Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of education personnel at MAN Pangkep Pangkep Regency and the factors that influence the effectiveness of the influencing the effectiveness of the implementation of education personnel management at MAN Pangkep Pangkep Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. Approach The research approach uses an investigative approach. Data sources are done by purposive which is determined through certain considerations and objectives. The method of data collection was observation, interviews and documentation using research instruments interview guidelines. Data analysis by reducing data, presenting data and providing conclusions or verification. the results showed that the effectiveness of the implementation of education personnel management at MAN Pangkep Pangkep Regency is running well but not yet effective which includes five things, namely the quantity of education personnel at MAN Pangkep Pangkep district, the quality of work of education personnel at MAN Pangkep Pangkep district, the time efficiency of education personnel at MAN Pangkep Pangkep district, the work performance of education personnel at MAN Pangkep Pangkep district and improving the quality of human resources of education personnel at MAN Pangkep Pangkep regency. The supporting factors for the implementation of education personnel management at MAN Pangkep Pangkep Regency lie in the facilities and infrastructure factors, work environment factors, apparatus awareness factors, ability and skill factors and the rules and policies of the madrasah head. While the inhibiting factors lies in the work quantity factor and the uneven HR factor.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the learning outcomes before and after the application of the guess-seeking method and whether there are differences in learning outcomes after the class II, implementation of the guess-seeking method at SDN No. 125 Inpres Bulukunyi Kab. Takalar. This type of research uses quantitative research with pre-experimental design one group pretest postets method. The population in this study were all class II, students at SDN No. 125 Inpres Bulukunyi, totaling 23 people. The data collection technique used is observation, testing and documentation. The instrument used is the learning achievement test. The analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistics. The results of the analysis show that the average value of learning outcomes before using the method is 40.78 in the medium category. While the average value of learning outcomes after being taught using the guesswork method of 74.87 is in the high category. The results of the hypothesis test show that there are differences in learning outcomes before and after being taught using the conjecture method, when viewed from the average post-test learning outcomes that are greater than the pre-test scores. So the application of the guess guess method has a positive influence on the results of learning Indonesian language description text material in class II, students at SDN No. 125 Inpres Bulukunyi, Takalar Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of the policy of the Directorate General of Islamic Education No. 5974 Th. 2019 concerning education information management based on the Education Management Information System (EMIS). This research uses library research by conducting investigations into books, literature, notes and reports about EMIS. The research results show that there are three steps that must be taken in the EMIS policy, namely organization, interpretation, and application. EMIS-based data management has made it easier to make decisions and make policies for the progress of Islamic educational institutions. However, EMIS as a database for Islamic education for policy making has not been able to be used optimally, because the level of validity and updating of the data is still not perfect.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of Management Information System (SIM) in the learning process at SMK Negeri 2 Majene. The research method used is qualitative research with data collection techniques through interviews and observations. The results showed that the implementation of management information systems at SMK Negeri 2 Majene has had a positive impact on the learning process. Management information systems help in the management of student information, lesson schedules, and school administration. In addition, the system also allows teachers to provide more effective feedback to students and parents through the e-learning system. The main supporting factors of implementing management information systems are school management support and cooperation between teachers and administrative officers. On the other hand, inhibiting factors are the lack of understanding of management information systems by teachers and the difficulty in integrating these systems into their learning process. Therefore, it is recommended that training and mentoring be provided to teachers in using management information systems effectively.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the main aim of evaluating the impact of applying the guessing method on Indonesian language learning outcomes, especially in the context of descriptive text material. In order to achieve this aim, this research adopted a quantitative approach using a pre-experimental design, one group pretest posttest. Participation involved all class II students, totaling 23 people, as the study population. Data analysis shows that there is a significant difference between learning outcomes before and after implementing the guessing method. Previously, the average learning outcome was 40.78, which was in the medium category, but after implementing this method, the average score increased to 74.87, which was in the high category. The results of the hypothesis test firmly strengthen the finding that the difference between the pre-test and post-test scores is significant. Analysis techniques, both descriptive and inferential, consistently support the conclusion that the application of the listening guess method has a real positive impact on Indonesian language learning outcomes among class II students. These findings provide an indication that the listening guess method can be considered an effective alternative in increasing students' understanding of descriptive text material.

Abstract

The increase in teacher professionalism is marked by an increase in the competencies that must be owned by teachers, namely pedagogic competencies related to managing students, social competencies related to communication skills and professional competencies related to the ability to master knowledge and improve the quality of learning while studying. The practice of prayer is a skill that must be cultivated by the teacher. Teachers teaching junior high school students need to be creative in their approach to teaching, engage and motivate their students. Make practice with clear details. If you have material about prayer with clear pictures and interesting details, students are always happy when the teacher takes the time to explain how to pray in great detail. Knowing the proper prayer procedures, a teacher must have a deep understanding and be skilled in using various techniques and have a good stage performance which usually displays magical elements and is intended for the benefit of the student himself. This is then passed down from generation to generation. They usually have magical or supernatural elements and often teach Islamic religious teachings.

Abstract

Academic achievement is an important measure to evaluate an individual's success in acquiring knowledge and skills. In addition to academic factors, psychological aspects also influence the learning process. Self-efficacy, which is an individual's belief in their own abilities, and emotional stability are crucial factors in academic achievement. This study aims to investigate the relationship between self-efficacy and emotional stability and their impact on academic achievement. The research method used in this study is literature review. The results indicate that high self-efficacy contributes to better emotional stability, and good emotional stability can enhance individual self-efficacy. High self-efficacy and good emotional stability mutually support each other and enhance overall psychological well-being. Both factors also have a positive influence on academic achievement. Individuals with high self-efficacy and good emotional stability tend to have strong motivation, face challenges with optimism, and overcome learning obstacles. These findings have important implications for educational practitioners, policymakers, and researchers in the field of educational psychology to enhance the academic achievement of students and learners.

Abstract

Umar bin Abdul Aziz, the eighth caliph of the Umayyad Dynasty, ruled for less than three years but had a significant impact on Islamic history. He is recognized as a just leader who implemented the principles of good governance. This study aims to illustrate his leadership as an inspiration for modern governments in restoring justice, prioritizing the welfare of the people, and improving governance, which is often weakened by power abuse. The research employs a literature review method, gathering relevant theories from various sources, especially scholarly journal articles. It follows a qualitative approach with a descriptive-comparative method, analyzing and scientifically comparing different scholarly perspectives. The findings reveal that Umar bin Abdul Aziz was a devout, integrity-driven leader committed to guiding the Umayyad Dynasty back to the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad and the Rightly Guided Caliphs.

Abstract

The era of Caliph Umar bin Khattab as the most luminous story sheet of Islamic history that highlights and surpasses every story. This study aims to find out how Islamic civilization was during the era of Umar bin Khattab, how the administrative system of state financial institutions was. In order to be a reference or guideline for today's leaders. The type of this research is literature, including the type of literature review research. This research is a type of research used in collecting information and data in depth through various literature. The data sources in this study are primary data sources and secondary data sources. The primary data source is the main data reference in this study, namely the biography of Umar bin Khattab by Pro. Dr. Ali Muhammad Ash-Shallabi. While the secondary data source is a complementary reference as well as supporting data for the primary data source. Umar bin Khattab began to observe the country's wealth whose sources of income began to increase rapidly. Umar bin Khattab began to develop the country's financial system, both in terms of sources of income, spending, or the order of people who have the right to receive it in the administration system. In developing the financial institution, Umar bin Khattab tried to always apply ijtihad that was similar to the goals of Islamic law and the welfare of the people

Abstract

Leadership in the context of Islam offers a unique framework, especially through the prism of prophetic leadership. One of the main examples is Umar bin Khattab, a friend and leader known for his just and firm leadership. This study aims to explore the concept of Umar bin Khattab's leadership and its implications in the contemporary context. The purpose of this study is to explore the concept of prophetic Islamic leadership as illustrated through the example of Umar bin Khattab. The focus is to analyze the main values, principles, and practices of leadership applied by Umar bin Khattab and their impact on society at that time. This study uses a qualitative approach with a library research approach. The data sources in this study are scientific books, research reports, scientific papers, and journals, especially the sirah (biography) of Umar bin Khattab, hadith, and Islamic literature. Data were collected and analyzed to identify leadership patterns applied by Umar bin Khattab. Umar bin Khattab was found to implement leadership based on justice, active community participation, and personal example. The impact is seen in the decision-making process. These principles provide inspiration for contemporary leaders in understanding and implementing the concept of prophetic Islamic leadership. This study provides in-depth insight into the concept of leadership in prophetic Islam through a case study of Umar bin Khattab, and emphasizes its relevance in the modern context.
