Abstract

This study examines classroom management on the learning activities of students at MA DDI Hasanuddin, Maros Regency, which has the aim of knowing the effect of class management on student learning activities in MA DDI Hasanuddin, Maros Regency. Ex post facto quantitative research, the population in this study were all students in MA DDI Hasnuddin Maros Regency, the sample of this study amounted to 90 students. The results of this study indicate that class management is in the moderate category with a total frequency of 62 students (69%) and the active learning of students is in the medium category with a total frequency of 65 students (72%). The results of tcount = 15,1072012 > ttable = 1,66235. There is an influence between classroom management on the learning activities of students at MA DDI Hasanuddin, Maros Regency, this means that the better the implementation of classroom management, the better the learning activities of students.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explore, analyze and describe the concept of supervision contained in the Al-Qur’anand Hadith. This research is a library research.The primary data used in the secondary data is derived from the verses of the Quran and Hadith. While the secondary data are books, journals, and article related to supervision. In this study, researcher used the maudhu’i interpretation method approach (thematic) in identifying and describing how supervision is the Quran and Hadith. The result of the study show that the verses related to the term supervision are contained in four words, namely: 1) Al-khabir QS. Al-An’am: 18, QS. Al-Mulk: 14, dan Al-Isra’: 96), term asy-syahid (QS. Al-baqarah: 140, QS. Al-Baqaarah: 204, QS. Ali-Imrarn: 81, QS. Ali-Imran: 98, QS. Ali-Imran: 99, dan QS. An-Nisa: 33), term ‘Alima (QS. Al-Mujadalah: 7, QS. Al-Baqarah: 77, dan QS. An-Nahl: 23), 4) term Harasa (QS. Al-Jinn: 8). While the hadiths related to the term supervision contained in the hadith are as follows: 1) hadith of jibril about ihsan, hadith about the order of Rasulullah Saw to vomit alms dates which were eaten by his grandson sayyidina Hasan r.a, hadith about the order of Prophet Saw to complete ablution by washing heel perfectly, hadith about the Prophet’s order to repeat his prayer because it was not tumakminah, hadith the Prophet reprimanded immediately, hadith abaout exlainiing mistakes from the Shari’a point of view, hadith about not rushing to blame other people’s mistakes, hadith about wranign gently and hadith about practise what is advised.

Abstract

One of the most decisive factors in the success of development in schools is the principal's strategy. A description of the principal's strategy for planning, implementing, and supervising quality improvement is the goal of this study. A qualitative approach is implemented in this study, while the method used is descriptive method. Observations, interviews, and documentation studies are used as a means of collecting data. Principals, educators, students, and school committees are the subjects of this research activity. Based on the research findings, the researcher leads to interesting conclusions: 1) The strategy adopted by the principal in the field of quality improvement planning is that all parties in the school are involved in the planning carried out by the principal, also giving teachers the opportunity to carry out quality planning, budgeting schools in collaboration with school committees; 2) As part of the school principal's approach/strategy in efforts to improve quality, namely teacher qualifications in the process of carrying out learning must be appropriate, carrying out the learning process according to the curriculum, and providing assistance to teachers in carrying out learning evaluations; 3) Supervision of teaching by applying group techniques and individual techniques to efforts to improve quality in schools is the principal's strategy in supervising quality improvement.

Abstract

This paper was made with several existing sources to find out what management and evaluation are. Curriculum management is a curriculum management system that is cooperative, comprehensive, systemic and systematic in order to realize the achievement of curriculum objectives. Evaluation or assessment is carried out in stages, continuously and openly. The results of curriculum evaluation can be used by educational policy holders and planners, and curriculum developers in selecting and establishing policies for developing the education system and developing the curriculum model used.

Abstract

Communication is a very fundamental activity in human life. The human need to relate to each other is recognized by almost all religions as having existed since Adam and Eve. Human nature to convey his desires and to know the desires of others, is the beginning of human skills to communicate automatically through symbols, signs, then followed by the ability to give meaning to each of these symbols in the form of verbal language. Like what is contained in the behavior of a school principal. where the leadership of the Principal determines the quality of a school he leads and is accompanied by a communication management strategy. Because in general, subordinates always follow and obey the directions given and mandated by the Principal. And this must be accompanied by a qualified strategy. As in the second foundation of Islamic teachings it is revealed that a leader has great responsibility for the tasks carried out.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the educational leadership model of Abu Bakar Ash-Shiddiq. The method used in this study is the literary method using primary data that is directly related to the figure of Abu Bakar Ash-Shidiq, especially the book 'Abqariyah Ash-Shiddiq written by Abbas Mahmud 'Aqqad supported by secondary data related to leadership theories. The results of the study found that the characters of Abu Bakar Ash-Shiddiq include loyalty to leaders, having a wise attitude, being fair, having determination and strength, having determination and azzam, supervising and caring, and having a sense of humanity and compassion. While the application in education related to the character of Abu Bakar Ash-Shiddiq can be described in terms of being fair in educating, wise in educating, loyal to leaders in educational institutions, having compassion in educating, supervising and caring in educating, having determination in educating, and having strong determination in education. The conclusion of this study is that the character of Abu Bakar Ash-Shiddiq is the character of a successful leader in fostering and educating his people.

Abstract

The countries of Indonesia and the United States also apply the theory of power-sharing which, according to Montesquieu's power-sharing theory, divides government power into three, namely executive, legislative and judicial powers. The United States of America is a federal country that carries out a republican democratic system because people can elect delegates who represent them in the body of government. Indonesia is a developing country that implements democratic systems and principles in the life of the nation. Using research literature from various scientific articles to compile or obtain scientific knowledge. The aim of this research methodology is to produce competent, credible and relevant research that is directly related to the problem under study. Data collection techniques include reading various articles and using secondary and primary data. There are various indicators that distinguish leadership in Indonesia and the United States, from the discussion that has been described it can be concluded that there are differences in leadership in America and Indonesia both using a democratic system.

Abstract

In this research, the authors used a qualitative research method with a library research and used descriptive analysis data analysis techniques. With the aim of research to find out leadership in upholding religion and taking care of matters that exist in the world more deeply. The results of the research are that in an organization or social organization, a leader is needed to manage various things in society. For example, in the small world, the leader is in the family circle. The family certainly has a leader who directs the goals to be achieved in the family. Leadership is a person's attempt to influence the behavior of a person or group. Companies influence this behavior to achieve individual or group goals. There are many theories of leadership, including trait theory, environmental theory, behavioral theory, situational theory, and charismatic theory. A leader must have every leadership style in accordance with the personality and goals to be achieved. The leader's character certainly affects the results of the goals achieved in the organization. Management is a very important factor that affects organizational performance, because management is the main activity to achieve organizational goals. The leadership of the Prophet Muhammad SAW set an example for leaders to prioritize the interests of the people, teach and practice good morals, have a clear vision, and be fair.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the objectives of: (1) to find out the supervision of madrasah heads in state MTs in Kolaka Regency, (2) to find out the performance of teachers in State MTs in Kolaka Regency, (3) to find out whether or not there was a significant influence between the supervision of madrasah heads on performance of teachers in state MTs in Kolaka district. This research is a quantitative research using ex post facto approach. The population in this study were all teachers at MTs Negeri 1 Kolaka and MTs Negeri 2 Kolaka, totaling 123 people so that a sample of 95 people was obtained using the cluster sampling technique. Data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires and documentation. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results of the descriptive statistical analysis of this study show that the supervision of madrasa heads is in the medium category with a total frequency of 74 people with a percentage of 77.9%, and teacher performance is in the medium category with a total frequency of 73 people with a percentage of 76.8%. The results of inferential statistical analysis show that the value of ttable (7.837> 1.661). With a significance value of 0.05 which indicates H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. Based on the results of these data it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the supervision of the madrasah head on the performance of teachers in MTs Negeri throughout Kolaka Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out (1) An overview of the educational supervision of principals at MTs Madani Alauddin, Gowa Regency, (2) An overview of the quality of education at MTs Madani Alauddin, Gowa Regency and (3) The significant influence of educational supervision on the quality of education at MTs Madani Alauddin Regency Gowa. The type of this research is quantitative research. The population in this study is 541 people consisting of 47 educators and education staff and 494 students, then a sample of 123 people is taken which is a combination of 40 educators and education staff and 83 people learners. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling and proportional stratified random sampling. The instrument used in this research is a questionnaire and documentation. The results of this study indicate that 1) Educational supervision is in the medium category with a percentage of 60%, 2) The quality of education is in the medium category with a total percentage of 62.5%. The quality of education (students) is in the medium category with a percentage of 66%, and 3) Obtained tcount 3.391 > ttable 1.686, which means that there is a significant influence between the education supervision of the principal on the quality of education at MTs Madani Alauddin, Gowa Regency.
