Abstract

Nowadays, the study of philosophy has been much distribute of thoughts. Well that idea was in the sector of the humanities and Islamic studies. In Islam, has a lot use of methodology of philosophy developed by western civilization. Methods suchs as realism, empiricism and phenomenology have been become the paradigm to get the truth. And also latest method that used that is a method of a hermeneutic. A methods of interpretation in epistemology that will bring a new way to understand science of Islam, like Tafseer of The Qur’an. There is controversy inusing hermeneutical approaches for understanding the holy Qur’an. One group rejects it, while the others accepts it. This study will explore both arguments and will argue that in fact the two groups of tenets can be communicated and can be combined into one single purpose, that is applying the Qur’anic teachings in the islamic societies, eventhough through different methodstat sometimes each of them has distinct conclusion. The sigificance of this study is to show that the hermeneutic is an alternative to develop Qur’anic exegesis method.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper, to examine deeply about the relationship of Islamic law and customary law in the tradition marriage that backed by the different interpretation in the phenomenon of tradition marriage in Indonesia. The distinction sets out from an opinion that the relationship between Islamic law and tradition marriage as a conflicting and dominate each other. Such patterns of interaction ultimately lead to an attitude of mutual blame against the traditions prevailing in society. Before Islam, Hinduism is a religion that dominates almost in all aspects of community life. Nevertheless, Islam does not abolish the tradition that has long lived in society as a whole. Herein comes the interaction between Islam and tradition. The main issues of this research using the method of data collection is done by observation, interview and documentation. Analytical techniques used are qualitative analysis consisting of data reduction, presentation and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that first, the philosophical foundation in tradition marriage is religion. As strong as any society holds strongly to tradition but still can not abandon religion as the basis of human instinct. Second, the relationship between Islamic law and tradition marriage is a harmonious relationship. Tradition marriage as a result of the process of assimilating the law that occurred in the community.

Abstract

As we know, Indonesia is an unique country with various tribe, ethnic, language, culture, and religion. All the diversity to be incorporated in the concept “Bhineka Tunggal Ika” which means different but remains just one. This unity that makes Indonesia mre beautiful within its harmonization. However, at this moment Indonesia is going through a crisis of tolerance where every individual or group blames others individual or group. An unity is very important for Indonesia’s progress. Surely, We need a solution for intolerance problem. This paper analyze about ummatan wasathan or the middle mankind as Islamic thinking for dig up its values. By using study text, context, and contextualization towards Q.S. Al-Baqarah : 143 this paper tries to catch message, and meant from that verse. This verse mentions that Alloh has made Islam mankind to be ummatan wasathan. The conclusion from this paper is for answer intolerance problem that threatens an unity in Indonesia, so that the harmonization within various can keep to be saved, and preserved.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to examine da’wah strategy through social media type facebook and instagram by targeting Muslim teenager as object of da’wah. Teens must be empowered morally and spiritually because adolescents have a big part in determining the quality of civilization nation and religion. The result of this research reveals that da’wah strategy in facebook and instagram must be representative that is with creative way to be effective. Thus the purpose of communication propaganda that is the change of behavior, attitude or deeds with the content and hope of the message disampaiakn and the realization of the righteous deeds are deeds in harmony with messages (treatise) al-Quran and Sunnah will be more easily achieved. One of the simplest da’wah that can be done is by simple preaching through creative, unique and full-length video and video content with short video durations. With the moral and spiritual flight superior to Muslim teenagers, the necessity of Islamic civilization in pursuit of its glory will experience acceleration.

Abstract

Tujuan penulisan ini untuk meneropong sosial media Instagram yang banyak digemari oleh masyarakat luas.Melalui sosial media Instagram semua orang bebas berekspresi sekaligus menyebarkan informasi.Hal tersebut dimanfaatkan para pendakwah maupun masyarakat biasa untuk menyebarkan nilai-nilai keislaman.Konsep pada tulisan ini didasarkan pada konsep penggambaran serta pemahaman menyebarkan nilai- nilai keislaman melalui sosial media instagram.Jenis tulisan ini adalah deskriptif. Pengamatan dan analisis dalam tulisan ini didasarkan pada observasi yang dilakukan melalui sosial media Instagram Indonesia Menutup Aurat, dokumentasi serta wawancara pengguna akun tersebut. Hasil dalam tulisan ini menjelaskan relevansi dakwah dan sosial media yang banyak diminati masyarakat sehingga informasi yang disampaikan pendakwah mudah diterima masyarakat dan menunjukkan keefektivan dakwah melalui sosial media Instagram.

Abstract

The writing is about family problem “factory worker”in Purbalingga ragency. So many jobs for women replacing job opportunity of men. Cause about 20% men worker from women worker total are worked in industry sector. Many husbands are jobless, otherwise many wives leave their activities as housewife to work in hair processing factory for helping and lightening family economy. So it be the one of important things influencing disharmony in family wich encouraging the high divorce number besides many early marriage factors in Purbalingga regency. This research is done by observation, documentation study and interview. The result is obtained that showing divorce claim from women who feel women have power, while men don’t have economy establishment. Of course, the divorce claim is accompanied various reason causing disharmony in household, cause the wife feels a husband can’t provide for family well.

Abstract

Women have similarities between humans in the main teachings of Islam. However, in today’s society women are still regarded as weak creatures compared to men, women have only a role as a wife and mother. Women can not develop their potential because of the phenomenon of gender inequality that occurs in society. Love’s novel Love Sparks in Korea by Asma Nadia has an idea or idea that conveys women’s struggles in facing the problem of Gender, leading to the characterization of female heritage. With their weaknesses, the character of independence has been embedded in them so that they are able to deal with the phenomenon of gender justice that occurs in the community in various areas of life, such as social, economic, educational, cultural and religious fields.Using the method of gender analysis, ie the differences between men and women in roles, functions, rights, responsibilities, and behaviors that are shaped by the social, cultural and cultural values of the research community groups that will be undertaken in the novel Love Sparks in Korea by Asma Nadia, aims to find some quotes that show the character of independence education for women. This research is research library or library research that is qualitative. The intended literature research is to make library materials in the form of books, scientific magazines, documents and other materials that can be used as a source of reference in research. This study also uses a literary approach to gender literature using feminist literary criticism.The results of this study indicate that the independence character education for women in Love’s novel Love Sparks in Korea by Asma Nadia is found in several female characters in the novel which is able to have the character of politics independence independence, education independence, cultural independence and religious independence. The education of women’s independence character in the female characters of Love Sparks in Korea novel by Asma Nadia has relevance to Islamic Religious Education material in SMA / SMK / MA 2013 curriculum in everyday life. The value of Islamic Education should be applied in everyday life, especially Faith and Taqwa of Muslim women today, because a Muslim woman is required to be a smart, independent, creative woman and always keep her faith and devotion to face modern life.

Abstract

Maraknya permasalahan sosial, pendidikan dan ekonomi yang terjadi di kalangan masyarakat Indonesia tak terkecuali di Kampung Sri Rahayu, menimbulkan dampak yang negatif. Salah satunya yaitu munculnya anak jalanan yang perlu diperhatikan oleh masyarakat dan pemerintah. Kondisi anak jalanan yang cukup memprihatinkan dengan banyak masalah yang serius, seperti, putus sekolah, rentan pergaulan bebas, dan degredasi moral.Tujuan penulisan ini yakni, mengkaji kembali problematika yang dialami anak jalanan di Kampung Sri Rahayu, Kelurahan Karang Klesem Kecamatan Purwokerto selatan kabupaten Banyumas. Konsep tulisan ini terfokus pada solusi yang ditawarkan oleh mahasiswa IAIN Purwokerto dalam memberdayakan anak jalanan di Kampung Sri Rahayu melalui skema revolusi mental dan SDGs 2030 yang telah memperlihatkan bebrapa hasil dalam pemberdayaan Psikoso-sosial, pendidikan dan kemandirian ekonomi anak jalanan. Metode penulisan ini adalah deskriptif dan analitif. Hasil pengamatan dan analisis didasarkan pada observasi yang dilakukan di Kampung Sri Rahayu, Kelurahan Karang Klesem Kecamatan Purwoerto Selatan Kabupaten Banyumas, dokumentasi, wawancara serta studi kepustakaan terhadap kondisi anak jalanan di Kampung Sri Rahayu.

Abstract

Sebagai makhluk sosial manusia tidak dapat hidup sendiri dan memerlukan penopang hidup berupa masyarakat. Setiap masyarakat tempat hidup manusia memiliki pandangan ideal bersama untuk diperjuangkan dan direalisasikan bersama. Pandangan ideal inilah yang kemudian menyatukan semua elemen masyarakat dalam kegiatan berorganisasi, dimana posisi pemimpin dan kepemimpinan menjadi sangat vital dalam konteks ini. Selain sebagai simbol dan manifestasi dari tujuan bersama, pemimpin juga merupakan salah satu bagian penting dari ajaran Islam. Apabila ditarik kedalam konteks pendidikan Islam akan menjadi menarik dan sangat penting dibahas karena pendidikan Islam merupakan lingkungan sosial yang memiliki peran penting bagi masa depan sosial juga. Dalam tulisan ini akan diulas mengenai kualifikasi kepemimpinan dalam ranah pendidikan formal, nonformal dan informal dalam pendidikan Islam di mana perbedaan mendasar dalam kualifikasi pemimpin formal dan pemimpin sosial antar lain : kemampuan manajerial, kualifikasi pendidikan, keterampilan teknis, penampilan dan kharisma. Perbedaan kualifikasi ini terjadi karena perbedaan wilayah kerja, wewnang dan tanggungjawab yang juga berbeda.

Abstract

This study examines the social interactions of the Tarbiyatul Qur’an al- Waro Islamic boarding school with the community around the lodge in Karangpandan, Juwiring, Klaten. This research is a qualitative research using descriptive methods. Data taken based on observation, interviews, and documentation. Data is then described and analyzed. This study focuses on social interaction in the community around the Tarbiyatul Qur’an al-Waro Islamic boarding school. This study found that the social interaction of the Tarbiyatul Qur’an al-Waro Islamic boarding school with the Karangpandan Village community was very good. And the community plays a role and fully contributes to every activity carried out by Islamic boarding schools both financially and powerfully.
