Abstract

Keinginan politik untuk melakukan perubahan atau amandemen UUD 1945 di era reformasi dilatarbelakangi oleh -pengalaman  sejarah masa lalu, baik masa Orde Lama (1959-1966) maupun pada masa Orde Baru (1966-1998). Bila kita kaji secara detail dan mendalam, dapat dikatakan bahwa UUD 1945 memang dibuat dalam keadaan tergesa-gesa, sehingga mengandung segi-segi kelemahan, yang memungkinkan munculnya pemerintahan yang diktator. Konstitusi ketatanegaraan Indonesia sebelum amandemen memberikan titik berat kekuasaan kepada Presiden. Majelis Permusyawaratan Rakyat, meskipun disebut sebagai pelaksana kedaulatan rakyat dan penjelmaan seluruh rakyat, dalam kenyataannya susunan dan kedudukannya sepenuhnya di bawah kendali presiden.Keinginan untuk menata ulang kedudukan lembaga-lembaga negara agar tercipta check and balances juga terasa begitu kuatnya. Demikian pula keinginan untuk memperjuangkan tegaknya hukum dan pengakuan serta perlindungan terhadap hak asasi manusia. Keinginan untuk memberikan perhatian yang lebih besar kepada daerah-daerah juga demikian menguat, sehingga kewenangan-kewenangan Pemerintah Daerah juga perlu diperkuat untuk mencegah terjadinya disintegrasi Bangsa. Kata Kunci: Reformulasi, Tatanegara,  Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the level of local content requirement of teaching materials and cultural history Bone Elementary School. The method used is the Research and Development which is used to produce models of teaching materials developed are teaching materials local content subjects sejarh and culture for elementary school students based on the history and culture Bone. This study are preliminary or prasurvei, namely identifying the needs analysis. Therefore, this study still needs to be continued, by making teaching materials in the form of modules. After a complete and perfect prototype developed baralah tested validation by experts. From the results of the needs analysis derived from interviews and questionnaires teacher and student questionnaire, can be translated instructional materials Expected load: customs, traditional arts, sites, folklore, heroes, language, events before and after the advent of Islam, the colonial period, period independence and contemporary. Keywords: needs analysis, teaching materials and cultural history of the local content for SD Bone.

Abstract

ABSTRACT  Actualization of the value of character education based on local wisdom in the course of global perspective is done in order to equip students with noble values of the nation's culture to face the swift current of globalization. Javanese ethical values such as the principle of harmony and honor principles are presented as a study material that is an important part in discussing social changes and lifestyles of society in the global era. Included in this study is the study of the typical local wisdom of the people around Yogyakarta. The student's positive response indicates that the cultural values of our ancestral heritage still allow us to lift and revive in order to fortify the young generation today from the negative effects of global culture, since this course presents many insights into global culture that leads to pop culture, . Giving awareness to students about real-world phenomena behind the meaning of words from globalization, including discussing many things about current global issues, will be more effective if done by cultivating character education based on local wisdom.  Keywords: character education, culture, local wisdom, global perspective

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aimed to find out the relationship between the understanding of Indonesian national history, the history learning interest, the relationship between the history awareness and the nationalism attitude. Tests of analysis assumptions consisted of tests of normality, linearity, and multicollinearity. The hypotheses were tested using Pearson’s product moment correlation and multiple correlation with relative and effective contributions. The results of the study show that: (1) there is a significant positive relationship between the understanding of Indonesian national history and the nationalism attitude, (2) there is a significant positive relationship between the history learning interest and the nationalism attitude, (3) there is a significant positive relationship between the history awareness and the nationalism attitude, (4) there is a significant positive relationship between the understanding of Indonesian national history, history learning interest, and history awareness as an aggregate and the nationalism attitude. Keyword: understanding of Indonesian national history, history learning interest, history awareness, nationalism attitude

Abstract

ABSTRAKArkeologi merupakan ilmu yang mempelajari masa lampau melalui benda yang ditinggalkannya. Pada mulanya muncul dari kegemaran orang mengumpulkan harta karun selanjutnya berkembang dengan rasa ingin tahu yang besar mengenai masa lampau. Kajian arkeologi tidak dapat berdiri sendiri karena memerlukan ilmu bantu di dalam penelitian arkeologi yang bertujuan menyusun sejarah kebudayaan, memahami perilaku manusia dan mengetahui proses perubahan kebudayaan. Maka penelitian dianggap berhasil apabila semakin banyak para ahli dalam berbagai disiplin ilmu terlibat dalam penelitian arkeologi.Kata Kunci: paradigma, ilmu, arkeologiABSTRACTArcheology is the study of the past through the objects it left behind. In the beginning, arises from the passion of people collecting treasure and then develop with great curiosity about the past. Archeological studies cannot stand alone because they require knowledge in archeological research aimed at compiling cultural history, understanding human behavior, and knowing the process of cultural change. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan penerapan metode group investigasi report dalam pembelajaran sejarah di Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Hal ini berangkat dari banyaknya permasalahan dalam pembelajaran sejarah seperti tidak optimalnya penanaman nilai-nilai, dan tidak bervariasinya metode pembelajaran yang biasa digunakan oleh pengajar. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode campuran kualitatif-kuantitatif yang dilakukan di beberapa museum antara lain: Benteng Vredeburg, Kraton Yogyakarta, Monumen Yogya Kembali, dan Museum Perjuangan yang dilakukan mulai Februari sampai April 2011. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah random sampling dengan jumlah populasi 74 mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari perhitungan t tabel 7. 294 1. 691. Ini berarti bahwa hipotesis nol ditolak dan hipotesis awal diterima. Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dalam karakter mahasiswa yang menggunakan metode group investigasi dengan yang tidak yaitu 2008-2010.Kata kunci: tim investigasi report, pembangunan karakter, pembelajaran sejarah.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Keberhasilan pelaksanaan pembelajaran sangat  ditentukan oleh tinggi rendahnya kualitas pembelajaran. Kualitas pembelajaran dipengaruhi oleh ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran, aktivitas dan kreativitas guru dan siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar. Kegiatan belajar mengajar akan berkualitas apabila didukung oleh guru yang professional memiliki kompetensi profesional, pedagogik, kepribadian, dan sosial  sesuai dengan tuntutan yang tertuang di dalam UU Guru dan Dosen Pasal 10. Di samping itu, kualitas proses pembelajaran juga dapat maksimal jika didukung oleh siswa yang berkualitas (cerdas, memiliki motivasi belajar yang tinggi dan  sikap positif dalam belajar), dan didukung sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran yang memadai. Guru yang profesional akan memungkinkan memiliki kinerja yang baik, begitu pula dengan siswa yang berkualitas memungkinan siswa memiliki perilaku yang positif dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Interaksi belajar mengajar antara guru dan siswa yang positif akan mewujudkan budaya kelas yang positif dan impresif atau suasana pembelajaran (classroom climate) yang mendukung untuk proses belajar siswa. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui latar belakang terjadinya konflik sosial di Kabupaten Kebumen tahun 1998, dan (2) mengetahui dampak terjadinya konflik sosial di Kabupaten Kebumen tahun 1998. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian sejarah.Tahapan dalam penelitiannya yaitu pemilihan topik, mengumpulkan sumber, kritik sumber, interpretasi, dan historiografi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konflik sosial di Kebumen terjadi pada tanggal 7-8 September 1998. Latar belakang terjadinya konflik adalah perubahan sosial, diskriminasi, ethnocentrisme, kecemburuan sosial serta dendam. Dampak psikologis menjadi dampak utama yang dirasakan oleh para korban, sedangkan dampak lain pasca kerusuhan membuat infrastruktur kota menjadi lemah dan membuat kota menjadi lumpuh untuk beberapa waktu. Kerugian pasca kerusuhan membuat Kabupaten Kebumen berada di krisis ekonomi. Mayoritas yang mendapat kerugian ialah pihak warga keturunan Tionghoa, mereka rugi hingga 99% dan menyebabkan kehilangan mata pencaharian utama mereka. Butuh waktu dua tahun bagi warga keturunan Tionghoa guna memulihkan kondisi finansial mereka. Kata Kunci: Konflik Sosial, Kebumen, 1998.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out : (1) the development of education inclusive in SMAN 4 Palu, and (2) reality of learning of history at SMAN 4 Palu. Research data collected through the interview, observations, and the documentation. This study in the data analysis that are induktif  and in the form of interactive  are based on the relationship between the fact one and the fact that others who have a causal through the data collection, the reduction, of the data, the presentation of  the data, verification data, or the withdrawal of the conclusion. The results of research shows that activity as well as the development of education inclusive in SMAN 4 Palu has been run since 2014, students special needs learn along with the students regular in a class. All of the school support and tried to maximize education inclusive, although in fact  still much shortcomings in the implementation of education inclusive. In the learning of history at SMAN 4 Palu is good,  according to the implementation to the lives of the day of the day learners adapted in methods, the media, and the material impertinent. Keywords: Inclusive Education, History Learning.

Abstract

Abstract           This research is aimed to: (1) identify character values which are actualized in history learning, (2) analyse the form of character values actualization which are actualized in history learning. This research is descriptive qualitative research with case study approach. Research sample is conducted using Purposive. Data analysis technique uses interactive analysis technique from Miles and Huberman which consist of data collection, data presentation and conclusion. The research findings show: (1) the values actualized in history learning are honesty, responsibility, love homeland, religious, discipline, curiosity, mutual respect, politeness, (2) the form of characteristic values actualization are statement admitting mistakes, congregation Zuhur pray, reciting Al-Quran, singing national anthem and hero songs before starting the lesson, attempting to get knowledge by asking. Keyword: actualization, character values, history learning, senior high school
