Jurnal Tematik merupakan media komunikasi para akademisi, guru dan pemerhati dunia pendidikan dalam perspektif kependidikan. Jurnal tematik merupakan hasil penelitian, refleksi dan kajian kritis yang aktual berkenaan dengan tema-tema pendidikan, seperti kebijakan atau regulasi pendidikan, kurikulum, inovasi pembelajaran (kajian materi, pendekatan, model, metode, media dan evaluasi belajar) dalam ruang lingkup pendidikan dasar. Terbit tiga kali dalam setahun yakni April, Agustus dan Desember. Terbit pertama kali untuk edisi April 2012. Jurnal Tematik adalah jurnal berkala ilmiah berisi tulisan yang diangkat dari hasil penelitian pendidikan dasar pada fokus aspek-aspek yang berkaitan dengan kependidikan. Jurnal tematik merupakan jurnal nasional bermitra bestari yang diterbitkan tiga kali setahun dalam bentuk cetak dan online oleh Program Studi Pendidikan Dasar Pascasarjana, Universitas Negeri Medan, Indonesia. Pernyataan ini menjelaskan perilaku etis seluruh pihak yang terlibat dalam penerbitan artikel dalam Jurnal Tematik, termasuk penulis, dewan penyunting, mitra bestari, dan penerbit. Abstract

Penelitian ini mencoba menjelaskan kecerdasan majemuk yang hilang dari kegiatan pembelajaran dalam buku tema siswa kurikulum 2013 dan untuk mengkarakterisasi kecerdasan majemuk yang ada dalam kegiatan tersebut. Penelitian yang dilakukan untuk penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dan dilakukan di perpustakaan. Berbagai informasi dikumpulkan dari berbagai buku, jurnal, dan artikel. Menurut temuan penyelidikan para peneliti, siswa kelas satu Sekolah Dasar tema 1 tentang "Diriku" umumnya telah mengembangkan kedelapan kecerdasan melalui kegiatan belajar yang ditemukan dalam buku tematik siswa. Kecerdasan berbasis bahasa, kecerdasan matematis-logis, kecerdasan musikal, kecerdasan interpersonal, kecerdasan interpersonal, dan kecerdasan kinestetik hanyalah beberapa dari sekian banyak kecerdasan yang sering diwakili dalam setiap kegiatan pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the ability of students in learning sound material in science subjects and students' learning difficulties in sound material in science subjects and the factors that cause student learning difficulties. This research was conducted in the fifth grade of SD Negeri 046577 Munte for the 2020/2021 academic year. The population of this study were students of class V and the sample of this study were all students of Class V, totaling 25 people. The instruments of this research are tests and interviews. Descriptive and qualitative data analysis techniques. Based on the results of the tests in the study, it was found that the students' ability to work on the sound material and their propagation average value of 63.2 was included in the criteria of underprivileged with difficulty working on question number 1, namely writing down the meaning of sound with a percentage of difficulty 60 (%) or included in the criteria. enough, in question number 2, which is to write down the meaning of the characteristics of sound with a difficulty percentage of 40 (%) or fall into the low criteria, in question number 3, which is to explain 5 causes of sound with a difficulty percentage of 64 (%) or enter into high criteria, in question number 4, which is to explain the propagation of sound through the medium of solids, liquids, and gases with a percentage of difficulty 72(%) or in the high criteria, in question number 5 explain why sound travels faster through solids with a percentage of 84(%) ) or fall into the very high criteria. The factors that cause student difficulties are students who do not understand the sound material and its propagation because they are not interested in learning it and never repeat the science lesson on sound material.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the learning barriers to students' numeracy skills based on aspects of socio-mathematical norms. This type of research is a case study with a qualitative approach. The subjects of this research are fourth-grade students of SDS Islam Assa'adah, East Jakarta, for the academic year 2021“2022. Data collection techniques used in this research include tests and interview techniques. The results showed that students' numeracy skills were more dominant at the moderate level with a percentage of 50% and socio-mathematical norms were also more dominant at the medium level category with a percentage of 64%. The test results were then validated by interviewing a group of six students with varying levels of ability.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui refleksi diri mahasiswa mengenai pembelajaran pada kurikulum merdeka berdasarkan video filosofi pendidikan Ki Hajar Dewantara. Penelitian ini didesaian dengan dekriptif kualitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris sebanyak 34 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket dengan pertanyaan tertutup dan terbuka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) sebanyak 16 mahasiswa (47,1%) merespon video dengan perasaan sangat senang dan 18 mahasiswa (52,9%) merespon senang serta tidak seorang pun merespon tidak senang ataupun sangat tidak senang; 2) sebanyak 16 mahasiswa (47,1%) merespon penyajian video dengan sangat baik dan sebanyak 18 mahasiswa (52,9%) merespon baik serta tidak seorang pun merespon tidak setuju ataupun sangat tidak setuju; 3) mahasiswa menyadari bahwa guru harus mengenali peserta didiknya masing-masing sehingga dapat diketahui cara yang terbaik dalam  membelajarkannya; 4) mahasiswa mengemukakan gagasan bahwa setiap peserta didik tidak dapat disamakan dikarenakan memiliki keunikan masing-masing; 5) seluruh mahasiswa (34 orang) memiliki rasa optimis dalam memberikan perubahan dengan pembelajaran berpusat pada peserta didik; dan 6) mahasiswa memiliki rencana tindak lanjut yang positif gun amendukung perannya sebagai guru terutama dalam memahami karakteristik peserta didik masing-masing.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Group Counseling Services with a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Approach to Gen Z on Dating Behavior. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. This type of research is Quasi Experimental using One Group Design Pre-Test and Post-Test. The subjects in this study were 6 students of grade X who had high dating behavior scores. The instrument used was a dating behavior scale. The instrument was given before and after the implementation of group counseling services. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test to see whether there was a significant effect of providing group counseling services with a cognitive behavioral therapy approach on dating behavior in students. The results of the analysis showed that the initial results (pre-test) in the experimental group obtained an average of 173.33 while the post-test data obtained an average of 95.66. The results of the hypothesis analysis show that the Wilcoxon rank test obtained Jhitung = 3 while Jtabel = 0. Jhitung > Jtabel where 3 > 0, from this calculation it can be seen that the treatment in the experimental group means that the hypothesis that states there is a significant influence of providing group counseling services using the cognitive behavioral therapy approach on dating behavior in gen z can be accepted. The conclusion of the study is that there is a significant influence of providing group counseling services through the cognitive behavioral therapy approach on dating behavior.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between learning styles and English learning outcomes of fifth grade students of State Elementary School 060967 Medan Belawan. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. This type of research is correlational. The subjects of this study were fifth grade students at State Elementary School 060967 Medan Belawan, totaling 34 students with random sampling technique. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the conditions for the hypothesis to be accepted based on the Product Moment correlation test are if thitung > ttabel, thitung = 0.486 and t table = 0.348, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Students with visual learning styles are 18 people (52.94%), auditory learning styles are 8 people (23.52%), kinesthetic learning styles are 5 people (14.70%), visual auditory learning styles are 1 person (2.94%), and visual kinesthetic learning styles are 1 person (2.94%). Thus, it can be said that the learning styles and English learning outcomes of class V of SD Negeri 060967 Medan Belawan have a relationship (correlation).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model on the critical thinking skills of fifth-grade students in the topic of plane figures at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Babat. The method used is quantitative with a pretest-posttest control group design. The sample consists of 44 students divided into two classes: an experimental class that received the PBL treatment and a control class that used a conventional learning model. The research instrument was an essay test based on critical thinking indicators, namely: interpretation, analysis, evaluation, and inference. The results of the data analysis using a t-test showed that there was a significant difference between the posttest results of the experimental and control classes. This finding proves that the PBL learning model has a positive effect on improving students' critical thinking skills. Therefore, PBL can be used as an alternative learning strategy to enhance students' critical thinking abilities in mathematics, particularly in the subject of plane figures.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of interactive multimedia base on articulate storyline 3 on student learning outcomes in elementary schools. This study uses quantitative research with a quasi-experimental method of the non-equivalent control group type. The samples used were class IV A and class IV B, each consisting of 15 students. Data coloction techniques ised were validation, observation and cognitive earning outcome tests. While the collected data were analyzed in two ways, namely prerequisite test were used to ensure the feasibility of the data including normality tests and homogeneity test. Hypothesis testing was used to determine the effect of independent variables on dependent variables using independent sample t-tests. Thus, the results show that the average value of the experimental class is higher than the control class in all three domains of learning outcomes. The t-test produces a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000 (<0.05), which indicates a significant change in the use of interactive multimedia based on articulate storyline 3 on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of Augmented Reality media in improving the critical thinking skills of fourth-grade students in IPAS subjects in elementary schools. This study uses the Research and Development method with the ADDIE model, which has five stages, namely analyze, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The study employed a Control Group Pretest-Posttest design with fourth-grade students at Muhammadiyah 1 Ngimbang Lamongan Elementary School. Data analysis was conducted through prerequisite tests and hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate that: (1) The Augmented Reality learning media was found to be highly valid based on the validation results: media experts 3.80, design 3.84, content 3.86, and learning devices 3.80. (2) The media is considered practical based on student responses in small-group trials (3.46), large-group trials (3.57), and student activities (3.22 and 3.55). (3) The media is also effective, as evidenced by the T-test (0.000) and N-Gain scores of 40.62% (experimental class) and 68.09% (control class). It is concluded that Augmented Reality media can enhance elementary school students' critical thinking skills.

Abstract

This study aims to develop digital comic media based on local wisdom that is valid and feasible to use in learning Indonesian in elementary schools. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) development model. The research subjects in this study were fifth grade students of SDN 2 Tambakrigadung. The instruments used include media expert validation sheets and material validation sheets as well as student response questionnaires and student activity questionnaires. The results showed: (1) material expert validation obtained an average score of 3.78 which is classified as very valid and media expert validation obtained an average score of 3.83 which is also classified as very valid. (2) the student response questionnaire obtained an average score of 3.61 with a very good category, while the student activity questionnaire obtained an average score of 3.80 with a very good category. Based on these results, it can be concluded that digital comic media based on local wisdom is valid and feasible to use in learning Indonesian in elementary schools.
