Abstract

Pengembangan permainan kasbols merupakan model pembelajaran penjasorkes yang dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran yang menarik bagi siswa. Model permainan ini merupakan variasi pembelajaran agar siswa tidak merasa bosan dengan permainan yang sudah ada. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan. Analisis menggunakan ANOVA satu faktor. Aspek kognitif, afektif dan psikomotor dalam kategori sedang, sedangkan untuk ketertarikan terhadap permainan kasbols sebagian besar siswa mempunyai ketertarikan yang positif dan dapat menerima permainan ini.Kata Kunci: pengembangan; permainan kasbols; penjasorkesKasbols game development is penjasorkes learning model that can be used as a learning medium that appeals to students. This game is a variation model of learning that students do not feel bored with the games that already exist. This study is a research development. Analysis using ANOVA single factor. Abstract

A regular physical activity has benefits on motor performance among student with cerebral palsy. In this study were investigating the assessment of motorperformance on eye-hand coordination and lower-body coordination between cerebral palsy. A total of 21 male and female students (n = 21) were involved from Penang Spastic Center. The anthropometrics were measured height and weight and two motor performance test were conducted namely target Throwing with Ball in Basket and AAHPERD ball-changing Zigzag Run Test. All the data were analyzed using SPSS and presented as mean of (± SEM). The mean age of all subjects were 18.00 ± 3.61 years old ranging from 12 – 24 years old. The majority of the subjects were Chinese 53%, followed by Malays 33.3% and 14% Indian. The mean value height and weight of all subjects were 150.1± 32.4 m and 59.9 ± 15.51 kg. The mean value for Target Throwing with Ball in Basket 0.90 ± 0.436 and AAHPERD Ball-changing Zigzag Run Test 0:01:22.19 ± 0:00:24.836 minutes. The test shows they are not much difference in upper and lower body coordination. However, on this studies are found people with cerebral palsy were low level on motor performance. Thus, more study on the designing and implementation of physical on motor performance program for people with cerebral palsy should be conducted in order to increase their physical performance level.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of aerobic exercise on the increased levels of high-density lipoprotein in the blood of athletes aerobic gymnastics Central Java province. Experimental research methods  research design with one group pretest-posttestwith treatment form of aerobic exercise with intensity of 75-85% of DN Max, duration and frequency of exercise  4560 minutes of exercise 3-5 times per week for 8 weeks. The population in this study are all athletes aerobic gymnastics Central Java province. Data retrieval technique with purposive sample, obtained 6 samples aerobic gymnastics athletes. This study variables aerobic exercise and levels of high density lipoprotein (HDL) (mg / dl). To analyze differences in changes in HDL cholesterol levels in the two groups used the T test analysis.There are significant differences in the levels of HDL between before and after exercise aerobikkelompok, t> t table, ie 4663> 2571. Aerobic exercise can increase levels of high-density lipoprotein in the blood of athletes aerobic gymnastics Central Java province at 3:34 mg / dl or 7:47%. Conclusion: Aerobic exercise effect on increasing levels of high density lipoprotein.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menciptakan produk modifikasi pegangan raket untuk meningkatkan kemampuan teknik pegangan dalam permainan bulutangkis. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai aspek 1 tentang “selama mengikuti bulutangkis dengan menggunakan media modifikasi pegangan raket, bagaimana perasaanmu?” Respon 84 siswa atau 84% responden merasa senang. Aspek ke 2. “Apakah penggunaan modifikasi sebagai pegangan handuk dengan perekat, apa yang kamu rasakan?” Respon 79 siswa atau 79% dari responden merasa lebih mudah untuk belajar. Pertanyaan ke-3. “Apa pendapatmu tentang tugas selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung?” Respon 83 siswa atau 83% responden merasa mudah, 15 orang atau 15% responden menjawab biasa-biasa saja, dan 2 orang atau 2% dari responden menjawab sulit. Jawaban untuk aspek no-4. “Apa pendapat anda tentang modifikasi dengan perekat sebagai pegangan “respon 86 siswa atau 86% responden menjawab bisa diteruskan. Penggunaan produk pegangan raket bulutangkis memberikan dampak positif pada mahasiswa untuk belajar teknik pegangan raket The purpose of this study was to create a product modifications to improve the ability of the racquet handle grip technique in the game of badminton. The research approach used is the research development. The results obtained by the first aspect of the “For by using the media to follow badminton racquet grip modification, how do you feel?” Student response 84 people or 84% of respondents feel happy. Aspects in point about No. 2. “Does the use of modifications as a towel holder with adhesive grip, you say?” Student response 79 people or 79% of respondents felt it easier to learn. Aspects of the grain questions 3. “What do you think about the commands or tasks during the learning process take place?” Response of 83 students or 83% of respondents found it easy, 15 people or 15% of respondents answered mediocre, and 2 men or 2 % of respondents answered difficult. Aspects in point question no 4. “ What is your opinion about modifications to the adhesive as the grip.” student response 86 people or 86% of respondents answered could be forwarded. Badminton racquet grip products use a positive impact on the students to learn techniques racket grip.

Abstract

Kondisi fisik merupakan salah satu faktor penting untuk diperhatikan dalam setiap cabang olahraga untuk mencapai prestasi tertinggi. Tujuan mempersiapkan fisik dalam latihan adalah meningkatkan komponen biomotor ke standar yang paling tinggi. Kemampuan biomotor explosive power dan kecepatan merupakan komponen penting yang diperlukan disetiap cabang olahraga. Latihan plyometric seperti jump to box, front box jump dan depth jump merupakan jenis latihan yang mampu mengembangkan kemampuan bimotor tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis tentang: (1) pengaruh latihan jump to box terhadap explosive power, (2) pengaruh latihan jump to box terhadap kecepatan, (3) pengaruh latihan front box jump terhadap explosive power, (4) pengaruh latihan front box jump terhadap kecepatan, (5) pengaruh latihan depth jump terhadap explosive power, (6) pengaruh latihan depth jump terhadap kecepatan, (7) perbedaan pengaruh latihan jump to box, front box jump dan depth jump terhadap explosive power, (8) perbedaan pengaruh latihan jump to box, front box jump dan depth jump terhadap kecepatan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen semu (quasi experiment). Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan matching only design, analisis data menggunakan uji-t dan ANOVA. Proses pengambilan data pretest dan posttest dilakukan dengan pengukuran berat badan dan vertical jump untuk mengukur explosive power, kemudian dilakukan pengukuran lari cepat 30 meter untuk mengukur kecepatan.Hasil analisis data diperoleh data rata-rata antara pretest dan posttest masing-masing kelompok yaitu: (a) Kelompok eksperimen I untuk explosive power = 14,470 watt, sig.= 0,029 dan kecepatan = 0,035 m/second, sig = 0,001. (b) Kelompok eksperimen II untuk explosive power = 14,153 watt, sig.= 0,002 dan kecepatan = 0,035 m/second, sig = 0,000. (c) Kelompok eksperimen III untuk explosive power = 19,113 watt, sig.= 0,002 dan kecepatan = 0,048 m/second, sig = 0,000. (d) Kelompok kontrol untuk explosive power = 4,757 watt, sig.= 0,000 dan kecepatan = 0,020 m/second, sig = 0,003. Sedangkan perbedaan pengaruh antar kelompok memiliki sig. 0,040 pada explosive power sedangkan sig. 0,001 pada kecepatan. Simpulan hasil penelitian, terdapat pengaruh signifikan latihan jump to box, front box jump dan depth jump terhadap explosive power otot tungkai dan kecepatan. Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara latihan jump to box, front box jump dan depth jump terhadap explosive power otot tungkai dan kecepatan. Latihan depth jump lebih baik dari latihan jump to box dan front box jump.The physical condition is one important factor to consider in any sport to achieve the highest achievement. Interest physically prepare the exercise is to improve biomotor components to the highest standards. Biomotor ability explosive power and speed are essential components required in every sport. Plyometric exercises such as jump to box, front box jump and depth jump is a type of exercise that develops the ability bimotor. The purpose of this study is to analyze about: (1) the effects of exercise jump to box against explosive power, (2) the effects of exercise jump to box against speed, (3) the effects of exercise front box jumps on explosive power, (4) the effects of exercise front box jumps to the speed, (5) the effect exercise depth jump against explosive power, (6) the effect of exercise depth jump to the speed, (7) differences in the effects of exercise jump to box, front box jump and depth jump on explosive power, (8) differences in the effects of exercise jump to box, front box jump and depth jump to the speed. This research is a quantitative with quasi-experimental. The research design uses matching only design, data analysis using t-test and ANOVA. The process of data collection is done with a pretest and posttest weight measurements and to measure vertical jump explosive power, then measuring sprinting 30 meters to measure speed. The results of data analysis using SPSS version 20 on average between pretest and posttest each group, namely: (a) The experimental group I for explosive power = 14,470 watts, sig. = 0.029 and speed = 0,035 m / second, sig = 0.001. (b) The experimental group II for explosive power = 14,153 watts, sig. = 0.002 and velocity = 0.035 m / second, sig = 0.000. (c) The experimental group III for explosive power = 19,113 watts, sig. = 0.002 and velocity = 0.048 m / second, sig = 0.000. (d) The control group for explosive power = 4,757 watt, sig. = 0.000 and speed = 0,020 m / second, sig = 0.003. While the difference between the influence of the group had sig. 0.040 on explosive power while sig. 0.001 at speed. Conclusion The results of the study, that (1) There is a significant effect of exercise jump to box, front box jump and depth jump of leg muscle explosive power and speed. (2) There is a significant difference between the exercise jump to box, front box jump and depth jump of leg muscle explosive power and speed.Exercise depth jump better than exercise jump to box and front box jump.

Abstract

Global issues related to healthy lifestyle, one of them through physical activity has become a reference for many nations and institutions continue to encourage people to actively engage in physical activity, particularly through sporting activities. Athletic institutions in Indonesia in general and Central Java and Semarang in particular also uses a global issue healthy lifestyle as a reference to develop the program and use it as a direction in a variety of activities. In many instances, the Department of Sport Science FIK Unnes have participated instrumental in promoting a healthy lifestyle, both as a driver and as a partner for other institutions. Purpose of this study was to determine the community’s participation in the District Banyumanik, Gunungpati, Semarang south and Tembalang. This study used a questionnaire survey method to capture accurately the situation and condition of the public sports activities in the city of Semarang, and absorb the “taste” of society in exercising. Instruments will capture qualitative data and quantitative data. Analysis of the data used together according to the type of data obtained in order to achieve the research objectives. From the research it can be concluded: (1) Community participation in sports  (2) Teens status as high school students, have awareness of doing exercise,and Tembalang, low, (2) Teens status as high school students, have awareness of doing exercise, (3) Teens status as a student, have a consciousness for a preliminary equipment / exercise equipment independently, (4) type of physical activity performed is the most healthy way.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat apakah ada pengaruh latihan ground stroke forehand dalam permainan tenis dengan menggunakan metode latihan global. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Olahraga dan Kesehatan Universitas Jambi yang mengikuti perkuliahan tenis, yaitu berjumlah 78 orang. Sampel penelitian ini adalah berjumlah 25 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen. Hipotesis penelitian adalah Metode latihan global dapat meningkatkan akurasi ground stroke forehand  dalam permainan tenis. Teknik analisa data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan uji t. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan diketahui terjadi peningkatan rata-rata antara tes awal dan tes akhir pada metode latihan, yaitu untuk metode latihan global sebesar 4,92. Selanjutnya dilakukan pengujian hipotesis ketiga dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan analisis statistik uji t tes. Setelah dilakukan pengujian hipotesis diketahui nilai t-hitung  adalah sebesar didapat  t hitung = 19.09 lebih besar dari t tabel  (ά=0.05:24) = 1.711. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulan bahwa metode latihan global  efektif dalam meningkatkan akurasi ground stroke forehand dalam permainan tenis mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Olahraga dan Kesehatan  FKIP Universitas Jambi.Kata Kunci: tenis; ground stroke forehand; metode latihan globalAbstract The purpose of this study is to see whether there are training effects of ground strokes forehand in tennis game by using the global training method. The populations in this study are students of Sport and Health  Education, Jambi University, who attending the tennis course, which numbered 78 people. The sample in this study are 25 people. The sampling technique is done by using proportional random sampling technique. Research carried out by using experimental method. Research hypothesis is the global training method can improve the accuracy of ground strokes forehand in tennis game. A data analysis technique in the study was performed by t-test. Based on the data analysis, there was improvement of score average between the initial test and final test on the training method, namely to the global training method for 4.92. Furthermore, the third hypothesis was tested in this study by using the t-test statistical analysis. After testing the hypothesis, known t count = 19. 09 bigger than t tabel  (ά=0,05:24) = 1.711. Thus it can be concluded that the global training method is effective in improving the accuracy of the ground stroke forehand in tennis game of students of Sport and Health  Education, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Jambi University.Keywords: tennis; ground stroke forehand; global training method

Abstract

Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui : (1) Pengaruh latihan berbeban Squats terhadap  prestasi lompat jangkit. (2) Perbedaan   prestasi lompat jangkit antara mahasiswa yang memiliki rasio panjang telapak kaki dan tinggi badan, besar, sedang dan kecil. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan rancangan factorial 1 X 3. Sempel penelitian adalah mahasiswa putra Jurusan Pendidikan Olahraga dan Kepelatihan Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta sebanyak 15 mahasiswa. Variabel penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 variabel bebas dan 1 variabel terikat. Variable bebas dalam peneltian ini adalah : (1) metode latihan sebagai variable manipulatif, yaitu latihan  berbeban latihan berbebansquats (2) rasio panjang telapak kaki dan tinggi badan besar, sedang, dan kecil. Variable terikat dalam peneltian ini adalah prestasi lompat jangkit. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Variansi dua jalur dan uji lanjut menggunakan uji-t metode LSD (Least Significant Difference), pada taraf signifikansi 5% (α=0,05). Komputasi pada Analisis Varians menggunakan bantuan program statistik SPSS 20.Hasil penelitian adalah :(1) Ada pengaruh metode latihan berbeban terhadap prestasi lompat jangkit. Metode latihan berbeban Squat memberikan pengaruh peningkatan sebesar 3%terhadap prestasi lompat jangkit. (2) Tidak ada perbedaan prestasi lompat jangkit antara mahasiswa yang memiliki rasio panjang telapak kaki dan tinggi badan kategori besar, sedang, dan kecil. 0,083> 0.05.Kelompok mahasiswayang memiliki rasio panjang telapak kaki dan tinggi badan kategori kecil dengan perlakuan metode latihan berbeban squat memiliki prestasi lompat jangkit paling baik di antara delapan kelompok lainnya, dengan rata-rata prestasi sebesar 1100 cm.The main objective of this study is to determine: (1) Effect of exercise load Squats against the triple jump achievement. (2) The difference in triple jump achievement between students who have a foot length ratio and height, large, medium and small. The method used is an experimental method with factorial design 1 X 3. The sample of the study are male students Department of Physical Education and Coaching the Faculty of Education University of March Surakarta as many as 15 students. The variables of this study consisted of two independent variables and one dependent variable. Free variable in this research are: (1) a method of exercise as a manipulative variable, namely the training burden laden exercise squats (2) the ratio of length and height foot large, medium, and small. Dependent variable in this research is the triple jump achievement. Data analysis technique used is Variance Analysis of two lanes and a further test using t-test method of LSD (Least Significant Difference), at a significance level of 5% (α = 0.05). Computing the Analysis of Variance using the help of statistical program SPSS 20. The results are: (1) There is an effect of exercise methods to achievement loaded triple jump. The method of training load Squat effect an increase of 3% on the performance of triple jump. (2) There is no difference between student achievement triple jump where the ratio of length of the foot and height categories of large, medium, and small. 0.083> 0.05. The student group that has a long ratio foot height and a small category with the treatment method loaded squat exercise has triple jump accomplishment of any of the eight other groups, with an average achievement of 1100 cm.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the body building exercise program to increase muscle mass (chest, arms, thighs, and calves) FIK IKORA UNY students class of 2009. This study uses a quasi-experimental design with the one-group pretest-posttest design. The study population was IKORA student class of 2009. The sample in this study involves the entire student Prodi IKORA FIK UNY class of 2009 who took the course in the concentration of Weight Training II. The instrument used is to use a tape measure to measure centimeter meter. Analysis using normality test to determine whether the distribution of data has a normal distribution. Variant test to test the homogeneity of variance of the data similarity experimental group. T-test to determine whether there are differences in the variables between pretest and posttest in the experimental group. Results of the analysis showed that {t | t <- 2.160 or t> 2.160} with a significance level of p = 0.000 <0.05. So it can be demonstrated that significant research hypothesis: (1) body building training program can increase muscle mass chest with t test results {t = - 5.486 or 5.486}, (2) body building training program can increase muscle mass arm with the t test {t = - 7.431 or 7.431}, (3) body building exercise program can increase thigh muscle mass with the t test {t = - 2.403 or 2.403}, and (4) body building training program can increase muscle mass calf with the results of t test {t = - 2.834 or 2.834}.

Abstract

Kemampuan kerja otot selama olahraga tergantung pada penggunaan energi dalam bentuk ATP. Sehingga berbagai macam unsur dalam metabolik dan biokimia berhubungan dengan prestasi olahraga. Pemanipulasian bionergi berfungsi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan ketahanan dalam berolahraga. Salah satunya adalah dengan penggunaan carnitine.
