Abstract

Kementrian Kesehatan RI telah menetapkan suatu kebijakan yaitu Program Jaminan Persalinan (Jampersal). Program Jampersal merupakan program yang difokuskan untuk memberikan jaminan kepada ibu hamil dan bayinya untuk mendapatkan akses layanan kesehatan pemeriksaan kehamilan, melahirkan dan pasca melahirkan dengan tujuan akhir dapat menekan AKI dan AKB. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Implementasi Program Jaminan Persalinan (Jampersal) Di UPTD Puskesmas Bojonggenteng Kecamatan Bojonggenteng Kabupaten Sukabumi. Dan peneliti akan menefokuskan pada Implementasi program jampersal yang ada di puskesmas bojonggenteng kabupaten sukabumi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode mix metode dengan tipe deskriptif yaitu uraian yang berupa penggambaran untuk menjelaskan jawaban-jawaban yang diberikan responden dalam kuesioner, data-data yang diperoleh melalui wawancara, studi pustaka, studi dokumen dan observasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi Program Jaminan Persalinan (Jampersal) Di UPTD Puskesmas Bojongenteng Kecamatan Bojonggenteng Kabupaten Sukabumi menurut responden termasuk dalam kriteria Baik. Hal ini dijelaskan bahwa dalam pengimplementasian program jampersal berjalan dengan optimal, adapun kekurangan dalam pelaksanaannya yaitu partisipasi masyarakat yang kurang untuk mengikuti program tersebut.

Abstract

Berdasarkan sudut pandang pelanggan kualitas bermakna pemenuhan kebutuhan pelanggan untuk bisa membahagiakan pelanggan dalam hal pelayanan. Tuntutan masyarakat untuk mendapatkan pelayanan yang berkualitas terus meningkat. Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) adalah surat yang dikeluarkan oleh kepolisian yang menerangkan bahwa pemohon tidak pernah mempunyai kesalahan hukum sebagai syarat melamar kerja. Masih terdapat keluhan pemohon dan aspek yang perlu diperbaiki dalam pelayanan pembuatan SKCK di Satuan Intelkam Polres Bogor. Sehingga tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan kualitas pelayanan pembuatan SKCK di polres Bogor, mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas pelayanan tersebut dan mendeskripsikan upaya yang dilakukan untuk memperbaiki faktor-faktor kualitas pelayanannya. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan peserta pembuatan SKCK di Polres Bogor sudah tergolong ‘baik’ (3,90). Diantara faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas pelayanan, Realibity/keandalan, responsiviness/daya tanggap, dan assurance/jaminan sudah mempunyai kualitas yang baik, sementara dua faktor lainnya Tangible/bukti fisik dan Empaty/empati masih perlu ditingkatkan dan masih mendapat keluhan-keluhan dari pemohon. Upaya yang bisa dilakukan diantaranya perlu disediakan petugas untuk mendampingi pemohon yang mengisi formulir daftar online terutama bagi orang tua, data pemohon yang sudah diinput ke sistem sebaiknya memudahkan pemohon yang ingin memperpanjang SKCK, dan perlu diadakannya pelatihan untuk melatih sikap para petugas dalam melayani pemohon.

Abstract

Jabatan fungsional Polisi Kehutanan, Pengendali Ekosistem Hutan dan Penyuluh Kehutanan merupakan jabatan fungsional tertentu yang kedudukannya berada dibawah pembinaan Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan. Kewajiban setiap pejabat fungsional adalah melaksanakan butir-butir kegiatan fungsional dan menyusunnya dalam bentuk DUPAK sesuai dengan petunjuk teknis yang telah ditetapkan. DUPAK yang telah disusun kemudian diajukan kepada tim penilai untuk dilakukan pemeriksaan dan verifikasi, namun persoalan muncul ketika adanya pemahaman yang berbeda antar tim penilai terhadap butir-butir kegiatan fungsional, hal ini terjadi karena tidak adanya pedoman yang dapat dijadikan rujukan oleh tim penilai dalam melaksanakan tugas dan fungsinya. Pendekatan secara sistemik dapat dianggap sebagai salah satu langkah solutif dalam menyelesaikan masalah, pendekatan tersebut berupa koordinasi kerja, baik antar tim penilai maupun tim penilai dengan direktorat teknis atau pihak terkait yang dinilai memliki kompetensi dibidangnya, sehingga tercipta hubungan saling pengertian antara tim penilai pusat dengan tim penilai UPT dalam rangka mewujudkan hubungan kerjasama yang harmonis dan sinergis dalam penilaian angka kredit. Penyelesaian secara sistemik juga memberikan kejelasan dalam pelaksanaan tugas, wewenang dan tanggung jawab demi terwujudnya suatu koordinasi dan sinkronisasi atas kesepahaman dalam menafsirkan butir-butir kegiatan dalam Dupak.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to comprehend the aspects of intergovernmental collaboration in Bogor City, as evidenced by the utilization of the SALUR Kota Bogor application. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach, with the Mayor of Bogor and collaborators from the Department of Communication and Informatics, Department of Social Affairs, and Department of Population and Civil Registration as informants. These informants were interviewed, and the interview outcomes were analyzed alongside secondary data obtained from literature studies. The analysis yielded findings that the collaboration background was a shared understanding of the existence of inaccurate data regarding social aid recipients. Building synergy, unity, and the mayor's directive were motivating factors for collaboration. Another finding is that collaboration aims to foster social solidarity, social cohesion, and cultivate a service-oriented bureaucratic culture. Another objective is to ensure accountability for the social aid budget in the regional budget. Collaborators contributed to their respective roles effectively. From a leadership perspective, the Mayor of Bogor successfully facilitated effective collaboration among the three departments and transformed social aid issues into shared concerns. In managing social aid, the employed management reflects the characteristics of New Public Services (NPS), enabling effective collaboration. The collaboration policy to address the recipient data issue required significantly fewer inputs compared to the achieved outputs.

Abstract

Kelurahan di bentuk berdasarkan Peraturan Bupati Nomor. 73 Tahun 2016 tentang Kelurahan sebagai Perangkat Kecamatan yang berpedoman pada  Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor. 18 Tahun 2016 tentang Perangkat Daerah. Dalam Pasal 52 dijelaskan bahwa Kelurahan merupakan perangkat Kecamatan yang dibentuk untuk membantu dan melaksanakan sebagian tugas Camat. Rumusan masalahan penelitian ini adalah rendahnya efektivitas kerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) Kelurahan, diduga belum dilaksanakannya Implementasi Kebijakan. Alasan Efektivitas kerja ASN rendah dilihat dari kualitas SDM dan kebijakan tidak dilaksanakan sesuai rencana. Dalam pelaksanaan kebijakan Peraturan Bupati Nomor. 73 Tahun 2016 masih ditemukan permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan Efektivitas Kerja  Aparatur Sipil Negara Kelurahan. Pelaksanaan Kebijakan Peraturan Bupati Nomor.73 Tahun 2016 harus saling bersinergis dengan baik antara Faktor utama dan factor pendukung , aspek tersebut dimulai dari pelaksanaan keberhasilan Pelaksana Kebijakan dengan aspek Komunikasi, Sumber Daya, Sikap dan Struktur Birokrasi Satu sama lain saling mendukung sehingga efektifitas kerja Aparatur Sipil Negara Kelurahan meningkat lebih baik lagi sesuai Peraturan Bupati Nomor. 73 tahun 2016.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the State Civil Apparatus who have the same income between diligent employees and those who are not diligent in performing, thus making employees not enthusiastic in carrying out government tasks, therefore, the Governor of DKI Jakarta made Governor Regulation Number 409 of 2016 concerning regional performance allowances as a strategy to improve employee performance. Therefore, research is conducted on the effectiveness of this strategy in improving employee performance, it is important to conduct research, to prove the correlation between the implementation of the governor's Regulation No. 409 of 2016 policy with employee performance. This study used an associative approach with a population of 260 employees, which were then sampled using a technique from the Krejcie table as many as 155 employees. This sample data was taken using observation techniques, questionnaires, in-depth interviews, and literature studies. then the data taken in the field were analyzed by associative data analysis techniques. The results of the study indicate that there is a significant effect between the implementation of Governor Regulation number 409 of 2016 and employee performance. It is evident from the results of data analysis calculated using SPSS with a value of tcount > ttable (11.549 > 1.960).   Key words: Performance, Regulations, Benefits, Government Employees

Abstract

This study is to explain the factors that influence the public through e-government, analyze the service objectives of respondents using information technology in providing public services. This research uses descriptive and verification research methods. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is the linear regression of correlation and coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that there are many factors that influence public services through e-government, namely commitment, quality of human resources, infrastructure, geographical conditions, and services. Information technology in public services already exists in the form of e-government. Respondents' responses to the implementation of public service reform were 4.19 in the good category, for revitalization 4.06 in the good category, and the highest at 4.48 including very good for indicators of complete payment systems such as websites and e-mail. Abstract

Cooperation has a central position in government organizations as an effort to achieve organizational goals. This study aims to explain the function of the Head to foster human relations and public relations in building internal and external cooperation; Analyzing human relations and public relations must be done in establishing cooperation; Describe the obstacles in fostering human relations public relations in building cooperation. The research design is descriptive correlational, interview data collection techniques, observations documentations data analysis is quantitative and qualitative—the research samples of 35 respondents. The results showed that 40.0 percent were civil servants with a bachelor's degree, while 70.0 percent were honorary employees with high school education. Research shows that 20 percent conduct population administration service activities. As many as 14.3 percent did employee coaching, as many as 5.0 percent set the administration, as much as 45.7 percent typed, 20.0 percent cleaned the room and yard. The integrity level is 3.7 percent. This cohesiveness through the discipline of carrying out the task, As many as 57.1 percent serve the administration, 14.3 percent attend office activities regularly, as many as 57.1 percent say they serve permits. Abstract

The research objective is to find out how the pattern of cooperation between institutions in the supervision and guidance of foreign workers in Cibinong sub-district, Bogor regency. This research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach to determine the patterns carried out by related institutions in implementing the system/laws that have been established by the Central Government which can be implemented and run well. Guidance is carried out in order to provide understanding to employers so that they are obedient to all regulations that have been issued by the government so that they run well. Supervision of foreign workers is needed due to the increasing number of foreign workers who have entered Indonesia in order to overcome the violations committed by foreign workers who enter Indonesia under legal or illegal status. The author concludes that the pattern of cooperation between institutions in the supervision and fostering of foreign workers in Cibinong District, Bogor Regency is carried out and carried out in accordance with the Implementation guidelines and technical guidelines and regulations that have been set by the Indonesian Government so as to minimize the occurrence of violations committed by labor. Abstract

Maintaining, managing, and protecting the environment's cleanliness, especially those arising from waste is not easy, littering means removing trash, wrongly means removing. The research aims to sort out inorganic waste according to its type, to explain the application of reducing landfill waste, managing it so that it doesn’t become garbage and reuse management results through the Waste Bank. Quantitative qualitative methods. Direct data/not good observation, interview, documentation. Sampling 40 people. Flow Model Analysis, Product Moment Correlation, and Community Perception Analysis. Some conclusions: the value of r = 0.421 means that the relationship between inorganic waste management and the waste bank is very close, and 0.513 means that the relationship between type of inorganic waste and the socialisation of the waste bank is very close. 0.356 means that the relationship between types of inorganic waste and waste banks is quite close. 0.634 means that the relationship between the types of inorganic waste and inorganic waste management is very close. 0.363 means that the income value of inorganic waste and types of inorganic waste is quite close, value of 368 means the relationship between the income value of inorganic waste and management of inorganic waste is quite close.
