Queue is one of the problems in service that is still a measure of satisfaction. Satisfying service is the hope of the company and consumers. This study aims to determine the optimal amount of service capacity and the length of time required to serve each customer. Data was obtained for 15 days which was done randomly. There are three time conditions that occur in every working day; quiet time (14.00 - 16.00), normal time (10.00 - 12.00), peak time (18.00 - 20.00). The queuing system used is the M/M/S model, with the results of the analysis namely; The level of intensity of service facilities where normal time reaches 0.95, quiet time 0.62, peak time 1.4. The probability of 0 consumers in the system is normal time 0.06, quiet time 0.39, busy time 0.44. The average consumer in the queue for normal times is 16 people, 1 person is quiet and 19 people is busy. The time expected by each consumer is normal time 0.1666 minutes, quiet 0.0238 minutes and busy 0.0204 minutes. The average time consumers spend in queues is normal time 0.1515 minutes, quiet 0.0147 minutes and busy 0.0294 minutes. It is recommended that the management of Hypermart MCM Ambon continue to improve services for consumers.

The objective of this study was to determine and analyze the direct and indirect influence of teacher competence on teacher performance through job satisfaction in several public secondary schools in Jayapura City, Papua Province. The research was conducted by sampling 145 civil servant teachers out of 331 civil servant teachers in 6 public high schools, using a deliberation/criteria technique. Data were collected through surveys and questionnaires, with a participation rate of 120 questionnaires (83%) returned, which were referred to as respondents. The analysis was performed using path analysis with the assistance of SmartPLS software version 3.0. The results of the analysis indicated that: 1) teacher competence had a positive and significant direct influence on teacher performance; 2) teacher competence had a positive and significant direct influence on job satisfaction; 3) job satisfaction had a positive and significant direct influence on teacher performance; and 4) job satisfaction mediated the positive and significant relationship between teacher competence and teacher performance.

Nowadays, consumer purchasing behavior is increasingly shifting to online purchases which promise a lot of convenience. This study aims to examine the effect of E- Service Quality, Trust, and Customer Satisfaction on repurchase intentions in the context of online purchases on e-commerce sites in Indonesia. The sample size in this study was 177 respondents. Hypothesis testing was carried out using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that e-service quality, customer trust as well as customer satisfaction had a positive impact on repurchase intention.

Flight delays are a common problem that air transport service users in our homeland have complained about so far, hence the existence of Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection, Law Number 1 of 2009, and Minister of Transportation Regulation Number 77 of 2011 concerning Responsibilities. Air Transportation Carrier's Answer is a form of legal protection for the community provided by the state to citizens, especially people who normally use air transportation, the purpose of this article is how to provide legal protection for users of air transport services due to flight delays. The method used is a normative juridical approach, the type of data in this study is primary legal material in the form of laws and regulations which form the basis for legal protection for users of air transport services due to flight delays. Suggestions or recommendations from this article are; There is continuous supervision of airline owners regarding the departure and arrival schedules of airplanes; The government and parties who have concerns in the field of air transportation, should provide socialization to the publik and airline owners about the existence of rights and obligations that cannot be neglected; The government as a regulator must be firm in giving warnings in the form of sanctions to airline owners who are still caught ignoring their responsibilities.

Electronic-based administrative services support the CAK3P online program in the Jurumudi Baru Village. The CAK3P online program is a form of e-service in the form of online birth certificate and death certificate services which also have similar values such as Efficiency, Fulfillment, System Availability, Responsiveness, Privacy, Compensation, and Contact. There is an indirect relationship between the e-service concept and the CAK3P online service program. This study aims to determine the Quality of Administrative Services Based on the CAK3P Online Program in Jurumudi Baru Village. This study uses a qualitative approach using observation and interview techniques in collecting research data. In the CAK3P online program, the staff's timeliness in promising the issuance of birth and death certificates has not been maximized because there are still people who complain about the timeliness that does not match working hours and also the availability of an online system, there are still problems with the main application, so from Meanwhile, the community is still not satisfied with the CAK3P online program service.

This research aims to determine the Effectiveness of the Integrated Child Social Welfare Service Center Program in the Surakarta City Social Services. The research employs a qualitative descriptive research design with a program effectiveness theory approach that consists of four aspects: 1) Program Target Accuracy; 2) Program Socialization; 3) Program Objectives; 4) Program Monitoring. The research is analyzed using data analysis techniques that involve four components: data collection, data presentation, data condensation, and conclusion. The research results show that the Integrated Child Social Welfare Service Center in Surakarta City, as the implementing body, has carried out its tasks and functions effectively. However, it is found that the program's socialization aspect has not been fully achieved.

This study aims to determine the mediating role of job engagement in the relationship between workplace incivility and turnover intention among nurses working at the Gatot Subroto Jakarta Army Central Hospital. The research sample consisted of 220 out of 606 nurses selected using a Slovin formula with a 5% margin of error. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the assistance of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that 1) workplace incivility has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention; 2) workplace incivility has a negative and significant effect on job engagement; 3) job engagement has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention; and 4) job engagement mediates the relationship between workplace incivility and turnover intention.

This study aims to look at the implementation of the E-Open policy at the Bekasi City Population and Civil Registry Service using the George Edward III Implementation in which there are 4 indicators, namely communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The research method used is a qualitative method. The results of this research explain that the implementation of the E-Open policy has gone well, seen from the following indicators: 1) Communication: the information conveyed to the public regarding E-Open has been conveyed clearly. 2) Resources: human resources, information and facilities provided support the implementation of E-Open although they still need improvement. 3) Disposition: employees already have good commitment and ability and understand E- Open but lack the speed of response in responding to problems. 4) Bureaucratic structure: in the implementation of E-Open there are SOPs and distribution of responsibilities according to applicable regulations.

The study aims to investigate on-the-job training and psychological ownership in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in ApasA, Kupang City, NTT. It employs a quantitative approach using questionnaires for data collection. Probability sampling method was used with a sample size of 42 individuals. Data analysis utilized Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) through Smart PLS version 3 software. Results show that on-the-job training does not significantly influence employee engagement, but psychological ownership positively impacts it. Kinship does not mediate the relationship between training or psychological ownership and employee engagement. These findings can help MSME management design more efficient human resource development strategies.

The state must provide high-quality public services to its citizens. Regular innovation in service delivery is important to ensure satisfaction among the recipients. The concept of reinventing government, which is a principle of New Public Management (NPM), is used as a reference for the bureaucracy to provide modern and reliable public services. Health services are crucial, especially in terms of transportation. Standby cars are an innovative example of transportation services provided by the government to facilitate public facilities and infrastructure. This study was conducted to examine the use of reinventing government principles in village standby car services. The research used descriptive methods, including observation, interviews, and documentation. The Social Service and the person in charge of managing the village alert car provided the data source. The findings revealed that there are still indicators not being met if the standby car service system refers to the principle of reinventing government, specifically the competitive government indicators. In conclusion, village standby car services have a significant impact on the community, especially those living in remote areas.
