Abstract

This research was conducted to explain the effect of company size, leverage and profitability on the disclosure of corporate social responsibility on mining companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2015 – 2018. CSR disclosure can be seen in the social responsibility report contained in the mining company's annual report. This study uses a population of 49 mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 – 2018. Samples were selected using a purposive sampling technique and obtained 11 companies that met the sample criteria. The analysis technique used in this study is the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that partially company size has a significant effect while leverage and profitability do not significantly influence the disclosure of corporate social responsibility. Simultaneously, company size, leverage and profitability have a significant influence on the disclosure of corporate social responsibility on mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 – 2018.

Abstract

A company always have a lot ways to solve their problem for their employes especially at Luwes Nusukan Supermarket Surakarta the goals are for good impact and for the neatly of the company for the future to reach vision and mision. there are some factors that can influence the employe's performance: compensation, motivation and work environment. the purpose of this research are for: (1) analysis the significant compensation influence to the employes performance, (2) analysis the significant motivation influence to the employes performance, (3) to analysis the significant work environment influence to the employe performance. This research is done with survey method at Luwes Nusukan Supermarket Surakarta. this research is using qulitatif and quantitatif data, the source is using premier and sekunder data. the population of this research are the employes of Luwes Nusukan Supermarket Surakarta that is contain with 70 employes. the sample of the research are 70 employes with using sensus method. the data collection is using quisioner. technique analysis data is using classic asumtion, multiple linear aggresion analysis, desctiptive analysis, t test, f test, and coeficient of determation test. The result is showing that the compensation is have a good impact and not significant with the employes performance, the motivation is have a good impact and significant with the employes performance, the environment also have a good impact and significant to the employes performance.

Abstract

This reasearch was conduted at Hasbona Photocopy business in Surakarta, the type of data used is qualitative data and quantitative data. The population in this study were all employees in Hasbona Photocopy business in Surakarta, amounting to 70 people. The sampling tecnique in this study used nonprobability sample saturated sample of 70 respondents. The analysis tecnique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study stated leadership style, reward, and punishment have a significant effect on the performance of employee Hasbona photocopy business in Surakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of product quality and price on customer satisfaction, the effect of product quality, price and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty, the effect of product quality and price on customer loyalty with satisfaction as a mediating variable. The population of this research is the customer of Warung Tengkleng Solo Bu Jito Dlidir with a sample of 100 respondents. Data collection techniques used questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used the t test, F test, coefficient of determination and multiple test. The results showed that product quality and price has significant effect on customer satisfaction. Product quality, price and customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction mediates the effect of product quality and price on customer loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to: 1) Analyze the significance effect of work family conflict on employee work satisfaction 2) Analyze the significance effect of procedural justice on employee work satisfaction 3) Analyze the significance effect of workload on employee work satisfaction This research is a survey research on employees of Regional Public Companies Surakarta City's Toya Wening Drinking Water. The study population was 174 people. The research sample of 88 employees with proportional cluster random sampling technique. Data collection techniques used a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis, t test, test the accuracy of the model and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that worik family conflict has a negative and significant effect on employees work satisfaction. Procedural justice has a positive and significant effect on employees work satisfaction. Workload has a negative and significant effect on employees work satisfaction.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Pratama Karanganyar Tax Service Office, the type of data used is qualitative and quantitative data. Data sources used are Pratama and secondary data. The total population in this sample is 124 employees of the Pratama Karanganyar Tax Office. The sample used in this study was taken 40% of the total population of 50 respondents. The sampling technique is done by using proportional cluster random sampling or random sampling in each area in a different section. In this study shows that leadership style does not significantly influence employee performance, while motivation and work discipline significantly influence employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze: 1) Effect of product quality on customer satisfaction 2) Effect of service quality on customer satisfaction 3) Effect of product quality on customer loyalty 4) Effect of service quality on customer loyalty 5) Effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty 6) Satisfaction customers in mediating the effect of product quality on customer loyalty 7) Customer satisfaction in mediating the effect of service quality on customer loyalty. This research is a survey with a population of PT customers. Pegadaian, Cokronegaran Branch, Surakarta. The research sample of 100 people with purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, observation and literature study. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis and Sobel test. The results showed that product quality has an affect on customer satisfaction. Service quality has an affects customer satisfaction. Product quality has an affects customer loyalty. Service quality has an affects customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has an affects customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction mediates the effect of product quality on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction mediates the effect of service quality on customer loyalty.

Abstract

Brownies Cinta is one of the companies engaged in the food processing industry which is located at Jl. Muwardi, East Cangakan, Cangakan, Karanganyar. In food industry companies, the production process is very important because it affects the survival of the company. The purpose of this study is to analyze the efficiency of raw material inventory control using the Economic Order Quantity and Economic Production Quantity methods. The results of the analysis of inventory control of Brownies Cinta raw materials obtained the following conclusions: With the EOQ method, the results of inventory costs are Rp 9,812,035. With the EPQ method the total annual costs are Rp 8,493,009. Compared to the EOQ and EPQ methods it can be seen that the EPQ method is more able to minimize costs compared to the EOQ method with a difference of Rp 1,319,026.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the effect of net profit margin, debt to equity ratio, and firm size on firm value and analyze the significance effect of net profit margin and debt to equity ratio on firm value with firm size as a moderating variable. This research is an empirical study on companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2015 – 2018 period. The research sample of 19 companies with purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used documentation. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression and absolute difference test. The results of this study indicate that net profit margin has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Debt to equity ratio has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Company size has a negative and significant effect on firm value. Net profit margin, debt to equity ratio, and company size simultaneously have positive and significant effect on firm value. Company size does not moderate the effect of net profit margin on firm value. Company size does not moderate the effect of debt to equity ratio on firm value

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. PLN UP3 Surakarta, the types of data used are qualitative and quantitative data. Data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The sample in this study were all employees of PT. PLN UP3 Surakarta, amounting to 35 employees. Data collection using a questionnaire while data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis. In this study shows that compensation does not significantly influence the performance of employees of PT. PLN UP3 Surakarta, leadership style has a significant effect on the performance of PT. PLN UP3 Surakarta and work discipline have no significant effect on the performance of PT. PLN UP3 Surakarta.
