Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) have a strategic role in national economic development, because in addition to a role in economic growth and employment also play a role in the distribution of development outcomes. In the current economic crisis in our country some years ago, where many large-scale enterprises stagnated even stop their activities, Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) proved to be more resilient in the face of crisis. But there are also disadvantages of SMEs in accessing information that is directly related to the condition alleged internal factors are overshadowed by the SMEs SMEs that actually has a considerable market share of the international world, has not been known to consumers.Batik is Indonesia's cultural heritage adi noble. Almost every region in Indonesia has its own art and batik motif. No exception Semarang city has Semarangan batik hallmark. Problems faced by SMEs Batik batik Semarangan Semarangan the presence of less known by the public because of constraints on marketing and human resources are limited.The purpose of this study was to determine the company's strategy in developing alternative business Semarangan Batik using SWOT analysis. This research is a descriptive study with qualitative data support. Engineering data collection obtained through in-depth interviews with as well as real data from internal and external field.From the results obtained using SWOT analysis 13 strartegi alternatives: (1) Using modern technology to increase production (2) maintain the quality of the product (3) develop a business using financial aid from the government (4) provide training to the employee (5) Recruiting experts (6) Accounting for administration and finance (7) Working with wholesalers batik (8) Increasing the promotion through the internet especially when held SEMAGRES (9) Offering products keorganisasi or work group (10) Improving the quality of customer service (11) Increase design creative and interesting motifs (12) Increase of capital by lending to the government through the state-owned (13) Increase distribution channels.

Abstract

A rapid business growth provides many impacts for the community and the environment around the company. The impacts that appear are positive and negative impacts. For this reason, the company is required to carry out a responsibility for negative impacts arising from business activities carried out. This form of responsibility is commonly known as CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) where CSR is carried out in order to foster good and harmonious relations with the community so that it can provide opportunities for corporate sustainability. Corporate sustainability can be seen from various aspects, one of which is the image attached to the company and CSR is able to provide a positive image for a company if CSR is carried out in accordance with what is needed by the community and the environment around the company for the impact of company activities.This study aims to identify the effect of CSR on corporate image in PT Dan Liris. The type of research used is descriptive analytical with qualitative approaches. Data collection techniques used consist of interview through informants, observations, and literature studies.

Abstract

This research is motivated that part which plays an important role in achieving the goal of a company is the human resources, namely the employee. Companies can develop better if followed by high employee work productivity. PT. Apac Inti Corpora Bawen has a target to increase employee productivity. However, the production employee winding section spinning department 2 PT. Apac Inti Corpora Bawen in 2013 and 2014 did not meet its targets. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of HSE programme and compensation either simultaneously or partially on employee productivity spinning department winding section 2. This type of research is "explanatory research". The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study amounted to 62 employees of the department of spinning winding 2 PT. Apac Inti Corpora Bawen, with the Likert scale measurement. In proving the hypothesis test was used correlation analysis, coefficient of determination test, simple and multiple regression test, and significance test (t test and F test) with SPSS 15.0. The results showed that in partial HSE programme and compensation have positive effect on employee work productivity. HSE programme while simultaneously positive effect on employee work productivity, while compensation has no effect on employee work productivity. Based on the results of the study, the researchers suggest that companies conduct medical examinations to employees with more routine, increase the amount of basic salary and the compensation value compensation beyond salaries, as well as reducing the size of the production targets that have been set to match the capabilities of employees.

Abstract

Current economic developments encourage of competition in the various business sectors mainly on the same type of business, namely, fashion outlets. The tight of competition makes business bersing each other in boosting sales to obtain the expected pofitabilitas.Therefore, the required efforts to enhance the purchasing decisions ofconsumers. The level of Hardware Store sales experienced a fluctuation in the level of sales. The purpose of this research is to know the extent influence of the price and quality service on the decision purchase at Hardware Store Paragon Mall Semarang. This research type is explanation research with 100 respondent is drawn using the purposeve technique of sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and interviews. Methods of analysis used in this study was the use of regression analysis help software SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) version 16. Based on the results of the analysis can be concluded there is a positive and significant influence between the price and quality of service of purchase decisions partially or simultaneously. This has been proven through a simple linear regression test with the value of the regression price affecting the purchase decision of 0.430 and service quality affects the purchasing decisions of 0.507. As for advice to pay attention to the price of Hardware is the Paragon a few items are more expensive than competitors and did training to employees against precision as well as hospitality services to enhance quality of service in Hardware Paragon.

Abstract

PT. Nyonya Meneer is one of medicinal herbs company in Indonesia. PT. Nyonya Meneer always consistent in keep of quality, that is supply medicinal herbs product which good quality and can satisfy hope of customers. PT. Nyonya Meneer have many challenge and rival, specifically competition and turn up of new products of rivals, so that PT. Nyonya Meneer must have many innovation and produce product which appropriate with need of people so that customer will be satisfy to product. This research aim to know influence of product quality, price and customers satisvaction.Research Type which used in this research is explanatory research. Interpretation of sample technique had used sampling purposive method, that is determining of sample with certain opinion which is sample have classification : respondent is costumer of jamu habis bersalin, Nyonya Meneer product had used this product as many as two or more, have ages minimal 17 years and can answer question of interview. Then, total of sample is 100 respondent. The data analysis technique which used in this research is qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis which used Validity Trial, Reability Trial, Simple Linier Regresssion, Double Linier Regresssion, T Trial, F Trial and determinant coefficient had used SPSS.The result of research indicate that product quality of jamu habis bersalin Nyonya Meneer belonging to quality and price of product belonging to cheap so that customers has satisfied. The result of analysis prove in a partial great of influence product quality to customers satisvaction is 43.4%, influence price to customers satisvaction is 63.3% and in a simultaneous great of influence quality product and price to customers satisvaction is 64,9%. Therefore, PT. Nyonya Meneer must increase product quality that is increase of benefit jamu habis bersalin product and strive for price of product is achievable for customer. So that customers satisvaction of jamu habis bersalin Nyonya Meneer will be increase.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of Experiental Marketing Of Customer Loyalty throught Customer Satisfaction Garuda Indonesia Airlines. This location the research in Branch Office of Garuda Indonesia Airlines in Semarang. Population is all the passangers of Garuda Indonesia Airlines who used Garuda Indonesia Airlines more than twice one last year. This type of research is explanatory research. The sampling technique used non probability sampling technique and purposive sampling. This study uses qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques. Quantitative analysis using validity, reliability test, correlation coefficient, a simple regression analysis, the coefficient determination, tests of significance (t test), path analysis and sobel analysis. Based on the analysis result of the calculation, showed that there are direct effect from experiental marketing on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. Beside result of this study revealed that indirect effect of experiental marketing toward customer loyalty mediated customers satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine leadership, organizational culture and employee work discipline in Toraja Weaving and Batik Business in Magelang and obtain empirical evidence of the influence of organizational leadership and culture on employee work discipline in Toraja Weaving and Batik Business in Magelang partially or simultaneously. Population in research this is all employees in the Toraja weaving and batik business in Magelang which is as many as 30 people. Sampling uses saturated sampling techniques so that the entire population becomes a sample. Research data sources use primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using interviews, documentation and questionnaires with a measurement scale in the form of linkert scale. Data analysis using multiple regression after fulfilling the test of validity, reliability and classical assumption test. The results showed that leadership, organizational culture were in good criteria and the majority employee work discipline was in high criteria. There is an influence of leadership on employee work discipline with a value of t count = 2.695 and significance = 0.012 <α = 0.05. There is an influence of organizational culture on employee work discipline with t count = 2.189 and significance = 0.037 <α = 0.05. There is a simultaneous influence of leadership and organizational culture on employee work discipline with t count = 10.833 and significance = 0.000 <α = 0.05.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the tendency of customers have accounts at several banks are often regarded as common practice in the banking industry in this country. This suggests that to boost customer loyalty is not an easy job. In particular, this study discusses the BNI which decreased loyalty index based on Indonesian Bank Loyalty Award 2014. The higher of the value that customer perceived, the customer loyalty will be higher too. In addition, trust and management of the relationship between banks and customers is important to encourage customers to have a bond with the product used.The objective of this research is to examine the influence of customer value, brand trust and emotional relationship toward customer Taplus BNI loyalty. The type of this research is explanatory research. Non-probability technique that is purposive sampling were used as sampling technique with sample amounted to 98 people. The data were analyzed using correlation coefficient, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, determination coefficient, t and F test using SPSS 16.0.The result of data analysis showed that variable customer value (X1), brand trust (X2), and emotional relationship (X3) either partially or simultaneously have a positive influence on loyalty (Y). Customer value is a variable that gives the biggest influence while brand trust gives the smallest influence toward loyalty.The advice that given to BNI about customer value is socialization of e-banking have to more intense, adding cash deposit machine facilities and self-passbook printing machine, and more attractive promotion. About brand trust is disclosure provisions of promotional prizes, clarity standard complaint handling time and improving IT systems. About emotional relationship is improving personal inform about promotion and event, human resource development and improvement of the relationship between the bank and its customers.

Abstract

One of the investor’s aims in investing on emiten is to get a return. To get a stock’s return, the loss risks cannot be denied, and it is affected by the stock’s price fluctuation that is cannot be determined. However, as the stocks exchange is rapidly developed, it does not mean that the risk limit cannot be decreased. The technical and fundamental analysis have become a solution for the investor to predict the stocks’ price. Specifically, this research discusses about the fundamental analysis by appraising the companies’ performance which is depicted on the companies’ financial report with ratio as a tool to analyze the financial report. By using the financial ratio, it can be seen and it can be an image for the investors about the good and bad images of the companies’ condition, so that it would be a basis for the investors for choosing the companies that have a higher return level than the loss risks. The aim of this research are too understand the influences of Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Earning Per Share (EPS), and Price Earning Ratio (PER) toward Stock’s Return. The population in this research is the companies that are listed on the sub-sectored stocks in property and real estate during the period of 2012-2016. There are 22 companies that are matched with the following criteria as the research’s sample. The quantitative analysis use the classic assumptions’ test, coefficient correlation determination coefficient, simple regression, double regression, and significances test (uji t and F). The result from this research shows that Return on Assets (ROA) affects the stock’s return. Return on Equity (RO) affects the stock’s return. Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) is not affected the stock’s return. Earning Per Share (EPS) affects the stock’s return. Price Earning Ration (PER) affects the stock’s return. The dependent variable simultaneously influence the stock’s return. As a suggestion, there will be better if a company make a decision to efficient the budget in order to improve the profits, identify and group the assets that either have a potential or not which are used to support the companies’ operational procedure and to optimize the modal’s using.

Abstract

The research was conducted to determine the influence of motivation, discipline of work and job satisfaction for the employee’s performance in the production PT Pertamina RU VI Balongan. This type of research is explanatory with the techniques of data collection through questionnaire. The sampling technique used sampling saturation, the sample of 70 peoples who are the employee of production PT Pertamina RU VI Balongan. The method of analysis used in this study is Quantitative data analysis, the method of data analysis used simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the research it can be conclude that : a) motivation has positive and significant impact on employee performance 53,6%;(b) discipline of work has positive and significant impact on employee performance 61,4%; (c) job satisfactionhas positive and significant impact on employee performance 47,7%; (d)variable effect of motivation (X1), discipline of work (X2), and job satisfaction (X3) value significant positive effect on employee performance (Y)in the amount of 73,7%. The advice can be given to improve the performance of the employees of the production company PT Pertamina RU VI Balongan is to keep and maintain a conducive situation in the company such as corporate governance and increase professionalism in the work.
