Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of attractions and amenities on tourist interest in visiting West Lombok tourist destinations. The research method used was quantitative with an explanatory approach. Data were collected through a five-point Likert-type questionnaire from 100 respondents selected using purposive and accidental sampling techniques. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression using SPSS. The results showed that both attractions and amenities had a positive and significant effect on tourist visit intention The significance value for attractions was 0.002 and for amenities was 0.032, indicating that the more attractive the attractions and the more adequate the amenities provided, the higher the tourist visit intention. This finding underscores the importance of synergizing the development of quality attractions with the provision of adequate amenities as a strategy to increase the competitiveness of Lombok tourist destinations

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of work environment, work culture, and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Inspectorate of Badung Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach, aiming to test or measure the influence between independent variables and the dependent variable. The sample in this study consisted of 87 employees, using the total population sampling method. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of this study show that the work environment, work culture, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Inspectorate of Badung Regency. The suggestions from this research include maintaining comfort in the workplace, improving employee competencies and skills, and ensuring work effectiveness is upheld

Abstract

Competition in the laundry service business in Palangka Raya is getting tighter, marked by the large number of businesses offering similar services and demanding each business actor to have a competitive advantage to retain customers. The main problem lies in how price and service quality contribute to customer loyalty in the context of Laundry Berkat Gawi Kasinta, which is strategically located near residential areas and campuses. This study aims to determine customer perceptions of pricing and its relationship to customer loyalty, as well as evaluate service quality in an effort to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction at Laundry Berkat Gawi Kasinta. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach, conducting in-depth interviews with owners and customers, direct observation of service patterns, and documentation through business records and social media reviews to obtain a comprehensive picture of the relationship between price, service quality, and customer loyalty. The research findings indicate that pricing at Laundry Berkat Gawi Kasinta is carried out competitively by considering market surveys and operational cost efficiency without sacrificing service quality, so that customers feel the value they get is commensurate with their expenses. Consistent service quality, ranging from cleanliness, fragrance, punctuality, as well as additional services such as free pick-up and friendly service, helps strengthen customer loyalty and minimize complaints.

Abstract

This study employed qualitative research with a descriptive approach. It was conducted at the Datah Manuah Mini Market Culinary MSME in Palangka Raya City. This study analyzed the increase in culinary MSME sales through the use of digital marketing. Digital marketing is a marketing strategy that utilizes digital media and the internet to promote products or services. The results indicate that the use of social media in digital marketing strategies, particularly through Instagram and TikTok, is in line with the increase in culinary MSME sales at the research location. Some businesses have even achieved viral popularity as a result of their promotional strategies. The increase in daily sales is strongly indicated to be influenced by the quality of engaging video promotional content and consistent daily upload frequency. It is hoped that this research can be further investigated.

Abstract

The development of marine conservation areas is one of the government's efforts to provide benefits and fairness to the community in terms of utilising fish resources through management activities in sustainable fishing zones to improve community welfare. However, communities still face challenges and issues in managing these conservation areas, such as overfishing by fishermen using dragnets, the capture of protected species, and destructive fishing activities by irresponsible individuals. Therefore, this study aims to develop strategies for sustainable fisheries management in the Gita Nada Marine Conservation Area. The methods used include SWOT analysis, beginning with an analysis of internal and external factors, as well as the development of a grand strategy matrix and a SWOT matrix. The results of this study recommend three alternative SO strategies based on the current conditions in the Gita Nada region, namely developing the use of effective and environmentally friendly fishing technologies such as the use of solar panels as a source of electricity, optimizing policies and programs as well as supporting institutions to increase production through community empowerment and guidance programs, and increasing the participation of fishermen in the development of conservation-based fisheries ecotourism by involving fishermen as management partners.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how the implementation of the examination of a judge's decision that is late in having permanent legal force and whether the implementation of the examination can cancel the judge's decision. This study is alibrary research that uses data in the form of books, laws, articles, journals, several examples of judge's decisions that have permanent legal force that are examined, while the technique and data collection is by collecting various ideas, theories and concepts from various literature that emphasizes the process of comparison between arguments, articles or other laws. The approach method used in this study is the statute approach and the conceptual approach and the case approach. The research results show that examinations are not new in the world of justice. In 1967, when Soerjadi was Chief Justice, the Supreme Court issued Supreme Court Circular Letter (SEMA) No. 1 of 1967, which instructed the Chief Justice of the District Court to conduct examinations of cases decided by judges within its jurisdiction. This examination was issued as a mechanism or as a form of oversight of the products issued by the court or judge in deciding a case. Therefore, an examination cannot overturn a decision issued by a judge, but the decision can be overturned through legal remedies such as appeal, cassation, and judicial review

Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze the effect of transaction values using cards (Card Payment Instruments/APMK), namely credit cards and debit cards, as well as float funds on the Velocity of Money (VOM) in Indonesia. This study employs a quantitative approach using descriptive methods, utilizing secondary data on credit card transaction values, debit card transaction values, float funds, and VOM over the period 2015–2024. The data sources were obtained from the official websites of the Bank of Indonesia (BI) and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The analysis method employed is the Error Correction Model (ECM) to observe short-term and long-term dynamics. The findings of the study suggest that, over an extended period, credit card transaction values (KK) and float funds (DF) exert a positive and significant influence on VOM, while debit card transaction values (KD) prove to be statistically insignificant. In contrast, in the short term, float funds (D(DF)) exert a negative and significant influence on changes in VOM, while changes in credit cards (D(KK)) and debit cards (D(KD)) do not demonstrate a statistically significant effect. Furthermore, the lagged value of credit cards exhibits close to significant at the 10% level, suggesting a gradual adjustment effect on VOM. These findings suggest that policies promoting the optimization of credit cards and the management of float liquidity can encourage money circulation in the long term. However, the impact of debit cards must be carefully considered to avoid directly suppressing the speed of money circulation in the short term. Thus, the evolution of non-cash payment systems must strike a balance between transaction efficiency and its implications for national monetary dynamics.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test the effect of age, working hours, education, and gender variables on the wage levels of informal business workers. The test was conducted on 70 respondents spread across three sub-districts in Bima City, namely Rasa Nae Barat, Raba, and Mpunda Districts. The method used in this study is descriptive and the data collection techniques used are questionnaires and interviews. The unit of analysis in this study is workers/laborers who work in informal businesses in Bima City. The type of data in this study is quantitative data, while the data used in this study is primary data. The sample determination was determined by purposive sampling, while the analysis used was descriptive analysis and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis along with its explanations. Based on the results of the study, it was also found that the variables of education and age had a positive but insignificant effect, indicating that workers/laborers who work in informal businesses determine the level of wages obtained not seen from the education and age of workers because in informal businesses themselves, the determination of wages is seen from the diligence and hard work done by the worker.

Abstract

Seeing the current developments which have experienced very advanced or modern dynamics of change, this has changed the behavior of some people in carrying out activities, especially in buying and selling, which are no longer carried out conventionally but have shifted online. This research aims to determine the implementation of buying and selling goods and services carried out online but the level of trust in the agreement is very high so that the transaction process runs smoothly from a civil law perspective, especially in terms of the legal requirements of an agreement. The methodology that will be used refers to empirical research that looks at the operation of law in society in accordance with actual facts and reality and describes it through a qualitative approach. In civil law, it always prioritizes a balance of private or personal rights which tends not to disturb or even harm the interests of other parties, so that when carrying out buying and selling transactions, the aspect of the legal requirements for an agreement is more prominent as stated in article 1320 of the Civil Code.

Abstract

Public transportation is an essential element in supporting community mobility, reducing congestion, and improving urban economic efficiency. Trans Metro Dewata (TMD) was launched through the Buy The Service (BTS) program as a modern transportation solution in Denpasar City to encourage people to shift from private vehicles to more environmentally friendly modes. However, in early 2025 the TMD service was discontinued due to government budget limitations, creating mobility problems and affecting economic activities. This study aims to identify the characteristics of TMD users, analyze the influence of economic conditions on TMD operations, and formulate recommendations based on user suggestions. The research employed a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents determined using the Slovin formula. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS. The findings show that the majority of users were the general public and students, dominated by the productive age group of 26–35 years. The F-test indicated significant simultaneous effects (Fcount 23.133 > Ftable 2.18; sig < 0.05), while the t-test revealed that access to employment, productivity, and informal sector income had significant effects, with access to employment being the most dominant factor. The coefficient of determination (R²) was 0.599, meaning 59.9% of TMD operations were influenced by economic conditions, while 40.1% were affected by other factors. Respondents recommended improvements in comfort, punctuality, route expansion, fleet additions, and service promotion
