Abstract

Teachers who generally still apply classical learning, namely teaching in the classroom. This factor also causes students to find it difficult to write poetry because they are bored and cannot develop imagination, ideas that exist in students. This study aims to determine the learning process of poetry ability and find out the results of poetry writing skills using the outdoor study method. This research method uses a qualitative case study approach (case study). The subjects in this study were class V students. The data collection instruments used in this study were observation and interviews. By learning to write poetry using the Outdoor study method, it can improve student learning outcomes. Starting from the first meeting of students who have reached the KKM as many as 6 or 30% of students and students who have not reached the KKM as many as 14 or 70%. At the second meeting there were 13 or 65% students who had reached the KKM and 7 or 35% of students who had not reached the KKM. At the third meeting there were 16 or 80% of students who had reached the KKM and 4 or 20% of students who had not reached the KKM. At the fourth meeting, 19 or 95% of students who have reached the KKM and 1 or 5% of students who have not reached the KKM. The fourth meeting is the last meeting because based on the results of the fourth meeting the level of completeness can be achieved optimally.

Abstract

Family involvelment in leveraging abilities and child social behaviors is urgently needed. The role of a parent in particular is significant, parents must nurture and educate their children in order to socialize and communicate well. Communication between parent and child becomes according to the pattern set by the parent. Parents not only deliver by word but also set a fine example in conduct. The purpose of this study is to know the role of parent communication with child. In this study researchers use descriptive qualitative research, which takes location at SDN 1 Kapringan Kecamatan Krangkeng Kabupaten Indramayu. That data source used is a primary and secondary source of data. The techniques used in data collection are interviews, observation, and documentation. As for the role of parent communication with child, intimacy, agreement, precision of response, and appropriate tone of voice. Based on deduced analysis and understood thet the role of communication between parents and children is quite good. This can be seen from interviews and observation that been well realized by parents at SDN 1 Kapringan Kecamatan Krangkeng Kabupaten Indramayu.

Abstract

Mempelajari bahasa baru adalah proses yang menantang. Hal ini menuntut pembelajar untuk mencurahkan waktu dan usaha untuk berkomunikasi secara efektif dalam bahasa target. Salah satu masalah utama dalam pengajaran bahasa Inggris adalah kurangnya paparan bahasa Inggris seperti yang digunakan di dunia nyata. Itulah alasan utama mengapa mengajar bahasa Inggris di lingkungan yang tidak berbahasa Inggris merupakan suatu tantangan. Siswa perlu dilatih potensinya agar kemampuan mereka berbahasa Inggris dapat berkembang seperti penutur asli. Salah satu keterampilan yang paling penting untuk dikembangkan adalah pengucapan kata. Tulisan ini mengeksplorasi beberapa strategi belajar mengajar yang dapat digunakan oleh guru bahasa Inggris untuk meningkatkan keterampilan pengucapan kata siswa mereka.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan yang terjadi di tingkat sekolah dasar anak-anak masih memiliki kurangnya kesadaran dalam belajar, sehingga motivasi belajar dari dalam dirinya pun menurun. Proses pembelajaran di rumah memberikan respon yang berbeda dari setiap siswa, terkadang peserta didik merasa jenuh dan kesulitan belajar di rumah, karena terkendala akses jaringan dan kurangnya konsentrasi belajar peserta didik terhadap apa yang dikerjakan. Anak-anak lebih senang untuk bermain daripada belajar dikarenakan kurangnya pengawasan dan kontrol orang tua di rumah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran orang tua dalam menumbuhkan motivasi belajar anak di rumah pada masa pandemi covid-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis dan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah orang tua dan anak kelas IV SDN 1 Sidawangi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah peran orang tua dalam memberikan motivasi belajar kepada anak kelas IV di SDN 1 Sidawangi adalah peran orang tua dalam menumbuhkan motivasi belajar anak antara lain dengan cara orang tua mengetahui hasil belajar anak dengan melihat nilai rapot anak, memberikan perhatian ketika anak sedang belajar, memberikan hadiah ketika anak rajin dan semangat belajar, memberikan hukuman berupa teguran ketika anak malas belajar, orang tua memberikan fasilitas belajar yang cukup memadai dan memberikan penghargaan jika anak mendapatkan hasil belajar yang memuaskan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh kurangnya model pembelajaran inovatif yang digunakan oleh guru dalam pembelajaran matematika. Tujuan penelitan ini untuk menguji keefektifan model PjBL berbantuan soal openended terhadap hasil belajar matematika materi jaring-jaring bangun ruang sederhana kelas V SD Gugus Ki Hajar Dewantara Genuk Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan desain penelitian quasiexperimental dengan bentuk nonequivalent control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD Gugus Ki Hajar dewantara Genuk Semarang. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik cluster sampling.Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan teknik tes dan nontes. Analisis data hipotesis menggunakan uji z, uji t, dan n-gain. Hasil analisis data hipotesis yaitu: (1) hasil uji z kelas eksperimen diperoleh zhitung 2,56 > ztabel 1,64dan kelas kontrol zhitung -3,42 < ztabel 1,64. (2) uji t diperoleh hasil thitung 5,57 > ttabel 1,995 (3) uji N-gain diperoleh hasil kelas eksperimen 0,7034 > kelas kontrol 0,5243. Simpulan penelitinan ini adalah model PjBLberbantuan soal open ended efektif diterapkan pada pembelajaran matematika materi jaring-jaring bangun ruang sederhana kelas V SD Gugus Ki Hajar Dewantara Genuk Semarang.

Abstract

In order to align the development of mathematics learning equipment in Elementary School Teacher Education (PGSD) so that it is in accordance with the 2013 curriculum and charactereducation, it is developed the learning equipment of mathematics based on the 2013 curriculum and character education for students of Elementary School Teacher Education (PGSD)Department at Semarang State University (UNNES). This was development research to produce mathematics learning equipment based on the 2013 curriculum and character education. The learning equipment development used 4-D model (four D model) by Thianggarajan. It was produced valid mathematics learning equipment in the Elementary School Teacher Education (PGSD) Departmentbased on the 2013 curriculum and character education character after going through the validation process made by some experts or specialists in the field of mathematics and the 2013 curriculum with the average value of 83.485%. The learning equipment included syllabus, Lecturing Unit (SAP), teaching materials, media, evaluation tool. The results of the development of mathematics learning equipment based on the 2013 and character education for students of Elementary School Teacher Education (PGSD) Department are valid, identified by: (1) The development of mathematics learning equipment based on the 2013 and character educationreached an average score of learning outcomes by 72.3. (2) The average score of learning outcomes in the experimental class using the mathematics learning equipment based on the 2013 and character educationis higher than the average score of learning outcomes in the control class implementing conventional learning.

Abstract

There is contradiction on art creation breaking the pornography act. It  has the impact at existing argumentation on the form of beauty and badness of an art creation. There are some ideas to give nature asmosphere of the contradiction, just like that art is aesthetic scope finding the nature of beauty and badness values, making creation, and expressing its beauty. on the other hand, morality is ethical scope finding the goodness and badness values. Knowledge is epistemology scope examining the truth and wrongness values. Based on some ideas above, the problems of the research were whether there was morality within art, and whether art morality could be build through education, or vise versa, and also whether there was art that was free of any values except its aesthetic values. This writing tried to discuss those problems and give alternative solutions. It also tried to discuss those problems using religion and philosophy approaches. In any religion perspective, each of human beings will be responsible for his/her deeds, including art creation and expression, at least in morality responsibility. Abstract

Seni lagu dolanan sebagai aset budaya daerah terdiri dari berbagai ragam lagu anak. Yang dimaksut aset budaya adalah adat kebiasaan, norma-norma, aturan-aturan, ciri khas, kekayaan jenis-jenis lagu, dan musik yang dimiliki oleh bangsa. Fenomena di SDN Tambakaji 03 Semarang ditemukan data bahwa anak-anak kelas 03 kurang mengenal terhadap keanekaragaman lagu daerah, baik lagu daerah Jawa maupun daerah luar Jawa. Di saat anak-anak istirahat jarang sekali di jumpai mereka bermain sambil menyanyikan lagu dolanan. Anak-anak jarang sekali berkerumun dengan suka cita bermain dakon, gobaksodor, bethengan, pasaran, congklak, jamuran, cublak-cublak suweng, bangrahena, soleram, lir-ilir, sluku-sluku bathok, sampai delikan (bersembunyi). Anak-anak juga jarang duduk-duduk bersama dengan menyanyikan lagu dolanan. Kesempatan bernyanyi lagu daerah/lagu dolanan dan bermain menjadi hal yang langka bagi anak-anak, karena memang lagu-lagu tersebut kurang popular di hati dan di telinga anak-anak. Tujuan penelitian yaitu: Mendeskripsikan proses pelaksanaan pedekatan apresiasi dalam kegiatan pembelajaran mengenal dan menyanyikan lagu dolanan anak. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru kelas, dan siswa. Jumlah siswa yang dijadikan sampel adalah 20 orang. Teknik pengambilan data dengan: observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan catatan lapangan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian yaitu pelaksanaan pedekatan apresiasi dalam kegiatan pembelajaran mengenal dan menyanyikan lagu dolanan anak dapat berhasil dengan baik yang meliputi 1). Guru membantu siswa untuk menyadari kelemahan dan kekuatannya  dalam belajar, 2). Guru membantu siswa menumbuhkan kepercayaan diri, 3). Guru selalu bersikap terbuka terhadap pendapat siswa tentang lagu dolanan, 4). Guru memahami karakteristik setiap individu dalam kegiatan bernyanyi.

Abstract

The Music arrangement has the work done through music performances on stage that doing not only technique but of value artistic. The first observation seen that degree creativity music arrangement subject by PGSD University student are: 1) the low response and appreciation, 2) less motivated, 3). less active for the session answer and question, 4). not self of the learning, 5). ess skill dan creativity of create music arrangement. The purpose of this research were to describe the implementation and creativity music arrangement of PGSD University student through image streaming method. Data collection techniques using observations, documents, field notes, and questionnaire. The results showed that music learning and creativity of PGSD University student using image streaming method has very good improved.

Abstract

The aimed of this study to identify the students’ ability in reading comprehension based on Barret Taxonomy at fourth grade students SD N Gugus Dwija Harapan Kecamatan Mijen. The writer conducted the research in beginning April until May 2016 and used descriptive research. Data of the research obtained the objective test and interview for the teachers and the students.The result of the study indicated that the average score obtained at literal comprehension level was 74%, the level of reorganized comprehension was 71%, the level of inferential comprehension was 68%, the level of evaluative comprehension was 56%, and the level of appreciation comprehension was 58%. According to interview for the students, in can be generalized that there were the difficulties in comprehending the text, such as 1) low vision condition; 2) disabilities to read fluently; 3) disabilities to paraphrase; 4) loss of words; 5) reduplicate words; 6) the difficulties to analyze the grammatical; 7) disabilities to identify the meaning word of sentences. According to the students problem, the writer suggest that 1) grouping the students spatially; 2) improving the students interest of reading; 3) using the strategy to identify the meaning; and 4) using the fun learning method.
