Abstract

The Myers-Briggs Personality Type is a person's basic psychological preference for seeing the world and making decisions. Based on biological potency, expressed as a result of genetic and environmental factors influencing each other.  Myers-Briggs Personality Type in individuals shows a mix of multiple intelligences. A person with Myers-Briggs Personality Type does not only have one intelligence but is supported by various intelligence tendencies that blend together with the environment. The developed application aims to detect the Myers-Briggs Personality Type in students by only paying attention to the circumstances that exist in students. By using this application, students will get the possible Myers-Briggs Personality Type values and solutions that can be done for optimizing education based on Merdeka Learning. The research methodology used is Research and Development with qualitative and quantitative descriptive data analysis.Myers-Briggs Personality Type adalah Tipe preferensi dasar  psikologis seseorang dalam melihat dunia dan membuat keputusan. Didasarkan pada potensi biologis, yang diekspresikan sebagai hasil dari faktor genetik dan lingkungan yang saling mempengaruhi. Myers-Briggs Personality Type pada individu menunjukkan bauran beberapa kecerdasan. Seseorang dengan Myers-Briggs Personality Type tidak hanya memiliki satu kecerdasan tetapi didukung oleh bermacam kecenderungan kecerdasan yang saling berbaur bersama lingkungan. Aplikasi yang dikembangkan bertujuan mendeteksi Myers-Briggs Personality Type pada peserta didik dengan hanya memperhatikan keadaan yang ada pada peserta didik. Dengan menggunakan aplikasi ini akan didapatkan nilai kemungkinan Myers-Briggs Personality Type yang dimiliki peserta didik dan solusi yang dapat dilakukan untuk optimalisasi pendidikan berbasis Merdeka Belajar. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development dengan analisis data deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif.

Abstract

Faculty of Medicine (FM UII) is part of the Association of Indonesian Medical Education Institutions (AIPKI) Region IV. FM UII through the online course program opens elective block courses by implementing an e-learning system. The aim of this research is to investigate the factors that influence the adoption of e-learning in medical education elective programs. The method used in this study uses the Human, Organization and Technology-Fit (HOT-Fit) framework where the aspects studied include aspects of users, organizations, and technology to provide more benefits in implementing e-learning. Data analysis was performed by regression. A total of 124 respondents were used in this study. Hypothesis testing showed that there were 11 accepted hypotheses and 6 rejected hypotheses. From this study it can be concluded that the implementation of the e-learning system in general has provided benefits to its users. But on the other hand, the implementation of e-learning still needs to be improved to be able to achieve more benefits for students by paying attention to aspects of user satisfaction (human), adequate organizational and technological support. This research can provide recommendations for models of implementing online learning that are in accordance with the characteristics of institutions, especially in medical education in Indonesia.

Abstract

In today's digital era, education can be done remotely. One of them is the flipped classroom learning model. This study aims to determine the use of flipped classroom learning model on learning outcomes at all levels of education in Indonesia and China. The method used in this research is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. From the search results found as many as 1000 national and international articles from 2012 to 2022 using the Publish or Perish (PoP) application with google scholar database. The research was reviewed using reference journal articles that select according to the criteria in this research topic in each country, then obtained as many as 60 journal articles that are relevant to the topic of this research. The results showed that the use of the flipped classroom model in the implementation of learning in each country has a positive impact on improving student learning outcomes. The use of the flipped classroom model in Indonesia and China both have a good impact on student learning outcomes.Di era digital saat ini, pendidikan bisa dilakukan dengan jarak jauh. Salah satunya dengan model pembelajaran pendidikan jarak jauh yaitu flipped classroom. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan model pembelajaran flipped classroom terhadap hasil belajar pada semua jenjang pendidikan di Indonesia dan Cina. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Dari hasil pencarian ditemukan sebanyak 1000 artikel nasional dan internasional dari tahun 2012 sampai 2022 menggunakan berbantuan aplikasi Publish or Perish (PoP) dengan basis data google scholar. Penelitian dikaji menggunakan referensi artikel jurnal yang dipilih sesuai kriteria dalam topik penelitian ini di masing-masing negara, kemudian didapatkan sebanyak 60 artikel jurnal yang relevan dengan topik penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa penggunaan model flipped classroom dalam penerapan pembelajaran di masing-masing negara memberikan dampak yang positif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa . Penggunaan model pembelajaran flipped classroom di Indonesia dan Cina sama-sama memberikan dampak yang baik dalam hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Student satisfaction is an important factor in the success of full online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. A low level of learning satisfaction will have an impact on student academic achievement. This study aims to describe the level of student satisfaction who participated in online learning at the Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Padjadjaran (Unpad) during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study used a quantitative descriptive design. The study population was undergraduate nursing students at the Unpad (N=855). The sampling technique uses proportionate stratified random sampling (n=276). The research instrument used a questionnaire created by Al Musharraf and Khayra. All data were analyzed using descriptive univariate, and presented in the form of a frequency distribution table. The results showed that the level of student satisfaction with online learning was 139 respondents (50.4%) in the low category, and 137 respondents (49.6%) in the high category. According to the subdomain, more than half of the respondents (50.4%) had a high level of satisfaction with the online learning environment, more than half reported that satisfaction with university support during Covid-19 and student satisfaction with online learning platforms and methods were in the low category (59, 1% and 53.6%, respectively). In conclusion, some students have a low level of satisfaction with online learning. Student satisfaction with online learning can be increased by paying attention to each dimension of satisfaction, namely the learning environment, institutional and platform support and online learning designs.Kepuasan mahasiswa merupakan faktor penting dalam keberhasilan pembelajaran daring. Tingkat kepuasan belajar yang rendah akan berdampak pada prestasi akademik mahasiswa. Salah satu permasalahan dalam pembelajaran daring adalah kepuasan yang mengakibatkan proses penyesuaian diri menjadi lemah sehingga berdampak pada minat dan motivasi mahasiswa saat belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran daring pada mahasiswa Fakultas Keperawatan Universitas Padjadjaran pada masa pandemic Covid 19. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah Mahasiswa aktif Fakultas Keperawatan Unpad (N=855). Teknik sampling menggunakan proportionate stratified random sampling (n=276). Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner yang dibuat oleh Almusharraf dan Khahro. Seluruh data dianalisis dengan menggunakan deskriptif univariat dan disajikan dalam bentuk tabel distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan didapatkan bahwa secara umum keduanya hampir sama dengan tingkat kepuasan dalam pembelajaran daring dalam kategori rendah sebanyak 139 responden (50,4%) sedangkan sebanyak 137 responden (49,6%) mahasiswa dalam kategori tinggi. Mahasiswa memiliki tingkat Kepuasan Lingkungan pembelajaran daring tinggi 137 responden (50,4%), Kepuasan dukungan Universitas selama Covid 19 rendah 163 responden (59,1%) dan Kepuasan siswa terhadap platform dan metode pembelajaran daring yang rendah 148 responden (53,6%). Kesimpulannya, seluruh mahasiswa memiliki tingkat kepuasan pada pembelajaran daring yang hampir sama. Dukungan melalui diskusi antar responden, dosen dan media pembelajaran disarankan untuk dimaksimalkan baik oleh kampus maupun dosen

Abstract

Digital literacy is a set of skills need by humans to live with technology. To measure digital literacy skills, a proper measurement instrument is needed. The absence of a digital literacy skills instrument that has been tested for its validity becomes the background of this research. This study aims to prove the construct validity of digital literacy measuring instruments. The research subjects were 270 students of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Bantul. Samples were taken using simple random sampling. The approach used in this study is Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) with Lisrel 8.80. The results of this study show that all 37 instrument items are valid and measure digital literacy according to the underlying theory. Therefore, the four aspects of digital literacy need to be considered and honed by the current and future generations.Literasi digital merupakan kemampuan yang sangat dibutuhkan manusia untuk hidup berdampingan dengan kemajuan teknologi. Literasi digital mencakup empat aspek yaitu kemampuan dasar literasi, latar belakang pengetahuan, kompetensi utama, sikap dan perspektif pengguna informasi. Pada faktanya masih banyak pengguna teknologi yang literasi digitalnya rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan validitas konstruk instrumen pengukur literasi digital. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Bantul yang berjumlah 270 orang. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan simpel random sampling. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) dengan Lisrel 8.80. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh butir instrumen yang berjumlah 37 valid dan benar-benar mengukur literasi digital sesuai dengan teori yang melandasinya. Oleh karena itu, empat aspek penyusun literasi digital perlu untuk diperhatikan dan diasah pada generasi saat ini dan yang akan datang.

Abstract

The early childhood learning process should be meaningful through real-life experiences that are useful in everyday life. Learning should be conducted to achieve learning goals not only in the cognitive domain, but also in affection and psychomotor skills. Religious values can be difficult for young children to understand. For this reason, teachers need learning media that are used as tools to communicate abstract material. This study aims to identify needs that precede the development of educational video media. The results of this needs assessment form the basis for the creation of Learning Media for Early Childhood Devotional Materials (PAUD). Needs analysis using qualitative techniques is part of the early stages of development research. This research involved 15 teachers of Raudlatul Jannah Kindergarten Sidoarjo as respondents. The researcher collected data through observations and a Google survey distributed through WhatsApp application. The results indicated that teachers need video media to explain their learning about developing aqida/faith in Allah SWT and recognizing his attributes through Asmaul Husna. Teachers can create their own learning videos. The existence of educational video media related to Asmaul Husna's material helps teachers introduce the nature of God and lays a foundation for children's belief values. Learning videos can be designed not only to increase a child's knowledge of Asmaul Husna, but also to show how this knowledge can be applied in the child's daily life.Proses pembelajaran pada anak usia dini seharusnya memiliki kebermaknaan melalui pengalaman nyata yang bermanfaat dalam kehidupannya sehari-hari. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran hendaknya dapat dilaksanakan tidak hanya untuk tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran pada ranah kognisi, namun juga pada afeksi dan psikomotor. Tantangan dalam pembelajaran tentang nilai agama dan keimanan untuk anak usia dini adalah bahwa anak memandang nilai agama adalah sesuatu yang abstrak. Oleh karenanya, guru membutuhkan suatu media pembelajaran yang digunakan sebagai alat bantu dalam penyampaian materi yang abstrak menjadi lebih kontekstual dan bermakna bagi anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan identifikasi terhadap kebutuhan sebelum mengembangkan media video pembelajaran. Hasil analisis kebutuhan ini menjadi dasar pembuatan media pembelajaran materi keimanan untuk anak usia dini (PAUD). Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, analisis kebutuhan menjadi bagian dari tahap awal sebuah Penelitian Pengembangan. Penelitian ini melibatkan 15 orang guru TK Raudlatul Jannah Sidoarjo sebagai responden. Peneliti mengumpulkan data melalui observasi dan kuisioner google formulir yang dibagikan melalui aplikasi whatsApp. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media video dibutuhkan guru untuk menjelaskan pembelajaran tentang penanaman aqidah/keimanan kepada Allah SWT, mengenal sifat-sifatNya melalui Asmaul Husna. Guru dapat membuat video pembelajaran sendiri. Keberadaan media video pembelajaran materi Asmaul Husna membantu guru untuk mengenalkan sifat Allah dan meletakkan dasar nilai-nilai keimanan pada anak. Video pembelajaran dapat dirancang untuk tidak hanya meningkatkan pengetahuan anak tentang Asmaul Husna namun juga bagaimana pengetahuan itu dapat diterapkan dalam kehidupan anak sehari-hari.

Abstract

Educational institutions, particularly universities, played a pivotal role in enhancing the skills required by students. One of the approaches that universities could adopt was utilizing teaching methods that fostered the growth and improvement of essential skills. This study aimed to examine the influence of peer teaching methods on the development of students' social and collaborative skills. A quantitative research method was employed, using a survey-based approach. The research subjects consisted of 105 samples, comprising active students from the University of Education Indonesia, selected through quota sampling. Data collected were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. The obtained research findings indicated that the implementation of peer teaching methods significantly correlated with and exerted an influence on enhancing students' social and collaborative skills. These results demonstrated that the application of peer teaching methods facilitated the development of these skills among students. The method established an environment conducive to inter-student interaction, facilitating communication, and nurturing empathetic abilities. The utilization of peer teaching methods assisted students in learning to work effectively within teams, providing mutual support, and sharing knowledge. This approach could be applied within the realm of education to aid students in honing their social skills for day-to-day interactions and collaborative abilities crucial in the professional sphere. The study offered insights into the potential of peer-based teaching as a tool to elevate the social and collaborative facets of students, thereby making a positive contribution to preparing them for future challenges.

Abstract

Implementasi pembelajaran pada elemen pembelajaran Gambar Teknik di konsentrasi keahlian Desain Pemodelan dan Informasi Bangunan (DPIB) SMK Negeri 2 Garut oleh pendidik cenderung menggunakan metode ceramah. Metode tersebut membuat peserta didik berkurang antusiasnya serta mengakibatkan kurangnya fokus dan tidak aktif dalam pembelajaran. Selain itu, interaksi antara peserta didik dengan guru juga kurang baik karena peserta didik merasa sungkan dan malu untuk bertanya kepada guru. Sehingga terdapat beberapa peserta didik yang nilainya tidak memenuhi KKTP (Kriteria Ketercapaian Tujuan Pembelajaran) dalam tugasnya. Sedangkan elemen pembelajaran Gambar Teknik sendiri merupakan elemen pembelajaran yang memerlukan pendalaman pemahaman untuk praktik sehingga metode tersebut kurang cocok untuk diaplikasikan. Maka dari itu, dilakukan penelitian menggunakan metode pemberian tugas berbantuan tutor sebaya dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Instrumen yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah hasil belajar peserta didik berupa gambar manual denah rumah tinggal sederhana 1 lantai dan observasi kegiatan peserta didik selama proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadinya peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik pada tugas gambar manual sebesar 21.4% dengan perhitungan peningkatan n-gain score sebesar 0.5 dengan kategori sedang. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode pemberian tugas berbantuan tutor sebaya dapat diterapkan dengan baik serta dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik siswa kelas X DPIB 1 di SMK Negeri 2 Garut.

Abstract

The purpose of this classroom action research was to improve table tennis candy skills through the use of the interval training method in students of class XI IPA 4 semester 2 SMA Negeri 3 Sukoharjo in the academic year 2021/ 2022. This research is a type of classroom action research, with research subjects being students of class XI IPA 4 semester 2 SMA Negeri 3 Sukoharjo in the academic year 2014/2015. The source of the data came from observations of table tennis training activities through the interval training method. Data collection techniques used observation methods, test formats, questionnaires and point documentation. Data analysis techniques used cycle points consisting of two cycles with steps including planning, evaluation and reflection. Performance indicators include the results of the table tennis skill test using the backboard test and students' interest or motivation in participating in the training program using the interval method. The results showed that the interval training method in the game of table tennis carried out by the researcher showed the results of cycle 1: students' skills were in the moderate category 11 students, 14 students were lacking and 7 students were not very low. Cycle 2 results: showed student skills in the security guard category 13 students, category good 11 students and very good category 8 students. Getting to the point of increasing students' skills in playing table tennis based on class XI IPA 4 semester 2 SMA Negeri 3 Sukorejo in the 2021/ 2022. academic year, this is evident from the results of research conducted in two cycles, namely the results of hitting students right on target that have been determined have increased from the test results cycle I with the results of the test cycle II.

Abstract

Abstract: Micro teaching serves as an initial stage in shaping teaching competence for aspiring educators, with its main focus being the refinement of teaching skills through an approach based on each indicator of teaching skills. This research addressed the role of Micro Teaching in developing teaching skills for prospective teachers.  Micro teaching is expected to address deficiencies in the Education program and aid prospective educators in comprehensively mastering the components of teaching skills. However, this study indicated that teaching skills are not solely determined by Micro Teaching, but are more dominantly influenced by teaching experience and direct teaching practice. That study involved students from various disciplines, with 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling techniques. The research findings reveal that there is no significant correlation between the Micro Teaching course and teaching skills. These results suggest that Micro teaching is not the sole determinant. This study is also consistent with other findings that emphasize the significant impact of Education, Training, and teaching experience on the enhancement of teaching skills.Keyword:Micro Teaching, Teaching Skills, Teaching Practice
