Abstract

PT. Lontar Media Digital Printing Semarang is one of the big service printing company in Semarang precisely in Sampangan area. The rapid development Lontar Media printing it turns out there are problems in sales fluctuant past several years.The purpose of this research is to know the service quality effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research type is explanatory research, with the techniques of data collection through the questionnaire. Sampling techniques using a purposive sampling technique. The sample in this research are 100 respondents which is a PT. Lontar Media Digital Printing Semarang customer. This research using techniques of quantitative analysis. Quantitative analysis using the test validity, reliability test, coefficient of correlation, linear regression analysis, the determination coefficient, and significance test with SPSS 16.0. The influence of mediation evidenced by sobel test and mediation test. The results of the research indicate that there is a positive effect and significant of the service quality variable to customer satisfaction of 0,190. There is a positive effect and significant of the service quality variable to loyalty customer of 0,227 There is a positive effect and significant of the customer satisfaction variable to loyalty customer of 1,028. Based on the results of the sobel test, known that there is a positive effect and significant of the service quality variable on customer loyalty variable through customer satisfaction variable as an intervening variable of 6,353. Based on the results of the mediation test, then the variable customer satisfaction can be said to be a partial mediation variable because all of the correlation is positive and all significant < 0.05. Disadvantages of service are evaluated as giving priority to the problems faced by consumers, individualized services most highlighted by corporate customers. Therefore it is used as an evaluation material for better service. There are still shortcomings and also advantages in this category of satisfaction, for that company needs to improve in terms of which is the weakness of an improved product marketing and service. In the loyalty variable it is seen that consumers are still hesitant to always go to this company. In order for loyal customers the company must set marketing strategy and evaluation about better service so that consumers are satisfied and make loyal again. Researchers are aware that in this study there are still shortcomings such as lack of other variables that usually affect the results of consumer loyalty. For the next research, the authors suggest adding other variables such as price, product quality, brand quality, service quality, and other variables. Subsequent research should also better control the selection of samples, add or trim indicator/item statement in accordance with the needs, for the next research to get more optimal results again.

Abstract

The competition of global business today focusing on consumers is a strategic choice in business world in order to survive. For example, the tight competition of business in the company of hotel services is by improving the service quality to consumers. The problems in this research were the decreasing number of hotel service users and the increasing number of consumer complaint as the service users of Santika Premiere Hotel in Semarang from year to year. The aims of this research were to identify the appropriateness level between the expectation and the performance of service implementation including the dimensions of reliability, responsiveness, guarantee, empathy, and direct proof; and to recognize the satisfaction level felt by the guests of Santika Premiere Hotel Semarang. The research type used was the type of Quantitative Descriptive with the number of respondents determined by using Slovin Formula. The number of samples was 100 respondents. The analysis tool used was Importance and Performance Analysis and Cartesius Diagram. The calculation results the score of appropriateness level was 89,22% which means that the performance of the hotel employees was considered appropriate enough by consumers. The satisfaction level was 3,76 which means that consumers feel satisfied enough with the performance of Santika Premiere Hotel Semarang. It is suggested that management Santika Premiere Hotel should repair the facility of laundry by more attention to the cleanliness of washing clothes, performance security officers need to be improved by taking into account the number of hotel guest complaints about the performance of security personnel, the location of mushola is suggested to be near the hotel lobby so that the guests will be easier to worship,  Santika Premiere Hotel renovate the design and appearance of the building since the exterior condition of Santika Premiere Hotel was considered quite old compared with the competitors.

Abstract

Leadership is a very important factor for the company because of the absence of leadership a company would not be able to run well. Award motivation is also very important to always maintain and improve the company's performance. In addition to these two factors also have to be supported by the good working environment so that the convenience provided by the company can support the employee's performance.This research aims to know the effect of leadership, work motivation and work environment to employees performance at CV. Aneka Ilmu Semarang printing section. The proposed hypothesis that there is influence of the variables of leadership, motivation and work environment to employees performance at CV. Aneka Ilmu Semarang printing section. This type of research used in this research is explanatory research, the sampling technique used was simple random sampling technique that is included in the probability sampling technique with a sample of 53 respondents and the questionnaire as a research instrument. The analytical method used in this study using linear regression analysis with SPSS 17.0 for Windows.The result of this research showes that the variables of leadership has a significant effect (partially) on the performance of employees amounted to 47.4%. Work motivation has significant influence (partially) on the performance of employees amounted to 56.2%. Work environment variables have a significant effect (partial) to employee performance by 38.3%. Variable leadership, motivation and work environment have influence together (simultaneously) on the performance of employees amounted to 62.4%.Based on the research results, it is recommended that companies improve leadership, namely by improving the ability of leaders to get closer to employees. In addition, increase motivation to work can be done by improving communication with employees. The working environment can be improved by improving the existing infrastructure in the enterprise. Through this event the expected level of performance of employees at CV. Aneka Ilmu Semarang will be increased.

Abstract

The need for communication is a very important thing for every community without exception. To support high human mobility at present, telecommunication facilities are needed that support the activities of working in daily life. This is supported by the desire of the community to have adequate and supportive telecommunications equipment in all lines. Strategies that can be carried out in the form of lifestyle, brand image, and word of mouth so as to encourage increased decision to purchase OPPO Smartphones. The type of research used is explanatory research. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling method, the sample used in this study are students of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences of Diponegoro University who use and have used OPPO Smartphone. Respondents in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The collection uses SPSS program assistance, which previously used validity test, reliability test, cross tabulation, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, simple and multiple regression analysis, significance test (t test and F test). Measurement scale using Likert scale. The results showed that all variables in this study had a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable. This is indicated by the results of the multiple correlation coefficient test of 0.780. Significantly, lifestyle variables, brand image, and word of mouth have a positive effect indicated by the calculated F value greater than F table that is equal to 49.77> 2.70. The advice that can be given is that OPPO Smartphones should be able to continue to provide better quality or quality in the future, increasing the attractiveness of consumers in using OPPO Smartphones, and increasing the impression that OPPO Smartphones are suitable for use.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the rapid development of automotive industry in Indonesia which makes the level of competition becomes tight. So the car manufacturers continue to make some innovation for their products. This can be seen from the rich variety of brands and types of cars in Indonesia. At present, cars that are in demand is hatchback car segment, because it offers the practicality of moving in the middle of heavy traffic and fuel consumption is quite economical. There are various variants of car hatchback segment in Indonesia. In particular, this study discusses the All-New Honda Jazz hatchback car that become a leader in Indonesia which had sales declined. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of customer value and brand trust on purchase decisions All New Honda Jazz car in Pekalongan. This type of research is explanatory, with the techniques of data collection through questionnaires. The sampling technique used accidental sampling technique. The sample totaled 84 people who are users of the All New Honda Jazz car in Pekalongan. This research is use quantitative analysis technique (validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient, simple and multiple regeression analysis, the coefficient of determination, and a significant test (t and F). Then the data is processed by using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social of Science) 16 for Windows. In quantitative analysis resulted in the following regression equation: Y =8,245 + 0,196X1 + 0,280X2. The results of this study are: (1) It is known that the independent variable customer value (X1) has a positive and significant impact on the dependent variable purchase decision (Y). (2) It is known that the independent variables brand trust (X2) has a positive and significant impact on the dependent variable purchase decision. (3) It is known that the independent variable customer value (X1) and brand trust (X2) at the same time (simultaneous) positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions (Y).

Abstract

Transportation is a necessity for humans to make it easier to perform daily activities, transportation needs will continue to increase over time especially land transportation, which is car. Honda issued a product low MPV segment that Honda Mobilio launched in 2014. The level of sales of Honda Mobilio in Honda Semarang Center experience fluctuating levels of sales. The purpose of this study was to determinethe extent of the effect of product quality, service quality, and the price on purchasing decision Honda Mobilio. Type of this research is explanatory research with 92 respondents drawn using purposive sampling technique. The technique of collecting data used questionnaires and interviews. The analytical method used in this research using regression analysis with SPSS version 20.0. The results showed that the product quality has an effect on purchasing decisions with a correlation coefficient of 0.413 and a coefficient of determination of 17.1%, the quality of service has an effect on purchasing decisions with a correlation coefficient of 0.634 and a coefficient of determination of 40.2%, the price has an effect on purchasing decisions with coefficients 0,703 and determination correlation coefficient of 49.4%. Product quality, service quality, and price together have an effect on purchasing decisions by the equation Y = 2,435 + 0,202 X1 + 0,208 X2 + 0,924 X3. This means that the effect of product quality, service quality, and the price will increase purchasing decisions. Advised for the company based on this research that Honda Semarang Center should be review about security level Honda Mobilio, improve and enhance the timeliness of product delivery to the hands of consumers, review and improve the product quality and then giving promotions to attract consumers.

Abstract

Customers buying behavior of a product is influenced by many factors. Every individual has the desire and taste different. Product quality is a factor that is very influential on purchase decisions, other than that there are many more factors that influence the buying behavior. This study aims to how much influence product quality, price, and promotion of their product purchasing decisions Yamaha Mio motorcycle and know the variables that have a dominant influence on purchase decisions Yamaha Mio motorcycle products to the public in the area of Semarang.Type is the type of research that used explanatory research. Samples were taken at 98 respondents that consumers who use Yamaha Mio motorcycle and make purchases at Harpindo Jaya branch of Majapahit. Determination of the sample with accidental sampling technique. Mechanical analysis of the data using linear regression analysis. Based on these results it can be concluded that: (a) there is a positive and significant effect on the variable quality of the product, (b) there is a positive and significant effect on the price variables, (c) there is a positive and significant impact on the promotion of the purchase decision variables Yamaha Mio. And who has the greatest influence is variable product quality. Hypothesis testing shows that the influence of product quality, price, and promotion of their purchasing decisions Yamaha Mio. The coefficient of determination for the variable quality of the product (X1), price (X2), and Promotion (X3) is 85.4% to the buying decision, while 14.6% Harpindo Jaya influenced other factors.PT. Harpindo Jaya should further enhance the promotion through electronic media and print media so that consumers always remember the product being offered. Prices were terjagkau and still maintain the quality must be maintained in order to remain in the interest of consumers.

Abstract

Work productivity is an issue that needs serious attention from a company, because the company and employees must be take part and effort to be able to increase work productivity. PT. Kamijaya Mitra Utama is a company engaged in cleaning services. With the increasing business competition between similar companies engaged in the same field, will require companies to increase productivity. The increased of employee productivity is done by increasing motivation which can be realized by providing compensation to employees. This study aims to determine the impact of compensation and motivation on work productivity in operational division of PT. Kamijaya Mitra Utama Tangerang. The type of research used is explanatory research with the population of operational division’s employees of PT. Kamijaya Mitra Utama. The sampling technique used in this study is the saturated sample that is all 75 Operational Division employees as respondents. The technique used is quantitative analysis with the test used is the validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient, simple and multiple regression tests, coefficient of determination, significance test (t and F test) using SPSS version 25. The results showed that there was a positive relationship between compensation and motivation on productivity, evidenced by the results of the compensation regression coefficient of 0.315 and motivation of 0.284. The compensation and motivation variables together have a positive effect on work productivity, it can be seen from the results of the F test that produces an F count (4.982)> from the F table (2.38). The researcher suggested that the reward given by PT. Kamijaya Mitra Utama needs to be improved so that employee motivation is created so that it can give a positive impact on productivity.

Abstract

Employee performance is one of the benchmarks in the business of a company to achieve its objectives. Employees play a role in carrying out various operations of the company which will affect the company's success in achieving its objectives. Organizational culture and organizational commitment has a role in improving the performance of employees. Moreover, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is one of the factors of employee performance. Therefore, three things need to be considered in improving employee performance by PT Masscom Graphy Semarang.         Type of this research is Explanatory Research. Samples are 127 respondents. Samples were taken using proportional random sampling technique. Data were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively using a data collection instrument (questionnaire) was previously tested through validity and reliability test. Analyzing of data’s result using analysis of data tables, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, path analysis, and Sobel test.         The results indicated that organizational culture and organizational commitment either partially or simultaneously significant on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Employee Performance. Based on calculations from sobel test and path analysis showed that Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) mediating organizational culture and organizational commitment to employee performance.

Abstract

Along with the development of the era, Indonesia became one of the countries also affected by globalization, where the Indonesian women workforce increased from year to year. One of them is at Panti Wilasa Citarum Hospital which has a female nurse greater than male nurse. Women working for double roles, and working hours and salary cooperation to fulfill their welfare.The purpose of this research is to know the influence of double role, working hours, and salary to the welfare of female nurses at Panti Wilasa Citarum Semarang Hospital. This type of research is explanatory research, with sampling technique, sample census where all population is made responder. And the sample is 122 resondents. This research technique is quantitative analysis, reliability test, simple and multiple regression test, which is test of determination, significance test (t test and f), classic aesthetic test. The results of this study indicate a strong relationship between multiple roles, work diving work and welfare salary in which the queen is 0.4686. The three independent variables have a positive relationship. This is proved by the result of double role regression 0.441, following working hours 0.355, and salary of 0.633. The value of F arithmetic (34,991)> from F table (2.13).Double roles, flexibility working hours and salaries simultaneously affect welfare positively and significantly. The effect is positive, the better the double role, the flexibility of working hours, and the salary will be better the welfare of female nurses, and vice versa. Based on the results of the study, the author of the Hospital theory to better support the welfare of women by raising salaries, giving sick child special leave and giving pension
