Gender equality is a necessity that has not been maximized. Although it continues to be campaigned, however, many women are still found. This study aims to analyze the problems of female farm workers in Pangalengan Bandung and the factors that cause it. Assessed by descriptive method using interview and observation techniques. The result of the research shows that the problems which are often problems are economic problems, welfare problems, work comfort problems, and national problems. The basic forms of women include: gender in wage patterns between men and women, gender workload between men and women, and the view that women are weaker than men. Meanwhile, the main national cause is the strong patriarchal culture which is not aware that it is still attached to society. This research also finds a concept that the welfare level of female farm workers is not the same. This depends on their daily income. Some include prosperous agricultural laborers, almost prosperous farm workers, and less prosperous farm workers. These findings provide a different view from previous studies which state that agricultural labor is closely related to poverty.

Work climate organization is one of the reasons why work-family conflict occurs. Although research on work-family climate and work-family conflict has been widely carried out in Europe and America, there are still few studies that examine the relationship between the two in Asia, especially in Indonesia. This study aims to examine the relationship between work-family climate and work-family conflict at medical representatives. The method used is quantitative by collecting data through purposive sampling technique and using 105 medical representative respondents who are married and have children. Using Kossek's work-family climate scale and Carlson's standard work-family conflict scale adapted by Artiawati. Data were analyzed using regression analysis. The results of the study simultaneously obtained F = 5.487 p <0.021, which means that there is a relationship between work-family climate and family work conflicts at medical representatives in Indonesia. This result further strengthens that the work-family climate has a relationship with work-family conflict in medical representatives in Indonesia, but partially the work climate has no correlation with work-family conflict. This study concludes that if work-family claims share concerns and make sacrifices well, it can reduce work-family conflict for medical representatives.

This study aims to measure adolescent premarital sex using a questionnaire based on scalogram analysis and compiled using the Guttman scale. Teenagers from public and Islamic schools have different sexual and religious knowledge. It may affect how they behave when undergoing a relationship (dating) with the opposite sex. This study involved students aged 13-19 years attending school in South Tangerang, had or currently involved in a dating relationship with the opposite sex, and at least had one premarital sexual behavior with a boyfriend. Based on low to high levels of intimacy (touching, kissing, petting, sexual intercourse), the results show that there are differences in sexual behavior between adolescent girls in public schools and Islamic schools, although not significantly. We can conclude that basically both teenagers from public and Islamic schools can have courtship relationships to the highest pre-sexual stage.
