Abstract

In recent years, Indonesia’s culinary sector, including Palangkaraya City, has experienced rapid growth with increasingly intense competition. This study focuses on analyzing the factors that influence the success of Dapoer Najwa Restaurant, a local culinary business that has successfully built a positive reputation. The research employs a descriptive analytical approach by examining both internal and external factors contributing to business performance. The findings reveal that internal factors such as product quality, excellent service, operational management, human resource competence, and entrepreneurial characteristics play a significant role in creating competitive advantage. Meanwhile, external factors including strategic location, marketing and branding strategies, market competition, and economic support also affect business sustainability. Product quality—particularly taste, cleanliness, and consistency—emerges as the dominant factor influencing customer satisfaction and loyalty. This study emphasizes that the success of a restaurant is not solely determined by the quality of its food, but also by effective management integration, appropriate marketing strategies, and customer satisfaction. The results are expected to serve as a strategic reference for the development of similar culinary businesses in the future

Abstract

The objective of this study was to analyze the influence of various accounting outputs and financial report evaluations, as measured by company financial performance indicators. This included sorting company assets and owners, determining the source and use of funds, budgeting, calculating taxes, calculating cash flow during a period, keeping diaries, journals, ledgers, and financial reports. These variables significantly impacted the progress of MSMEs in the trading sector in Batukliang District, Central Lombok, both simultaneously and partially. The study sample consisted of 94 respondents from a population of 1,565. The results of the study indicate that the significance value is 0.000, a value much smaller than 0.05, which means that each independent variable has a significant influence, both partially and simultaneously, on the progress of MSMEs in the trade sector. The strength or weakness of the variable relationship is as shown in the R value of 93.1%, indicating a very strong correlation. The adjusted R2 value is 0.852, meaning that 85.2% of the variation in MSME progress can be explained by variations in the ten independent variables. While the remaining 14.8% is explained by other factors. Thus, the impact of the ten indicators greatly influences the progress of MSMEs in the trade sector, referring to the results of the analysis whose coefficient value is positive, meaning that the relationship between the independent variables is in the same direction as the progress of MSMEs in one of the sectors in Batukliang District, Central Lombok.

Abstract

This study employs a systematic literature review method to analyze the influence of principal leadership styles on the quality of Senior High School (SMA) teachers. The literature review was conducted on articles published during 2015-2024 through academic databases such as Google Scholar, Portal Garuda, and ResearchGate. The analysis results indicate that principal leadership styles have a significant influence on teacher quality, encompassing pedagogical, professional, social, and personality competencies. Democratic leadership style emerges as the most dominant and effective approach due to its ability to create high teacher engagement, while transformational style proves effective in enhancing teacher motivation and professional development. Transactional style demonstrates effectiveness in building work discipline through reward and punishment systems. This research confirms that the combination of leadership style, school work climate, and teacher work spirit simultaneously provides optimal impact on improving teacher performance. The conclusions indicate the need for implementing flexible and situational leadership approaches that align with school characteristics and teachers' professional development needs

Abstract

Joint property (gono-gini) or marital property refers to property acquired by spouses during marriage based on Article 35 of Law No. 1 of 1974 on Marriage. In practice, complex issues arise when such joint property is used as collateral in financial institutions, followed by divorce. This study analyzes the legal responsibility of spouses toward joint property used as collateral after divorce and its settlement mechanism. The research method employs a normative juridical approach with qualitative analysis of relevant legislation. The findings indicate that legal responsibility remains jointly applicable despite divorce, and property division can only be conducted after debt obligations are settled first to protect the rights of both parties and creditors.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the importance of synchronization between national legislation and regional regulations in the management of conservation areas, particularly in East Lombok Regency, which has a Regional Marine Conservation Area (KKLD) established under Regional Regulation No. 10 of 2006. The purpose of this research is to analyze the degree of alignment and consistency between the East Lombok Regional Regulation and national legislation, as well as to identify potential disharmony and its implications for the effectiveness of conservation management. This research applies a normative juridical method with a qualitative approach through content analysis and comparative examination of relevant marine conservation regulations. The results show that although the East Lombok Regulation provides a strong normative foundation, vertical inconsistencies remain with Law No. 5 of 1990 and Law No. 32 of 2014, particularly concerning zoning arrangements and supervision mechanisms. In addition, horizontal disharmony between the KKLD Regulation and the Spatial Planning Regulation (RTRW) creates potential overlaps in authority. Therefore, vertical and horizontal harmonization, along with clear technical guidelines for supervision, is required to ensure effective and sustainable conservation area management.

Abstract

Spirulina platensis microalgae is a nutrient-rich natural food source with high potential for laboratory-scale development. This study aims to determine the growth of Spirulina platensis in laboratory-scale culture and the water quality parameters that support it. Observations were made on the density of Spirulina platensis and water quality including temperature and salinity. The results showed that Spirulina platensis experienced a lag phase on days 0 to 4 with a density of 72,356–184,713 units/mL, then entered the exponential phase on days 5 to 8 with a density reaching 1,601,910 units/mL. Temperature conditions during the study ranged from 23–25°C and salinity was stable at 15 ppt, which is still within the optimal range for Spirulina platensis growth. The use of KW21 fertilizer has been proven to support the optimal growth of this microalgae because it contains complete macro and micro nutrients. Overall, Spirulina platensis culture at laboratory scale showed good growth and can be used as a starting stock for the development of semi-mass scale culture.

Abstract

Procurement of heavy equipment requires precise analysis to avoid financial losses. Losses are usually caused by the continued use of equipment condition and value have decreased. Ignorance of the decreasing value of the equipment becomes an obstacle when submitting a tender when the latest equipment price information is needed. Heavy equipment or all goods with economic value will have a decrease in economic value. This decrease in is called depreciation. Calculating the depreciation value is very important for future calculations to avoid losses and to determine the value of the equipment after use or within a certain period. This study analyzes equipment after the construction of the Mandalika 2 Bypass Road project. In this depreciation value analysis, the method used is the straight-line method using qualitative and quantitative data. The results of this study are shown in numerical form the depreciation that occurs will be higher if the equipment is in poor condition and will produce a lower value if the equipment is in good condition. The cost of equipment after a project is highly dependent on the depreciation value of the equipment. The higher the depreciation, the lower the price. If the depreciation value is calculated based on operational costs, it will be even higher.

Abstract

The implementation of the Road and Bridge Preservation Project in several districts in Bali, namely Gianyar, Bangli, Klungkung, and Karangasaem, experienced a setback in the 18th week by 4%. In the implementation, a design change caused a volume change and caused delays. The purpose of this study was to compare the implementation plan with the conventional method and the PERT method with Microsoft Project. This method is often used in project planning using a network that requires three time estimates: the most likely, optimistic, and pessimistic. The data used were the Budget Plan data, the Time Schedule (planning time), the work calendar, and the interview results related to the percentage of success of activity time from the contractor. The data were analyzed with Microsoft Excel to obtain the optimistic, pessimistic, and most likely times. Based on the PERT analysis, data processing was then continued with Microsoft Project to produce the optimal time. The planning time obtained using the conventional method is 226 days, and using the PERT method, the optimistic planning time is 215 working days, the pessimistic planning time is 246.5 working days. The optimal planning time is 227.58 working days. The implementation time of the PERT method analysis is 1.58 days longer than that of the conventional method
