Abstract

Sepakbola meaipakan salah satu olahraga yang banyakdigemari oleh masyarakat di selumh dunia termasuk di Indonesia.Pembinaan teihadap olahraga ini telah lama dilakukan oleh indukorganisasi sepakbola Indonesia (PSSI), namun masih belummenampakkan prestasi yang menggembirakan.Pemanfaatan dan penerapan ilmu pengetahuan danteknologi dalam sepakbola modem mutlak harus sudah dilakukandalam pembinaan sepakbola. Salah satu faktor yang perludiperhatikan unmk mewujudkan prestasi sepakbola yang tinggiadalah pemanfaatan dan penerapan ilmu gizi olahraga yang benardan profesional.Kebutuhan gizi bagi pemain sepakbola meliputikarbohidrat, lemak, protein, vitamin, mineral, air, dan serat.Pemberian makanan bergizi bagi pemain sepakbola dilakukanpada periode pelatihan, periode pertandingan, dan periodepemulihan.Katakunci: sepakbola, gizi.

Abstract

Era modern sekarang ini pengobatantidak hanya penangnan secara medis dankimiawi saja tetapi pengobatan dilakukansecara alami [back to nature) untuk mengurangiefek-efek dari obat-obatan yang memilikikandungan kimiawi tinggi. Perawatan tubuhsangat penting bagi olahragawan untukmeningkatkan penampilan dan menjaga kondisifisik supaya tetap bugar dan sehat.Banyak sekali atlet yang merawattubuhnya supaya tetap bugar selainberolahraga, seperti melakuan masase danmengkonsumsi vitamin atau suplemen. Tetapibanyak pula atlet yang mengalami cederasehingga tidak dapat melanjutkan pertandinganatau latihan yang telah terprogram. Cedera yangdialami atlet lebih banyak pada lutut d a n engkelpada setiap cabang olahraga. Seperti yangdiungkapkan oleh Wibowo, Hardianto (1995:12),bahwa hasil pengamatan cedera pada lututsebesar 22,5% sedangkan pada engkel 14%.Sehingga pada ke dua cedera tersebut perluadanya penanganan dan perhatian k h u s u s y a i tusalah satunya dengan terapi Masase Frirageyang terlahir di Fakultas Olahraga Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta, sebagai manipulasi yangdapat menangani cedera olahraga berupagangguan cedera otot ataupun keseleo.Pada makalah ini akan disampaikanbeberapa hal diantaranya: terapi masase, cederaolahraga, penatalaksanaan terapi masaseFrirage pada cedera lutut dan engkel.Kata Kunci: terapi masase frirage, cederaolahraga

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the characteristics of the physical fitness level of new members of the Pasopati student regiment. This study uses a survey method with test and measurement techniques. The population used were members of the Pasopati student regiment as many as 81 students. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling so that a sample of 29 new members of the Pasopati student regiment was obtained. The instrument used in this study was the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test for adolescents aged 16-19 years. The data analysis technique used descriptive quantitative percentages. The results of the study show that the results of the research on the physical fitness of new members of the Pasopati Student regiment are known that the characteristics of physical fitness of new members of the Pasopati Student regiment can be described as (1) The physical fitness of new members of the male's Pasopati student regiment is included in the good category of 33.33%, (2 ) The level of physical fitness of new members of the female Pasopati student regiment is mostly in the good category as much as 60%, and (3) The physical fitness of all new members of the Pasopati Student regiment, both male and female, is included in the good category of 48.28%. Therefore, it is still very necessary to carry out intensive training to be able to improve physical fitness for new members of the Pasopati student regiment, especially speed, strength, and endurance exercises for the arm and shoulder muscles, and cardiorespiratory endurance because each member of the student regiment as the components of the state's defense and security reserves requires excellent physical fitness

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan hubungan karakteristik pesenam terhadap keluhan nyeri lutut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik observasional dengan rancangan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 60 orang, denagn rincian 30 untuk kelompok pesenam aerobik dan 30 untuk pesenam zumba. Kriteria inklusi yang dipakai adalah jenis kelamin wanita, frekuensi senam minimal satu kali dalam seminggu secara rutin selama minimal selama enam bulan, waktu senam dalam sekali latihan antara tiga puluh hingga enam puluh menit, dan telah mengisi informed consent sebelum pengisian kuesioner. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara memberikan kuesioner mengunakan google form. Karakteristik pesenam yang dibandingkan pada penelitian ini antara lain frekuensi, usia, jenis senam, indeks massa tubuh (IMT), dan lama mengikuti senam dalam satu tahun. Skala nyeri lutut diukur menggunakan Number Rating Scale (NRS). Hasil analisis multivariat dengan uji logistik berganda menunjukkan hanya satu variabel yang berpengaruh signifikan, yaitu frekuensi senam dalam seminggu (p=0,044). Frekuensi senam berpengaruh terhadap nyeri lutut pesenam dengan Odds ratio (OR) sebesar 5,218. Karakteristik frekuensi senam berhubungan terhadap keluhan nyeri lutut (p=0,044) dengan nilai odds ratio 5,218. Usia tidak menunjukkan korelasi dengan keluhan nyeri lutut. Tidak ada hubungan IMT dengan nyeri lutut pesenam (p=0,178). Tidak ada hubungan jenis senam, baik zumba maupun aerobik dengan keluhan nyeri lutut. Lama mengikuti senam (dalam tahun) tidak berhubungan dengan keluhan nyeri lutut. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan frekuensi senam merupakan faktor risiko yang memengaruhi keluhan nyeri lutut pesenamThe correlation of gymnast characteristics with knee pain incidenceAbstracthis study aims to prove the relationship between the characteristics of the gymnast and complaints of knee pain. This research is an observational analytic study with a cross-sectional design. The population in this study was 60 people, with details of 30 for the aerobic gymnast group and 30 for the zumba gymnast. The inclusion criteria used were female gender, frequency of exercise at least once a week regularly for a minimum of six months, exercise time in one exercise between thirty to sixty minutes, and having filled out informed consent before filling out the questionnaire. Data collection was done by giving a questionnaire using a google form. The characteristics of the gymnasts compared in this study included frequency, age, type of exercise, body mass index (BMI), and length of time following the exercise in one year. The knee pain scale was measured using the Number Rating Scale (NRS). The results of multivariate analysis with multiple logistic tests showed that only one variable had a significant effect, namely the frequency of exercise in a week (p=0.044). The frequency of exercise has an effect on gymnast knee pain with an Odds ratio (OR) of 5.218. The characteristics of the frequency of exercise were associated with complaints of knee pain (p=0.044) with an odds ratio of 5.218. Age did not show a correlation with complaints of knee pain. There was no relationship between BMI and gymnast knee pain (p=0.178). There is no relationship between types of exercise, both Zumba and aerobics, with complaints of knee pain. Duration of exercise (in years) was not associated with complaints of knee pain. This study concludes that the frequency of exercise is a risk factor that affects the gymnast's knee pain complaints.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan Life Kinetic terhadap ketepatan pukulan forehand drive pada cabang olahraga tenis meja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan desain The Randomized Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini merupakan anggota aktif unit kegiatan mahasiswa tenis meja Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 10 orang kelompok eksperimen dan 10 orang kelompok kontrol. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah instrumen kemampuan ketepatan forehand drive tenis meja untuk mengukur kemampuan ketepatan forehand drive. Instrument ini memiliki tingkat validitas tinggi 1 dan reliabilitas 0.96 dan reliabilitas 0.95. Analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas Shapiro-Wilk, uji homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis Paired T-Test dan Independent T-Test. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa latihan dengan metode life Kinetic memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan ketepatan pukulan pada anggota unit kegiatan mahasiswa tenis meja Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Maka dari itu, penulis merekomendasikan untuk menerapkan latihan life Kinetic dalam proses pelatihan tenis meja karena terbukti memberikan pengaruh bagi anggota unit kegiatan mahasiswa tenis meja Universitas Pendidikan IndonesiaThe effect of life kinetic training on table tennis forehand strike accuracyAbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect of Life Kinetic training on the accuracy of forehand drive strokes in table tennis. The research method used is an experimental method with The Randomized Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The sample in this study is an active member of the table tennis student activity unit at the University of Education Indonesia with a total sample of 10 people in the experimental group and 10 in the control group. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The instrument used in this study is the Table Tennis Forehand Drive Accuracy Ability Instrument to measure the forehand drive accuracy ability. Data analysis used the Shapiro-Wilk normality test, homogeneity test, and the Paired T-Test and Independent T-Test hypothesis testing. The treatment in this study was conducted 10 times by providing the Life Kinetic exercise method for the experimental group. The results of this study indicate that the exercise with the Life Kinetic method has a significant effect on increasing the accuracy of strokes for members of the table tennis student activity unit at the University of Indonesia Education. Therefore, the author recommends applying Life Kinetic exercises in the table tennis training process because it has been proven to have an effect on members of the table tennis student activity unit at the University of Indonesia Education

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar persentase keyakinan diri pelatih ekstrakurikuler olahraga di SMA se-Kabupaten Banyumas. Kegiatan ekstrakurikuler olahraga dapat benar-benar dirasakan manfaatnya dengan cara sekolah mampu mengadakan program dengan berorientasi pada prestasi olahraga khususnya olahraga individu seperti panahan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan metode survei. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket tertutup yang berjumlah 12 butir pernyataan valid dengan nilai reliabilitas sebesar 0,897. Sampel penelitian adalah pelatih ekstrakurikuler olahraga di SMA se-Kabupaten Banyumas yang berjumlah 40 orang dari 8 sekolah, yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, dengan kriteria pelatih SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Banyumas, ada ekstrakurikuler olahraga panahan, pelatih bersedia menjadi sampel. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif yang disajikan dalam bentuk persentase. Hasil penelitian keyakinan diri pelatih ekstrakurikuler olahraga di SMA se-Kabupaten Banyumas berada pada kategori “sangat rendah” sebesar 5,00%, “rendah” sebesar 22,50%, “cukup” sebesar 32,50%, “tinggi” sebesar 32,50%, dan “sangat tinggi” sebesar 7,50%How confident are the archery extracurricular trainers in Banyumas?AbstractThis study aims to determine the percentage of self-confidence of extracurricular sports coaches in high schools throughout Banyumas Regency.  The benefits of sport extracurricular activities can be truly felt by the way schools are able to organize programs that are oriented towards sporting achievements, especially individual sports such as archery.  This research is a descriptive research.  The method used is a survey.  The data collection technique used a closed questionnaire, totaling 12 valid statements with a reliability value of 0.897.  The sample in this study was sports extracurricular coaches in high school throughout Banyumas Regency, totaling 40 people from 8 schools, which were taken using a purposive sampling technique, with the criteria of coaches at public high schools in Banyumas Regency, there was archery extracurricular, the coach was willing to be a sample.  The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive analysis which was presented in the form of percentages.  The results of the research on the self-confidence of sports extracurricular trainers in high schools throughout Banyumas Regency are in the "very low" category of 5.00%, "low" of 22.50%, "enough" of 32.50%, "high" of 32. 50%, and “very high” at 7.50%.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the following factors that affect the physical inactivity of the students in saint joseph college aged 12- 16 years old. It aims to understand the impact of this crisis and how to address this pressing issue. A descriptive- survey research design was utilized to document the respondents' behavior, demographics, and experiences correlated to the questions provided. The questionnaire includes 15-item questions that seek to gather information on their basic profile, current experiences, and behavior towards physical activities. The study discovers that teenagers aged 12-16 years old are inactive in physical activities and sports due to some reasons like exposure to too much time to gadgets, whether the activity provides a fun and offers socialization, lack of motivation, occupied schedules for other matters, the covid-19 pandemic, costly sports equipment on the sports of their interest, the unavailability of playing area, and lastly health concerns. Therefore, physical inactivity only alleviates certain issues, physically, mentally, spiritually, and socially. Physical inactivity is the result of demotivated individuals, physical illiteracy, prolonged screen time, and health issues.
