Abstract

This study examines the figures of female leaders in the Bible, such as Deborah, Esther, and Miriam, as the foundation for the concept of "Servant Leadership" introduced by Robert K. Greenleaf. The research aims to explore how these figures exercised their leadership amidst a dominant patriarchal culture and to elaborate on the relevance of their leadership values in applying the principles of Servant Leadership within a Christian context. Using qualitative research methods that are exploratory and interpretative in nature, this study focuses on analyzing Biblical texts to uncover the narratives of female leadership and their contributions to shifting the patriarchal cultural paradigm in the church and modern society. The findings reveal that the leadership values of these Biblical female figures, such as courage, wisdom, humility, and service to the community, align with the principles of Servant Leadership, which prioritize meeting others' needs, fostering a sense of community, and leading with integrity. In addition to providing theological contributions, these leadership narratives can also serve as an inspiration for building a more inclusive and egalitarian paradigm in the church and society.

Abstract

This study focuses on the design of a comprehensive web-based academic information system for Junior High Schools. Observations reveal that the current academic data management system largely relies on manual and fragmented processes, leading to inefficiencies, susceptibility to input errors, data duplication, and limited real-time information access for students, teachers, and parents. To address these challenges, the Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) approach was applied in the system's design phase. This methodology enables the visualization of system functionalities through Use Case Diagrams, core entity structures via Class Diagrams, object interaction flows using Sequence Diagrams, and key business processes like report card generation with Activity Diagrams. The resulting design is expected to provide an automated solution for academic data management, significantly enhance accuracy and operational efficiency, and establish an integrated platform that ensures quick and easy information access for all stakeholders within the school environment.

Abstract

Indonesia as an archipelagic country has great potential in the fisheries sector, especially seaweed cultivation which has high economic value and plays an important role in increasing the income of coastal communities. Takalar district in South Sulawesi is a potential area with most of the population relying on seaweed cultivation. However, this business faces various obstacles such as low income, limited information on business profits, to overcome these problems, community empowerment is carried out through training in processing seaweed into value-added products such as seaweed sticks. This research aims to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats and formulate appropriate development strategies to improve the competitiveness of seaweed stick products “Sinar Dunia” using qualitative methods through SWOT and  AHP analysis. The results of this study show that the development strategy of Sinar Dunia Seaweed Sticks includes innovating flavor variants and product diversification to expand the market, improving packaging and consumer education through digital marketing, maintaining taste quality and production efficiency to face competition, as  well as establishing partnerships with local farmers and including health information  on packaging to reduce risk and increase competitiveness. From the above results, it can be concluded that Sinar Dunia Grass Sticks have great potential to be developed through product innovation, improved packaging, digital marketing, and cooperation  with local suppliers, and need to overcome market weaknesses and threats in order to compete sustainably.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the flow pattern of the coffee agribusiness supply chain and calculate the added value of the coffee agroindustry in Kaduaja Village, Gandangbatu Sillanan District, Tana Toraja Regency.  The research location was determined purposively, with respondents consisting of 9 coffee farmers, 3 coffee fruit collectors, 1 large-scale coffee fruit trader, and 7 coffee consumers, totaling 20 samples.  The results of this study indicate that 1) there are five patterns of the coffee supply chain flow in Kaduaja Village, Gandangbatu Sillanan District, Tana Toraja Regency, where this mechanism has three flows: first, the product flow moves from upstream to downstream, namely from farmers-collecting traders-Bunga Seong Coffee (processor)-consumers.  Second, the flow of money moves from downstream to upstream, that is, from consumers to Bunga Seong Coffee (processor), then to collecting traders, and finally to the farmers.  Third, the flow of information that occurs between members of the supply chain is the price, flowing from Bunga Seong Coffee (processor) to the collecting traders and then to the farmers.  2) The added value of the coffee agroindustry reaches 22.00% of the output value.  The contribution of income obtained by the labor involved in the coffee agroindustry is 4.16%, with labor income reaching Rp.10,000/kg.  The profit margin of the coffee agroindustry is 95.833%, meaning that every 1.5 kg of coffee raw material can provide an added value of Rp.240,000/kg.

Abstract

This study examines the role of land title certification in supporting financial inclusion and improving social welfare through access to capital in formal financial institutions. Using a literature review approach, this study examines literature and empirical studies that link legal certainty of land ownership with ease of access to capital for the community, especially vulnerable groups. The results of the study show that land certification provides legal certainty that encourages financial institutions to distribute credit more widely and safely, thereby expanding access to formal finance. This access to capital plays an important role in strengthening the economic capacity of the community, increasing business productivity, and promoting sustainable social welfare. However, to optimise the role of land certification, policy synergy, inclusive financial product innovation, and public education are needed to ensure that capital utilisation is effective and has a broad impact.

Abstract

This study entitled “Perempuan dalam Wacana Sastra” investigates how women are represented and depicted in a literary work, such as novel and short stories, both as an author of the work and character of the stories themselves. By taking the discourse of women and literary work and patriarchal ideology, women are shown to have similar pattern of tasks and duties. By taking the discourse of combining Cixous’ approach on iterary works and Bordo’s patriarchal context, women are shown to have similar ambigous tasks and roles, both in the story plot and their social life. This article argues that women are forced to adhere to the same pattern and to two prevailing standards in social life. After analyzing the data, this article reveals the view that women's presence is consistently repressed, both in literary works and in social life.

Abstract

This study examines the role of regulatory harmonisation in the development of national economic law as a strategic effort to create legal certainty and promote inclusive economic growth in Indonesia. Through a literature review, the study examines how regulatory harmonisation can overcome the disharmony and overlap of regulations that have been obstacles to the implementation of economic law. Harmonisation based on the values of Pancasila and the provisions of the 1945 Constitution is expected to create a consistent and fair legal system, which in turn supports equitable development and people's welfare. The findings of the study show that regulatory harmonisation is not only important to ensure legal certainty for economic actors and investors, but also an effective means of realising an inclusive and socially just economy in accordance with the fundamental values of the Indonesian nation. Policy recommendations are formulated based on a comprehensive analysis of the philosophical, constitutional and practical aspects of regulatory harmonisation in the context of national economic law.

Abstract

This study examines the predictability of economic dispute resolution in Indonesia through the perspective of legal reform that focuses on harmonisation and synchronisation of regulations as instruments to support the national investment climate. Legal uncertainty has arisen from overlapping regulations, inconsistencies in implementation, and weak consistency in court and arbitration decisions. These conditions reduce investor confidence and lower the competitiveness of Indonesia's economic law in the global arena. Using a normative legal research approach and literature study, this research analyses the relationship between regulatory harmonisation, legal certainty, and the investment climate in accordance with the mandate of the constitution. The results of the study show that the ability of the Indonesian legal system to provide predictability is highly dependent on the consistency of norms, the professionalism of dispute resolution institutions, and the application of technology as an instrument of legal modernisation. Legal reforms that emphasise the synchronisation and harmonisation of regulations will not only increase legal certainty but also strengthen the legitimacy of investment in Indonesia within the framework of fair and sustainable economic development in accordance with constitutional principles.
