjang MSDM lebih efektif dan efisien.

Abstract: Implementation of Inclusive Learning Management in Bengkulu Province It School Educators After the Covid-19 PandemicThe purpose of this research is to find out the Implementation of Inclusive Learning Management in Bengkulu Province It School Educators After the Covid-19 Pandemic. This research uses the Parcipatory Action Research (PAR) method, which is a research model where the research process is determined by the school situation in the field. This approach is expected by the author to be an appropriate guide in the process of collecting data at school. This research was conducted in 2 schools, namely SD IT Al-Aufa Bengkulu and SD Alam Mahira Bengkulu. The results showed that the learning pattern that is suitable to be applied in integrated Islamic inclusive primary schools in Bengkulu City. In the study there were 2 schools that had different goals, visions and missions so that the appropriate learning patterns were different. Especially for inclusive children at Al-Aufa school, they have a field of work LKPK (Lembaga Khusus Pelayanan Khusus). This LKPK is a learning class for children with moderate special needs or have not been able to understand instructions so that it is not possible to join the regular class. Meanwhile, at Sekolah Alam Mahira, each child with special needs has one accompanying teacher so that each child with special needs can attend regular classes without disrupting the learning process for other students..Abstrak: Implementasi Managemen Pembelajaran Inklusi Pada Tenaga Pendidik Sekolah It Provinsi Bengkulu Setelah Pandemi Covid-19Tujuan peneloitian ini untuk mengetahui Implementasi Managemen Pembelajaran Inklusi Pada Tenaga Pendidik Sekolah It Provinsi Bengkulu Setelah Pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Parcipatory Action Research (PAR) adalah salah satu model penelitian dimana proses penelitian ditentukan oleh situasi sekolah di lapangan. Pendekatan ini diharapkan penulis dapat menjadi panduan yang tepat dalam proses pengambilan data di sekolah. Penelitan ini dilakukan di 2 sekolah yaitu SD IT Al-Aufa Bengkulu dan SD Alam Mahira Bengkulu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pola pembelajaran yang cocok untuk diterapkan pada sekolah dasar inklusi Islam terpadu Kota Bengkulu. Pada penelitian terdapat 2 sekolah yang memiliki tujuan, visi dan misi yang berbeda sehingga pola pembelajaran yang tepat dilakukan pun berbeda. Khusus anak inklusi pada sekolah Al-Aufa mereka memiliki bidang kerja LKPK (Lembaga Khusus Pelayanan Khusus). LKPK ini merupakan kelas belajar bagi anak-anak berkebutuhan khusus kategori sedang atau belum dapat memahami instruksi sehingga tidak memungkinkan bergabung di kelas reguler. Sedangkan pada Sekolah Alam Mahira, masing-masing anak berkebutuhan khusus memiliki 1 orang guru pendamping sehingga setiap ABK dapt mengikuti kelas reguler tanpa mengganggu jalannya pembelajaran pada siswa lainnya.

Abstract

Abstract: Pengaruh Film Animasi Upin Dan Ipin Sebagai Media Terhadap Minat Belajar Anak Di Sekolah DasarTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh film animasi Upin dan Ipin sebagai media terhadap minat belajar siswa di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 106 Kota Bengkulu, pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data primer berupa angket atau kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 28 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana dengan pengujian data menggunakan bantuan program komputer SPSS for Windows versi 16,0. Dengan demikian data tersebut diuji, diuraikan, dianalisis dan dibahas untuk menjawab permasalahan-permasalahan yang diajukan. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut ditemukan jawaban bahwa film animasi Upin dan Ipin sebagai media berpengaruh positif atau signifikan terhadap minat belajar siswa di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 106 Kota Bengkulu dilihat dari hasil uji T dengan nilai coeffisients 0,000 lebih besar dari 0,05 (0,00 < 0,05) dan kontribusi film animasi Upin dan Ipin sebagai media terhadap minat belajar siswa di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 106 Kota Bengkulu sebesar 28% di lihat dari hasil uji Koefisien Determinasi (R2) dengan nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,280. Dan 72% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya.Abstract: Analysis of the Relation of Upin and Ipin Film Shows as Learning Media on Children's Interest in Learning in Elementary SchoolsThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the animated film Upin and Ipin as a medium on student interest in learning at the State Elementary School 106 Bengkulu City, the approach used in this study was a descriptive quantitative approach with primary data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires or questionnaires distributed to 28 respondents. . The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression with data testing using the SPSS for Windows version 16.0 computer program. Thus the data is tested, described, analyzed and discussed to answer the problems posed. From the results of the study found the answer that the animated film Upin and Ipin as a medium had a positive or significant effect on student interest in learning at the State Elementary School 106 Bengkulu City seen from the results of the T test with a coefficient value of 0.000 greater than 0.05 (0.00 < 0 0.05) and the contribution of the animated film Upin and Ipin as a medium to students' interest in learning at the State Elementary School 106 Bengkulu City by 28% seen from the results of the Coefficient of Determination (R2) test with an Adjusted R Squere value of 0.280. And 72% is influenced by other factors.
