Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesiapan mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Jasmani Kesehatan dan Rekreasi (PJKR) FIK UNY yang akan melaksanakan Praktik Kependidikan (PK) atau Pengenalan Lapangan Persekolahan (PLP) tahun 2020.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deksriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Prodi PJKR FIK UNY berjumlah 187 mahasiswa yang akan melaksanakan PK/PLP tahun 2020. Sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 128 responden, pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket. Hasil uji reliabilitas instrumen penelitian ini adalah 0,879. Hasil uji validitas dengan r tabel 0,325 dinyatakan dari 45 butir pernyataan gugur 13 butir sehingga untuk pengumpulan data penelitian sebanyak 32 butir. Teknik analisis data adalah deskriptif dengan persentase. Hasil penelitian kesiapan mahasiswa Prodi PJKR FIK UNY yang akan melaksanakan PK/PLP tahun 2020 dengan kategori sangat siap 13,28%, siap 12,5%, cukup siap 37,5%, kurang siap 32,81%, dan sangat kurang siap 3,91%. Readiness of physical education, health and recreation students to implement educational practices Abstract  This research aims to analyze students’ readiness level in educational practice or internship orientation program among the students of Physical Education, Health and Recreation (PEHR) study program in 2020. The research was descriptive qualitative research with survey method. The number of population in this research was 187 students of PEHR study program who participated in Educational Practice Program (EPP) or School Internship Orientation Program (SIOP) 2020. The sample collected in this research was 128 respondents; the sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique. The instrument used in this research was questionnaire. The result of reliability test of this research instrument was 0,879. The result of the validity test using r table 0.325 stated in 45 statements, 13 statements of fall with the total research data is 32 statements. The analysis technique used in this research was descriptive with a presentation. The result of the students’ readiness level in internship orientation program among the students of PEHR study program in 2020 shows that 13.28% of them were very ready, 12.5% of them were ready, 37.5% of them were quite ready, 32.81% of them were lack of preparation, 3.91% were very lack of preparation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kontribusi filosofi dan kompetensi pedagogi terhadap kualitas mengajar guru pendidikan jasmani. Metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan instrumen angket tentang filosofi dan kompetensi pedagogi guru pendidikan jasmani. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 guru pendidikan jasmani dengan Proporsional Random Sampling. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kontribusi filosofi guru pendidikan jasmani di 5 kabupaten/kota di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dalam kategori Cukup sebesar 18 % atau sejumlah 36 orang dan katagori Tinggi 64% sejumlah 32 orang; Kontribusi Kompetensi Pedagogik guru pendidikan jasmani di 5 kabupaten/kota di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dalam kategori Cukup, sebesar 48 % atau sejumlah 24 orang dan katagori Tinggi 52% sejumlah 26 orang. Kedua variabel berkontribusi besar terhadap kualitas mengajar guru pendidikan jasmani di Sekolah Dasar sehingga guru pendidikan jasmani hendaknya terus mengembangkan filosofi dan kompetensi pedagoginya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Contribution of philosophy and pedagogical competence to the quality of teaching physical education teachers in primary schools Abstract  This study aims to determine how much the contribution of philosophy and pedagogical competence to the quality of teaching physical education teachers. Descriptive quantitative research methods with a questionnaire about the philosophy and competence of physical education teacher pedagogy. The sample in this study were 50 physical education teachers with Proportional Random Sampling. The results showed that the contribution of the philosophy of physical education teachers in 5 districts in the Special Region of Yogyakarta in the Fair category was 18% or 36 people and High category 64% 32 people; Contribution of Pedagogical Competencies of physical education teachers in 5 regencies in the Special Region of Yogyakarta in the Fair category, amounting to 48% or a number of 24 people and the category of Higher 52% totaling 26 people. These two variables contribute greatly to the quality of teaching physical education teachers in elementary schools so that physical education teachers should continue to develop their pedagogical philosophies and competencies to improve the quality of learning.

Abstract

Sejarah yang begitu panjang dalam mempertahankan eksistensi pendidikan jasmani dan olahraga di Indonesia, masih belum bisa memberikan sebuah ‘oase’ atau pengalaman yang menyenangkan di tengah permasalahan-permasalahan yang semakin menjustifikasi ketidakbermanfaatan pendidikan jasmani di sekolah maupun masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini berusaha untuk mengungkap gambaran tentang permasalahan, urgensi, dan pemahaman dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani di sekolah dasar dari perspektif guru. Metode penelitian menggunakan desain deskriptif kualitatif dengan penekanan pada pengetahuan dan pengalaman subjek pada situasi dan permasalahan tertentu. Pengumpulan data dilakukan selama dua bulan melalui observasi dan wawancara semi-terstruktur terhadap tiga belas guru pendidikan jasmani (n=13), di lima sekolah dasar di Pulau Lombok, NTB. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; Pertama, permasalahan dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani dapat dirumuskan bahwa masih kurang atau tidak memadainya prasarana dan sarana, materi pembelajaran tidak sesuai dengan RPP, kurangnya pemahaman tentang konsep pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani baik dari pengawas maupun guru, dan masih terdapat kekeliruan dan ketidaksesuaian konsep dengan praktik pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani. Kedua, keadaan yang sangat mendesak (urgensi) dalam pendidikan jasmani adalah tentang kerentanan hilangnya eksistensi pendidikan jasmani di sekolah dasar, dan semakin melemahnya esensi pendidikan jasmani sebagai tempat memberikan pengalaman gerak dan olahraga yang menyenangkan kepada semua peserta didik tanpa adanya diskriminasi, polarisasi, dan tendensi bias gender. Ketiga, guru pendidikan jasmani memiliki kekurangan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang model pembelajaran dan model penilaian yang sesuai dengan kurikulum. Physical education, sports, and health in elementary schools: description of problems, urgency, and understanding of teacher perspectives AbstractThe long history in maintaining the existence of physical education and sports in Indonesia, is still not able to provide an 'oasis' or a pleasant experience in the midst of problems that increasingly justify the uselessness of physical education in schools and the community. The objective of this research is to reveal an idea of the problems, urgency, and understanding of the physical education learning in elementary school from a teacher's perspective. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative design with an emphasizes the subject's knowledge and experience in certain situations and problems. Data collection was conducted for two months through observations and semi-structured interviews towards thirteen physical education teachers (n = 13), in five elementary schools in Lombok Island, NTB. The results shows that; First, the problem in the learning of physical education can be formulated that it is still lacking or inadequate infrastructure and facilities, learning materials are not in accordance with the RPP, lack of understanding about physical education concepts both the supervisor and the teachers, and there are still errors and discrepancies concept with physical education learning practices. Second, the urgency in physical education is about the vulnerability of the loss existence of physical education in elementary schools, and the weakening of the essence of physical education as a place to provide a pleasant experience of movement and sports to all students without discrimination, polarization, and gender bias tendencies. Third, physical education teachers have a lack of knowledge and understanding of learning models and assessment models that are in accordance with the curriculum.

Abstract

Pembelajaran renang merupakan salah satu materi pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan pada jenjang sekolah menengah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui latar belakang alasan siswa kelas X bersikap pasif dalam pembelajaran renang di SMA N 1 Majenang. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologi. Penentuan subjek dengan teknik purposive sampling. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu 20 siswa pasif kelas X, 6 siswa aktif kelas X, dan 1 Guru PJOK. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor internal yang mempengaruhi siswa kelas X bersikap pasif dalam pembelajaran renang, yaitu: kemampuan gerak renang kurang baik; Pengalaman buruk; motivasi rendah; kesehatan kurang baik. Berdasarkan faktor internal, terdapat 3 tipe siswa pasif, yaitu: pasif yang sopan; pasif terselubung; pasif disengaja. Faktor eksternal yang mempengaruhi siswa kelas X bersikap pasif dalam pembelajaran renang, yaitu:komunikasi kurang baik; pengaruh teman dan orang tua; tugas lebih dipilih; fasilitas kolam renang kurang mendukung; kurang penggunaan alat bantu. Berdasarkan faktor eksternal, terdapat 1 tipe siswa pasif yaitu pasif yang disengaja. The phenomenon of passive class X students in learning swimming at public SMA 1 Majenang, Central Java AbstractSwimming learning is one of the physical education learning materials for sports and health at the high school level. This study aims to find out the background of the reasons for Grade X students choosing to be passive in swimming learning at SMAN 1 Majenang. This was a qualitative descriptive study with a phenomenological design. The research subjects were selected using the purposive sampling technique. The subjects in this study were 20 passive class X students, 6 active class X students, and 1 PJOK teacher. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques by means of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data used source triangulation technique. The results showed that the internal factors that influenced class X students to be passive in learning swimming, namely: poor swimming ability; Bad experience; low motivation; ill health. Based on internal factors, there are 3 types of passive students, namely: polite passive; veiled passive; deliberate passivity. External factors that influence class X students to be passive in learning swimming, namely: poor communication; influence of friends and parents; preferred task; swimming pool facilities are less supportive; less use of tools. Based on external factors, there is 1 type of passive student, namely deliberate passive.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan aplikasi mobile learning senam lantai DBL (guling depan, guling belakang, dan guling lenting) berbasis android untuk kelas VII SMP. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Research and Development (RD) dengan model pengembangan gabungan ADDIE dan waterfall. Subyek penelitian ini berjumlah 210 peserta didik kelas VII SMP Negeri 15 Yogyakarta. Teknik analisa data dilakukan dengan cara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa: (1) penilaian materi oleh ahli materi meliputi aspek substansi materi dan aspek desain pembelajaran dikategorikan “Sangat Layak” dengan persentase nilai sebesar 90,71%, (2) penilaian media oleh ahli media meliputi aspek atribut kualitas berdasarkan Pressman, prinsip media pembelajaran berdasarkan Wibawanto, dan aspek tampilan berdasarkan Kemendiknas dikategorikan “Sangat Layak” dengan persentase nilai 92,10%, (3) penilaian materi oleh guru meliputi aspek substansi materi dan aspek desain pembelajaran dikategorikan “Sangat Layak” dengan persentase nilai sebesar 95,36%. (4) penilaian respon peserta didik yaitu The Computer System Usability meliputi aspek kegunaan sistem aplikasi, kualitas informasi aplikasi, dan kualitas tampilan aplikasi dikategorikan “Sangat Layak” dengan persentase nilai sebesar 82,06%. Develpoment of mobile learning gymnastics DBL based on android for seven grade of junior high school AbstractThe objective of this research is to design as well as to create an android mobile learning application of gymnastics DBL (forward roll, back roll, neckspring) used for seven grade of junior high school. This research is classified as a Research and Development (RD) using the combined development model of ADDIE and the waterfall. The subjects of this study are 210 students of seven grade of SMP Negeri 15 Yogyakarta.The data of this research are analyzed by using descriptive quantitative method. The results of this study show that (1) the materials evaluated by the experts, which consist of materials substance aspect and learning design aspect, are categorized as "Very Eligible" with a percentage value of 90.71%; (2) the media assessed by the experts, which consist of quality attributes aspect based on Pressman, the principles of instructional media based on Wibawanto, and the display aspects based on the Ministry of National Education, is categorized as "Very Eligible" with a percentage value of 92.10%; (3) the materials evaluated by the teachers, which consist of material substance aspect and learning design aspect, is categorized as "Very Eligible" with a percentage value of 95,36%; (4) the computer system usability evaluated by the students, which consist of apps system usefulness aspect, apps information quality aspect, and apps interface quality aspect, is categorized as "Very Eligible" product  with a percentage value of 82,06%.

Abstract

Salah satu permasalahan di pembelajaran olahraga yang terjadi pada siswa sekolah dasar yaitu masih banyak siswa yang salah melakukan gerak dasar guling belakang. Hal ini yang mendasari terlaksananya penelitian ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui peningkatan keterampilan gerak dasar guling belakang dengan menggunakan alat bantu. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN 1 Beringin Raya Bandar Lampung. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV SDN 1 Beringain Raya. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan dua siklus, dimana dari setiap siklusnya menggunakan tindakan yang berbeda-beda. Siklus yang pertama dengan penggunaan pembelajaran perbagian, dan siklus yang kedua dengan penggunaan bantuan guru. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SD N 1 Beringin Raya Bandar Lampung yang berjumlah 17 siswa. Pengumpulan data diambil melalui pengamatan keterampilan gerak dasar guling belakang yang meliputi sikap awal, pelaksanaan dan sikap akhir. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan terhadap keterampilan gerak dasar guling belakang pada siswa sekolah dasar melalui penggunaan alat bantu pada setiap siklusnya, adapun peningkatan pada setiap siklus adalah sebagai berikut siklus pertama sebesar 52,94 %, dan siklus kedua 82,35 %. Ini menunjukan bahwa sanya peningkatan yang terjadi sangat baik. The improvements of back roll basic motion for Elementary School AbstractOne of the problems in learning sports that occurs in elementary school students is that there are still many students who make the wrong back roll basic motion. This is what underlies the implementation of this research. The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of basic rear roll movement skills using assistive devices. This research was conducted at SDN 1 Beringin Raya Bandar Lampung. The research subjects were fourth grade students of SDN 1 Beringain Raya. In this study using action research with two cycles, where each cycle uses a different action. The first cycle uses part learning, and the second cycle uses teacher assistance. The subjects of this study were 17 grade students of SD N 1 Beringin Raya Bandar Lampung. Data collection was taken through the observation of the basic back-roll movement skills which included the initial attitude, implementation and final attitude. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in the basic motion skills of back-rolling in elementary school students through the use of assistive devices in each cycle, while the increase in each cycle is as follows in the first cycle of 52.94%, and the second cycle of 82.35%. This shows that the only improvement that has occurred is very good.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil peningkatan karakter kepedulian dan kerjasama melalui cooperative learning tipe Teams Game Tournament pada mata kuliah atletik dan meningkatkan hasil belajar pada mata kuliah atletik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Data dianalisis dengan teknik deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai kepedulian dan kerjasama mahasiswa pada mata kuliah atletik meningkat, dengan data nilai kepedulian pra siklus 14 point (37%), siklus I 21 point (55%), dan siklus II 31 point (82%). Nilai kerjasama menunjukan hasil pada pra siklus 13 point (34%), siklus I 21 point (55%) dan siklus II 33 point (87%), hasil positif terjadi karena peningkatan karakter kepedulian dan kerjasama terus menerus dilakukan secara sadar selama proses pembelajaran sehingga menanamkan kebiasaan (habituation) pada mahasiswa. Hasil belajar mahasiswa juga meningkat pada mata kuliah atletik, dengan data kelulusan pada pra siklus 11 orang (29%) dengan nilai rata-rata 50 atau kategori D, siklus I 32 orang (84%) dengan nilai rata-rata 68 atau kategori C dan siklus II 38 orang (100%) dengan nilai rata-rata 92 atau kategori A, hasil belajar yang meningkat terjadi karena lingkungan belajar kondusif dan mahasiswa saling mengingatkan serta menguatkan selama proses belajar, yang merupakan dampak dari peningkatan karakter kepedulian dan kerjasama. Increasing character of caring and cooperation learning athletic subject AbstractThis study aims to determine the results of the increasing of the character of caring and cooperation through cooperative learning type Teams Game Tournament in athletic subjects and improve learning outcomes in athletic subjects. The research method used was classroom action research. Data were analyzed with qualitative and quantitative descriptive techniques. The results showed that the value of student care and cooperation in athletic subjects increased with pre-cycle care scores of 14 points (37%), cycle I 21 points (55%), and cycle II 31 points (82%). The value of cooperation shows the data at the pre cycle 13 points (34%), cycle I 21 points (55%) and cycle II 33 points (87%), positive results occur because the increasing character of care and cooperation is continuously carried out consciously during the learning process so that instilling habits (habituation) in students. While student learning outcomes improved in athletic subjects, with pre-cycle data of 11 people (29%), the average value of 50 or category D, cycle I 32 people (84%), the average value of 68 or category C and the second cycle of 38 people (100%) an average score of 92 or category A, improved learning outcomes occur because the learning environment is conducive and students remind and reinforce each other during the learning process, which is the impact of increasing the character of caring and cooperation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui  efektivitas vertical jump terhadap kemampuan smash bola voli putra ekstrakurikuler SMA Negeri 1 Seputih Banyak, Lampung Tengah. Vertikal jump merupakan tes komponen kebugaran yang sudah umum dilakukan guna mengetahui kekuatan otot kaki atau daya ledak (explosive power) seseorang. Semakin tinggi suatu lompatan yang dilakukan, maka akan semakin kuat otot pada kaki atau daya ledak seseorang. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Seputih Banyak, Lampung Tengah. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa laki-laki dalam ekstrakurikuler bola voli dan sampel berjumlah 12 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan lompatan tertinggi adalah 68 cm dan lompatan terendah adalah 40 cm dengan rata rata lompatan dari 12 siswa tersebut adalah 58,14 cm. Selanjutnya untuk lompatan diatas 55 cm rata-rata memiliki kemampuan smash yang baik yang dihasilkan dari lompatan yang baik. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan vertikal jump memiliki peran dalam kemampuan smash bola voli.  AbstractThis study aims to determine the effectiveness of vertical jump on the extracurricular men's volleyball smash ability of SMA Negeri 1 Seputih Banyak, Central Lampung. The vertical jump is a common test for fitness components to determine the strength of a person's leg muscles or explosive power. The higher a jump is made, the stronger the muscles in the legs or the explosive power of a person. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Seputih Banyak, Central Lampung. The population of this study were male students in volleyball extracurricular activities and the sample consisted of 12 students. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method. The results of the study showed that the highest jump was 68 cm and the lowest jump was 40 cm with the average jump of the 12 students being 58.14 cm. Furthermore, for jumps above 55 cm, on average, they have a good smash ability resulting from a good jump. This shows that the ability to jump vertical has a role in the ability to smash volleyball.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan passing bawah bola voli siswa kelas IV SDN 005 Bukit Jaya, Kecamatan Ukui, Kabupaten Pelalawan dengan model pembelajaran student teams achievement division (STAD). Penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), dalam PTK ini yang menjadi subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV SDN 005 Bukit Jaya Kecamatan Ukui Kabupaten Pelalawan yang berjumlah 22 orang siswa dengan komposisi perempuan 8 siswi dan laki-laki 14 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pada saat  pelaksanaan perlakuan siklus I, siswa yang telah mencapai KKM sebanyak 7 orang siswa (31,81%), sedangkan siswa yang belum mencapai nilai KKM sebanyak 15 orang siswa (68,18%). Maka perlu dilakukan kembali pelaksanaan siklus II, siswa yang telah mencapai KKM sebanyak 14 orang siswa (63,64%), sedangakan siswa yang belum mencapai KKM sebanyak 8 orang siswa (36,36%).Efforts to improve volleyball passing skills by using the student teams achievement division learning model  AbstractThe purpose of this study was to improve the skill of passing under volleyball for grade IV students of SDN 005 Bukit Jaya, Ukui District, Pelalawan Regency with the learning model of student teams achievement division (STAD). This study uses Classroom Action Research (CAR), in this CAR that became the subject of the study was the fourth-grade students of SDN 005 Bukit Jaya, Ukui Subdistrict, Pelalawan Regency, amounting to 22 students with a composition of 8 female students and 14 male students. The results showed that at the time of the implementation of the first cycle treatment, there were 7 students who had achieved KKM (31.81%), while students who had not achieved the KKM value were 15 students (68.18%). Then the implementation of the second cycle needs to be done, students who have reached KKM as many as 14 students (63.64%), while students who have not reached KKM as many as 8 students (36.36%).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui validitas isi instrumen komitmen tugas bermain sepakbola melalui analisis indeks Aiken. Subjek penelitian ini adalah dosen dan pelatih siswa SSO Real Madrid Fakultas Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah instrumen pengukuran komitmen tugas bermain sepakbola yang terdiri dari lima indikator, yaitu: 1) kapasitas untuk mendalami teknik dalam sepakbola yang ditekuni; 2) ketekunan menjalani pelatihan sesuai dengan program latihan; 3) daya tahan mental dalam berlatih dan berlaga; 4) keyakinan diri mampu; dan 5) dorongan untuk berprestasi. Pengukuran validitas instrumen menggunakan analisis Aiken yang melibatkan enam (6) orang rater sebagai penilai. Hasil penelitian adalah: 1) diperoleh validitas isi instrumen  pengukuran komitmen tugas bermain sepakbola pada aspek kapasitas teknik diperoleh nilai terendah 0.83 dan tertinggi 0.88; pada aspek ketekunan  diperoleh nilai terendah 0.83 dan tertinggi 0.88; pada aspek daya tahan mental diperoleh nilai terendah 0.83 dan tertinggi 0.88; pada aspek dorongan berprestasi diperoleh nilai terendah 0.83 dan tertinggi 0.88; dan pada aspek kapasitas teknik diperoleh nilai terendah 0.83 dan tertinggi 0.92. Aiken index analysis to measure the validity of the content of the soccer-playing task commitment instrument AbstractThe research intends to determine the content validity of the task commitment of playing football through an analysis of the Aiken index. Research subjects were lecturers and trainers of SSO Real Madrid students of the Faculty of Sport Sciences Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. The instrument used was by measurement instrument of the commitment of playing football consisting of five indicators: (1) the capacity to explore the techniques in football that are occupied; (2) perseverance following training in accordance with the training program; (3) mental endurance in practising and competing; (4) confidence of being able; and (5) encouragement for achievement. Measurement of instrument validity used Aiken analysis involving six (6) raters as assessors. The research results are: (1) is obtained the content validity of the instrument measuring the task commitment of playing football on technique capacity aspect that is taken the lowest value 0.83 and the highest 0.88; in the perseverance aspect, the lowest value is 0.83 and the highest 0.88; in the mental endurance aspect, the lowest value is 0.83 and the highest 0.88; on the achievement encouragement aspects, the lowest value is 0.83 and the highest 0.88; and on the technique capacity aspect, the lowest value is 0.83 and the highest 0.92.
