This study aims to examine the effect of P2L program (social-bricolage entrepreneurship) on P2L business performance and to examine the role of digital marketing as mediating effect of social-bricolage entrepreneurship on P2L business performance. This research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study is the manager/member of the P2L program group in Malang Regency and collected as many as 62 respondents from 30 P2L groups. Data analysis used the SEM-PL. The research findings show that social-bricolage entrepreneurship does not have a significant effect on the business performance of P2L group managers/members, but has a major impact on the use of digital marketing strategies so as to improve performance. This finding means that digital marketing has a full mediation role in the relationship between social-bricolage entrepreneurship and P2L business performance. In addition to explaining this relationship, this research also shows the need to frame the role of digital marketing within this framework, so that it can provide maximum benefits. Given this important role, managers/members of the P2L group should make maximum use of the existing digital platforms, both freely available and with support from relevant stakeholders.

This study aims to examine the antecedents of Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Service Quality. This study used an explanatory research approach, which aims to explain the causal relationship between the research variables and the test hypothesis. The population in this study were all employees from the 5 best private Islamic universities in North Sumatra and the sample size in this study was 200 employees. The data analysis method used in this research is factor analysis and the Structural Equation Model. The results of the study showed that work ethics, organizational commitment and motivation have a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a significant positive effect on Service Quality at Private Universities in North Sumatra.

The purpose of this study was to examine the factors that influence organizational commitment, namely work value and job satisfaction. The research was conducted at the State Electricity Company (PT PLN) in the West Java region, using quantitative methods with a regression approach (path analysis) and using quantitative data (from questionnaires). Research respondents consisted of 210 permanent employees. In general, this study aims to determine the efforts that can be made to increase employee commitment to the organization. The results show that there is a positive influence of work value on job satisfaction, there is a positive influence of work value on organizational commitment, there is a positive influence of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, there is a positive influence of work value on organizational commitment through job satisfaction. the most influential on work value, the job itself factor is the most influential on job satisfaction and normative commitment factor is the most influential on organizational commitment. This study proposes several recommendations to employees at the State Electricity Company Ltd (PT PLN). Improve indicators that have a high contribution to commitment to the organization. With the improvement of these indicators, it can be predicted that it will increase employee commitment to the organization

The purpose of this study was to examine the variables causing financial distress, namely the corporate governance structure and financial indicators. Corporate governance (corporate governance structure) is measured by managerial ownership and institutional ownership. While financial indicators are measured by liquidity, profitability and leverage. All manufacturing businesses that are listed and have published their financial statements between 2019 until 2021 are the population of this study. Based on the purposive sampling used, the sample of this study amounted to obtain 48 data. Multiple linear regression is a data analysis method used to test the data. The findings of this study indicate that the condition of financial distress or financial difficulty is influenced by financial indicators represented by profitability and leverage. The state of financial distress is not influenced by corporate governance as measured by management ownership, institutional ownership, and financial indicators as measured by liquidity.

The objective of this study is to analyze the reaction of Southeast Asian capital markets to the second wave of the Covid-19 pandemic, in this case the Delta Variant. This study uses a quantitative research approach with descriptive analysis and comparative methods. The population in this study is the capital markets of Southeast Asian countries. Furthermore, the sampling technique is non-probability sampling, samples that meet the criteria are the capital markets of Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand. The results showed that based on the one sample T-test, there were abnormal returns in all Southeast Asian countries sampled for the second wave of Covid-19. However, the results show a different response from each country. The countries of Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore show that investors in the capital markets of these countries can still benefit from positive abnormal returns on investments made as long as they make careful and mature decisions. The positive response at the start of the Delta variant's appearance could be due to investor confidence regarding the government's Covid-19 disaster mitigation. Meanwhile in Thailand, after the event date showed a negative response to the second wave of Covid-19. In addition, the presence of abnormal returns indicates that the market is efficient in the semi-strong form in terms of information in all the countries studied.

Dalam upaya pengendalian dan persyaratan keamanaan pangan di unit pengolahan ikan dan juga sebagai salah satu persyaratan ekspor produk perikanan di Unit Pengolahan Ikan (UPI) CV. DMJ yaitu dengan adanya penerapan program manajemen terpadu Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) adapun tujuan dari riset ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi sumber daya manusia dalam memahami dan mengimplementasikan Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) di CV. DMJ. Tahapan yang dilakukan dalam meningkatkan kompetensi sumber daya manusia di CV. DMJ adalah dengan melakukan pengukuran tingkat kompetensi sumber daya manusia dalam mengimplementasikan persyaratan HACCP. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan intrepretatif. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah berdasarkan pengukuran Risk Identification Manajemen (RIM) berfokus pada kompetensi sumber daya manusia dimana hasil dari RIM tersebut menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi sumber daya manusia di di CV. DMJ perihal penerapan HACCP masih mempunyai resiko kegagalan tinggi dalam memperoleh sertifikat HACCP. Selanjutnya peningkatan kompetensi dalam penerapan HACCP yang perlu dilakukan adalah pemberian training dan konsultasi kepada karyawan dalam memenuhi persyaratan HACCP.

U.D. Garuda Jaya is a furniture industry located in Bajera Village, Tabanan Regency, Bali Province. In running its business, U.D. Garuda Jaya found problems such as product sales that did not increase and decreased competitiveness. The methods used are the Porter matrix, SWOT, and QSPM. Data in the study were obtained from interviews based on the 7P marketing mix. The results of the first order of alternative strategic priorities are to develop a good organizational structure so that each process in the company can run according to its respective tasks to maximize its productivity and make U.D. Garuda Jaya is the only furniture SME in Bajera Village with a TAS value of 5.082. The second alternative strategy is to increase employee creativity in designing U.D. Garuda Jaya’s distinctive products in order to improve product quality and competitiveness with new competitors have emerged with a TAS value of 4.836. The third strategy is to recruit employees who are competent in their fields and provide training to employees by utilizing technological advances to be able to produce distinctive product designs from U.D. Garuda Jaya with a TAS value of 4.819.

Kondisi ekonomi yang terus membaik membuat persaingan bisnis semakin ketat termasuk dalam sector jasa angkutan barang. PT XYZ adalah sebuah perusahaan UMKM jasa angkutan barang kargo yang berlokasi di Bekasi. Sejak restrukturisasi, sistem dan mekanisme usaha yang berjalan belum memberikan dampak optimum bagi keberlangsungan bisnis karena pendapatan terus menurun. Selama ini perusahaan belum memiliki strategi bersaing dan sulit membuat keputusan. Sehingga perlu dibuat suatu konsep perancangan pengembangan strategi bisnis yang baik untuk peningkatan kinerja dan daya saing perusahaan. Bisnis Model Kanvas adalah manajemen strategis yang digunakan untuk mengembangkan atau mendokumentasikan model bisnis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis model bisnis dan merancang model bisnis perbaikan yang dapat digunakan PT XYZ sebagai strategi pengembangan bisnis. Penelitian ini merupakan kajian langsung terhadap studi kasus menggunakan metode deskriptif. Selain analisis Bisnis Model Kanvas, penelitian juga menggunakan alat analisis Porter’s Five Force, external factor evaluation (EFE) matrix, internal factor evaluation (IFE) matrix, strengths-weaknesses-opportunities-threats (SWOT) matrix, dan quantitative strategic planning (QSPM) matrix. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan, perbaikan model bisnis yang dapat diusulkan terletak pada elemen key activities, value proposition, dan customer segment dengan alternatif strategi penyusunan program kerja secara komprehensif, menjaga kualitas layanan, dan penyusunan program pemasaran.

The Covid-19 pandemic has led to an unavoidable surge in the use of digital technology due to social restrictions and lockdowns. Various restrictions on activities during the COVID-19 quarantine period had resulted in many new users of digital services for daily activities and needs, including the elderly generation such as the X Generation and baby boomers, who before the pandemic were often considered as a generation that was difficult to accept technological change. In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, the baby boomers and X Generation have begun to adopt and use various digital applications, one of which is e-commerce, to make online purchases. With the return to the post-pandemic situation and routine, we wanted to test the continuance intention of X Generation and baby boomers in using e-commerce for online shopping. This study needs to be done since the data shows that the average number of online purchases issued by X Generation and baby boomers is greater than other generations. Unfortunately, the literature and previous research on the post-pandemic behavior of baby boomers and X generation for online shopping activities are still very limited, so this research is expected to contribute to a wider literature. The survey was conducted on 198 people aged 40-76 years who had made online purchases in e-commerce during the COVID-19 pandemic using Structural Equation Modeling.

Tujuan penelitian ialah menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja pegawai generasi millenial. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemimpin apa dan bagaimana yang cocok untuk mengelola generasi millenial. Metode pengolahan data menggunakan structural equation modeling (SEM). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat usia pekerja dengan tahun kelahiran yaitu Generasi Y atau millenial sebanyak 203 responden. Jenis data pada penelitian ini merupakan data primer dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai generasi millenial. Dengan mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja pegawai generasi millenial, maka pemimpin organisasi dapat memetakan kebijakan dan strategi kepemimpinan ideal bagi generasi millenial. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat menggunakan objek yang lebih luas dan menambahkan variabel kepuasan kerja dan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja sehingga memberikan hasil yang lebih representatif.
