Abstract

This article was written using the meta-analysis method. With the type of research used qualitatively. This study was used to determine the extent to which character education was carried out in Senior High School (SMA) learning. Seeing the advancing times, many children lack good morals, and social in social life. At this time, character education is needed to form the next generation of a qualified, superior, and dignified nation by fostering a sense of responsible attitude in facing this era of globalization. Character education can be optimized in the development of children's dimensions cognitively. Physical. Social-emotional, creative, and spiritual. This character education aims to form and build Indonesian people who are devoted to God Almighty, obey all applicable legal rules, and interact between cultures and tribes. Applying the noble values of the nation's culture, and strengthening and instilling in oneself the spiritual, moral, and ethical foundation of an Indonesian nation. Law number 20 of 2003 concerning the National education system article 3, aims to educate the nation's life and serves to shape the character or characteristics of the Indonesian Nation. Student character building at school can be done through routine and spontaneous activities to shape children to perform good and positive behavioral values.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) Implementation of learning with a problem based instruction (PBI) model on students' scientific attitudes and scientific literacy. 2) The relationship between scientific attitudes and scientific literacy in learning by applying the problem based instruction (PBI) model. 3) Student response to learning by applying the problem based instruction (PBI) learning model. In the implementation of this research, the method used is the Quasy Experiment method which aims to examine the variables after being given treatment. In practice, the two experimental groups were given different treatments. The two experimental treatment groups were given an initial test (pre test) and a final test (post test) with the same questions and have been tested in different classes from the experimental class. The purpose of pre-test and post-test is to obtain gain data as a result of treatment, namely post-test data minus pre-test data. Based on the results of the study, the authors conclude that: 1) The implementation of learning with the Problem Based Instruction (PBI) model has a relationship with the scientific attitude of students with the acquisition of learning experiences in solving problems such as scientists who are able to change students' attitudes and views towards science. 2) Implementation of learning with a problem based instruction (PBI) model can improve students' scientific literacy this is because the PBI learning process can activate the learning atmosphere to be fun and livelier. 3) There is a significant relationship between the implementation of the problem based instruction (PBI) model with scientific attitudes with scientific literacy in learning which is indicated by the higher the implementation of the problem based instruction (PBI) model, the higher the student's scientific attitude as well as the higher student's scientific literacy ability higher too.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the personality competence of Christian Religious Education teachers in shaping student character and discipline. This research is focused on students who are in class V at SDN 8 Tikala. In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 20 of 2003 concerning National Education, the main purpose of education is to explore the potential of students in various aspects, including the spiritual dimension, personality and intelligence aspects. The teacher has a crucial role in shaping the character of students, being a role model in behavior, actions and speech. This study adopted a qualitative approach by collecting data through various stages, including literature study, field research, observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that proficiency in personality aspects for Christian Religious Education teachers has a significant impact on shaping the character patterns and the level of student discipline. A good teacher's personality, such as punctuality, honesty, responsibility, as well as a wise, prudent, and authoritative attitude, contributes to shaping the character of student discipline. Although teachers have shown many positive aspects of personality, there are still areas for expansion, especially in showing exemplary faith, piety, and noble behavior. In conclusion, Christian religious education teachers have an important role in shaping the character and discipline of students through good and exemplary personalities

Abstract

Da'i is a symbol of proclaiming and carrying Islamic teachings, sincerely and selflessly for the efforts of li'ilai Kalimatillah (to elevate the word of Allah). Moving around the world with wealth and self without asking for wages, as a manifestation of the verses of the Koran, Q.S. as-Shaff/61:11 "You believe in Allah and His Messenger and strive in the way of Allah with your wealth and your soul, it is better for you if you know". It is proof that sincerity in the struggle is maintained when holding fast to this verse, as a limitation and rule in spreading dinul haq. To add insight into the perspective which states that Islam was brought by Gujarat traders and as proof that they are Da'i illallah (not traders) who bring their wealth and themselves in the struggle, do not beg and ask for payment, then when their supplies run out, they sell the treasures they brought as supplies with the barter trading system, at that time was the easiest and most common way to do it, because cross-border currency exchange instruments had not yet been implemented. "Wali Songo" is a title that has been assigned to nine Preachers who have been pioneers of Islamic education in Indonesia. The historicity of the growth and development of Islamic education, especially on the island of Java, is marked by the existence of Islamic educational institutions initiated by "Wali Songo" and given the name pesantren, as the center of Islamic educational activity. In all its manifestations, pesantren with the characteristics attached to these institutions, have varied forms with the characteristics, patterns and nuances of each wisdom. Islamic education has a substantial and functional relationship, namely it has become a vehicle for ongoing Islamic educational activities since its inception, which functions as an instrument for the inculcation of Islamic beliefs and doctrines. The growth of pesantren institutions as Islamic educational institutions in Java has taken place gradually, starting from the very simple pesantren model to the highest level which in its development has contributed to the civilization of life and has even overseen all forms of change and development in Bhinneka Tunggal Ika, with various pluralism, cultures , culture and language of the unitary state of the Republic of Indonesia which respect each other in diversity and glorify in civilization. Abstract

Character education is an important component in education which aims to shape the character, morals and character of students. Character education does not only focus on developing academic knowledge, but also on developing values, ethics and good behavior. The main goal of character education is to help students become individuals who think critically, act with integrity, have empathy and have positive characteristics that diflerentiate them. So a forum is needed to be able to develop leadership attitudes possessed by students, namely through the role of OSIM. The role of OSIM (Intra Madrasa Student Organization) is an organization that exists at the madrasa levl in Indonesia. OSIM plays an important role in developing students in the madrasa environment. Observation findings show that students lack time management skills, lik to make noise, act impolitely and do not follow school policies. This shows that researchers want toinvestigate the function of OSIM In helping children develop their character. The aim of this research is regarding the role of OSIM in shaping the leadership character of students at MTsN 2 Agam so that they become complete human beings. Researchers conducted research in the from of qualitative descriptive research. Conclusions that can be drawn from research findings at MTsN 2 Agam regarding the contribution of OSIM in improving student leardership. The aim is that by participating in various events and activities at OSIM, students can develop their leadership skills and utilize the space to express the ideas and abilities that exist within the students.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative study which aims to increase students’ learning motivation by using a team game tournament (TGT) type coopperative learning model in broadcast material fiqh lessons in class IX MTsN 11 Agam. The description of the focus in this research are class IXA MTsN students 11 Agam 2023/2024 academic year, totaling 25 people. The data analysis technique used is a qualitative data analysis technique. The observation results of the use of the team game tournament type cooperative learning model in learning fiqh seem to be very active. Students are actively involved in learning and collaborate well. They feel motivated to understand the fiqh (khiyar) material well because there is an element of competition in this model. In addition to the TGT model allowing teachers to focus on each team specifically, students alse have clear responsibilities within their teams which helps in the development of social and cooperative skills

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of learning outcomes by implementing a peer tutor learning model in class X Dance 2 at SMKN 3 Sukawati. This research method uses Classroom Action Research which is carried out in two cycles with each cycle consisting of planning, action implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were students of class X Dance 2 at SMKN 3 Sukawati with a total of 25 students. The results showed that there was an increase in the learning outcomes of students in class X Dance 2 SMKN 3 Sukawati from pre- action to cycle I and from cycle I to cycle II as indicated by: a) an increase in the average score in pre-action obtained an average score of 66.2, cycle I obtained an average score of 69.6 and in cycle II with an average score of 75.2.

Abstract

Performance appraisal is an assessment that is carried out by observing the activities of students in doing something. This assessment is suitable for assessing the achievement of competencies that require students to perform certain tasks such as: laboratory practice, prayer practice, OR practice, presentations, discussions, role playing, playing musical instruments, singing, reading poetry/declamation etc. This method of assessment is considered more authentic than the written test because what is assessed reflects the true abilities of the students.Performance appraisal is an assessment that asks students to do an actual task that applies the required knowledge and skills. Performance appraisal is not only designed as an activity but also designed to achieve the expected competencies. So that in making a performance instrument it must contain several things: 1) authentic and interesting, and involve students in the situation; 2) allows individual assessment; and 3) contain clear instructions.

Abstract

The birth of globalization was influenced by developments in technology and science to make relations between nations and countries more open. Therefore, the values, norms and culture of a nation can be easily accepted by other nations. The other impact of this development is that modernization and industrialization besides providing benefits also include excesses of harm to human life. In the world of education there are also many changes and transitions that are increasingly closely related to technological advances, especially materials. Education that is increasingly broad to be studied and easily all of that can be accessed by exploring cyberspace. This research uses a qualitative approach and literature study. Student delinquency is a change in the character of a learner in an incorrect direction so that the standard rules that apply at school are not in line with the character of a student. The result of this study is that there needs to be a special approach to students.

Abstract

This research is motivated by several problems that the authors found in Class VIII SMP N 3 Kinali, West Pasaman Regency, especially in the PAI subject on fiqh material regarding obligatory fasting and sunnah fasting. Where there are some PAI teachers who have not implemented effective teaching methods to improve student learning outcomes, some PAI teachers use the Inquiry Learning learning model which is not in accordance with the steps for implementing the Inquiry Learning method, student learning outcomes are still not good. This research is a quantitative experimental research. This research is located at SMP N 3 Kinali, West Pasaman Regency. The population in this study is that the researchers did not take the entire number of students in each class. The sampling technique used was random sampling, namely the total population of 130 students. The instruments used in this study were observation and test questions. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion of the research data obtained, it can be seen that sig (2-tailed = 0.000) > 0.05 indicates a significant difference between the initial and final variables. This shows that there is an effect of applying the inquiry learning learning model on PAI learning outcomes at SMP N 3 Kinali, West Pasaman Regency. While the Pretest Experiment value is 0.076 > 0.05 and the Posttest Experiment is 0.050 > 0.05 so that the data produced is normal. For the results of the Control Pretest 0.085 > 0.05 and the Control Posttest 0.057 > 0.05 this indicates that there is an influence of the application of the inquiry learning model on PAI learning outcomes at SMP N 3 Kinali, West Pasaman Regency. on Based on Mean 0.0726 > 0.05 and Based on Median 0.0755. So it can be said that there is an influence of the application of the inquiry learning learning model on PAI learning outcomes at SMP N 3 Kinali, West Pasaman Regency.
