Abstract

The well-being of students from a psychological standpoint has arisen as a vital matter in the sphere of higher education, since it deeply affects mental health, educational outcomes, adaptability, and the standard of future workforce participants. The state of mental health support services in Indonesia's educational institutions is still lacking in development and integration. The primary aim of this research is to formulate the Innovative Mental Health Support Program (PRODUKTIF) as an all-encompassing framework designed to enhance student mental health and promote the cultivation of human capital. This investigation was carried out employing a descriptive qualitative approach, which included a thorough literature review and semi-structured interviews with six Accounting students from Universitas Siliwangi. The information gathered underwent a detailed thematic examination to uncover the mental health difficulties and support requirements faced by students. The study reveals that intellectuals wrestle with diverse academic pressures, feel discomfort about what is to come, lack adequate community assistance, and face hurdles in acquiring mental health support. There was a strong focus from the participants on the essential requirement for mental health assistance frameworks that are both sustainable and accessible in schools. As a consequence of these analyses, the PRODUKTIF Program was established, featuring four important segments: mental health workshops, psychological guidance, peer partnership, and a computerized mental health system. Stressing the importance of mental health is key to student well-being and acts as a smart investment in raising academic accomplishments, the level of graduates, and workforce competitiveness. This method is established to facilitate colleges in executing ongoing mental health initiatives for their attendees.

Abstract

This study evaluates the Sales Administration Information System at PT Trans Retail Indonesia using the PIECES framework to assess its support for customer complaint services. Adopting a descriptive qualitative methodology, data were gathered via in-depth interviews, field observations, and document reviews. Findings reveal significant integration bottlenecks, notably a "Throughput-Response Time Paradox" and the prevalence of "double jobs" caused by manual redundant data entry. While the system provides accurate basic data, it lacks the real-time departmental integration required for efficient resolution. Consequently, the research recommends a strategic transition toward an integrated Sales Force Automation model and a web-based omnichannel complaint portal. These recommendations aim to bridge information silos, reduce operational friction, and align the system with the "6A" framework of service excellence to ensure faster response times and a seamless flow of data within the Surabaya regional operations

Abstract

This article provides a comprehensive analysis of how excellent service strategies are operationalized by sales assistants at PT Matahari Department Store Tbk, Solo Grand Mall branch, to drive revenue and customer loyalty. In a retail landscape increasingly dominated by digital platforms, the human element in physical stores serves as a vital competitive advantage. This research utilizes a qualitative descriptive methodology, drawing on the 6A framework to evaluate service delivery. Through in-depth field observations and analysis of performance metrics, the study identifies that while all six variables are essential, the synergy between 'Attitude' and 'Action' most significantly influences impulse buying and repeat visits. The results underscore that sales assistants are strategic agents who bridge the gap between product availability and consumer desire, particularly in the socio-culturally nuanced market of Surakarta. The study concludes with practical recommendations for retail managers to enhance staff training and service consistency in high-traffic mall environments.

Abstract

The rapid shift toward digital retail in Indonesia necessitates the integration of mobile applications to sustain consumer purchase intention, as explored in this case study of the Alfagift application at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk in Jakarta. This research evaluates the influence of E-Service Quality comprising the dimensions of Efficiency, Fulfillment, System Availability, and Privacy on consumer Purchase Intention, which is analyzed through Transactional, Referential, and Preferential dimensions. Employing a quantitative research design and structural model assessment, the study investigates how these digital service quality factors impact user satisfaction and subsequent consumer behavior. Findings indicate that high-quality digital service directly correlates with increased user engagement and a higher likelihood of purchase completion within the app. Specifically, Efficiency in navigation and Fulfillment of delivery are significant drivers of consumer interest, while System Availability and Privacy remain critical factors for facilitating trust. Ultimately, this research provides strategic recommendations for retail managers to optimize mobile service delivery, aiming to foster long-term loyalty and maximize sales performance in the Jakarta market.

This study evaluates how digital transaction administration enhances efficiency and sales at PT Lion Super Indo. By replacing manual methods with integrated Point of Sale systems and digital payments, the company successfully reduced "administrative friction." Key findings reveal that digitalization slashes inventory audit time by 66.67% and improves order fulfillment speed by 50%. These tools, including QRIS and e-wallets, streamline the checkout process, directly boosting customer satisfaction and transaction volumes. Despite challenges like high initial costs and the need for staff training, the transition provides a vital competitive edge. Ultimately, automating backend tasks allows PT Lion Super Indo to transform its administrative functions into a strategic advantage, fostering long-term consumer loyalty in a rapidly digitalizing retail market.
