Schoulid | Indonesian Journal of School Counseling is a peer-reviewed journal that publishes research articles, theoretical studies, and program applications in the fields of education, counseling, social sciences, and the humanities. The journal is dedicated to advancing knowledge and practice that support the academic, career, social-emotional, and holistic development of individuals. It also welcomes interdisciplinary contributions that bridge education, counseling, social sciences, humanities, and related fields. The scope of the journal includes, but is not limited to: 1. Education and Counseling: school and community counseling services, career counseling, academic support, social-emotional and multicultural development, counseling approaches and models, and the integration of technology in counseling practices. 2. Social Sciences and Humanities: studies addressing social, cultural, legal, and community issues, including linguistics, economics, management, and business within the context of education, student development, and counseling interventions. 3. Leadership and Advocacy: coordination of services, consultation, collaboration and teamwork, policy advocacy, educational leadership, and resource management in schools and communities. 4. Data and Technology Use: innovations in technology for counseling, education, and social research; data-driven program evaluation; and policy development. 5. Scientific Publications: empirical research articles, conceptual and methodological studies, program evaluations, book reviews, and reports on educational or counseling practices and materials. Schoulid Journal welcomes contributions from researchers, academics, practitioners, and policymakers who work on individual development as well as those engaged in broader studies in education, counseling, social sciences, and the humanities.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan konseling kelompok analisis transaksional dalam meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal pada mahasiswa bimbingan dan konseling (calon konselor). Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan eksperimen one-group pretest-postest dengan subjek 9 mahasiswa calon konselor yang teridentifikasi sebagai mahasiswa yang memiliki keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal rendah. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu skala keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada perbedaan tingkat keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal mahasiswa sebelum dan sesudah mendapatkan intervensi konseling kelompok analisis transaksional. Data tersebut dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji statistic Wilcoxon. Intervensi konseling kelompok analisis transaksional dapat meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal mahasiswa calon konselor

Organizing online counseling is very helpful and possible to be developed in the world of guidance and counseling, especially in Indonesia. Although now specifically in Indonesia, there is no ethic that regulates but the existence of this media can support the implementation of guidance and counseling widely to improve the competence and efficiency of service for alleviating the problems faced by clients. Use and utilize information and communication technology. The availability of formal institutions that will train these skills. And also specifically can be included in a special curriculum with regard to Information and communication Technology in guidance and counseling. And also hopefully in the future there will be the establishment of specialized counseling institutions that deal with specific issues online counseling and e-counseling services in general.

Career maturity is the readiness of an individual in choosing their career. This research aimed to examine the effectiveness of career guidance with modeling techniques to develop the students’ career maturity. This research implemented quasi-experimental research with nonequivalent control group design. Career maturity questionnaire was used as the research instrument. The participants consisted of nine experimental group students and nine control group students. The research samples were determined by implementing a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used the Independent Sample T-Test. The results of data analysis showed the t value of 10.678 > t table 1.746, then the career maturity of the experimental group students after given career guidance intervention with modeling techniques was higher than the control group students who were not given intervention. It can be concluded that career guidance with modeling techniques effective to develop students' career maturity.

This purpose of research to see about discipline student coaching by the team of Gerakan Disiplin Sekolah in SMK Negeri 1 Sintuk Toboh Gadang Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. The population of the research was 899 students taken from the population using The Simple Random Sampling Technique. The total number of samples for this research was 90. The research uses the description of the quantitative method. The research instrument was a questionnaire in the form Likert Scale which five choices of answer that have been tested for validity and reliability by using application SPSS 16.0 version. The based on the research (1) discipline student coaching from giving an example by team GDS to the student is in a good enough category (2) discipline student coaching from giving punishment by team GDS to the student is in a good enough category (3) discipline student coaching from giving motivation by team GDS to the student is in a good enough category (4) discipline student coaching from supervision by team GDS to student is in a good enough category.

Masalah dalam Penelitian ini adalah rendahnya motivasi belajar dalam mata pelajaran penjas siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui motivasi Intrinsik dan Ekstrinsik pada siswa dalam Proses Belajar Mengajar Pendidikan Jasmani. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif, yang bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran secara umum distribusi frekuensi variabel penelitian. berdasarkan klasifikasi dan distribusi data penelitian instrumen penelitian, digunakan metoda belah dua (split-half method), Untuk menghitung tingkat reliabilitas digunakan formulasi korelasi (Product Moment) mengetahui reliabilitas setengah test, dilanjutkan dengan rumus (Spearman Brown). Hasil penelitian, yaitu (1) Ketercapaian skor motivasi intrinsik siswa dalam mengikuti Proses Belajar Mengajar Pendidikan Jasmani, sebesar 37.72 %. (2) Ketercapaian skor motivasi ekstrinsik siswa dalam mengikuti Proses Belajar Mengajar Pendidikan Jasmani, sebesar 42.98 %. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat ketercapaian skor motivasi instrinsik dan ekstrinsik siswa masih rendah.

Keluarga merupakan unit kehidupan terkecil di masyarakat yang terdiri dari ayah, ibu dan anak, tetapi keluarga menempati kedudukan yang primer dan fundamental. Setiap anak tentunya mendambakan kondisi keluarga yang harnomis, namun dalam kehidupan keluarga tidak lepas dari badai kehidupan yang turut mempengaruhinya sehingga membuat kondisi keluarga mengalami keretakan. Keretakan hubungan orangtua ini membuat kondisi dalam keluarga menjadi broken home yang mana kondisi tersebut memiliki pengaruh terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis remaja. Kesejahteraan psikologis merupakan suatu kondisi menjadi sejahtera dengan sikap-sikap seperti penerimaan diri, bertujuan, hubungan positif, pribadi mandiri, dan bertumbuh. Remaja dengan kondisi keluarga broken home tentu ini tidak mudah karena mereka berada pada kondisi penuh tekanan yaitu harus menyesuaikan diri dengan lingkungannya dan mengalami perubahan-perubahan pada diri dan kehidupan mereka, sebagai remaja hendaknya perlu mencapai kesejahteraan psikologis yang baik agar dapat mencapai tugas-tugas perkembangannya.

The presence of smartphones has caused major changes in human life, including among students. This causes the problem of smartphone addiction in students which causes their daily life to be disrupted. This study aims to reveal the contribution of self-control towards student smartphone addiction. This study was descriptive quantitative, and the data were analyzed by using a simple linear regression. The population in this study was 33480 students of undergraduate program at Universitas Negeri Padang in 2015-2019 academic year. The sample of this study was 400 students taken by using the Proportional Random Sampling technique. The research instrument used was the self-control and smartphone addiction scale with a Likert scale model. The research findings revealed that self-control gives an effective contribution towards the student smartphone addiction at Univeristas Negeri Padang as many as 30.1%.

Readiness for retirement based on sex, position and family social support and its implications for Guidance and Counseling services. This study aims to describe the readiness to face retirement in civil servants in terms of sex, position and family social support. The sample used in this study were 40 civil servants who would retire in various government agencies in Padang Panjang City, West Sumatra. This research uses Proportional Random Sampling technique. The instrument used in this study was a scale of readiness retirement with a reliability of 0.893 and a scale of family social support with a reliability of 0.941. The findings show that there is no difference in readiness retirement in terms of sex, position and family social support. This shows that there are other factors that can affect a person's retirement readiness. These factors are age, education level, race, ethnicity and personality. Self-efficacy is a personality dimension which is an individual's assessment of his or her ability or competence to do a task, achieve a goal, and produce something.

Kekerasan yang terjadi terhadap anak dan perempuan tanpa kita sadarisering dilakukan oleh orang orang dewasa. Padahal mereka adalah orang yangmemiliki tugas sebagai pelindung anak dan perempuan yang paling utama.Parahnya sebuah survei menyatakan 60 % wanita (ibu ) lebih sering melakukankekerasan dari pada laki laki (ayah). begitu pula dengan tindak kekerasan terhadapperempuan,yang dimana kebanyakan yang menjadi pelaku adalah orang orangyang berada paling dekat dengan mereka, seperti ayah dan juga suami. Terdapatbeberapa hal yang melatar belakangi mengapa kekerasan terhadap anak lebihbanyak dilakukan oleh seorang ibu, diantaranya adalah stress dan juga kenanganmasa lalu yang suram. Kekerasan terhadap anak dan perempuan itu dapatmenyebabkan berbagai macam dampak negatif, diantaranya ialah fisik maupunpsikis. Bahkan kekerasan terhadap anak dan perempuan itu memiliki dampakyang sangat berbahaya, yaitu dapat menyebabkan kematian terhadap korban.Dampak lainnya yang juga berbahaya ialah trauma yang berkepanjangan,dikhawatirkan hal tersebut akan memicu adanya pengulangan tindakan kekerasanyang pernah dialaminya, yang menjadi korban adalah anak anak mereka dimasadepan. Pelaku tindakan kekerasan ditindak tegas dalam peraturan perundang�undangan. peraturan tidak memandang bulu, walaupun pelaku adalah orang tuaqsendir tetap di tindak dengan tegas guna meminimalisir dan juga menghentikantindakan kekerasan yang kerap terjadi.

Culture is a complete collection of customs, values, arts, knowledge, morality, rules, and other practices that are owned as human beings and as members of society by individuals. By a long process, namely through socialization and education, this can be realized. Education is the process by which each person is civilized, which is created by a great desire to learn, which is created to become a full member of a community, living and upholding the values expressed in a specific culture by a group of people. The most productive way is to conserve, preserve and disseminate culture by education. They both have a very close bond since they complement each other and encourage each other. A type of library research is the type of research used in this manuscript. The aim of the debate on the relationship between culture and education is to make people understand that culture and education are two sustainable things.
