Abstract

This study aims to implement an integrated learning model in an effort to improve student learning outcomes. Another research objective is to determine the impact of the implementation of the integration learning model on student creativity. The research method used is quasi-experimental. Collecting data through a questionnaire to capture the impact of learning and the impact of the implementation of the integration model accompaniment. To see the learning outcomes used tests. To see the condition of higher learning outcomes used t test. The results showed that student learning outcomes using the integration learning model were higher when compared to student learning outcomes using the expository learning model which included conducting experiments in the workshop. The impact of the implementation of the integration learning model is that there is an increase in learning outcomes, besides the accompanying impact is the growth of creativity, selfdetermination, and student motivation in producing innovative products based on the specifications of the study program they choose.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of applying contextual learning on students’ learning motivation and critical thinking. The subjects of this study were 5th grade students of Muhammadiyah elementary school 2 Tulangan Sidoarjo with Social Sciences subjects on the geographical characteristics of Indonesia. The research method used was a quasi-experimental research (quasi-experiment) with a pretest and post-test control group design. The data collection technique was done by random samping, namely class 5A as the experimental group and class 5B as the coontrol group. The instruments used include observation sheets, motivasion questionnaires, and pretest-post-test questions. Data were analyzed by independent t test. The results of this study were that the application of contextual learning has an effect on increasing learning motivation for the experimental group with an average of 36.27 and the control group with an average of 36.23. It also improved critical thinking with an average of 97.23 in the experimental group and an average of 94.83 in the control group. Through the independent t test, a significance value of 0.000 > 0.05 was been obtained. Thus, the application of contextual learning could significantly affect the learning motivation and critical thinking of fifth grade students of Muhammadiyah elementary school 2 Tulangan Sidoarjo.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in learning outcomes of throwing in softball games using learning variations using targets. The subjects in this study were students of class VII SMP Kartika I-I Medan, totaling 32 students. The type of research used is classroom action research. To obtain the data in this study, a test of learning outcomes I and a test of learning outcomes II were carried out in the form of the application of basic throwing techniques in a softball game in two meetings. After the data is collected and analyzed, the following results are obtained: (1) In the first cycle after the first learning outcomes test, it can be seen that of the 32 students who were the subjects in this study, it turned out that only 19 students (59.38%) already had complete learning, while the remaining 13 students (40.62%) did not yet have complete learning. The average value obtained only reached 73.34. (2) In the second cycle, it can be seen that 27 students (84.38%) complete the course and already have mastery learning, while the remaining 5 students (15.62%) do not yet have mastery learning. The average value obtained reached 80.09. Based on this, it can be concluded that there is an increase in learning outcomes of throwing in softball games using learning variations using targets in class VII students of SMP Kartika I-I Medan.

Abstract

The 21st century is an era of digitalization that affects the character of children in their development and growth. The teacher is still monotonous and has not been innovative in using learning media, the teacher has not used videos that present problems according to the learning material, so students tend to be passive and less interested in participating in learning so that it affects the learning outcomes of Civics for fourth grade students at SD Negeri 101927 Sekip, Lubuk Pakam District . In delivering the material on the rights and obligations of food to fourth grade students, videos are needed that are in accordance with the material so that students are more active, interested and able to understand and improve student learning outcomes. The media used in the material is a video regarding the rights and obligations of appropriate plants. This is done in accordance with constructivist learning theory, which is to build interest and understanding of students to be more active in participating in learning. Students are more interested if the media is presented in audio-visual form such as videos from YouTube that are in accordance with the learning material. In several previous studies it was stated that the use of Information Technology-based media is one step that can increase student interest and learning outcomes. Therefore, teachers are expected to use YouTube-assisted learning media in order to increase interest and learning outcomes for fourth grade Civics at SD Negeri 101927 Sekip, Lubuk Pakam District.

Abstract

This research was conducted on children in Group B of TK Negeri 1 Air Merah for the academic year 2021/2022. According to the results of observations that the learning scores of children in Group B in recognizing the objects around them are very low. The purpose of this study is to describe learning outcomes using Color Lotto teaching aids. The method used is a descriptive method with the type of Classroom Action Research (CAR), each cycle begins with planning, observation, action, and reflection. The results showed that in Cycle I there were 2 meetings. Meeting 1 consisting of 11 children, the number of children who have not developed there are 2 children (18%), children who are starting to develop are 8 children (73%), children who are developing according to expectations are 1 child (9%) and are still developing very well. there isn't any yet. Meanwhile, at meeting 2, there were 7 children (64%), 4 children (36) who had not developed yet, and 4 children (36) who had developed very well. Learning outcomes in Cycle II there are 2 meetings. Meeting 1 consisting of 11 children, the number of children who have not developed yet, children who are starting to develop there are 3 children (27%), children who are developing as expected there are 6 children (55%) and very well developed as much as 2 (18%) . While at the second meeting the number of children who had not developed was not there, there were 2 children who began to develop (18%), 6 children who developed as expected (55%) and 3 children who developed very well (27%). Thus, it can be concluded that using a color lotto can improve learning outcomes in the material about recognizing the color of surrounding objects in TK Negeri 1 Air Merah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of the use of the play learning method on the Mathematics Learning Outcomes of Students in grade III SD Negeri 10 Sigaol Simbolon. The population is 20 people, while the data collection technique determined by the author is to use total sampling. This study uses a descriptive method. The data collected was analyzed in two ways, first descriptive analysis, which is to provide an overview/general influence of the two variables. The second stage is with inferential analysis to test the hypothesis proposed by using the Product Moment formula by Pearson, namely: Thus, the results of data analysis obtained tcount = 2.33 while ttable = 1.68 with a significance level of 5%. It turns out that tcount is greater than ttable, namely (3.33 1.68). This means that the alternative hypothesis is accepted as true. This means that there is a significant influence between the use of the play learning method on student learning outcomes in the subject matter of fractions in class III SD Negeri 10 Sigaol Simbolon

Abstract

The use of the demonstration method is expected to increase student activity in the teaching and learning process so that in the teaching and learning process teaching and learning activities do not occur saturation, thus students will be physically, emotionally and intellectually involved which in turn is expected to change the concept of objects taught by the teacher can be understood by the teacher. Students The problems to be studied in this research are: (a) How is the improvement of science learning achievement by applying the demonstration method? (b) How is the effect of the demonstration method on student learning activities? While the objectives of this research are: (a) Want to know the increase in student achievement after the implementation of the demonstration method. (b) Want to know the effect of student learning activities after the demonstration method is applied. This research uses three cycles of action research. Each round consists of four stages, namely: design, activities and observations, reflection, and revision. The target of this research is Class VI students of SDN 6 Sideak, Palipi District, Samosir Regency for the 2020/2021 Academic Year. The data obtained in the form of formative test results, observation sheets of teaching and learning activities. From the results of the analysis, it was found that student learning achievement increased from cycle I to cycle III, namely, cycle I (66.67%), cycle II (76.19%), cycle III (90.00%). The conclusion of this study is that learning with the demonstration method can have a positive effect on student achievement and learning activities at SD Negeri 6 Sideak, Palipi District, Samosir Regency and this learning model can be used as an alternative learning Natural Sciences

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low motivation and learning outcomes of fifth graders in Civics learning. The cause of the problem is the lack of creativity and innovation of teachers in learning. The make a match learning model is good to use when the teacher wants students' creativity and increases student learning motivation so that student learning outcomes can be optimal and learning becomes more effective. This research is a classroom action research to improve the learning outcomes of teacher reflection. The results showed that before being given the action (pre-cycle) the average student learning outcomes were 62 or 16.7%, after the first cycle was applied with the Make A Match Cooperative Learning Model, the average student learning outcomes increased to 78 or 66.7% of students who completed in learning, and then increased to an average of 86 after the second cycle was carried out so that as many as 96.7% of students finished learning. Then it is proven that there is an effect of the make a match learning model on the motivation and learning outcomes of fifth graders at SD Negeri 056587 Pantai Sampah in the Civics subject matter of Rights and Obligations for the academic year 2021/2022.

Abstract

This research was conducted on sixth grade students of SD Negeri 11 Pekan Tolan in the 2021/2022 academic year. According to the results of observations that grade VI students' learning scores on Theme 4 Globalization are very low. The purpose of this study was to describe learning outcomes using the role playing method. The method used is a descriptive method with the type of Classroom Action Research (CAR), each cycle begins with planning, observation, action, and reflection. of 67.19, and the average class in cycle 2 is 75.00. This proves that the average pre-cycle compared to cycle 1 has increased by 10.40, while the class average between cycle 1 compared to cycle 2 is 7.81. The percentage of completeness in the pre-cycle was 56%, the first cycle was 71.86%, the second cycle was 87.50%. This means that between pre-cycle compared to cycle 2, there was an increase of 15.61%, while completeness in cycle 1 compared to cycle 2 was 15.64%. The number of students who completed according to the KKM in the pre-cycle were 17 people, in cycle 1 as many as 23 people, and in cycle 2 as many as 28 people. this experienced an increase in completeness between the pre-cycle compared to the additional cycle as many as 6 people, and an increase in completeness between cycle 1 compared to cycle 2 as many as 5 people

Abstract

reading is the most important aspect of learning. One of Indonesian literary works is poetry. Based on the researcher's initial observations, poetry reading skills in fifth grade students are still low. To improve poetry reading skills need the right media. Audiovisual media is an electronic device that can display moving images and audio at the same time in an attractive appearance. This research is an action research as a learning step. The stages of action research are planning, implementation, action, and reflection. The learning improvement actions were carried out in two cycles. The learning outcomes from the improvement of the first cycle were an average of 50% and the second cycle improvement with the increase showed an average of 24.7% with an average value of 78.4%. This shows that audiovisual media can improve learning outcomes in poetry reading skills for class V SDN 10 Ulu Mahuam.
