This study aims to analyze the process of knowledge acquisition in the culinary business, and the factors that influence knowledge acquisition. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Case study was selected in this research is Macaroni Panggang, where Macaroni Panggang became one of the culinary businesses that carried out knowledge acquisition on food menus and restaurant management. The data analyzed collected from interviews with owners, supervisors and vice supervisors of Macaroni Panggang. The results of the study found that there are four knowledge acquisition processes in Macaroni Panggang namely planning, taking knowledge, testing stage, and revision stage. Factors that inhibit knowledge acquisition in Macaroni Panggang are human resource factors. At present Macaroni Panggang does not yet have the resources to conduct knowledge acquisition. This makes not all the knowledge taken can be a real product in Macaroni Panggang.

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of (1) Worklife balance on employee performance (2) Job Stress on employee performance (3) Worklife balance on OCB (4) Job Stress on OCB (5) OCB on employee performance (6) OCB as mediating role between Worklife balance and employee performance (7) OCB as mediating role between Job Stress and employee performance. The population in this study is employees of PT PLN (Persero) UP2B Sumbagteng, amounting to 50 people, with census techniques. Data analysis techniques using quantitative analysis with analysis tools SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study found that: (1) Worklife Balance has a significant effect on employee performance (2) Job stress is contradictory and has a significant effect on OCB and employee performance (3) The magnitude of the effect of Worklife Balance on OCB is shown by the coefficient of determination R² of 0.261 or 26,1% (4) The magnitude of the influence of OCB on employee performance is shown by the coefficient of determination R² of 0.375 or 37,5% (5) Then there is also an indirect relationship with partial mediation by the OCB variable.

This study aims to analyze the impact of hedonic products and self-expressive brands towards brand love and brand loyalty to Starbucks Coffee customers in Malang City. This study also analyzes the role of brand love as a mediator become an intermediary for hedonic products and self-expressive brands in influencing brand loyalty. The research object uses the Starbucks Coffee brand because Starbucks coffee is categorized as a hedonistic item and Starbucks builds a special bond with its customers. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The research sample consisted of 125 customers of Starbucks Coffee Mall Dinoyo Malang with the sampling technique was carried out accidental sampling. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method using the IBM SPSS and IBM AMOS version 24.0 program is a method for analizyng data in this study. The results show that both hedonic products and self-expressive brands have a positive and significant impact on brand love. However, hedonic products and self-expressive brands do not have a direct influence on brand loyalty. Hedonic products and self-expressive brands have a significant effect on brand loyalty with the help of brand love as a mediator. Research also proves brand love has a positive and significant impact on brand loyalty.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image, service quality and customer satisfaction on re-interest in using the Dana application. The population in this study were students of Darma Cendika Catholic University, Widya Mandala Catholic University Surabaya and St. Vincetius Paolo University (RKZ). The sample is 75 respondents, with the consideration that this number can represent the research sample. This research method is quantitative with multiple regression analysis, the data entered is processed with SPSS version 20. The results of this study indicate that brand image and service quality do not affect re-interest using Dana application for students in Surabaya, and consumer satisfaction has a significant effect on re-interest in using the Dana application to students in Surabaya.

Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana memanfaatkan dan mengoptimalkan kinerja karyawan untuk mencapai produktivitas kerja yang tinggi. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 60 responden dengan metode populasi sampel di ambil menjadi objek penelitian, metode yang disebut dengan sensus. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik yaitu analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukan disiplin kerja dan budaya organisasi dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui kompensasi di lingkungan Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Merdeka Malang. Disiplin kerja dan budaya organisasi dapat meningkatkan kompensasi di lingkungan Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Merdeka Malang, dan budaya organisasi memiliki peran sebagai pengaruh disiplin kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di lingkungan Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Merdeka Malang. Temuan secara empiris mengindikasikan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kesadaran atau kesediaan seorang karyawan untuk melakukan dan mentaati aturan-aturan yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan karyawan harus memiliki disiplin kerja yang tinggi.

This paper aims to analyze the effect of shared leadership on employee performance with organizational commitment and employee creativity as a mediating variable. This study uses a population of all employees of PT. Pos Indonesia Solo area, with a total sample of 130 respondents. The sampling technique uses random sampling. Data were analyzed using path analysis with SPSS version 23. The results showed that shared leadership had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results also show that shared leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment and also on employee creativity. Organizational commitment and work creativity also show as a good antecedent in improving employee performance. The results of this study have proven that organizational commitment and employee creativity can mediate the influence of shared leadership on employee performance

Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmengetahui pengaruh harga, kualitas pelayanan dan citra merek terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan populasi penelitian yang terdiri atas objek/subjek yang mempunyai kualitas dan karaktristik yang tidak terbatas (infinete) yang ditetapkan oleh peneliti untuk dipelajari dan ditarik kesimpulannya sebanyak 160 kuisioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan sekunder, data ini di kumpulkan dan dianalisis menggunakan ibm spss 22.0 dan struktural equation modeling. Teknik Teknik korelasi pearson product moment digunakan untuk menetapkan kekuatan dan signifikansi hubungan antara harga,kualitas pelayanan, citra merek dan kepuasan pelanggan perusahaan PT. Oro Kopi Gayo. Teknik analisi yang digunakan adalah struktural equation modeling dengan program Amos 22.0 dan hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruah dan hubungan antara harga, kualitas pelayanan dan citra merek terhadap kepuasan pelanggan perusahaan PT. Oro Kopi Gayo.

Women as assets of Indonesia's human resources have a crucial role in disaster management. This research is descriptive using a qualitative approach that photograph the adjustment of women's activities based on their role in the current Covid disaster. The research findings shows the informant’s perception that Covid-19 is a disaster, and they are worried, so they try to prevent themselves and their family members from being infected by implementing health protocols. They also provide nutritious food and vitamins as well as a variety of food/drink ingredients that are believed to ward off Covid. Increasing domestic role activities are child care and education. Meanwhile, the public role of economy has undergone adjustments, such as working from home, losing customers or jobs. To be able to survive, adjustments to household expenditure patterns were carried out, namely: increasing the cost of kitchen expenditures, and increase in electricity costs and telephone pulses as the implication of all family members are WFH/SFH online. Reduced expenses: spending on clothes / shoes / bags, cosmetics, and recreation. The social role of the public in this Covid situation is to participate in distributing food to the poor.

The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of implementing knowledge management strategies on the performance of educational institutions in the face of the industrial revolution 4.0. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The sample used in this study is the academic community in one of the private universities in Serpong. The data analysis technique used in the study was Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results showed that the application of knowledge management strategies was proven to significantly affect the performance of educational institutions. Knowledge management strategies have also been shown to have a strong influence in improving human relations among students. Relationships among humans can be a mediating variable for the relationship between knowledge management strategies and educational institution performance and have the same influence as the direct influence of knowledge management strategies on the performance of educational institutions.

PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk is a banking company which is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN). BRI Kanca Putri Hijau has 14 shaded branch offices including sub-branch offices and cash offices located in several locations in the city of Medan. Job satisfaction felt by some employees is still lacking and even tends to be dissatisfied. It is suspected that the cause is the lack of work motivation and compensation obtained and it can be seen from the high employee turnover. This research was conducted at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Kanca Medan Putri Hijau which is located at Jl Putri Hijau No 2 A Medan. This type of research is quantitative descriptive case study. The data used in this study are primary data with observation data collection techniques, interviews and distributing questionnaires / questionnaires. And another source is secondary data in the form of documentation studies. The population of this study was 228 respondents with a sample of 145 respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis formulas and uses classical assumption tests, research hypothesis testing (t test and F test).The result of this research is that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work motivation and compensation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.
