Abstract

The author uses experimental research methods because the author will look for the effect of treatment (treatment) particular. The type of experiment used is Quasy Experimental Design, which has a control group but is not fully functional to control the outside variables that affect the implementation of the experiment. This research was conducted in class VII of SMP Negeri 13 Bandar Lampung consisting of 2 classes namely experimental class (VII E) applied Somatis Approach, Auditory, Visual, Intellectual (SAVI) based on brain gym to cognitive learning result and control class (VII A) Using learning methods of lectures and frequently asked questions. Data collection techniques are test (pretest and posttest), and documentation. There is a significant influence of Somatic, Auditory, Visual, Intellectual (SAVI) -based Brain Gym approach to cognitive learning outcomes in science learning especially in students of SMPN 13 Bandar Lampung. The achievement of improved cognitive learning outcomes can be seen from the pretest and posttest values, in the pretest grade control classes 63.75 and posttest 70.63 and the pretest average pretest grade of 69.06 and the posttest 77.03.

Abstract

This research method used correlation quantitative research using cross sectional approach. The study population is class VII Integral Minhajuth Thullab junior a number of 70 students then the simpling technique used is purposive sampling, the sample was selected as many as 24 students of class VIIB. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires, observations and interviews. The results showed 20 (83.3%) of the students had low social interaction and there were 18 students (75.1%) who had a closed attitude. While pserta students (16.7%) who have a high social interaction. The result of the analysis shows that there is a significant correlation between self-disclosure with social interaction of students of class VIIB. Suggestions asked by the researchers for the school is to facilitate the needs of learners and teachers counseling guidance to recommend space for conducting a counseling session in order to help learners. And especially for guidance and counseling teachers to be able to create counseling guidance services program, especially personal and social problems either by personal or group service.

Abstract

Perceptions of students SMA Negeri Pesisir Tengah generally do not have an understanding of Integral Counseling Guidance. There are three groups of opinions in perceiving counseling guidance (BK), First, students who perceive that counseling guidance (BK) as a disciplinary supervisor of students against school rules besides other problems. Secondly, counseling guidance (BK) as an effort to assist students in handling problems, especially the problem of discipline of students to the discipline of school, and Third, students who understand the BK as a guiding student guide and guide students, to help students understand themselves and help solve problems faced by students to better, Including discipline. In general, students' understanding of Counseling Guidance is as a student security handling body. As for the principles that exist in the Counseling Guidance in the process of activity is not yet understood. Thus, in the student's program, the target of counseling service in the activity process has not been fulfilled. Thus in the student's understanding, the target of counseling services or students relating to Counseling and Guidance are students who have school problems.

Abstract

School counseling and counseling services are a support service for either individual or group learners in order to solve the current problem. In the implementation of the service activities on the program that has succeeded by the supervising teacher by paying attention to the needs and problems of the learners. At the end of the service, one of the stages that must be performed by the supervising teacher is the evaluation. The problem in this research is how the implementation of guidance and counseling service program in overcoming the behavior of ditching students in High School YP Unila Bandar Lampung. This type of qualitative research is field research (field research) with the type of descriptive research. The population in this study are all students of class X, principal, student waka, and tutor. Data completion technique using interview method, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate the implementation of evaluation activities guidance and counseling program in addressing the behavior of ditching class X students at YP Unila Bandar Lampung High School.

Abstract

Children with special needs are children who have body and mental disorders. In exceptional education or special education of children with disabilities, addressed to children who are deemed to have deviations from the normal average condition of normal children, in terms of physical, mental, or social behavior characteristics, or children different from the general average, because there are problems in the ability to think, sight, hearing, socialization, and moving. This study aims to get an overview of the experience of Teacher Guidance and Counseling in dealing with children with special needs. This research uses phenomenology design with in-depth interview method. The data collected was the result of interviews and field notes analyzed, this research produced 24 themes. The results describe feelings of acceptance, feelings of anger, feelings of depression, and the burden of time. The handling done by the Teacher Guidance and Counseling shows the purpose and type of needs by using a variety of specific methods. Guidance and Counseling Teachers need social support and infrastructure and have used several sources and forms of support during the handling of Children with Special Needs. Environmental responses require Master Bk to modify the ways in which children with special needs both in teaching and learning systems cover various barriers, curricula and teaching materials, problem-solving co-operation, student ratings, flexibility, accountability.

Abstract: In general, counseling is a process to help a person get a mind-set (insegth) so that can make choices or make decisions about a problem or problem in the face. Abstract

This study aims to review the moral development of children. In attitudes and moral behaviors implied values are held with regard to the value of something that is said to be good and right, proper, and should happen. The problem is why the attitude of moral development in children today is increasingly apprehensive. Mostly passed from generation to generation through a lifelong educational process. There are values that need to be maintained, some are assimilated toward progress or progressive change, but some are altered or shifted due to various factors that influence it. This model is expected to be one of our mechanisms as parents, teachers, and society needs to understand the development of moral attitudes in order to help learners develop a moral attitude that is desirable, educate learners to be good children, and be morally good and right.

Abstract

By looking at the relationship between the more dynamic teenagers, the BK Teachers can anticipate the provision of BK services by utilizing their peers as a means to be able to provide assistance to their peers. In this PTK researchers improve on efforts to improve student self-confidence. The sample that the researcher took was based on the sociometric assessment data where there were isolated students in the class. The isolated student is assisted by the most favorite students with peer counseling training and it is shown that peer counseling can help improve students' self-confidence.

Abstract

This article aims to determine the work motivation of outsourced workers before being given motivation training, knowing the work motivation of outsourced workers after being given motivation training. Then know whether there is an influence of motivation training to improve work motivation and know the smoothness of motivation training. The research method used is a pure experimental method, with pretest-posttest control group design research design. The subjects of the research are outsourced workers as cleaning service in UIN Imam Bonjol Padang totaling 30 people. Subjects were selected based on randomization measured using a work motivation scale, which was divided into two groups: the experimental group and the control group. Each group has 15 people. The experimental group was given treatment in the form of motivation training, while the control group did not. Based on the pretest results, the experimental group and the control group showed moderate work motivation. In the posttest results, the experimental group experienced improvement after treatment. While the control group that was not given treatment there was no increase, even the decrease of work motivation. The result of the research proves that the giving of motivation training has an effect on the increase of work motivation to the outsourced workers as cleaning service in UIN Imam Bonjol Padang. The training implementation questionnaire proved that motivational training was going well for the participants.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between gratitude and subjective well-being of parents who have mentally retarded children in SLB Negeri 2 Padang. The measuring instrument in this research is a psychological scale that reveals aspects of the research in the form of statement items. Data were collected using two scales, namely the thankful scale and the subjective welfare scale. The scale of gratitude is referred to from Al-Ghazali's theory whose operation is based on the interpretation of the verses concerning gratitude. Whereas the scale of subjective well-being is referred to from the theory of diener which states that subjective well-being consists of two dimensions, namely affective and cognitive. The subjects in this study were parents who have mental retardation children in SLB Negeri 2 Padang, amounting to 83 people. The data collection technique in this research is to use simple random sampling which means that each subject has the same opportunity to be chosen. The results of the correlation analysis showed a relationship between gratitude and subjective well-being among parents who have intellectual disabilities in SLB Negeri 2 Padang. The correlation coefficient of the results of data analysis amounted to 0.156 (rxy = 0.516 p <0.05). The general description of the research data shows that the thankful level of parents of mentally retarded children is included in the high criteria with a percentage of 56% and the high subjective well-being of mentally retarded children at 62%. This means that the mentally retarded child's parents are able to be enthusiastic in educating their children and accepting their child's condition gracefully.
