Abstract

Abstract: Assessment is a process of giving score to the students’ ability according to certain criteria. 2013 Curriculum for elementary schools applied authentic assessment to assess the students’ readiness, the process, and the learning outcome as a whole. The aforementioned assessment type included performance assessment, essay test, portfolio assessment, project assessment, and self-evaluation. The Curriculum 2013 was implemented through integrated theme and its processes were carried out by using scientific approach. The theme based teaching and learning was started by deciding the theme which was then developed in such a way so the teaching and learning was reflected by the activities of observing, questioning, associating, experimenting, and communicating the results.Keywords: curriculum, theme-based, assessment, elementary schools.Abstrak: Penilaian merupakan proses pemberian nilai terhadap kemampuan siswa berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Kurikulum 2013 Sekolah Dasar (K.13 SD) menerapkan penilaian autentik untuk menilai kesiapan siswa, proses, dan hasil belajar secara utuh. Jenis penilaian tersebut meliputi penilaian kinerja, tes esai, penilaian portofolio, penilaian proyek, dan evaluasi diri. Implementasi pembelajaran (K.13 SD bersifat tematik terpadu dan prosesnya menggunakan pendekatan saintifik. Pembelajaran tematik terpadu diawali dengan penentuan tema yang kemudian dikembangkan sehingga siswa dapat belajar secara mandiri, baik secara individu maupun kelompok. Pendekatan saintifik dalam pembelajaran dilakukan melalui kegiatan mengamati, menanya, menalar, mencoba, dan mengomunikasikan hasil. Kata Kunci: kurikulum, tematik, asesmen, sekolah dasar.

Abstract

elementary school students, and (2) test the effectiveness of the character building model for elementary school students. The study utilized descriptive qualitative method. The data was collected by using observation, interview, document analysis, and test. The analysis technique of the interactive model and the product tryout were conducted by using experimental technique. The results of the study were (1) the early product development was prepared in such a way that the students would find the values by questioning and internalization processes through role playing, it would be meaningful if it was followed by making them habit in other relevant subjects, modeling, and giving examples; and (2) model could be used to effectively build the characters of the students in elementary schools.Keywords: characters, children story, ethic-spiritual values, elementary schoolsAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) menemukan model pendidikan budi pekerti untuk siswa SD, dan (2) menguji keefektifan model pendidikan budi pekerti untuk siswa SD. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif-kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan terknik observasi, wawancara, analisis dokumen, dan tes. Teknik analisis model interaktif dan pengujian produk dengan teknik eksperimen. Hasil penelitian, (1) pengembangan awal model dikemas sampai pada tahap siswa menemukan nilai melalui pertanyaan-pertanyaan dan proses internalisasi melalui bermain peran, hal itu bermakna bila ditindaklanjuti dengan pembiasaan pada mata pelajaran lain yang relevan, pemodelan, dan keteladan; dan (2) model dapat digunakan untuk pembangunan karakter siswa secara efektif di SD.Kata kunci: budi pekerti, cerita anak, nilai etis-spiritual, SD.

Abstract

Abstract: The current study was intended to describe the types, the models, the techniques and the materials of the handicrafts in Blitar City/Regency which could be treated as the learning sources of cultural arts and crafts in elementary schools. The subjects of this study were the handicrafts home industries. The data was collected by using observation, documentation, and interview techniques. The results suggested that (1) the types of the crafs included the key chains, bags, kendang, brooches, ketipung, birdcage crowns, marakas, creative bamboo, potteries, painted glasses, barongan, carved woods, puppets, and batik; (2) most of the models were three dimentionals and a few of them were two dimentionals; (3) the techniques were carving, sewing, tying, threading, applying, embroidering, folding, jiggering and jolleying, voluting, swiveling , printing, screen printing, painting, torah, and loathing; and (4) the materials were woods, coconut shells, leather, bamboo, clothes, and paper.Keywords: handicrafts, learning sources, cultural arts, Blitar.Abstrak: penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan jenis, model, teknik, dan bahan kerajinan tangan di Kota/Kabupaten Blitar yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai sumber belajar Seni Budaya dan Prakarya Sekolah Dasar (SBdP SD). Subyek penelitian adalah home industri kerajinan tangan di Blitar. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) jenis kerajinan meliputi bandul kunci, tas, kendang, bros, ketipung, mahkota sangkar burung, marakas, bambu kreatif, gerabah, kaca lukis, barongan, ukir kayu, wayang, dan batik; (2) modelnya sebagian besar tiga dimensi dan sebagian kecil dua dimensi; (3) tekniknya anyaman, ukiran, jahit, Ikat, rangkai-ronce, aplikasi, sulaman, batik, lipat, butsir, pilin, putar, cetak, sablon, lukis, torah dan bubut. (4) bahannya, yaitu kayu, batok kelapa, kulit, bambu, kain, plastik, dan kertas.Kata Kunci: kerajinan tangan, sumber belajar, seni budaya, Blitar.

Abstract

Abstract: This ex post facto research was intended to find out the independent variables which were related to (a) professional competences (the professional development, the knowledge understanding, the subject mastery); (b) pedagogic competences (the development of the teaching and learning plans, the implementation of the teaching and learning, the assessment); and (c) social competences (the interaction with the students, the other teachers, the parents, and the community). The samples were taken 5% out of 2500 state elementary school teachers who had passed the certification in Bandar Lampung as the population. The results of the study suggested that the mastery of the professional, pedagogic, and social competences had not been fully sought by the teachers yet.Keywords: professionalism, post certification, competences, elementary school teachers.Abstrak: Penelitian ex post facto ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai variabel mandiri, yang berhubungan dengan (a) kompetensi profesional (pengembangan profesi, pemahaman wawasan, penguasaan bahan kajian); (b) kompetensi pedagogik (penyusunan rencana pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, penilaian); dan kompetensi sosial (interaksi dengan peserta didik, sesama guru, orangtua, dan masyarakat sekitar). Sampel diambil 5% dari populasi 2500 guru SDN yang sudah lulus sertifikasi di Kota Bandar Lampung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penguasaan kompetensi profesional, pedagogik, dan kompetensi sosial belum sepenuhnya diupayakan oleh para guru.Kata kunci: profesionalisme, pasca sertifikasi, kompetensi, guru SD.

Abstract

Abstract: The objective of this research aimed to know about environment conservation in connection with the educational program of population and environment (PKLH) in elementary school (SD), in which or especially located around the Tondano lake, Minahasa, North Sulawesi. The qualitative-descriptive approach was conducted on, during February 2014 at 8 schools. Its focused to headmasters, teachers, students, and then continued by observation of schools and its environment. By using interview and participant-observation techniques, researcher take an active role on the learning activities and direct interaction with students in the classroom. After that continuing to search and observing students activities after and out school. The result of this research shows that PKLH was conducted in SD by using integrative approach, and we find that students get more information and knowledge and have an attitude and proper behavior rationally and responsibly according to their ability and educational level.Keywords:Abstrak: Penelitianini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan tentang pelestarian lingkungan hidup terkait dengan pelaksanaan program PKLH di sekolah dasar, khususnya di beberapa SD di sekitar danau Tondano, Minahasa, Sulawesi Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif dan dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari 2014 di 8 SD yang ditujukan pada kepala sekolah, guru-guru, siswa, serta pengamatan lingkungan sekolah dan sekitarnya. Dengan teknik wawancara dan pengamatan berperanserta peneliti melibatkan diri pada proses pembelajaran di kelas dan berinteraksi langsung dengan sisiwa. Selain itu dilakukan pemantauan aktivitas siswa di luar sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PKLH telah diberikan dengan menggunakan pendekatan integratif dan sesuai dengan tingkat pendidikan dan kemampuannya dan dapat dinilai bahwa mereka telah memiliki wawasan pengetahuan dan terbentuk sikap dan perilaku yang rasional dan bertanggungjawab.Kata Kunci: SD, PKLH, pendekatan monolitik dan integratif, pelestarian lingkungan hidup

Abstract

Abstract: Implementing of disc module for improving mathematic learning creativity of fifth grade elementary school students. Purpose of the research was to describe improvement students creativity through disc module on mathematic teaching integer number at fifth grade Gentang Elementary School Bendosari, Sukoharjo, Type of the research was classroom action research (CAR) which was conducted in two cycles. Data collection methods were observation, interview, and test. Research results showed: (1) Teaching discmodule integer number material improved students’ creativity, and (2) improved students student’ learning achievement.Keywords: disc module, creativity, learning achievement, elementary school studentsAbstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan peningkatan kreativitas siswa melalui Disc Modul pada pembelajaran matematika materi bilangan bulat pada kelas V SD Gentan Bendosari Sukoharjo. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK), yang dilaksanakan sebanyak dua siklus. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan tes. Abstract

Abstract: the current study was intended to develop social inquiry based social science teaching and learning to build the social awareness in elementary schools. The development processes were preliminary study, model development, model tryout. The results of the development included (1) lesson plans of social science for elementary schools, and (2) the social inquiry based social science teaching and learning model which was appropriate, valid, and effective to achieve the goals of the teaching and learning. The result of this study which was the social inquiry based social science teaching and learning model should be implemented by elementary school teachers in building the social awareness.Keywords: social science teaching and learning, social inquiry, character building, elementary schools.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model pembelajaran IPS berbasis inkuiri sosial dalam membentuk karakter peduli sosial. Langkah pengembangan meliputi studi pendahuluan, pengembangan model, dan uji model. Hasil pengembangan meliputi (1) Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) IPS SD, dan (2) model pembelajaran IPS berbasis inkuiri sosial yang layak, valid, dan efektif untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Model pembelajaran IPS berbasis inkuiri sosial hasil penelitian ini disarankan untuk diimplementasikan oleh para guru di SD dalam membentuk karakter peduli sosial.Kata kunci: pembelajaran IPS, inkuiri sosial, pendidikan karakter, SD.

Abstract

Abstract: The study was intended to develop a teaching and learning set of Team Assisted Individualized on the materials of integer arithmetic operation. The development processes were define, design, and develop. The subjects of the study were the fifth graders of Public Elementary School 2 Later. The data was collected from the expert validation, observation, questionnaire, and the students’ achievement test. The study produced a teaching and learning set which included (1) lesson plan, (2) students’ book, and (3) students’ worksheet. The validator gave 3.6 for the teaching and learning set; 84.6% for the implementation of the teachers’ activities; 86.4% for the implementation of the students’ activities; 93.1% for the teachers’ respond; 92.5% for the students’ respond l and 19 out of 21 students who took the achievement test achieved 90.5% of the completeness.Keywords: team assisted individualized, arithmetic operation, integer.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran model Team Assisted Individualized pada materi operasi hitung bilangan bulat. Proses pengembangan ditempuh melalui define, design, dan develop. Subjek penelitian siswa kelas V SD Negeri 2 Lateri. Pengumpulan data menggunakan validasi ahli, observasi, angket, dan tes hasil belajar. Penelitian ini menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran berupa (1) Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP), (2) Buku Siswa (BS), dan (3) Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKS). Validator memberikan skor 3,6 untuk perangkat pembelajaran; keterlaksanaan aktivitas guru 84,6%; keterlaksanaan aktivitas siswa 83,1%; respons guru 93,1%; respons siswa 92,5%; dan 19 dari 21 siswa yang mengikuti tes hasil belajar mencapai ketuntasan 90,5%.Kata kunci: team assisted individualized, operasi hitung, bilangan bulat.

Abstract

Abstract: This qualitative research with multi-case research design was intended to describe the values of characters implemented at two religion based elementary schools. The data was collected by using in-depth interview, participant observation, and documentation. The data was analyzed through two steps which were individual case data analysis and cross case data analysis. The results of the study suggested that values of the character building were implemented in the school daily life and were integrated into the teaching and learning processes in the classrooms.Keywords: management, characters, education and religion, elementary schools.Abstrak: Penelitian kualitatif dengan rancangan multikasus ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai karakter yang diterapkan di dua SD berbasis relegi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi peran serta, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan dua cara, yaitu analisis data kasus individu dan analisis data lintas kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penanaman nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari di sekolah dan diintegrasikan ke dalam proses pembelajaran di dalam kelas.Kata Kunci: : manajemen, karakter, pendidikan,dan keagamaan, SD.

Abstract

Abstract: the aim of this study was to obtain implementation model of gender based character building in Indonesian lesson in elementary schools. The current study utilized developmental and experimental research design. The data was collected by using questionnaire and in-depth interview by analyzing the qualitative and quantitative data. The results of the study were the gender based policies of the schools of character, the policies of implementing the gender based character building, the blueprint of gender based character building implementation in Indonesian, and the implementation of the gender based character building.Keywords: implementation model, character building, gender, elementary schoolsAbstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan model pengimplementasian pendidikan karakter berbasis gender dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia SD. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian pengembangan dan eksperimental. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket dan wawancara mendalam dengan analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kebijakan sekolah berkarakter berbasis gender, kebijakan pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter berbasis gender, kisi-kisi pengimpelementasian pendidikan karakter berbasis gender dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia, dan pengimplementasian pendidikan karakter berbasis gender.Kata Kunci: model implementasi, pendidikan karakter, gender, SD.
