Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of financial ratios on stock prices of primary consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2022 2024 period, utilizing a Data Warehouse as a data integration platform. Secondary data in the form of financial reports and stock prices were processed through an ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process to produce a structured and consistent historical dataset. Multiple linear regression (OLS) analysis using SPSS was applied to assess the effect of ROA, TATO, DER, and EPS on stock prices. The results showed that all variables had a significant simultaneous effect, but partially only EPS had a significant positive effect. Conversely, ROA, TATO, and DER did not show a significant effect on stock price variations in the primary consumer goods sector. This finding confirms that earnings per share is a key indicator for investors, while asset efficiency and funding structure do not have a direct impact. Furthermore, this study confirms that implementing a Data Warehouse can improve the effectiveness of financial data integration and analysis across periods.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in Indonesia’s economic development, contributing more than 60% to the national Gross Domestic Product and absorbing the majority of the workforce. However, many MSMEs continue to rely on manual bookkeeping systems, which are prone to inefficiency, recording errors, and lack of transparency. This study aims to analyze the impact of Accounting Information System (AIS) implementation on improving both the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting in MSMEs. Using a literature review method, this research synthesizes findings from various empirical studies conducted between 2020 and 2025. The results show that AIS significantly enhances financial recording efficiency through automation, reduction of administrative costs, integration with digital payment systems, and real-time access to financial reports. Additionally, AIS improves the accuracy of financial statements by minimizing human error, eliminating data duplication, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards. Case studies from Indonesian MSMEs indicate improvements ranging from 45% to 85% in efficiency and accuracy after adopting AIS. Despite these benefits, challenges such as high implementation costs, limited digital literacy, and resistance to technological change remain significant barriers. The study concludes that broader education, government support, and policy incentives are essential to encourage wider adoption of AIS and strengthen the financial management capabilities of MSMEs.

Abstract

There are considerable academic challenges when it comes to listening comprehension in physics lectures in English (English medium instruction, EMI) for non-native English speakers. In view of this, the present study was designed to investigate listening difficulties of physics students and their desired types of instructional support. Through the application of descriptive survey design, data was obtained using a structured questionnaire from 60 purposively selected students.  The questionnaire focuses on figuring out their motivation, listening problems and required assistance. The results showed a clear need for further support, especially through access to recorded lectures, additional language training, and more guided listening activities. Additionally, the data revealed difficulties were usually of a linguistic nature; students did not easily recognize the pronunciation of technical vocabulary or became accustomed to different accents of the lecturers. Even so, many students expressed that they could still follow the main flow of the lessons and remained highly motivated in their studies. Based on the results, there are some ways of overcoming obstacles related to listening in EMI physics courses based on the students' perspective. Regular practice of pronunciation, more exposure to different English accents, and easy access to review materials are needed to improve listening skills and academic performance of students.

Abstract

Indonesia, as the world's largest archipelagic nation, possesses an extensive history of maritime diplomacy that continues to transform in accordance with global geopolitical dynamics. This research aims to analyze the historical trajectory and transformation of Indonesian maritime diplomacy within the context of implementing Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs-17) at international forums.  The research methodology employs a qualitative approach with comparative historical analysis and international policy studies. Data were collected through documentation studies of Indonesian foreign policy, international forum documents, and in-depth interviews with 15 diplomacy practitioners. Research findings reveal that Indonesian maritime diplomacy has undergone three major transformation phases: the Old Order era (1945-1966) emphasizing maritime sovereignty through the Djuanda Declaration, the New Order era (1966-1998) focusing on maritime economic development and UNCLOS 1982, and the Reformation era (1998-present) integrating sustainability aspects through the Global Maritime Fulcrum concept. The implementation of SDGs-17 in Indonesian maritime diplomacy demonstrates significant progress through various bilateral and multilateral partnerships at international forums such as IORA, Our Ocean Conference, and ASEAN Maritime Forum, with funding commitments reaching USD 2 billion. The research concludes that the transformation of Indonesian maritime diplomacy requires institutional capacity strengthening, enhanced collaboration with international partners, and more comprehensive integration between national agenda and SDGs-17 targets to optimize the achievement of sustainable development goals by 2030.
