Abstract

This study aims to: (1) Explaining the background of life and thought Nugroho Notosusanto, (2) Explaining Nugroho Notosusanto policy in the implementation of the teaching of history in high school (1983-1985), and (3) Explaining the teaching of history in Senior High School (1983 to 1985 ). The method used is the method of historical research. Method according Kuntowijoyo historical research include: (1) selection of the topic, (2) the collection of resources, (3) verification, (4) interpretation, (5) historiography. The results showed that Notosusanto Nugroho is a historical figure who gave birth to a controversy of his thinking in the development of historical thought and history lessons at school (Senior High School). At the time served as Minister of Education and Culture, Nugroho implement a policy that is being debated for history courses. History is no longer integral in social studies (Social Studies), but stand-alone and appeared one more program that PSPB (National Struggle Historical Education). The reality of the application is indroktinasi through the lessons of history. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to (1) find out how to improve learning activeness of students of class X IPS 2 SMA Negeri 1 Godean in learning history through Teams Games Tournament (TGT) method with monopoly media, (2) to know the advantages of application of Teams Games Tournament (TGT) with the monopoly media on the students of class X IPS 2 SMAN 1 Godean. This study is a Classroom Action Research (PTK) which occurs 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, execution, observation, and reflection. Technique of collecting data obtained through observation, questionnaire and also research note. Data analysis uses qualitative analysis that includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that (1) Application of Teams Games Tournament (TGT) method with monopoly media can improve the learner activity of class X IPS 1 SMAN 1 Godean. Increased activity in the first cycle of 15.6% occurred from 59.55% to 75.15%. The increase in cycle II of 6.29% occurred from 75.15% to 81.44%. The advantages of applying the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) method with the monopoly media include learners more actively in learning, raising the responsibility of learners to groups and themselves, and training cooperation with other students.Keywords: liveliness, learners, methods, teams games tournament (tgt).

Abstract

ABSTRACTIn the present era, advances in technology and communication are growing rapidly, especially in the field of education, it is necessary to develop learning media based on information and communication technology. The development of instructional media must be in accordance with the purpose of learning, but it is also the learning media that can make the students are educated to be independent in accordance with the teacher's direction. This study aims to develop historical learning media as an online comic reading service. Currently researchers are using Historytoon to create a formative involving high school students in Yogyakarta. Based on the testing of the learning media, it can produce a decent historical learning media and can improve the understanding of the material of the National Movement of Indonesia class XI SMA. Keywords: Historytoon media, Android, History Learning

Abstract

ABSTRAKEtnis Tiongkok merupakan bagian dari entitas budaya Indonesia. Hubungan ini terjalin sejak jaman Kerajaan Hindu-Budha di Nusantara. Rekatnya hubungan Tiongkok secara keseluruhan dengan Indonesia diawali oleh faktor ekonomi. Hiruk pikuk jalur Sutra pada masa Dinasti Han hingga perdagangan di Malaka menambah kedekatan dua negara ini hingga sekarang. Letak geografis yang strategis dalam peta perdagangan dunia menjadikan Tiongkok lahir sebagai kekuatan tandingan Barat dari Asia. Melalui metode studi pustaka dengan menggunakan berbagai sumber diharapkan dapat memberi gambaran pengaruh ekonomi signifikan Tiongkok di kancah dunia Tiongkok hadir keunikan tersendiri yang tidak dimiliki oleh negara lain. Kekuatan nilai-nilai tradisional-budaya diiringi perkembangan IPTEK merupakan modal Tiongkok menghadapi persaingan peradaban dunia. Tiongkok dapat bertahan dalam berbagai macam tekanan dan perubahan jaman. Kini pada abad 21, Tiongkok dengan segala kesiapannya telah masuk keseluruhan bagian lini kehidupan masyarakat Indonesia.Kata Kunci: Indonesia, Tiongkok, Revolusi 4.0 ABSTRACTEthnic Chinese are part of Indonesian cultural entities. This relationship has ever existed since the Hindu-Buddhist kingdom in the archipelago. Economic factors preceded the stickiness of Chinese relations. The Silk Road during the Han Dynasty to trade in Malacca added to the closeness of the two countries to the present. The strategic geographical position on the map of world trade made Tiongkok-born as a rival power to the West from Asia. Through the literature study method using various sources, it can provide a significant assessment of the Chinese economy on the world stage. Tiongkok presents unique features which are not provided by other countries. The strength of traditional-cultural values accompanied by the development of science and technology in Tiongkok's capital in facing the competition of world civilizations in various fields. This makes Tiongkok able to endure various kinds of pressures and changes so as not to be eroded by changing times.  Keywords: Indonesia, Tiongkok, Revolution 4.0

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana eksistensi ulama dan umat Islam dalam dalam revolusi sosial di Kabupaten Brebes tahun 1945, kemunculan haluan kiri yang menyertai revolusi sosial tersebut. Metode penelitian berasal dari kata method dalam bahasa inggris yang berarti Metode yang digunakan peneliti dalam penulisan sejarah ini adalah metode penelitian menurut Kuntowijoyo. Adapun tahapan penelitian sejarah menurut Kuntowijoyo mempunyai lima tahap yaitu pemilihan topik, heuristik, verifikasi, interpretasi, dan penulisan. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedudukan ulama dan umat Islam di Kabupaten Brebes mempunyai posisi yang strategis dan menjadi pengarah yang baik jalannya revolusi. Sedangkan kemunculan kelompok kiri dalam revolusi sosial menjadi penyulut revolusi itu sendiri dan menampilkan pergerakan bahwa seolah-olah kelompok sosial inilah yang memiliki peranan penting dalam melawan penindasan dan perlawanan terhadap status quo. Hal inilah yang selanjutnya memicu permusuhan antara ulama dan kelompok kiri.Kata Kunci: ulama, umat Islam, haluan kiri, revolusi sosial di Brebes.

Abstract

Abstract Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengelaborasi arti penting spritiualisme dalam pembelajaran khususnya pembelajaran sejarah. Seperti yang sudah lama terdengar, pembelajaran sejarah selama ini terkesan gersang, hampa, dan tidak punya makna. Pembelajaran sejarah terkesan hanya menjejalkan pengetahuan kosong yang  tidak mempunyai arti bagi siswa. Padahal pembelajaran sejarah mengemban tugas yang sangat penting yaitu mengawal nilai-nilai nasionalisme dan nilai-nilai kemanusiaan yang sekarang ini sudah luntur ditelan waktu. Kondisi bangsa Indonesia sekarang ini sungguh memprihatinkan. Korupsi semakin merajalela di semua lapisan, kriminalitas dan kekerasan terjadi dimana-mana, pornografi dan pornoaksi tersebar secara massif, gaya hidup hedonistis, merupakan gejala yang memerlukan pemikiran dan pemecahan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sentuhan-sentuhan tertentu dalam pembelajaran sejarah sehingga siswa akan tersadar dengan sendirinya bahwa mereka merupakan makhluk Allah yang memiliki tugas mulia sebagai khalifah di muka bumi. Pembelajaran sejarah juga harus mampu membangun kesadaran sejarah sehingga siswa memiliki motivasi dan komitmen yang kuat sehingga karakter positif dapat terbentuk dengan sendirinya. Ini merupakan hal urgent yang harus mendapat perhatian dari kita semua. Kata kunci: pembelajaran sejarah, spiritualisme.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui eksistensi pembelajaran sejarah dalam kurikulum 2013, dan (2) mengetahui bagaimana pengorganisasian pembelajaran sejarah dalam kurikulum pembelajaran sejarah dilihat dari perspektif historis. Metode yang digunakan peneliti dalam penulisan sejarah ini adalah metode penelitian menurut Kuntowijoyo. Adapun tahapan penelitian sejarah menurut Kuntowijoyo mempunyai lima tahap yaitu pemilihan topik, heuristik, verifikasi, interpretasi, dan penulisan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa materi sejarah dimasukkan dalam kurikulum sekolah untuk membangun kohesi dan identitas nasional, serta pewarisan nilai, etika, dan budaya kepada peserta didik. Pengorganisasian materi berkaitan dengan penguasaan konsep atau tema besar yang diambil dari disiplin ilmu sosial serta penggunaan teori sejarah atau disiplin ilmu sosial. Konsep perubahan (change), kesinambungan (continuity), konflik, revolusi, interdependensi, relasi sosial, status dan peranan, budaya, masyarakat, peradaban, dan lain-lain dapat menjadi tema dalam pembelajaran sejarah. Konsep dapat membantu memahami berbagai objek, peristiwa, gagasan, fenomena, serta dapat digunakan untuk memecahkan masalah.Kata Kunci: kurikulum, pendidikan, sejarah, historis.  AbstractThis study aims to: (1) know the existence of the teaching of history in the curriculum of 2013, and (2) determine how to organize the teaching of history in the curriculum of history teaching viewed from a historical perspective. The method the researchers used in the writing of this history is a research method according to Kuntowijoyo. The stages of historical research according to Kuntowijoyo has five stages, namely the selection of topics, heuristic, verification, interpretation, and writing. The results showed that the historical material included in the school curriculum to build cohesion and national identity, as well as the inheritance of values, ethics, and culture to students. Organizing the material related to the mastery of concepts or major themes drawn from social science disciplines as well as the use of the theory of history or social science discipline. The concept of change (change), continuity (continuity), conflict, revolution, interdependence, social relations, status and roles, culture, society, civilization, and others can become a theme in the teaching of history. The concept could help understand a variety of objects, events, ideas, phenomena, and can be used to solve problems.Keywords: curriculum, education, history, historical.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memberi gambaran mengenai proses pendirian Akademi Militer di Yogyakarta pada awal Indonesia merdeka. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode historis dengan langkah-langkah yakni heuristik, kritik sumber, interpretasi, serta langkah terakhir yakni penulisan (sintesis) berdasarkan fakta dari data-data yang diperoleh. Pembentukan Akademi Militer Yogyakarta tidak terlepas dari jasa Urip Sumoharjo, Hamengku Buwono IX dan tokoh-tokoh eks-peta dan eks-KNIL yang kemudian berjuang untuk membentuk angkatan bersenjata tanah air yang tangguh. Pembentukannya merupakan reaksi dari sedikitnya angkatan militer yang berpendidikan pada saat Indonesia baru merdeka. Pendirian akademi militer dengan memilih lokasi di Yogyakarta beralasan bahwa Markas Besar TKR juga berada di Yogyakarta. Setidaknya pusat pendidikan ini dekat dengan pusat kekuatan militer yang merupakan kendali untuk seluruh wilayah Republik Indonesia. Untuk mendaftar calon taruna cukup berpendidikan sekolah dasar enam tahun dengan usia berkisar antara 18 sampai dengan 20 tahun. Tempat pendidikan menggunakan gedung Christelijke MULO Kotabaru sedangkan asrama taruna menggunakan gedung Normaal School.     Kata kunci: Pendidikan Militer, Akademi Militer Yogyakarta

Abstract

AbstractOne of the actions taken by the government to improve the quality of education is to make a paradigm shift that changes the orientation of learning into learning centered on learners. In this lesson, teachers are expected to be facilitators who facilitate learners in learning, and learners must actively learn from various learning sources and work with their friends. One model of learning that can be applied is the learning model NHT (Number Head Together).The formulation of this research problem is whether the use of NHT method in learning History of Revolution's material Enforcing Panji-Panji NKRI can increase interest and learning outcomes XI MIA 1 SMA Negeri 2 Tambun Utara, North Tambun district, Bekasi district, West Java.The results of this study can be concluded that the implementation of NHT learning model can improve the learning outcomes Revolusi Upholding Panji NKRI in class XI MIA 1 SMA Negeri 2 Tambun Utara, North Tambun district. This can be shown by the increasing number of students who complete the study of 18 students or 42.86% in pre cycle to 29 students or 69.05% in cycles I and 41 students or 92.86% in cycle II. Keywords: learning outcomes, NH learning model, N 2 Tambun Utara high school students

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to revealthecontent of character educationin historical learning in SMA IT Abu bakar Yogyakarta. This research used the qualitative approach method and descriptive starting from January to April 2016. Data was collected by observation, interview, document review and questionnaireto obtain data on the activities of character education transformation in historical learning, Interviewwas used to get data on the implementation strategy of character education in historical learning, meanwhile research documents such as program to complement the observations and interviews.Questionnaire is to determine the extent of educational character in historical learning which can shape students's character.Technique inspection and validity of the data means of triangulation of data and data analysis techniquesqualitatively. The results of this research are as follows. (1) SMA IT Abu Bakar Yogyakarta has vision and mission which become a superior schoolin integrationIMTAQ and IPTEK to support the vision and the mission of the values that instilled in the school. (2) In the planning of historical learning refersto the value of character by Dinas adjusted to 10 muwashofat or 10 Muslim personalitywereowned by SMA IT Abu Bakar Yogyakarta. (3) In the process of reviewing learning in each to know the values of characters that can be appeared in the. (4) Assessment of teaching history applying for existing guidelines point to cognitive character values. (5) The barriers in learning history because the lack of whole comprehension and completely toward integrated Islamic school.Keywords: the substance, character education, learning history
