Abstract

The objectives of this service work program are 1) Maximizing a comprehensive understanding of financial management using the excel system for BUMDes managers; 2) BUMDes managers can use the excel system to make it easier and save time in terms of service and bookkeeping for each transaction. This service is carried out in the savings and loan business unit that manages the TAMARA BUMDes, Tamansari Village, Tegalsari District, Banyuwangi Regency. The approach used is the PAR approach. The results of the service prove that the use of the excel financial system can make it easier for BUMDes managers of savings and loan units so that they can avoid mistakes and make financial transactions easier.

Abstract

Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) are institutions that become the driving force of the community's economy, as well as BUMDes Mitra Mandiri Karangdoro Village, Tegalsari District, Banyuwangi Regency. Therefore, assistance is needed so that BUMDes provide benefits to the community. This assistance needs to be carried out considering that BUMDes Mitra Mandiri has never received assistance, especially in the preparation of AD/ART. The method used in this assistance is a service model with a PAR (Participatory Action Research) approach. From this assistance, it was concluded that assistance in the preparation of AD/ART is very necessary, considering that AD/ART is the basis for running BUMDes. In addition, the existence of BUMDes can support the improvement of the economy and the welfare of the community / village residents.

Abstract

Pesantren as an educational institution as well as a religious institution is quite interesting to observe from various sides, including leadership. The purpose of this service is to develop boarding school administrators about leadership in Islam according to the Qur'an and Hadith at the Mukhtar Syafa'at Islamic Boarding School Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi to strengthen the potential of students in leading. The importance of knowledge and understanding of students regarding leadership becomes a guide for students when interacting with the community.

Abstract

Pregnancy is a physiological condition experienced by a woman who will give birth to the next generation. During pregnancy, a mother should perform Ante Natal Care (ANC) at least 4 times which aims to keep the mother and fetus healthy and avoid/prevent complications or complications during pregnancy, childbirth, the postnatal period and the baby to be born. Gestational Diabetes Mellitus (GDM) is one of the disorders that can occur in pregnant women. GDM can have a short-term and long-term impact on both the mother and the child. One of the effects is that the baby is big so that it can be difficult for pregnant women and childbirth which in turn can cause anxiety in pregnant women. Objective: Through this activity, it is hoped that pregnant women can understand the importance of checking blood sugar levels during pregnancy. Method: carry out counseling and health checks, including checking blood sugar levels.

Abstract

This activity aims to increase achievement in English public speaking which is carried out at Madrasah Ibtidayyah or elementary schools to introduce the potential of human resources possessed by students. This activity is an extra-curricular activity that is very helpful for students so that in the future they can communicate and interact with the outside world using an international language, namely English.

Abstract

Community empowerment through the development of the creative economy is an alternative for the community in developing their local potential. Economic crises have a serious impact on the future of the existence of the national park, namely the level of education of the people in and around the conservation area. Recognizing the above, Bunaken National Park Center distributes various kinds of assistance for empowering community economic enterprises through fostered groups in all areas of management at the site level (resort). Groups that have been assisted previously for a sufficient period will then be tested for feasibility and readiness in terms of receiving assistance. The implementation of facilitation activities and the provision of creative economic business assistance to the assisted village community groups on Nain Island is carried out on an ongoing basis. The method of implementing the activities is in the form of data collection and group assistance. The Sinar Bahari Nain group has indeed been facilitated in receiving assistance for capital stimulus for creative economy businesses. Assistance to community groups needs to be carried out routinely and attached after the provision of assistance and supervised in its use.

Abstract

The success of maternal health efforts can be seen from the indicators of the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR). MMR is the number of maternal deaths during pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum caused by pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum or their management. Long parturition and bleeding are very important problems that have not been resolved until now, even making a big scourge in the world of obstetrics. Where the delivery process greatly affects the quality of the baby born. Fluid and nutritional needs (eating and drinking) are physiological needs that must be met properly by the mother during the delivery process. During the labor process, mothers need stamina and excellent body condition, therefore consuming nutritious food before delivery is very important. The use of foods and beverages that can increase energy during labor must be supported by comprehensive information so that it has a beneficial effect. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct health education about food and beverages that increase the labor force in labor. The activity of providing health education about food and drink that increases the labor force was carried out in Jempong Baru Village, Sekarbela District, Mataram City, and was attended by 12 pregnant women. The results of the pretest and posttest showed that there was an increase in knowledge of pregnant women about food and drink which increased labor power

Abstract

This community service aims as literacy in the development strategy for marketing MSME products in A. Widodo Village, Tugumulyo District, Musi Rawas Regency. This activity was carried out with a lecture method with MSME actors and visual media supporting devices and ended with a question and answer session, very effective in delivering material. Abstract

Business actors are slowly starting to leave conventional marketing methods and switch to digital marketing. Digital marketing is the marketing of products or services using digital technology via the internet, social media, cell phones, or other digital media. There are many advantages to getting from digital marketing, namely: scalable, more efficient, and broad-reaching. With the application of digital marketing, it is hoped that MSME actors will be able to develop and compete. MSME owners in Kalibaru Manis village still have problems such as limited human resources, limited business capital, system limitations in business administration, and the lack of ability for marketing, especially promotion, making them less able to compete with large business owners who are already strong and supported by advanced technology. advanced. Then, UMKM (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) assistance was carried out with Digital Marketing training in Kalibaru Manis Village, Banyuwangi Regency. With digital marketing training, it is hoped that it will be able to develop the business sector for MSME actors in Kalibaru Manis village. With collaboration with youth organizations, we are able to preserve the program that we run while carrying out mentoring in the village of Kalibaru Manis.

Abstract

Changes in people's behavior in waste management are very important, as a solution to the waste problems that have occurred so far. The purpose of this service is to provide an overview of the education community in managing household-scale waste. This dedication approach uses Participatory Action Research (PAR). The results of the service show that so far the handling of household waste in Alasmalang Village, Singojuruh District, is still being burned and thrown into the river. This can become a public health problem, in addition to the problem of flooding which will threaten at any time. In supporting the Healthy Banyuwangi Regency, it is necessary to educate and assist in separating and sorting waste from households on an ongoing basis.
