Jurnal Motivasi Pendidikan dan Bahasa merupakan jurnal ilmiah yang mempublikasikan artikel hasil penelitian dan kajian konseptual yang berfokus pada motivasi dalam konteks pendidikan dan kebahasaan. Jurnal ini bertujuan menjadi wadah diseminasi ilmu pengetahuan dan praktik terbaik yang berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran, pengajaran, dan pengembangan bahasa di berbagai jenjang pendidikan. Fokus Fokus utama jurnal ini meliputi: Motivasi belajar dan mengajar dalam pendidikan formal, nonformal, dan informal. Motivasi dalam pembelajaran bahasa, baik bahasa pertama, kedua, maupun bahasa asing. Psikologi pendidikan yang berkaitan dengan motivasi, minat, sikap, dan keterlibatan belajar. Inovasi dan strategi pembelajaran yang berdampak pada peningkatan motivasi peserta didik. Peran pendidik dan lingkungan belajar dalam membangun motivasi akademik dan kebahasaan. Abstract

Data quality is a critical determinant of the success of information systems in supporting organizational decision-making processes. In the digital era, organizations increasingly rely on database-based information systems to manage, process, and distribute information efficiently. However, the effectiveness of these systems depends heavily on the quality of the data being processed. Poor-quality data can lead to inaccurate information, reduced user trust, operational inefficiencies, and ineffective strategic decisions. Therefore, maintaining high data quality has become a crucial organizational priority. This study aims to analyze the influence of data quality dimensions on the effectiveness of database-based information systems. The methodology employed is a qualitative approach through a literature review, examining various scientific journals, theses, books, and relevant academic references related to data quality and information system performance. The results indicate that data quality dimensions, including accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness, significantly influence information quality, user satisfaction, system usability, and net benefits for organizations, as described in the DeLone and McLean Information Systems Success Model. Furthermore, the integration of data quality management through the Total Data Quality Management (TDQM) framework and the implementation of database normalization up to the Third Normal Form (3NF) have been proven to improve operational efficiency, reduce data redundancy, and enhance information integrity. This study concludes that proactive data quality management is a strategic asset that supports organizational competitiveness, improves decision-making quality, and contributes to sustainable business performance in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Sufism education in shaping the religious character of Muslim adolescents in the midst of the challenges of the modern era characterized by moral degradation and spiritual crisis. The approach used in this study is a qualitative method with the type of library research, through the analysis of various relevant literature on Sufism and character education. The results of the study show that Sufism education has a significant contribution to the formation of religious character through the internalization of spiritual values such as sincerity, patience, tawakal, and self-control. These values are able to form a balance between intellectual, emotional, and spiritual aspects in adolescents. In addition, the integration of Sufism in Islamic education can be an effective solution in overcoming moral crises, negative environmental influences, and challenges of technological developments that affect adolescent behavior. Sufism education is not only oriented to the cognitive aspect, but also to the development of the soul (tazkiyatun nafs) which has an impact on real behavioral changes in daily life. Thus, Sufism education plays an important role in creating a generation of Muslims who have noble character, have high spiritual awareness, and are able to deal wisely with the dynamics of modern life.

Abstract

The development of digital technology brings significant moral challenges to the younger generation, such as cyberbullying and declining ethics in social interactions. This research aims to examine the role of Sufism in shaping character education in the modern era. The method used is a literature study by analyzing various relevant scientific sources. The results of the study show that the values of Sufism, such as sincerity, patience, tawadhu', and muhasabah, contribute to building self-control, integrity, and social concern. These values can be internalized through value-based education and spiritual activities in schools, so as to strengthen the character of the young generation with noble character. Sufism serves not only as a spiritual teaching, but also as a relevant moral foundation in dealing with the complexities of modern life. Thus, Sufism has a strategic role in forming a generation that has integrity, empathy, and is ready to face the challenges of the times. This research provides a theoretical contribution to the development of character education studies based on Islamic spirituality as well as practical contributions for educational institutions in designing moral development programs that are adaptive to the development of digital technology.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology and globalization has significantly transformed the lifestyle of young generations. While these advancements provide numerous conveniences in accessing information and expanding knowledge, they also bring serious moral and spiritual challenges. Issues such as declining ethics, increasing materialism, individualism, and identity crises have become major concerns in contemporary society. In this context, Sufism (tasawuf) offers a relevant spiritual approach to strengthen Islamic character among youth. This study aims to analyze the internalization of Sufism values in shaping Islamic character in the modern era. The research employs a library research method by examining various academic sources related to Sufism, character education, and youth development. The findings indicate that Sufism values such as sincerity (ikhlas), patience (sabar), gratitude (syukur), humility (tawadhu’), ascetic awareness (zuhud), and spiritual consciousness (muraqabah) play a crucial role in forming strong Islamic character. The internalization of these values can be implemented through family education, formal institutions, religious organizations, and digital media. Therefore, Sufism functions not only as a spiritual practice but also as a foundational framework for developing morally grounded and spiritually resilient young generations in the modern era.

Abstract

This research aims to formulate an effective model of internalization of Islamic values in improving the religious character of students in aliyah madrasas. The methodology used is descriptive qualitative with observation and document analysis techniques. The results of the study show that the main values that are internalized include aqidah, worship, and morals as a tangible manifestation of religious behavior. From these findings, this study produced the TITI Model (Transformation, Interaction, Transinternalization, and Integration) as a systematic and sustainable value internalization stage. This model has been proven to be able to significantly improve aspects of knowledge, worship practices, spiritual experiences, and social behavior of students. Internalization of values is carried out through a holistic approach that involves teacher examples, a conducive school culture, and family involvement. Thus, the TITI Model makes a theoretical contribution to the development of the concept of character education based on Islamic values, as well as a practical contribution to madrasas in designing strategies for fostering students' religiosity. This research confirms that the effective internalization of Islamic values is not only oriented to the cognitive aspect, but also emphasizes spiritual experiences and social behavior as the foundation for the formation of religious character of the younger generation.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of Islamic digital literacy in shaping the character of social media users in the digital era. The approach used is qualitative descriptive with a library research method. Data was obtained from the Qur'an, hadiths, scientific journals, books, and relevant literature related to digital literacy, character education, and social media ethics from an Islamic perspective. Data analysis was carried out using content analysis techniques to identify the relationship between Islamic values and the behavior of social media users. The results of the study show that Islamic digital literacy plays an important role in shaping the character of social media users through the application of tabayyun principles, communication ethics, and digital responsibility. These values contribute to building honest, polite, critical, wise, and responsible character. Thus, Islamic digital literacy can be used as a strategy in creating positive, productive, and in accordance with Islamic values. This research provides a theoretical contribution to the development of Islamic-based digital literacy studies as well as practical contributions for educational institutions and society in building an ethical and characterful social media culture.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze in depth the influence of religion on the life of the Indonesian people in various dimensions, namely socio-cultural, educational, economic, and political. Indonesia as a multicultural country with a high level of religious diversity, including Islam, Christianity, Catholicism, Hinduism, Buddhism, and Confucianism, makes religion a fundamental element in the formation of social structure, national identity, and the direction of nation development. This diversity was formed through a long historical process, starting from the influence of Hindu-Buddhism during the royal period, the entry of Islam through trade routes, to the influence of Christianity and Catholicism during the colonial period. The research uses a descriptive-analytical approach with library research techniques sourced from scientific literature, academic books, journals, and official government reports. The main framework of analysis rests on the sociological theories of religion from classical figures such as Emile Durkheim, Max Weber, and Karl Marx, which are enriched with contemporary perspectives relevant to the Indonesian context. The results of the study show that religion not only functions as an individual belief system, but also as a social force that influences the patterns of community interaction, value systems, and public policies. In the socio-cultural dimension, religion is the foundation of norms and ethics that strengthen collective solidarity, reflected in various religious ceremonies such as Ngaben in Bali, Sekaten in Java, and Christmas celebrations in Christian communities.
