Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan screen time dan tingkat aktivitas fisik mahasiswa di masa covid-19 dengan health related quality of life. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 360 orang mahasiswa aktif Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Instrumen pengambilan data mengunakan Global Physical Activity Questionnaire (GPAQ), Questionnaire For Screen Time Of Adolescents (QUEST), dan Health Related Quality Of Life SF-36 (HRQoL SF-36). Hasil dari analisis data yng diketahui bahwa dapat disimpulkan bahwa rata- rata MET mahasiswa UPI pada pandemi COVID- 19 berkisar 1027 MET. Level aktivitas fisik mahasiswa UPI pada pandemi COVID-19 tergolong sedang (nilai MET 600- 3000). Terdapat 8 aspek dalam kualitas hidup (HRQOL SF-36). Berikut 8 kualitas hidup yang terdiri dari: fungsi fisik, peran fisik, rasa nyeri, kesehatan umum, fungsi sosial, vitalitas, peran emosi, kesehatan mental. Hasil pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara aktivitas fisik dan HRQOL dikarenakan nilai P = 0,000 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa aktifitas fisik dapat menjadi salah satu faktor penyumbang kualitas hidup, tetapi screen time tidak menunjukan hubungan yang signifikan karena nilai P = 0,762 0,05.The relationship of screen time and physical activity level during covid-19 with health-related quality of life  among university studentsAbstractThis study aimed to test the relationship between screen time and physical activity levels of students during the Covid-19 period with health-related quality of life. The method used in this research was a descriptive correlation with a quantitative approach. The sample in the study was 360 active students at an Indonesian Education University. Physical activity was assessed using the Global Physical Activity Questionnaire (GPAQ). Screen time was measured using the Questionnaire For Screen Time of Adolescents (QUEST), and quality of life was assessed with the Health Related Quality of Life SF-36 (HRQoL SF-36). The results of the data analysis showed that the average the total metabolic equivalent of task (MET) per week  was 1027 MET, thus the level, was classified as moderate. There  were significant relationship between each 8 HRQoL subscale (i.e. Physical Function, Physical Role, Pain, General Health, Social Function, Vitality, Emotional Role, Mental Health) and. physical activity and HRQOL ( P value 0.000).  No significant correlation however was found between physical activity and screen time. This indicates that physical activity can be a contributing factor to quality of life, but screen time does not show a significant relationship because P value = 0.762 0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan bertujuan menghasilkan sebuah instrumen untuk menilai kinerja pengelolaan sekolah sepakbola yang dilakukan dengan pendekatan sistem manajemen mutu. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode pengembangan. Prosedur pengembangan yang dilakukan yaitu menentukan tujuan, menyusun kerangka teori, menyusun indikator butir soal, menyusun butir soal, uji validitas isi, dan melakukan uji reliabilitas. Uji validitas isi dilaksanakan menggunakan teknik uji validitas Aiken dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan teknik test-retest. Analisis data yang akan digunakan adalah analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil uji validitas Aiken adalah 0,79. Uji reliabelitas instrumen diujicobakan pada sekolah sekolah sepakbola yang menjadi anggota komite pembinaan pemain usia muda Askab PSSI Sleman berjumlah sembilan sekolah sepakbola dengan teknik pemilihan purposive sampling. Hasil uji reliabilitas menunjukkan indeks sebesar 0.84. Instrumen kinerja pengelolaan sekolah sepakbola berbasis sistem manajemen mutu dinyatakan layak digunakan. Instrumen penilaian kinerja pengelolaan sekolah sepakbola dapat dimanfaatkan oleh PSSI dijenjang kabupaten, provinsi yang bertugas membina pengelolaan sekolah sepakbola di wilayah kerjanya. Kegiatan evaluasi terhadap kinerja pengelolaan sekolah sepak bola diharapkan semakin valid, reliebel, dan objektif dengan instrumen yang berhasil dikembangkan pada penelitian iniValidity and reliability of football school management assessment instruments based on quality management systemAbstractThis research aims to produce an instrument to assess the performance of football school management which is carried out using a quality management system approach. This research was conducted with the development method. The development procedures carried out are determining objectives, developing a theoretical framework, compiling item indicators, compiling items, testing content validity, and conducting reliability tests. The content validity test was carried out using the Aiken validity test technique and the reliability test using the test-retest technique. Data analysis that will be used is qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The result of Aiken's validity test is 0.79. The reliability test of the instrument was tested on soccer schools that were members of the committee for coaching young players from Sleman Football Association, nine football schools using purposive sampling technique. The results of the reliability test showed an index of 0.84. The quality management system-based football school management performance instrument was declared feasible to use. The instrument for assessing the performance of football school management can be used by football schools at the district and provincial levels in charge of fostering the management of football schools in their working areas. Evaluation activities on the performance of soccer school management are expected to be more valid, reliable, and objective with the instruments that were successfully developed in this study.

Abstract

Mental toughness memiliki peranan penting bagi pendaki gunung. Fungsi mental toughness yaitu untuk pertahanan diri pendaki ketika berhadapan dengan risiko selama melakukan pendakian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan antara mental toughness dengan risk taking behavior pada pendaki gunung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif korelasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dimana peneliti melibatkan 100 orang yang tergabung dalam organisasi Wanadri dengan rentang usia 18-50 tahun. Data penelitian diperoleh dari adaptasi skala mental toughness milik Clough et al, serta skala risk taking behavior milik Woodman et al. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi product moment dengan bantuan Software JASP 0.15 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara variabel mental toughness dengan risk takimg behavior dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0.663 dan taraf signifikan 0.001 (p0.05). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi positif diantara kedua variabel, sehingga mental toughness pendaki gunung dapat menentukan tingkat risk taking behavior yang dimilikinyaThe relationship between mental toughness and risk taking behavior in mountain climbersAbstractMental toughness has an important role for mountain climbers. The mental toughness function is for the climber's self-defense when dealing with risks during the ascent. This study aims to determine the relationship between mental toughness and risk taking behavior in mountain climbers. The method used in this research is correlational quantitative method. This study uses a purposive sampling technique in which the researchers involved 100 people who are members of the Wanadri organization with an age range of 18-50 years. The research data were obtained from adaptation of Clough et al's mental toughness scale, and Woodman et al's risk taking behavior scale. The data analysis technique uses the product moment correlation test with the help of JASP 0.15 software for Windows. The results showed that there was a relationship between the mental toughness variable and risk takimg behavior with a coefficient value of 0.663 and a significant level of 0.001 (p 0.05). This shows that there is a positive correlation between the two variables, so that the mental toughness of mountain climbers can determine the level of risk taking behavior they have.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang terjadi di SD Negeri se-Kecamatan Gamping Yogyakarta pada olahraga sepak takraw adalah sebagian siswa ada yang belum terampil melakukan sepakmula, sepaksila, sepakkuda, heading, dan smash. Penelitian ini deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode surve. Subjek dalam penelitian adalah seluruh peserta ekstrakurikuler sepak takraw di SD Negeri se Kecamatan Gamping, berjumlah 22 siswa yang ditentukan dengan purposive saampling. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan metode tes keterampilan dasar bermain Sepak takraw terdiri dari: tes sepakmula, sepaksila, sepakkuda, heading dan smash. Teknik analisis disini berbentuk presentase keterampilan bermain Sepak takraw di SD Negeri se Kecamatan Gamping Yogyakarta dengan hasil “sangat kurang” 0% (0 siswa), “kurang” 40,91% (9 siswa), “sedang” 31,82% (7 siswa), “tinggi” 18,18% (4 siswa), dan “sangat tinggi” 9,09% (2 siswa). Dengan nilai rata-rata 49,99 dengan hasil keterampilan bermain Sepak takraw di SD Negeri se Kecamatan Gamping Yogyakarta dalam kategori “sedang”.Sepak Takraw: How ability of state elementary school in the Covid-19 Pandemic?AbstractThe problem that occurs in public elementary schools throughout the Gamping District of Yogyakarta in the sport of sepak takraw is that some students are not yet skilled at soccer, soccer, horse soccer, heading, and smash. This research is descriptive quantitative with a survey method. The subjects in the study were all participants of the sepak takraw extracurricular at State Elementary Schools in Gamping District, totaling 22 students who were determined by purposive sampling. This research instrument uses the basic skills test method for playing sepak takraw consisting of soccer, soccer, horse, heading, and smash tests. The analysis technique here is in the form of a percentage of the skills of playing sepak takraw in SD Negeri in Gamping District, Yogyakarta with the results of "very poor" 0% (0 students), "less" 40.91% (9 students), "moderate" 31.82% (7 students), “high” 18.18% (4 students), and “very high” 9.09% (2 students). With an average value of 49.99 with the results of the skills of playing sepak takraw at State Elementary Schools throughout the Gamping District of Yogyakarta in the "medium" category.

Abstract

Pendidikan di sekolah memberi kesempatan anak berkebutuhan khusus mengembangkan potensi secara optimal. Kemampuan guru memiliki peran penting untuk tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran, khususnya pada anak berkebutuhan khusus. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan guru PJOK SDLB dalam melaksanakan model pembelajaran penjas adaptif kepada siswa berkebutuhan khusus. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Pante Raya Kabupaten Bener Meriah. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah para pimpinan sekolah, tenaga administrasi, guru tetap dan tenaga honorer serta para siswa siswi SDLB Pante Raya sebanyak 26 orang, teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan total sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan angket. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, verifikasi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Data yang terkumpul diolah menggunakan analisis deskriptif presentase. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa guru PJOK di SDLB Pante Raya mampu melaksakan pembelajaran penjas adaptif secara kreatif dan menyenangkan untuk meningkatkan kesegaran jasmani siswa SDLB Pante Raya dan berperan aktif dalam setiap kegiatan pembelajaran PJOK yang dilaksanakan di sekolah. Dengan demikian terjawab bahwa secara umum guru PJOK memamahi bahwa penjas adaptif telah dilaksanakan.Teacher's ability in applying adaptive physical education to children with special needsAbstractEducation in schools provides opportunities for children with special needs to develop their potential optimally. The ability of teachers has an important role to achieve learning objectives, especially for children with special needs. The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of PJOK SDLB teachers in implementing the adaptive physical education learning model for students with special needs. This research was conducted in Pante Raya, Bener Meriah Regency. The population and sample in this study were school leaders, administrative staff, permanent teachers and honorary staff, and 26 students of SDLB Pante Raya, the sampling technique in this study used a total sample. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis used is data reduction, data verification, and drawing conclusion. The collected data were processed using descriptive analysis of percentages. The results of the study concluded that PJOK teachers at SDLB Pante Raya were able to carry out adaptive physical education learning in a creative and fun way to improve the physical fitness of SDLB Pante Raya students and play an active role in every PJOK learning activity carried out in schools. Thus, it is answered that in general, PJOK teachers understand that adaptive physical education has been implemented

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisa besarnya peningkatan daya tahan membran sel eritrosit dan jumlah sel eritrosit akibat latihan aerobik intensitas sedang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, serta menggunakan rancangan pretest and posttest design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa jurusan PKO FIK UM, dengan tehnik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling, serta jumlah sampel sebanyak 20 orang. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini yaitu latihan aerobik intensitas sedang. Latihan dilakukan dengan frekuensi 3 kali perminggu, selama 8 minggu dan durasi latihan 30 menit. Variabel terikat yaitu: 1) daya tahan membran sel eritrosit, dan 2) Jumlah sel eritrosit. Data variabel terikat pretest dan posttest dikumpulkan dengan teknik memeriksa darah vena yang dilaksanakan di laboratorium klinik Diagnostik Bromo Malang. Analisis data menggunakan teknik Uji t paired sample t test dengan menggunakan α 0,05. Hasil analisis data penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Fragiltas Osmotik sebagai indikator variabel daya tahan membran sel eritrosit Pretest 0,46±0,02% dan postest 0,43±0,02 %, P-value 0,029 α (0,05) sedangkan variabel jumlah sel eritrosit pretest 5,4580 ± 0,223 juta/uL dan postest 5,6230± 0,142 juta/uL,. P-value 0,021 α (0,05). Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan daya tahan membran sel eritrosit dan jumlah sel eritrosit akibat Latihan aerobik intensitas sedang.Increased endurance of erythrocyte cell membrane and erythrocyte cell number due to moderate intensity aerobic exerciseAbstractThis study aims to examine and analyze the magnitude of the increase in the endurance of the erythrocyte membrane and the number of erythrocyte cells due to moderate-intensity aerobic exercise. This research is a quasi-experimental research with a quantitative approach, and uses pretest and posttest design. The population in this study were students majoring in PKO FIK UM, with a sampling technique using purpusive sampling, and the number of samples was 20 people. The independent variable in this study was moderate intensity aerobic exercise. Exercises are carried out with a frequency of 3 times per week, for 8 weeks and the duration of the exercise is 30 minutes. The dependent variables are: 1) the durability of the erythrocyte cell membrane, and 2) the number of erythrocyte cells. The dependent variable data of pretest and posttest were collected by using the technique of examining venous blood which was carried out at the Bromo Diagnostic Clinic Malang. Data analysis used the paired sample t test technique using 0.05. The results of the analysis of research data showed that Osmotic Fragility as an indicator of the durability of the erythrocyte cell membrane. Pretest 0.46±0.02% and posttest 0.43±0.02%, P-value 0.029 (0.05) while the variable amount erythrocyte cells pretest 5.4580 ± 0.223 million/uL and posttest 5.6230 ± 0.142 million/uL, P-value 0.021 (0.05). It can be concluded that there is a significant increase in the endurance of the erythrocyte cell membrane and the number of erythrocytes due to moderate-intensity aerobic exercise.

Abstract

Wasit dalam olahraga bola voli memiliki peran penting untuk melaksanakan dan mengambil keputusan dalam pertandingan. Wasit dalam olahraga bola voli dapat mempengaruhi keberhasilan individu dan tim bola voli. Oleh karena itu, kompetensi seorang wasit bola voli menjadi hal yang sangat diperlukan, terlebih lagi di era revolusi industry 4.0 adalah sistem berbasis teknologi, sehingga sistem pertandingan menggunakan digital. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memberikan pelatihan kepada wasit kemudian menguji kompetensi setelah diberikan pelatihan. Metode penelitian adalah eksperimen dengan pendekatan pretest-postest desain, partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah wasit bola voli berjumlah 72, teknik pengumpulan dan isntrumen data adalah tes, teknik analisis data adalah analisis deskriptif dan uji nonparametrics Wilcoxon dengan bantuan SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai minimal pada tes awal adalah 40 nilai minimal pada tes akhir adalah 46, nilai maximal pada tes awal adalah 74 dan nilai maximal pada tes akhir adalah 80 sedangkan pada nilai mean tes awal adalah 60,89 dan nilai mean tes akhir adalah 65.59. Hasil nilai Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) adalah 0.0000.05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada peningkatan yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kompetensi dan pemahaman wasit terhadap digitalissasi sistem pertandingan bola voli. Oleh karena itu program pelatihan adalah penting sehingga pelatihan dapat menambah wawasan dan pengetahuan bagi para wasit bola voli.Improving volleyball referees competence through digitalization volleyball match systemAbstractReferees in the sport of volleyball have an important role to carry out and make decisions in matches. Referees in the sport of volleyball can influence the success of individual and volleyball teams. Therefore, the competence of a volleyball referee is an indispensable thing, especially in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 is a technology-based system, so the match system uses digital. The purpose of this study is to provide training to referees and then test competencies after being given training. The research method is an experiment with a pretest-postest design approach, the participants in this study are 72 volleyball referees, the data collection and amendment technique is the test, the data analysis technique is descriptive analysis, and the Wilcoxon nonparametric test with the help of SPSS version 23. The results show that the minimum score on the initial test is 40, the minimum score on the final test is 46, the maximum value on the initial test is 74 and the maximum value on the final test is 80 while the mean value for the initial test is 60.89 and the mean value for the final test is 65.59. Asymp value results. The sig (2-tailed) is 0.0000.05 so it can be concluded that there is a significant increase in the improvement of the competence and understanding of referees towards the digitization of the volleyball match system. Therefore the training program is important so that the training can add insight and knowledge to the volleyball referees

Abstract

Tingkat kesenangan dalam mengikuti kegiatan olahraga merupakan salah satu komponen yang menyebabkan atlet usia muda memutuskan berhenti atau semakin termotivasi menekuni kegiatan olahraga. Berlatih dan mengikuti pertandingan merupakan aktivitas utama dalam interaksi pembinaan olahraga menuju prestasi optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh modifikasi peraturan pertandingan yang diimplementasikan pada kompetisi sepak bola usia muda terhadap tingkat kesenangan pemain. Menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan 20 sekolah sepak bola mengikuti kompetisi dengan peraturan permainan yang telah dimodifikasi. Pemain yang didaftarkan oleh timnya berjumlah rata-rata 13,8 pemain berusia 9-12 tahun. Jumlah pemain yang mengisi kuisoner tingkat kesenangan berjumlah 238 Pemain. Setiap pemain diminta mengisi kuisoner sebelum dan setelah kompetisi, kuesioner tersebut dianalisis dengan teknik uji mean dan persentase. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan skor rata-rata sebelum mengikuti kompetisi 4,10 sedangkan setelah mengikuti kompetisi menjadi 4,47, yang berarti terjadi peningkatan 8,88%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesenangan pemain mengalami peningkatan setelah mengikuti kompetisi. Modifikasi rule of the game pada kompetisi berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kesenangan pemain dalam interaksi pembinaan sepak bola usia muda. Pelatih, pengurus, panitia penyelenggara pertandingan diharapkan memiliki paradigma berpikir dan pengambilan kebijakan yang positif terhadap penyelenggaraan kompetisi pada pemain sepak bola usia muda.Rule of the game of organizing youth football player competitions: can improve level of enjoyment in coaching interactions?AbstractThe level of enjoyment in participating in sports activities is one component that causes young athletes to decide to stop or become more motivated to pursue sports activities. Practicing and participating in competitions are the main activities in sports coaching interactions towards optimal performance. This study aims to determine the effect of modifying the match rules implemented in youth soccer competitions on the level of enjoyment of players. Using an experimental method with 20 soccer schools participating in a competition with modified game rules. Players registered by his team amounted to an average of 13.8 players aged 9-12 years. The number of players who are willing to fill out the pleasure level questionnaire is 238 players. Each player was asked to fill out a questionnaire before and after the competition, the questionnaire was analyzed using the mean and percentage test technique. The results of data analysis showed the average score before participating in the competition was 4.10 while after participating in the competition it was 4.47, which means an increase of 8.88%. The results showed that the level of enjoyment of the players increased after participating in the competition. Modification of the rule of the game in competition affects the level of enjoyment of players in the interaction of youth soccer coaching. Coaches, administrators, and match organizers are expected to have a positive paradigm of thinking and policy making towards the organization of competitions for young soccer players.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepuasan pengguna di Fitness Center HSC Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pengguna fitness center HSC Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini melibatkan sampel sejumlah 100 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah survei menggunakan instrumen angket. Objek penelitian ini berupa kepuasan pengguna fitness center HSC yang meliputi tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan emphaty. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan mengkonversikan menjadi kategori sangat memuaskan, memuaskan, tidak memuaskan, dan sangat tidak memuaskan. Penelitian mengambil subjek pengguna fitness center HSC Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta menurut jenis kelamin antara pengguna laki-laki sebanyak 73 orang dan perempuan sebanyak 23 perempuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan yang diterima oleh pengguna fitness center HSC Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta adalah memuaskan dengan presentase sebesar 82%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, secara umum kualitas pelayanan jasa yang diberikan adalah memuaskan baik yang dirasakan oleh member laki-laki maupun perempuan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan acuan terhadap bagaimana kualitas pelayanan jasa yang diberikan fitness center HSC Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta kepada pengguna agar di masa yang akan datang dapat memberikan pelayanan jasa yang lebih baik.User satisfaction on quality of services in hsc fitness center Faculty of Sports Science Yogyakarta State UniversityAbstractThis study aims to determine user satisfaction with quality in the HSC fitness center, Faculty of Sports Science, Yogyakarta State University. The object of this research is the satisfaction of users in the HSC fitness center which includes tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The data analysis technique used is a quantitative descriptive analysis by converting into categories of very satisfactory, satisfactory, unsatisfactory, and very unsatisfactory. The study took the subject of users of the HSC Fitness center, Faculty of Sports Science, Yogyakarta State University according to gender, between 73 male users and 23 female users. The results showed that the satisfaction received by users of the HSC fitness center, Faculty of Sports Science, Yogyakarta State University was satisfactory with a percentage of 82%. Based on the results of the study, in general, the quality of the services provided is satisfactory for both male and female members. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas pemberian program layanan terapi rehabilitasi yaitu terapi manual (pijat), elektroterapi (TENS), terapi latihan dan terapi dingin (cold therapy) terhadap tingkat keberhasilan penyembuhan cedera olahraga pergelangan kaki dengan indikasi peningkatan jangkauan. gerakan sendi (ROM) dan penurunan tingkat persepsi nyeri pada cedera pergelangan kaki kronis. Penelitian menggunakan Pre-experimental design with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design yang mengukur ROM gerak sendi pergelangan kaki (Plantarfleksi, Dorsifleksi) menggunakan instrumen goniometer dan pengukuran persepsi nyeri diukur dengan skala rating Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) sebelum dan setelah proses rehabilitasi pada 20 orang Kabupaten Klaten yang mengalami cedera engkel. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji paired sample t-test untuk menguji data yang berdistribusi normal, sedangkan Wilcoxon signed rank untuk menguji data yang tidak berdistribusi normal dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Berdasarkan data dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberian program layanan terapi rehabilitasi yaitu terapi manual (pijat), elektroterapi (TENS), terapi latihan dan terapi dingin (cold therapy) dapat meningkatkan Range of Motion (ROM) secara signifikan. di pergelangan kaki (p 0,05) dengan efektivitas 51,53% dan skala nyeri berkurang secara signifikan (p 0,05) dengan efektivitas 51,76%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian pelayanan terapi rehabilitasi efektif dalam menurunkan skala nyeri dan meningkatkan Range of Motion (ROM) pasca cedera ankle.The effect of injury rehabilitation therapy program on the successful recovery of chronic ankle injuryAbstractThis study aims to examine the effiectiveness of providing rehabilitation therapy service programs, namely manual therapy (massage), electrotherapy (TENS), exercise therapy and cold therapy (cold therapy) on the success rate of healing ankle sports injuries with indications of increasing the range of motion of the joints ( ROM) and decreased levels of pain perception in chronic ankle injury. The study used a Pre-experimental design with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design which measured ROM of ankle joint motion (Plantarflexion, Dorsiflexion) using a goniometer instrument and measurement of pain perception was measured by the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) rating scale before and after the rehabilitation process on 20 people of Klaten Regency who had ankle injuries. The data analysis used was descriptive quantitative, hypothesis testing using paired sample t-test to test normally distributed data, while Wilcoxon signed rank to test data that are not normally distributed with a significance level of 5%. Based on the data from this study, it was shown that the provision of rehabilitation therapy service programs, namely manual therapy (massage), electrotherapy (TENS), exercise therapy and coldtherapy (cold therapy) could significantly increase the Range of Motion (ROM) in the ankle (p 0.05 ) with an effectiveness of 51.53% and significantly reduced pain scale (p 0.05) with an effectiveness of 51.76%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the provision of rehabilitation therapy services is effective in reducing pain scale and increasing Range of Motion (ROM) after ankle injury.
