Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of digital technologies on teaching methodologies through a systematic literature review. With the rapid development of digital technologies in the last decade, understanding their impact on teaching practices has become increasingly important. The results show that digital technologies have significantly changed teaching methodologies, encouraging a more interactive, personalised and student-centred approach. The use of Learning Management Systems (LMS), mobile learning applications and online collaboration tools has increased the flexibility and accessibility of learning. However, research also revealed challenges such as the digital divide, the need for teacher training, and the importance of proper learning design. Thus, this review concludes that while digital technologies offer great potential to improve teaching, their effectiveness depends on careful implementation and ongoing support for educators and learners. Implications for future research and educational practice are also discussed.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has triggered an acceleration in digital transformation, with a significant impact on the evolution of marketing strategies. This study explores the influence of digitalisation on marketing strategies in the context of the post-pandemic era, focusing on changes in consumer behaviour and the strategic responses adopted by companies. The literature review method was used to collect and analyse data from various sources, including books, journals and other documents. The research findings show that digitalisation has driven innovation in marketing strategies, including the increased use of social media, digital content marketing, e-commerce, and technology- based solutions such as artificial intelligence (AI) for personalisation. In addition, the research revealed the importance of adopting an omnichannel approach to create a seamless customer experience between online and offline channels. The implementation of big data analytics and predictive technologies to understand and predict consumer behaviour is also becoming more crucial in optimising marketing strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between family environment and children's academic achievement through literature analysis method. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between a supportive family environment and children's academic achievement. Emotional support, characterized by recognition of children's efforts, confidence building, and providing a safe space for learning, plays an important role in children's academic motivation. In addition, parents' active involvement in education - including checking homework, attending school meetings and providing learning resources at home - plays a role in improving academic achievement. A conducive learning environment at home, filled with reading materials, clear expectations about education and structured study habits, also supports children's cognitive development and academic achievement.

Abstract

The influence of legal regulations on human resource management practices includes how applicable regulations and laws affect the way an organisation manages its personnel, including the processes of hiring, training, appraising and developing employees. These regulations aim to ensure that fair labour practices are implemented to protect workers' rights and create a safe and inclusive work environment, while forcing companies to continuously improve their operational standards to meet or exceed legal requirements set by government authorities. The research method used was a literature review. The results show that legal regulations have substantial influence in setting norms for recruitment, training, pay and equality in the workplace. Regulation enhances organisations' adherence to high standards in terms of employee rights and working conditions. Furthermore, it was found that while there is a view that regulation can be restrictive, it actually often encourages organisations to innovate in order to improve efficiency and competitiveness.

Abstract

In an effort to increase agricultural productivity, especially for local food crops, modern agricultural technology plays an important role. The research method conducted in this study uses the literature research method. The results show that modern technology in agriculture significantly increases the effectiveness of production through optimisation of water and soil use, as well as through the development of better crop varieties. Information technology assists farmers in making decisions based on accurate data, strengthening their position in the face of uncertain market and environmental conditions. However, cost, knowledge and infrastructure constraints are barriers to the adoption of these technologies.

Abstract

Social media has revolutionized interaction patterns among teenagers, providing them with new opportunities to communicate and share experiences like never before. However, an important issue that arises is how intensive use of social media affects mental health and the development of social skills. The tendency to spend excessive time online can reduce opportunities for in-person interactions that are important for social and cognitive learning. The lack of face-to-face contact can hinder adolescents in developing empathy and non-verbal communication skills. Furthermore, constant social comparison and the search for online validation can trigger psychological distress, including self-esteem issues and anxiety. The research method in this study uses literature research method. The results show that social media provides ample opportunities for adolescents to connect socially, explore identity, and participate in online communities. However, adolescents' use of social media also poses significant challenges. In particular, findings suggest a correlation between intensive social media use and an increased risk of mental health problems such as depression and anxiety, as well as a reduction in face-to-face interactions that may affect the development of healthy social and emotional skills.

Abstract

This research is entitled "The Problem of Underage Working Children in Helping to Meet Family Needs in Gampong Alue Seutui, Jeunieb District, Bireuen Regency". The aim of this research is to find out what factors influence underage children working and what impact this has on children who work. This research uses qualitative research and uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. From the research results, researchers obtained data that the factors that cause children to have to work in Gampong Alue Seutui are based on several factors including economic factors, cultural factors, parental factors, and their own will. The family has the main view of dealing with all children who work, but the family is unable to deal with children who work because considering economic limitations, the child has to step in to meet the needs for survival. The Alue Seutui community always plays an active role in providing protection for children, however, with the very weak economic situation in the community, it is very difficult to prevent children from working. With the phenomenon of child labor like this, the government must make economic improvements for the welfare of the people, so that it is hoped that the poverty rate will decrease, which will then be followed by an increase in the quality of education in society.

Abstract

Civic Education (Civics Education) has an important role in shaping the nation's character. This literature review aims to examine the relevance of Civics Education in shaping the nation's character. The results show that Civics Education acts as a vehicle to develop the values of Pancasila, strengthen the nation's identity, and form citizens who are smart, skilled, and characterised. Civics learning not only provides knowledge about citizenship, but also develops the attitudes and skills needed to become active and responsible citizens. Through Civics, students are expected to integrate character values such as nationalism, patriotism, tolerance, justice, and democracy in their daily lives. However, the effectiveness of Civics in shaping the nation's character is also influenced by various factors, such as curriculum, teacher competence, school and community environment, infrastructure, and learning evaluation. Synergistic and sustainable efforts are needed from various parties to optimise the role of Civics in shaping the nation's character. Thus, Civics can be a strong foundation in building a young generation that has character, loves the country, and is able to face global challenges while remaining grounded in the noble values of the nation.
