Abstract

Penelitian berfokus pada pengujian jalinan relasi antara kualitas pelayanan serta persepsi citra perusahaan dengan tingkat kepuasan konsumen pada Edie Arta Motor cabang Singaraja. Menggunakan paradigma kuantitatif, bertitik pada analisis data numerik yang diperoleh dari unit observasi yang terukur, responden adalah pelanggan Edie Arta Motor Imam Bonjol.  Dalam penelitian kuantitatif ini, ukuran sampel ditetapkan sebanyak 130unit observasi, yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling sebagai bagian dari pendekatan non-probabilitas. Kuesioner berskala Likert digunakan sebagai sarana pengumpulan data. Data yang terkumpul diolah dengan metode regresi linier berganda, sehingga dapat diketahui intensitas pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Temuan analisis mengindikasikan:  (1) Di Edie Arta Motor cabang Singaraja, kepuasan pelanggan terbukti dipengaruhi oleh kualitas pelayanan dan citra perusahaan, (2) kualitas pelayanan berkontribusi secara positif dan signifikan pada kepuasan pelanggan, dan (3) citra perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan. Temuan membuktikan kualitas pelayanan yang baik serta citra perusahaan yang positif berperan penting dalam menciptakan pengalaman pelanggan yang memuaskan.

Abstract

Food waste during Ramadan is a growing concern in Malaysia, with limited research on university students in rented accommodations. This pilot study examined their food waste generation using a mixed-methods approach: daily quantitative measurements and qualitative interviews on food practices. Findings showed students produced 0.25 kg/person/day, lower than urban households, yet about 40% of food prepared or purchased was discarded, with some households food waste discarded reaching up to 65%. Waste levels varied by household size, purchasing behavior, and eating habits, influenced by the dual-meal Ramadan pattern. Minimal sustainable practices were observed, highlighting the need for awareness and behavioral interventions. Limbah makanan selama Ramadan menjadi perhatian serius di Malaysia, dengan penelitian terbatas pada mahasiswa yang tinggal di rumah sewa. Studi awal ini meneliti timbulan sampah makanan melalui pendekatan campuran: pengukuran kuantitatif harian dan wawancara kualitatif tentang praktik konsumsi. Hasil menunjukkan mahasiswa menghasilkan 0,25 kg/orang/hari, lebih rendah dibandingkan rumah tangga perkotaan, namun sekitar 40% makanan yang disiapkan atau dibeli terbuang, dengan beberapa rumah tangga sampah makanan yang dibuang mencapai hingga 65%. Tingkat pemborosan bervariasi menurut ukuran rumah tangga, perilaku belanja, dan pola makan, dipengaruhi pola dua kali makan Ramadan. Praktik berkelanjutan minimal, menegaskan perlunya kesadaran dan intervensi perilaku.

Abstract

The management of local government assets plays a vital role in ensuring effective governance and the provision of public services. However, many regions face challenges in asset utilization, leading to inefficiencies and financial losses. One example is the Ex-Tanjung housing complex in Kutai Kartanegara Regency, which was originally intended to provide affordable housing for low-income households but has suffered from irregularities, weak oversight, and misuse. This study aims to identify appropriate strategies for improving the management of these housing assets so they can function sustainably and in accordance with their original purpose. The research employed a mixed-methods approach, combining primary data from focus group discussions, stakeholder mapping, and benchmarking with secondary data from government reports and statistical documents. SWOT analysis and a power–interest grid were applied to evaluate existing conditions and identify key stakeholders and their roles. The findings reveal that the Ex-Tanjung housing complex has strategic potential but is hindered by weak legal frameworks, poor governance, incomplete tenant and asset data, and many uninhabitable units. At the same time, strong housing demand, regulatory support, and opportunities for private sector involvement present avenues for improvement. The study concludes that integrated interventions are required, including regulatory strengthening, tenant regularization, physical rehabilitation, and the establishment of a clear management unit. These measures are essential to revitalize the housing complex and maximize its social and economic benefits.

Abstract

Danau Pauh merupakan sebuah danau vulkanik yang terbentuk akibat aktivitas dari gunung berapi jutaan tahun lalu. Danau Pauh merupakan salah satu daerah yang sangat indah dan menjadi objek wisata dikabupaten Merangin. Danau Pauh Jangkat di Kabupaten Merangin memiliki potensi wisata alam yang tinggi, namun promosi visual yang kurang optimal, keterbatasan fasilitas, dan pengembangan daya tarik yang belum maksimal menjadi kendala peningkatan jumlah kunjungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh promosi visual, fasilitas, dan daya tarik wisata, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, terhadap minat berkunjung wisatawan ke Danau Pauh Jangkat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 381 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik accedental sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda melalui uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa promosi visual dan daya tarik wisata berpengaruh posistif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung secara parsial, sedangkan fasilitas berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan.  Secara simultan, ketiga variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa penguatan promosi visual dan pengembangan daya tarik wisata yang kreatif menjadi faktor kunci, sementara perbaikan fasilitas diperlukan agar persepsi wisatawan lebih positif.

Abstract

This study conducts  This study aims to (1) examine the evolution of green innovation research, (2) evaluate the objectives and key findings of recent studies, and (3) identify leading authors in the field. From an initial pool of 2,830 Scopus-indexed documents, 101 relevant articles were selected for analysis using VOSviewer software to construct bibliometric networks. The findings reveal significant growth in publications, peaking in 2022. Keyword co-occurrence analysis identified 86 items grouped into 9 distinct thematic clusters. Strong conceptual relationships were found between green innovation and environmentally friendly innovation processes, sustainability strategies, and environmental performance. The analysis highlights practical implications for reducing industrial environmental impacts, enhancing corporate competitiveness through green practices, and improving organizational reputation via sustainable development initiatives. This research provides a valuable foundation for scholars and practitioners, offering insights for future studies in green innovation and sustainable business practices.

Abstract

Technological developments in Indonesia have progressed rapidly, marked by the emergence of smart technologies that integrate various dimensions of human life. This transformation has changed the function of the internet, which was originally only a means of communication, into a broader platform, including access to social media and the formation of Indonesian society's shopping behavior patterns. This evolution has enabled the internet to be used as a medium for electronic commerce transactions. This study uses a quantitative correlation method. A quantitative correlation approach is a type of research that uses data collection to determine the level of relationship between variables. The purpose of this study is to characterize and examine how independent variables such as lifestyle determinants, financial literacy, and e-commerce quality influence the dependent variable, or financial behavior. The results of the study show that of all the independent variables tested based on the hypothesis, the variables of financial literacy and e-commerce service quality have a positive influence, while the lifestyle variable has a negative influence on financial behavior. The variables of financial literacy and e-commerce service quality show high values and greatly contribute to the influence of financial behavior variables. This is because the higher the financial literacy of students, the greater the influence on financial behavior in their environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali persepsi pegawai Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN) terhadap peran dan kontribusi program magang mahasiswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Informan penelitian berjumlah lima orang pegawai dari lima unit kerja berbeda, yang dipilih berdasarkan prinsip representasi fungsional dan keterlibatan dalam pelaksanaan magang. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur, observasi non partisipatif, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi, kategorisasi, dan penarikan tema menggunakan teknik analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi utama mahasiswa magang terletak pada dukungan pekerjaan administratif rutin, seperti entri data, pengarsipan, dan tata usaha, yang membantu meringankan beban pegawai. Tantangan yang muncul meliputi keterbatasan kemampuan teknis mahasiswa, waktu adaptasi yang bervariasi, serta keterbatasan mekanisme evaluasi program. Manfaat program dirasakan tidak hanya oleh organisasi dalam bentuk efisiensi kerja dan penguatan citra institusi, tetapi juga oleh pegawai yang memperoleh pengalaman membimbing mahasiswa. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya sistem evaluasi yang lebih terstruktur dan integrasi teknologi dalam pengelolaan magang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis kinerja pegawai di Kantor DisperindagKUKM Kabupaten Kebumen menggunakan metode Balanced Scorecard. Permasalah utama yang dihadapi meliputi keterbatasan pengukuran kinerja yang berfokus pada aspek administrativ dan keuangan, tanpa mempertimbangkan indikator strategis seperti kualitas layanan public dan pengembangan SDM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja dari empat perspektif: keuangan, pelanggan, proses bisnis internal, serta pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan.Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif non-statistik dengan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara keseluruhan kinerja instansi berada dalam kategori baik. Dari perspektif pelanggan, terjadi peningkatan indeks kepuasan Masyarakat dari triwulan pertama 89,83 menjadi 91,49 pada triwulan kedua. Pada perspektif proses internal, 64,8% pegawai menilai kinerja sangat baik, meskipun terdapat tantangan dalam penyelesaian pekerjaan tepat waktu dan pemanfaatan teknologi. Sementara itu, perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan mengungkapkan Tingkat kedisiplinan pegawai sebesai 1,37% keterlambatan, namun masih terdapat kekurangan dalam program pelatihan dan tingginya angka mutase pegawai (44,44%).Berdasarkan penelitian tersebut, peneliti ini merekomendasikan perbaikan sistem pengukuran kinerja yang lebih holistic, peningkatan pelatihan berbasis kompetensi, serta penguatan strategi retensi pegawai. Hasil penelitian diharapkan menjadi acuan bagi pengambilan kebijakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan public dan pengembangan SDM lingkungan pemerintah Daerah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Green Product, Healthy Lifestyle, and Brand Image on purchasing decisions for Lemonilo instant noodles. The background of this study is based on the increasing consumer awareness of the importance of healthy and environmentally friendly products, as well as the growing image of Lemonilo as a pioneer of healthy instant noodles in Indonesia. The research method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Data were obtained from 93 respondents in Kamal Village, Bangkalan Regency, collected through questionnaires. The independent variables in this study are Green Product (X1), Healthy Lifestyle (X2), and Brand Image (X3), while the dependent variable is Purchase Decision (Y). The results of the study indicate that partially and simultaneously the three independent variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The regression coefficient shows that Green Product has the most dominant influence, followed by Brand Image and Healthy Lifestyle. The R Square value of 1.000 indicates that 100% of the variation in purchasing decisions can be explained by these three variables. This study concludes that environmental aspects, healthy lifestyle, and brand image are important factors in influencing consumer behavior towards purchasing Lemonilo instant noodles. This research is expected to provide input for companies in developing marketing strategies based on sustainability and health.

Abstract

This study aims to examine (1) the influence of influencer reviews on purchasing decisions for the Originote cosmetic products, (2) the influence of electronic word-of-mouth on purchasing decisions for the Originote cosmetic products. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires online to 400 respondents who are consumers of the Originote products throughout Indonesia. The sampling technique used a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that influencer reviews, electronic word-of-mouth, together have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for the Originote cosmetic products. Partially, influencer reviews (X1) have a positive effect on purchasing decisions (Y) for the Originote moisturizer, as can be seen from the calculated t-test of 7.600 > t-table of 1.966, and the significance value is 0.000 ≤ 0.05. Electronic word of mouth (X2) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) of the Originote cosmetic products, as can be proven from the calculated t value of 3.770 > t table 1.966, and the significance value is 0.000 ≤ 0.05.
