As a result of the escape they settled in an area, disguised as ordinary people. One of the places where Diponegoro's troops escaped was in Kemloko village, Nglegok sub-district, Blitar district. The mind of the soldiers who managed to escape had a work of art in the form of Reog Bulkiyo Dance. Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate the correlation between the focus on the overall compliance index of sharia banks in Indonesia, particularly the profitability role index, sharia supervisory boards, and independent commissioners, and reducing social disparity among low-income groups. This study specifically examines the sharia commercial banks in Indonesia, and the samples were chosen using the purposive sampling method. The data collected comprises secondary data, specifically the annual reports of sharia commercial banks from 2017 to 2021. The data underwent the usual assumption test for analysis. Applying the multiple linear regression method for hypothesis testing. The SPSS software is employed for data processing. The results of this study suggest that the presence of an audit committee has a significant and positive effect on the sharia compliance index. The variables of liquidity, profitability, leverage, and sharia supervisory board have a negative and statistically insignificant effect on the sharia compliance index. The independent commissioner variable has a favourable effect on the sharia compliance index, although this effect is statistically insignificant. Therefore, it may be inferred that the profitability index, Sharia Supervisory Board, and Independent Commissioners, which serve as benchmarks for guaranteeing Sharia compliance in Indonesian Sharia banks, are not successful in alleviating the prevailing social inequality in Indonesia.

Abstract

Sociology subjects are expected to instill the ability to analyze phenomena and solve social problems in students later, but in reality it is considered an unimportant subject and less desirable by students. This is due to the use of learning methods and models that are not varied by teachers in teaching so that student learning interest becomes minimal and ultimately has an impact on students' lack of understanding of sociological material. Problem Based Learning (PBL) is one of the recommended learning models in the independent curriculum, because PBL provides opportunities for students to apply their concepts to real situations. So it requires students to think critically in solving every problem. This study aims to see how the implementation of sociology learning with the PBL model in the independent curriculum at SMA Negeri 1 Cisarua. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Informants are selected by purposive sampling techniques and the key informants are teachers of sociology subjects in class XI, while supporting informants are vice principals for curriculum and grade XI students who take sociology elective subjects. Data analysis is carried out by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Then to test the validity of the data, researchers use triangulation of data collection techniques and triangulation of data sources. From the results of the study, it was found that the implementation of sociology learning with the PBL model in the independent curriculum at SMA Negeri 1 Cisarua was the same as when the previous curriculum still followed the syntax of the PBL model that had been conceptually determined, the difference was only in the existence of learning patterns in the independent curriculum such as differentiated learning, essential materials and the existence of the P5 program.

Abstract

Digital leadership is strategic leadership that uses technology, particularly digital assets, to further the company's objectives. As for school principals, digital leadership plays a crucial role in anticipating possible issues and in cultivating highly effective educators who are equipped to tackle the demands of 21st-century skills. This study aims to assess Indonesian school principals' digital leadership capabilities. The study discussed in this paper is a systematic literature review (SLR) related to the role of school principals' digital leadership in raising academic standards published within the previous five years. The Preferred Reporting Items protocol for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) was employed to analyse articles from the Crossref database using Harzing's Publish or Perish software— 40 journal papers were included in this study. The findings of this study show that a school principal's digital leadership skills favour supporting an efficient learning process, which has implications for the accomplishment of previously defined educational goals. The study's findings also suggest that, in order to raise academic standards and meet more ideal learning goals, digital school leadership abilities must be used in the field of education. In order to enhance the implementation of digital leadership in Indonesian schools, stakeholders in education, such as teachers, administrators, and other authorities, can benefit greatly from the research's findings. Furthermore, this study can be used as a springboard for more investigation into this field, which will help us comprehend how to enhance digital leadership to promote innovative and successful learning in Indonesian classrooms. The research's conclusion is that school administrators in Indonesia need more knowledge, assistance, and training when it comes to digital leadership. Due to the swift changes in the educational landscape brought about by technology, stakeholders need to give top priority to enhancing the digital literacy of staff members and principals. This is because integrating ICT to enhance learning and administration requires them to be digitally literate. Additionally, in order to guarantee that the resources and infrastructure required to support the development of effective digital leadership in Indonesian schools are available, cooperation between educational institutions, the government, and training facilities is crucial. By considering these ramifications, we may improve educational outcomes for upcoming generations and create a system of education that is more adaptable to technological advancements.

Abstract

The Lamuri Kingdom in Aceh has relics in the form of gravestones called "Plak-plieng" stones, which are concrete evidence and records of the history of the kings who were buried with these gravestones. This Plak-plieng gravestone is thought to be a gravestone made by local people during the reign of the Lamuri kingdom with a mixed population who emigrated from outside Aceh at that time. The Lamuri Kingdom was an Acehnese Hindu kingdom that existed in the 4th century, turned into Islam or a sultanate in the 9th century, and lasted until the 15th century. The Plak-plieng gravestone, which is characteristic of the Lamuri royal graves, was rediscovered in 1890. Based on the date written on the gravestone found, the Plak-plieng gravestone dates to the 12th century AD. Thus, the Plak-plieng gravestone was made during the Islamic era, or when Lamuri became an Islamic kingdom. The type of research in this study is research using a descriptive method. The descriptive method is a method used to look for elements, characteristics, and properties of a phenomenon. The method begins with collecting data, analysing the data, and interpreting it. This descriptive research tries to reveal and explain the problems that occur in society, especially the problem of searching for symbolic aesthetics on the Plak-plieng gravestones of the Lamuri kingdom of Aceh. The Plak-plieng gravestone contains various symbolic elements that we can find using Susane K. Langer's theory. The findings of the symbolic aesthetic meaning found are divided into several parts according to Langer's aesthetic theory. On the Plak-plieng gravestones of the Lamuri Kingdom of Aceh, symbolic aesthetics are found as a symbol of art. The implied value of this gravestone gives us an idea of the high artistic value that existed in past societies. In this way, we can see that the level of artistic taste of the people of Aceh in the past was very high. The discovery of the inscription on this gravestone also explains the glory days of a kingdom led by the owner of the gravestone. This day dates back nine hundred years. In this way, we can learn about the value of art in the past through the Acehnese civilisation and how they found materials for making sturdy gravestones and a variety of ornaments that were very complicated and beautiful.
