This study examines the growing V-Tuber phenomenon in Indonesia, focusing on the influence of parasocial relationships on viewers’ intentions to donate during livestreams. A quantitative, non-experimental design was employed, using an online questionnaire to gather data from 812 Indonesian adults. The study measured variables using an adapted Experience of Parasocial Interaction Scale and an Intention to Donate Scale. Data were analysed using bivariate correlation and simple linear regression techniques. Findings revealed that parasocial relationships have a significant influence on viewers’ donation intentions. This suggests that V-Tubers who actively build emotional connections with their audiences are more likely to receive financial support. The results provide valuable insights into the monetisation potential of V-Tuber content in Indonesia and highlight the importance of psychological engagement in fostering viewer loyalty and support. Overall, cultivating parasocial bonds may offer a strategic advantage for V-Tubers in expanding their economic sustainability. Keywords: livestream donation; parasocial relationship; V-Tubers. Happiness has long been a central theme in psychology, both in conceptual discourse and in the development of measurement instruments. However, no existing scale integrates the moral and spiritual dimensions of happiness derived from the Qur’an and Hadith within a robust psychometric framework ensuring measurement invariance. The Qur’an and Hadith, as universal sources of guidance, encompass principles of psychological and spiritual well-being that transcend religious and cultural boundaries, consistent with the Islamic concept of rahmatan lil ‘alamin (mercy to all creation). This study aimed to develop a Qur’an- and Hadith-based happiness measurement scale using the Rasch model. The scale construction was grounded in prior qualitative research that identified three core Islamic constructs of happiness: patience (sabr), self-control (mujāhadah al-nafs), and gratitude (shukr). A total of 450 participants from diverse religious backgrounds in Indonesia completed the instrument. Data were analyzed using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and the Rasch Model to evaluate validity, reliability, and item fit. The results indicated that the three-factor model exhibited excellent fit indices (CFI = 0.926, TLI = 0.910, RMSEA = 0.068) with high composite reliability (ω = 0.893). Rasch analysis further showed Infit MNSQ values ranging from 0.78 to 1.40 and item separation indices above 3, suggesting strong discriminant power and internal consistency. Overall, the findings demonstrate that happiness in Islam can be operationalized through measurable constructs rooted in patience, self-control, and gratitude. The proposed scale offers a psychometrically sound and universally applicable instrument grounded in Islamic ethical principles, contributing to cross-cultural research on psychological well-being. This study aimed to examine the role of mental health literacy (MHL) and resilience in predicting psychological well-being (PWB) among university students, with perceived social support (PSS) as a mediating factor. A quantitative correlational design with mediation analysis was employed, involving 600 undergraduate students recruited through purposive sampling. Data were collected using validated self-report instruments, namely the Mental Health Literacy Questionnaire for Young Adults (MHLq), the Connor–Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC), the Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS), and the Psychological Well-Being Scale (PWB). Mediation modeling was conducted in JASP using linear regression and bootstrapped indirect effect testing. The results showed that both MHL and resilience significantly and positively predicted PWB, with resilience emerging as the stronger predictor. Moreover, PSS partially mediated the relationships between both predictors and PWB, although the indirect effect of MHL through PSS was relatively small. These findings highlight the importance of integrating psychoeducation on mental health literacy with resilience training and peer support systems in higher education. Theoretically, this study enriches the positive psychology framework by demonstrating the interplay between internal strengths and external supports in fostering student well-being. The purpose of this article is to describe the happiness of Ibn Hazm and Martin Seligman. Ibn Hazm was a Muslim philosopher, while Seligman was a modern psychologist and secularist. These different concepts of happiness are interesting to study because they represent two major paradigms: Islamic ethical spiritualism and modern positive psychology, which are rarely directly compared. This comparison offers novelty by opening up a more holistic perspective on happiness. The method used is qualitative research with a comparative approach and narrative review. The primary sources used are " Risala h fi Mudawah an-Nufus wa Tadzhib al-Akhlaq "by Ibnu Hazm and the book "Authentic Happiness" by Martin Seligman. The results show that: (1) Happiness according to Ibn Hazm can only be achieved through worship and getting closer to God. (2) Meanwhile, Seligman believes that complete happiness is the result of a combination of a pleasant life, a good life and a meaningful life. (3) Seligman's conception of happiness only focuses on world orientation. (4) On the other hand, both agree that maximizing positive potential is an important point in the route to achieving happiness. However, Ibn Hazm emphasized that awareness of weaknesses also needs to be done so that humans are free from the nature of 'ujub (arrogance). Keywords: Happiness; Ibn Hazm; Seligman

This study examined the relationship between maternal age and husband’s income with postpartum depression among mothers in Indonesia. Postpartum depression is a serious mental health condition that varies in prevalence and significantly affects both maternal well-being and child development. Identifying demographic risk factors is essential for early detection and effective intervention. A total of 142 mothers with infants were recruited through purposive sampling from six community health centers. Postpartum depression was measured using the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS), and data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicated that the regression model significantly predicted postpartum depression levels (F(2,139) = 3.439, p = 0.035). Maternal age was a significant predictor (β = 0.217, p = 0.010), indicating that older mothers tended to experience higher levels of postpartum depression. In contrast, husband’s income was not a significant predictor (β = −0.00036, p = 0.997). Although the model was statistically significant, the predictors explained only 3.3% of the variance in postpartum depression levels (Adjusted R² = 0.033). These findings highlight the importance of incorporating maternal age into postpartum mental health screening and support programs, while emphasizing the need for further research to explore additional factors that may more strongly influence postpartum depression. Keywords: postpartum depression; mother's age; husband's income; Indonesian; EPDS Copyright ©2025. This Drug abuse among college students is a serious problem that is influenced by various psychological and social factors, including academic anxiety and peer conformity. This study aims to investigate the influence of academic anxiety on drug abuse tendencies by examining the mediating role of peer conformity. This study used a correlational type quantitative approach. The research subjects consisted of 349 college students aged 18 to 25 years old who were selected by accidental sampling technique. The measuring instruments used include multidimensional test anxiety scale to measure academic anxiety, peer pressure inventory to measure peer conformity, and substance use risk profile scale to measure drug abuse tendency. The mediation analysis showed that academic anxiety has a significant influence on drug abuse tendency, both directly (ß = 0.270; p < 0.001) and indirectly through peer conformity (ß = 0.128; p < 0.001). Thus, peer conformity partially mediated this effect. These findings support Problem-Behavior Theory, which emphasizes the importance of the interaction between internal pressure and social influence on negative behaviors Keywords: Academic anxiety; Peer conformity; Drug abuse tendency; University students. Abstract: This study aims to construct a conceptual model of spiritual happiness (sa'ādah) and analyze the mechanisms for achieving it from the perspective of Imam Al-Ghazali's Sufism. Using qualitative research methods with a content analysis approach, data was collected through purposive selection of key texts in Ihya Ulumuddin that were selected thematically and interpreted using Carol D. Ryff's psychological well-being framework. The Psychological Well-Being (PWB) model emphasizes eudaimonic dimensions, such as self-acceptance, life purpose, and self-development, as its foundation. The results of the study reveal that Al-Ghazali formulated a psychotherapeutic mechanism in which the internalization of the qualities of qanaah (self-satisfaction) and tawadlu (humility) function as interventions to reduce distress caused by greed and ujub, which ultimately leads individuals to a state of ma'rifat as the pinnacle of happiness. These findings have practical implications for Islamic psychology to develop Sufi-based psychotherapy, as well as for modern psychological therapy to integrate spiritual concepts in achieving inner peace. This study aims to formulate the concept and application of spiritual mindfulness based on Qur'anic values and analyze its contribution to developing the mental and spiritual health of Muslim individuals in the contemporary era. Qur'anic mindfulness is perceived as full awareness of Allah's presence and will in every aspect of life, which is practiced through understanding and appreciating the verses of the Qur'an. This concept offers a synthesis between modern psychological principles and Islamic values, resulting in a new approach that not only emphasizes presence in the moment but also connection with God in facing the various dynamics of life. This study uses thematic interpretation analysis and empirical study methods with data analysis using PRISMA, including Identification, Screening, Eligibility, and Inclusion, to explore how this practice can strengthen emotional resilience and provide psychological calm, especially when facing anxiety and life crises. The study found that Qur'anic mindfulness is not merely a short-term psychological solution, but also forms a solid spiritual foundation, strengthens self-awareness, and supports a transcendental relationship with Allah. This practice is believed to reduce anxiety and increase resilience. Thus, the impact of Qur'anic spiritual mindfulness has the potential to become a universal and effective psychotherapeutic intervention to support mental and spiritual well-being in modern multicultural societies. Flow is a state of optimal experience characterized by full concentration, intrinsic motivation, and a sense of control during an activity. This study explores the flow experience of female university students in Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) while memorizing the Qur’an. Using a qualitative phenomenological approach, data were collected through semi-structured interviews with five respondents and analyzed manually using Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA). The findings revealed three superordinate themes: absorption in memorization, effortless control supported by spiritual discipline, and intrinsic reward linked to faith and fulfillment. These themes reflect how respondents experience deep focus and enjoyment while engaging in Qur’an memorization. Several internal factors such as personal motivation, clarity of goals, and emotion regulation enhanced their ability to enter the flow state. At the same time, external factors like quiet environment, peer encouragement, sand parents support also played a significant role. Respondents adopted specific strategies to sustain flow, including seeking meaning in memorized verses, environmental preparation and emotional regulation. The study highlights the unique spiritual and cultural context of Qur’an memorization, showing that flow can be deeply influenced by religious commitment and community support. These results contribute to the understanding of flow in non-Western, faith- based learning environments and provide insight into how spiritual practices can support optimal psychological experiences in education. Abstract: The widespread phenomenon of Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) among Muslim social media users has been associated with heightened anxiety and other mental health challenges, revealing a critical gap in psychological interventions that often neglect spiritual dimensions. This study aims to explore the relevance of the Islamic concept of qana’ah as articulated by Ibnu Qayyim Al-Jawziyyah, positioning it as a spiritual countermeasure to FOMO within the framework of tazkiyatun nafs (purification of the soul). Employing a narrative review approach, this research synthesizes insights from classical Islamic texts and contemporary empirical studies to construct an integrative perspective. The findings indicate that FOMO contributes to psychological distress and reduced quality of life, whereas qana’ah, cultivated through practices such as muhasabah (self-reflection), gratitude, and tawakkal (trust in God), enhances psychological well-being and resilience in digital contexts. This study proposes a novel framework that bridges modern psychology and Islamic wisdom, while recommending future empirical research to validate the practical effectiveness of qana’ah-based interventions across diverse Muslim populations.
