Siber Nusantara of Community Service Review (SNCSR)
Siber Nusantara of Community Service Review (SNCSR) is an open-access, peer-reviewed journal that publishes high-quality scholarly works in the field of community service and community engagement. The journal serves as a platform for disseminating innovative practices, applied knowledge, and sustainable solutions developed through collaborations between academics, researchers, practitioners, government institutions, communities, and other stakeholders. SNCSR focuses on the implementation and evaluation of community service programs that contribute to community empowerment, capacity building, social innovation, and sustainable development. The journal welcomes interdisciplinary approaches that demonstrate the practical application of knowledge and research outcomes in addressing real-world community challenges. The scope of SNCSR includes, but is not limited to: Teknologi Informasi Sistem Informasi Ilmu Komputer Penerapan teknologi untuk masyarakat Transformasi digital dan pemberdayaan berbasis teknologi Community empowerment and capacity building; Education, training, and literacy programs; Digital transformation and information technology for communities; Entrepreneurship, MSME development, and economic empowerment; Social innovation and community-based development; Public health, sanitation, and community well-being; Environmental sustainability and community-based environmental management; Agriculture, fisheries, and rural community development; Appropriate technology and technology transfer; Disaster mitigation, preparedness, and community resilience; Cultural preservation and local wisdom; Legal awareness, public policy, and community advocacy; Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through community engagement; Collaborative partnerships among universities, government, industry, and communities; and Evaluation, impact assessment, and best practices in community service programs. SNCSR particularly encourages manuscripts that present measurable impacts, innovative methods, sustainable outcomes, and replicable models of community service that can contribute to broader academic and societal development.

This article discusses the influence of celebrity endorsements, through interest in repurchasing Scarlett skincare, on consumer trust in the Tiktok online shop. The objects used are students at Bhayangkara University, Jakarta Raya. The sample used in this research was 200 respondents. In this research, quantitative methods are used with a descriptive approach, the data collection techniques used by researchers are secondary data and primary data. Based on the conceptual framework created, it can be concluded that the hypothesis is that online customer reviews influence consumer trust and repurchase interest, and consumer trust influences repurchase interest.

This article discusses the influence of Product Quality through Purchase Decisions on Purchase Intention. This research is a quantitative research where the objects used are Generation Z in Bekasi City. The number of samples used in this study was 200 respondents. The design used is hypothesis testing using the structural equitation model (SEM) method - SmartPLS 4.0. Based on the conceptual framework created, it can be concluded that the hypothesis is that product quality has an effect on purchase interest and purchase decisions.

The Role of Sustainability Integration and Digitalization to Increase Profit in the Digital Age is a scientific article of literature study within the scope of business management. The purpose of this article is to build a hypothesis that Sustainability Integration and Digitalization play a role in Increasing Profit in the Digital Age. The research object comes from online libraries such as Google Scholar, Mendeley, and other online academic media. The method used is library research, which is sourced from e-books and open access e-journals. The analysis is done descriptively qualitative. The results of this article show that: (1) The implementation of sustainability strategies plays a role in increasing company profits, and (2) The use of digital technology supports the implementation of sustainability in business.

The Effect of Organizational Culture, Employee Loyalty and Employee Commitment on Leadership Style is a scientific publication that falls within the scope of a literature review in the scientific domain. The purpose of this article is to develop hypotheses about the relationship between factors that will be applied in future research. Research items are found on academic internet media such as Mendeley, Google Scholar, and online libraries. Electronic journals and open access e-books are sources of research methodology used in the research library. This study explores the implementation of Islamic religious education, especially through the lens of Fiqh Al-Bi'ah, as a basic strategy to overcome radicalism in Pesantren Miftahul Ula Kertosono Nganjuk. Fiqh Al-Bi'ah, which focuses on environmental and cleanliness jurisprudence, becomes a comprehensive framework to instill the values ??of cleanliness, sanctity, and environmental management among students.This study investigates how this educational approach contributes to shaping a culture that is resistant to the ideology of Islamism in the pesantren community. By examining the practical application and impact of Fiqh Al-Bi'ah, this study aims to provide insight into effective educational strategies in dealing with Islamism in Islamic educational environments.

This community service activity was held on August 15, 2025, in Kampar Regency with 109 participants. The main objective of the activity was to provide outreach to increase public knowledge regarding business procedures in the livestock sector, thereby encouraging the emergence of new entrepreneurs while strengthening the local economic sector. This activity was carried out on agricultural land using a participatory approach through material presentation methods, question and answer discussions, and direct visits to livestock locati mons. The material provided included the basics of livestock business management, livestock product marketing strategies, and challenges and opportunities in the modern livestock industry. Participants were seen enthusiastically participating in the entire series of activities, as evidenced by the many questions and discussions that developed during the interactive session. Through direct visits to livestock locations, participants gained a real picture of the livestock cultivation process and business management that can be applied in their respective regions. The results of this activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of the technical and business aspects of the livestock sector. Thus, this outreach program is expected to be a stimulus for the Kampar Regency community in developing productive, sustainable, and high-economic value livestock businesses.

This community service activity carried the theme “The Influence of Work Life Balance on Employee Performance and Job Satisfaction”, organized by Universitas STEKOM on October 8, 2025, through the Zoom Meeting platform. The event was attended by 74 participants, consisting of students, practitioners, academics, and entrepreneurs, aiming to enhance understanding of the importance of balancing work and personal life to support employee productivity and well-being. The implementation method included interactive lectures, material presentations, and participatory discussions that encouraged participants to share experiences and practical solutions for applying work-life balance in their respective workplaces. The results showed that maintaining balance in life significantly influences both performance and job satisfaction. Employees who can effectively manage their time, energy, and personal responsibilities tend to exhibit higher levels of motivation, loyalty, and work efficiency. This activity also emphasized the essential role of organizations in supporting employees’ life balance through flexible work policies and healthy work environments. Thus, this community service initiative contributes meaningfully to strengthening the synergy between academia and the professional world toward developing human resources who are productive, fulfilled, and highly competitive.

This study aims to analyze the optimization of public relations activities using the RACE model at PT. Home Credit Indonesia. The RACE model (Reach, Act, Convert, and Engage) is used to analyze each customer journey at Home Credit Indonesia. This study employed a qualitative, descriptive approach, and collected data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that PT. Home Credit Indonesia implements various public relations strategies, including digital campaigns, responsive customer service, and financial education programs for customers. These strategies enhance customer service optimization and strengthen support, increase trust, and build loyalty. A challenge faced is managing customer complaints across various communication platforms. This study recommends optimizing digital strategies and increasing personalized interactions to reach more customers.

Urban degradation is caused principally by urbanization process, however, most of the environmental problems in Asaba metropolis suburbs result largely from its unplanned land uses, swampy nature of built areas and weak development control. Other critical problems that bother minds also include lack of open space, poor management of flood channels and substandard housing. This paper discuses the possible intervention strategies in the regeneration effort of Asaba slum area. The research method which is both narrative and statistically descriptive in nature enables the author engage in a detailed literature study of the chronological development of Asaba metropolis with view to determining how the city came about the current level of degenerating infrastructural facilities. The study found that the principle of cooperative leadership by government at all levels is fundamental to making important difference in qualitative development controls of the study area. It however concluded that the duo role of the public and traditional power structure of the community leaders must be involved in the conception and implementation of Delta State environmental planning programmes

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mengubah lanskap persaingan bisnis, khususnya bagi usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM). Perubahan perilaku konsumen yang semakin bergantung pada platform digital menuntut UMKM untuk mengoptimalkan strategi digital marketing serta melakukan inovasi produk guna meningkatkan penjualan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara komprehensif peran digital marketing dan inovasi produk terhadap penjualan UMKM melalui pendekatan kajian literatur. Metode yang digunakan adalah literature review dengan menganalisis artikel ilmiah, buku, dan publikasi akademik yang relevan dan terbit dalam rentang tahun 2015–2025. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa digital marketing berperan penting dalam meningkatkan visibilitas produk, memperluas jangkauan pasar, serta memperkuat interaksi dan kepercayaan konsumen. Selain itu, inovasi produk terbukti mampu menciptakan nilai tambah, diferensiasi, dan daya saing yang berkelanjutan bagi UMKM. Sinergi antara digital marketing dan inovasi produk memberikan dampak yang lebih signifikan terhadap peningkatan penjualan dibandingkan penerapan strategi secara terpisah. Dengan demikian, optimalisasi digital marketing yang didukung oleh inovasi produk secara berkelanjutan merupakan strategi kunci bagi UMKM untuk bersaing secara efektif di era digital.
