Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) melalui pembelajaran metode hypnoteacing di kelas VIII MTs Negeri Balang-Balang. Jenis penelitian dilakukan menggunakan quasi eksperimen dengan menggunakan desain penelitian Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Sampel penelitian terpilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan mepertimbangkan homogenitas kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes pilihan ganda sebanyak 26 soal. Setelah dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik inferensial menggunakan uji Mann-Whitney hasil belajar peserta didik kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol sesudah diberikan perlakuan, didapatka hasil nilai Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 0,05, yang membuktikan terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar peserta didik yang signifikan antara kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran hypnoteacing. Hasil itu dibuktikan dengan hasil analisis deskriptif yang menunjukan adanya perbedaan rata-rata hasil belajar peserta didik. Rata-rata hasil belajar dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran hypnoteacing sebesar 80,37 lebih tinggi dibanding rata-rata hasil belajar tanpa menggunakan metode hypnoteacing sebesar 48,31. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar peserta didik dapat ditingkatkan menggunakan metode pembelajaran hypnoteaching.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to test mental health inventory using a dual model theory approach. The subjects were 520 students (179 men and 341 women) in the age of 17-24 years. Confirmatory factor analysis used for testing the construct validity of mental health inventory. There are two aspects tested in the structural equation model (SEM), namely 1) the psychological well-being aspect consists of three factors namely positive emotions, love and satisfaction, and 2) the psychological distress aspect consists of three factors namely anxiety, depression and loss of control. The results showed that the mental health inventory had met the psychometric requirements. In psychological well-being aspects all aspects have a high level of reliability, whereas for psychological distress aspects one aspect has a high category and two aspects have a sufficient category. Keywords: confirmatory factor analysis, mental health, dual model theory Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji alat ukur kesehatan mental dengan menggunakan pendekatan teori dual model. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 520 mahasiswa (179 laki-laki dan 341 perempuan) dalam usia 17-24 tahun. Analisis faktor konfirmatori menjadi dasar untuk pengujian validitas konstruk alat ukur kesehatan mental. Ada dua aspek yang diuji dalam model persamaan structural (SEM), yaitu 1) aspek psychological well-being terdiri dari tiga faktor yaitu emosi positif, cinta dan kepuasan, dan 2) aspek psychological distress terdiri dari tiga faktor yaitu cemas, depresi dan kehilangan kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alat ukur kesehatan mental telah memenuhi persyaratan psikometrik. Pada aspek psychological well-being semua aspek mempunyai tingkat reliabiltas yang tinggi, sedangkan untuk aspek psychological distress satu aspek mempunyai kategori tinggi dan dua aspek mempunyai kategori cukup. Kata kunci: analisis faktor konfirmatori, kesehatan mental, teori dual model

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan pengaruh zikir terhadap ketenangan hati yang terjadi pada mahasiswa di level strata 1 . Beberapa penelitian telah menjelaskan bahwa zikir mampu dijadikan sebagai sebuah metode alternatif yang baik membuat hati menjadi lebih tenang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan quasi experiment. Desain yang digunakan adalah non equivalent control group design atau two group pretest-posttest design yaitu desain eksperimen yang menggunakan dua kelompok yang terdiri dari kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen. Instrumen penelitiannya menggunakan skala. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah sepuluh orang mahasiswa laki-laki Universitas Islam Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis didapatkan nilai signifikan sebesar 0.491 yang berarti bahwa hasil posttest lebih rendah nilainya dibandingkan dengan hasil  pretest. Hal tersebut berarti bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh metode zikir terhadap ketenangan hati yang dirasakan subjek. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis ditolak. Kata kunci: zikir, ketenangan hati ABSTRACTThis study aims to explain the effect of remembrance of peace of mind that occurs in students at the strata 1 level. Several studies have explained that remembrance can be used as a good alternative method to make the heart calmer. This research uses a quasi experiment approach. The design used is a non equivalent control group design or two group pretest-posttest design, which is an experimental design that uses two groups consisting of a control group and an experimental group. The research instrument uses scale. Respondents in this study were ten male students of the Islamic University of Indonesia. Based on the results of hypothesis testing obtained a significant value of 0.491 which means that the posttest results are lower in value compared to the results of the pretest. This means that there is no effect of the method of remembrance on the peace of heart felt by the subject. Therefore, it can be concluded that the hypothesis is rejected.Keywords: dzikr, peace of mind

Abstract

Those who are victims of bullying are more at risk of experiencing various health problems, both physically and mentally, including low psychological well-being and experiencing social anxiety characterized by reduced self-confidence, antisocial, fear of meeting the perpetrators, social adjustment becomes worse.This study aims to test Art therapy whether it is effective for reducing social impairment of victims of bullying, differences in social anxiety between men and women, differences in anxiety between men and women after being given Art therapy. This research was conducted on the subject of SMP Bina Bangsa students, with an experimental research method, using the one grouppretest-posttest design. Data analysis used the SPSS Mann Whitney test, Independent Sample T-Test and qualitative analysis.This research has proven the significant results that Art therapy can influence to reduce the level of social anxiety of Bullying victims, with a P value: 0.006 smaller than 0.05. There is a difference in anxiety between men and women with a sig. value 0.003 smaller than 0.05. There was no difference in social anxiety between men and women after getting Art therapy with a P value = 0.772 greater 0.05. Copyright © 2019. Pusat Penelitian dan Layanan Psikologi.

Abstract

Abstract.The ease of accessing online games tend to make players interested in lingering in front of the computer and forgot about other activities. This could be impact on the psychology self-development, if online games were played without rules and uncontrolled. Therefore, it was important for parents to always control and supervise their children strickly while playing online games. Related to each parenting styles which have their own impact to children, this research aims to discover the differences of online games addiction viewed from parenting styles of the second grade student in Junior High School in Sultan Iskandar Muda Medan. The hypothesis in this study state that there was a significant differentation among online games addiction with parenting styles. In this study, the sampling technique using purposive sampling, which amounted to 203 research subjects on first and second grade of junior high school. The data collected by the scale of online games addiction and parenting styles. The calculation was performed by assumption test which consists normality and homogeneity test. Data was analyzed with One Way ANAVA on SPSS 19 for Windows. The results showed that the sig = 0,000 0,05. Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are the best alternative in the world of education to print students to grow and develop into religious, disciplined, and independent individuals. However, the reality in the field of child.lenges is very heavy, so it is necessary to support programs in the effectiveness of increasing independence of students, one of which is through peer counseling (peer counseling). This community service aims to increase the independence of students through peer counseling assistance at the Darunnajah Karangploso Islamic Boarding School in Malang, involving as many as 406 students. The method used is an action research, with the main research question being how peer counseling can improve students' independence. The results of the study prove that the peer counseling model in the Darunnajah Islamic Boarding School in Malang increases the independence of students through: first, students' problem-solving skills with peers. Second, students' ability to learn to control behavior. Third, peers are able to provide social, moral, and emotional support. Fourth, peer groups are able to provide social support and motivation

Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami dinamika akulturasi psikologis mahasiswa peserta KKN-PPL Terpadu IAIN Tulungagung di Thailand dengan cara mengidentifikasi dan memahami faktor motivasional keterlibatan para peserta dalam KKN-PPL terpadu di Thailand, hambatan sebagai kejadian menekan (stresor) yang mereka hadapi, strategi pengatasan masalah yang mereka lakukan dan proses akulturasi psikologisyang dijalani oleh para peserta KKN-PPL terpadu selama berada di Thailand. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Hasil temuan penelitian ini adalah terdapat kebutuhan dasar seperti kebutuhan untuk mencapai kesenangan (need to have fun), kebutuhan akan cinta dan dimiliki (need to love and belonging),dan kebutuhan akan kekuasaan (need to power) yang terpenuhi melalui keterlibatan dalam program KKN- PPL terpadu di Thailand. Stressor selama proses akulturasi di tempat KKN-PPL di Thailand dapat berbeda antara individu satu dengan individu lainnya. Subjek yang hanya mengalami stresor awal dan tidak mengalami stresor lanjutan cenderung mampu mempergunakan strategi coping berfokus pada masalah yang konsisten dan koping berfokus emosi secara bersamaan tanpa adanya peralihan koping, berbeda halnya dengan peserta dengan pengalaman stressor lanjutan yang cenderung menunjukkan pola coping yang mengalami penurunan atau peralihan secara bertahap. Adapun proses akulturasi psikologis peserta KKN-PPL di Thailand merupakan hasil interaksi dari faktor –faktor yang kompleks dan sangat berpengaruh pada  keberhasilan atau kegagalan hasil akulturasi psikologis menjadi integrated self atau diri baru. Kata kunci: Akulturasi psikologis , stress akulturasi , strategi copingAbstract: This study aims to understand the psychological acculturation dynamics of participant of KKN-PPL integrated programme in Thailand through identifying and understanding the motivation of participants to participate on KKN-PPL integrated programme in Thailand. How did Barrier as stressor which they face it, what coping strategies was used by participants, and how did the psychological acculturation process of participants in Thailand. This study is a qualitative research with phenomenological approach. the results of this research is there are basic needs such as  need to have fun, need to love and belonging and need to power which are realized through their participation on the KKN- PPL integrated programme in Thailand. As for this research found that stressor was different among participants.. Subjects who face initial stressor without advance stressor tend to using coping strategies focused on the problem consistenly and coping strategies centered emotions simultaneously without adaptation switching otherwise subjects who face the advance stressors tend to being decreased in pattern or transition coping strategies gradually. Furthermore, the psychological acculturation process of participant of KKN-PPL integrated programme in Thailand are the result of  interaction of complex factors which affect participants to be success or failure to be integrated self or to be new self identity.Key words: Psychological acculturation, Acculturation stress, Coping strategies

Abstract

This study aims to report about the effect of future anxiety on the subjective well-being of emerging adulthood with religiosity as a moderator for students at the Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia Bumi Siliwangi. This research uses a quantitative approach with a moderated causal method. The sample in this study was 300 final-year students at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. The sampling technique in this study uses accidental sampling. The instruments used are Future Anxiety Measurement, Satisfaction with life, Positive and Negative Affect Schedule (HEAT), Centrality of Religiosity Scale (CRS), Muslim Religiosity Scale (MRS), and A Psychological Measure of Islamic Religiousness. The analysis technique used is a simple regression and Moderated Regression Analyze (MRA). The results showed that the moderator variable of religiosity showed insignificant results. So it can be said that religiosity cannot moderate the influence of anxiety about the future on subjective well-being at the final year students of Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Copyright © 2020. Psikoislamika: Jurnal Psikologi dan Psikologi Islam

Abstract

Humans are social creatures who need mutual support from one another. So social support contributes to their assertive behavior in social life. Furthermore, this study wants to examine the close relationship between social support and assertive behavior among students The purpose of this study is to explain the categories of social support, certain behavior categories, and the relationship between social support and assertive behavior of students majoring in Islamic Counseling Guidance Imam Bonjol Padang. The research method used is a quantitative research method with correlation techniques that are processed with the SPSS program version 16.0 for windows. The population in this study was 334 students majoring in Islamic Counseling Guidance for Imam Bonjol Padang, with 182 students as the research sample. The sample was taken using proportionate stratified random sampling. Data collection techniques used in this study are psychological scales, which are guided by the Likert model scale. The data analysis technique used is the Pearson correlation. The results showed that 64.3% of students had high social support, and 73.1% of students showed low assertive behavior. The results showed relations between social support and assertive behavior.  Copyright © 2020. Psikoislamika: Jurnal Psikologi dan Psikologi Islam

Abstract

People with mental disorders (PwMD) are individuals who experience disturbances in the process of thinking, behavior, and feelings that are manifested by meaningful behavioral changes and cause disruption of daily activities that make these individuals feel helpless. PwMD has a family caregiver who takes care of them every day. The family caregiver has its own burden when treating PwMD, such as having to accept the stigma from the community, economic burdens, as well as time divided for personal matters, and fears of a recurrence of the symptoms of mental disorders at any time. This burden causes stress on family caregiver. Stress is the interaction of individuals with the environment that eventually raises the gap of received demands and it causes physical and psychological reactions in family caregiver. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of relaxation to reduce stress in PwMD family caregiver. The scales that are used to measure stress levels in family caregivers are Depression, Anxiety, Stress Scale 42 (DASS 42). The research method is experimental research with one group pre-post-posttest research design with a purposive sampling technique involving 5 participants aged 34-62 years.
