Abstract

This research investigates the service process for handling social security contribution receivables at the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Jakarta Gambir Branch. The study aims to explain the service process, identify factors contributing to arrears, and analyze obstacles and solutions encountered in managing these receivables. Official travel for Civil Servants is crucial for government operations, requiring accountable financial reporting through Fund Disbursement Notes (NPD). However, delays and inconsistencies are common. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, a key institution for workforce social protection, faces challenges in managing contribution arrears, which can negatively impact program sustainability and participant rights. The study highlights the structured procedures involving Account Representatives (AR), Receivable Administration Officers, and the Supervision and Inspection (Wasrik) unit. By analyzing the process, contributing factors, and solutions, this research provides insights for improving the efficiency and responsiveness of receivable management at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.

Abstract

This research examines the procedure for managing customer feedback by the Customer Relation Coordinator (CRC) Division at PT Setiajaya Toyota Cimanggis. In an era of rapid globalization and digitalization, customers have increased access to express opinions, making effective feedback management a valuable asset for companies to monitor satisfaction and evaluate internal performance. This study aims to explain the specific customer feedback management procedure, identify the obstacles encountered, and present the solutions implemented by the CRC Division. Customer feedback is crucial for understanding customer needs and expectations, serving as both a response to complaints and a source for continuous improvement. The CRC Division at PT Setiajaya Toyota Cimanggis plays a pivotal role in maintaining customer loyalty and enhancing communication through excellent service. The findings provide insights into systematic feedback handling, contributing to improved service quality and stronger long-term customer relationships

Abstract

This research investigates the service process for scholarship benefit claims under the Work Accident Insurance (JKK) and Death Security (JKM) programs at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Jakarta Cempaka Mas Branch. Education is vital for national development, and ensuring continuous access, especially for children whose parents face social risks, is crucial. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, as a state institution, provides comprehensive social protection, including scholarship benefits for children of participants who experience work accidents leading to death. This study aims to explain the scholarship claim procedure, identify the obstacles encountered, and present the solutions implemented to ensure timely and targeted disbursement of benefits. The findings provide insights into the administrative complexities and practical challenges, contributing to improvements in service quality and operational efficiency within the social security program.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of customer experience on repurchase behavior within the Indonesian e-commerce industry, with a specific focus on April Eyewear's presence on the Shopee platform. It investigates how various aspects of the customer journey, from initial product interaction to post-purchase support, contribute to a customer's decision to make repeat purchases. Drawing upon qualitative observations from the Shopee platform, this research explores how elements such as clear product information, efficient ordering processes, responsive customer service, and effective return policies shape the customer's perception and drive subsequent purchasing decisions. Findings are expected to highlight that a consistently positive customer experience is a critical driver for fostering brand loyalty (Yasa et al., 2020) and, consequently, encouraging repurchase behavior in the competitive online marketplace (Bolton et al., 2018). This study provides valuable insights for e-commerce businesses seeking to enhance customer retention and sustain long-term growth

Abstract

This research investigates the procedure for creating Site Usage Report (BAPS) documents using the Integrated Order Management System (IOMS) at PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi Tbk. The telecommunication industry in Indonesia is rapidly growing, necessitating efficient management of its infrastructure, particularly telecommunication towers. The success of this infrastructure relies heavily on well-documented and organized administration to ensure transparency and efficiency in collaborations. PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi Tbk's Sales Unit 1 is responsible for administrative sales activities and managing collaborations with tenants, including preparing BAPS documents that serve as official proof of site usage, crucial for billing and reporting. The company utilizes the IOMS digital system for efficiency and accuracy in BAPS creation, from data input to verification and approval. This study aims to explain the BAPS creation procedure, identify encountered obstacles, and provide solutions to these challenges. Findings contribute to understanding the administrative complexities and technical demands of digital document management in the telecommunications sector.

Abstract

This research examines the sales process for meeting room reservations at Hotel Neo Tendean South Jakarta. The hotel industry in Jakarta, a major business hub, is experiencing significant growth, driven by the high demand for MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) facilities rather than solely tourism. Meeting rooms are crucial amenities, adding value for clients who require comfortable spaces with technical and catering support. Hotel Neo Tendean implements a systematic and structured sales process, from initial promotion via telemarketing to post-event services. This study aims to explain this comprehensive sales procedure, identify the obstacles encountered, and present the solutions implemented. The findings provide practical insights into effective meeting room sales strategies within the hotel industry, contributing to improved service quality and client satisfaction.

Abstract

This research examines the branding process of the Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID) through social media content at the Directorate General of Horticulture. The rapid development of information and communication technology has significantly impacted how government agencies disseminate information. In the digital era, social media serves as an effective and efficient communication tool for reaching the public broadly and in real-time, also strategically building a positive institutional image, strengthening public relations, and encouraging participation in governance. PPID plays a crucial role in ensuring information openness and public services, being responsible for accurate, transparent, and accessible information. This study aims to explain the branding process, identify the types of social media and content used, and present the obstacles encountered and solutions implemented to enhance PPID's branding. The findings highlight the importance of social media in public sector branding and contribute to understanding how government agencies can leverage digital platforms for greater transparency and accountability.

Abstract

This research examines the content creation process on Instagram @horti.kementan, serving as a publication medium at the Directorate General of Horticulture, Ministry of Agriculture. The rapid advancement of internet and social media technologies, particularly Instagram, has transformed communication and information dissemination. Instagram has become a potent platform for public agencies to engage with audiences, build trust, and promote programs effectively. The Directorate General of Horticulture utilizes Instagram to share up-to-date information and publicize its activities, fostering relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, and building public trust through transparent performance and strategic communication. This study aims to explain the content creation process, describe the publication outcomes, and identify the obstacles encountered and solutions implemented. The findings provide insights into effective digital content strategies for government public relations and highlight the importance of visual communication in conveying agricultural information to a broad audience, including younger generations.

Abstract

This study investigates the connection between Customer Perception of Quality (CPQ) and Repeat Purchase Intentions (RPI) within the fiercely competitive Food and Beverage (F&B) sector, specifically focusing on Warmindo Konco Lawas. The continuous expansion of dining establishments necessitates powerful strategies for maintaining customer bases. CPQ, encompassing food standards, service delivery, and the dining atmosphere, is hypothesized to be a key predictor driving recurring sales. The research aims to analyze how the quality perceived by patrons of Warmindo Konco Lawas directly and indirectly influences their willingness to return and consume again. The outcomes are anticipated to offer practical guidance to F&B entrepreneurs on optimizing quality management aspects crucial for securing long-term customer loyalty and sustained business viability.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of social media marketing on consumer engagement and brand loyalty among Generation Z in Indonesia, focusing on the role of social media engagement, content quality, and influencer partnerships. Utilizing a quantitative approach, data were collected from 500 respondents in Generation Z through an online survey, and the results were analyzed using Smart PLS for Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Findings reveal that social media engagement and influencer partnerships significantly influence brand loyalty, with content quality serving as a key moderating factor. The study highlights that effective social media marketing strategies tailored to Generation Z’s preferences can strengthen brand loyalty and engagement. These insights offer practical implications for marketers looking to enhance brand loyalty in a digital landscape dominated by social media interaction.
