Abstract

This study aims to investigate the relationship between lecturer support, classroom environment, and several student psychological factors such as mathematical resilience, self-efficacy, and self-confidence. The research subjects consisted of 77 mathematics education students. The research instrument was a 38-question questionnaire. The results of data analysis showed that students gave positive responses with an average of 80.03 to lecturer support, 75.66 to the classroom environment, 79.15 to mathematical resilience, 80.57 to self-efficacy, and 75.95 to self-confidence. Furthermore, multiple linear regression analysis showed that lecturer support and classroom environment significantly influenced students' mathematical resilience by 26.7%, self-efficacy by 25.5%, and self-confidence by 30.2%. This finding indicates that the implementation of learning both in the classroom and outside the classroom is considered quite good by students. It also provides a deeper understanding of the factors that contribute to students' learning experience. The implications of this finding suggest developing strategies to improve the quality of learning by taking into account aspects of lecturer support and physical and social environmental conditions. Thus, it is expected to support students' academic achievement and personal development optimally. Abstract

This research aims to determine a prediction model using Simple Linear Regression for time series data on the number of elementary school students in Cilacap from 2010 to 2023 and to obtain predicted results on the number of elementary school students in Cilacap for the following year. The data pattern of the number of elementary school students in Cilacap is known to have a decreasing trend. The time series data was subjected to the Durbin-Watson test to see whether there was autocorrelation. It was found that data on the number of elementary school students in Cilacap from 2010 to 2023 did not have autocorrelation with the Durbin-Watson (d) computing value of 1.385. The requirements for time series data have been met, so that forecasting analysis can be carried out using Simple Linear Regression and it is found that the regression equation is y ̂=168698.604-1600.519x. This regression equation is used to predict the value of the number of elementary school students in Cilacap for the next year. The forecasting accuracy level is 97.303% or with a MAPE error value of 2.697%, which means that the ability of the regression model to predict is very accurate. Thus, the predicted data on the number of elementary school students in Cilacap for the next period in 2024 is 144690 students. Keywords: Forecasting, Time Series, Linear Regression

Abstract

Tempe is a daily food of Indonesian people that is famous for its high nutritional content. One of the home industries that produce tempe in Pontianak City is Pabrik Tempe Tuan Y. In distributing tempe, Pabrik Tempe Tuan Y  applies a transshipment system with two markets as transit points, where these two markets have different locations. This study aims to determine the solution to the tempe distribution problem and determine the minimum distribution cost that can be incurred by Pabrik Tempe Tuan Y. The problem in this study is a transshipment problem with mixed constraints, where the source and destination constraints consist not only of equation signs but also inequality signs. The Max-Min method is a method for solving transshipment problems with mixed constraints that can be used to obtain optimal solutions from solving all types of transshipment problems. The transshipment problem is organized in the form of a transportation table. The table is then solved using the Max-Min method. The results showed a decrease in total transportation costs from Rp 292,136.00 to Rp 260,193.00 with a cost difference of Rp 31,943.00.  Keywords: Transportation Problem, Transshipment Problem with Mixed Constraints, Max-Min Method.
