Empowerment of women and gender equality is still major concern. This issue is still difficult to overcome due to the lack of public awareness about the importance of this issue in Indonesia. Seeing this, Australia, which has a higher awareness of women, invites cooperation with Indonesia through the MAMPU (Maju Perempuan for Poverty Reduction) Program. The collaboration aims to provide women with access to essential services and proper rights. By using liberal feminist theory and the concept of bilateral cooperation, this study has the main argument that the running of the capable program (2012-2020) has been running according to these theories and concepts. The findings of this study are that MAMPU Program has fulfilled liberal feminist theory by making women psychologically aware that they have rights and opportunities which also resulted in several legal changes in Indonesia regarding women, with this Indonesia-Australia cooperation has also run according to the concept of cooperation. bilateral because the response from both countries to the MAMPU Program was very good.

Abstract

The European Union is one of the largest energy user in the world, but due to lack of natural resources the European Union fullfill energy needs by import. To reduce its energy imports the European Union created the Renewable Energy Directive to stimulate the use and production of alternative energy such as biofuels. Biofuel is an alternative energy made from vegetable oils. One of the vegetable oils used by the European Union in making biofuels is palm oil. in 2017 the European Union made a resolution to stop imports of palm oil from Indonesia in 2021 due to environmental issues. Palm oil plantations in Indonesia are considered not sustainable and violate human rights. In 2018, the European Union raised the Renewable Energy Directive II, which delayed the ban on imports of palm oil from 2021 to 2030. Abstract

Water is a source of life for all living things, one of which is for humans. The supply of clean water that is safe for consumption is currently only available for 3 percent of the total of 70 percent of the earth’s water area. India as a country with a large population, has a high chance of experiencing a water crisis. This is evidenced by the low quality of India’s water, the existence of unequal access of it and the ineffectiveness of government cooperation with foreign companies recruited to manage water in India. Through this research, the author try to explain the relationship between the government’s cooperation with foreign companies which causes the existence of unequal access to water in India. By using the theory of Marxism which views world politics as an exploitative and conflictual desert between the bourgeoisie and the proletarian class as well as the theory of Monopoly Advantage which discusses the importance of monopoly over a foreign company in another country, this research argues that cooperation by the government and foreign companies has resulted in the exploitation of water allotment for people in rural areas and led to unequal access to water in India.
