Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) on the performance of Supply Chain Management (SCM) at PT Latinusa Tbk. The sample used in this study was 100 respondents using a sampling technique in the form of random sampling. The instrument used to collect data is a list of questionnaires in the form of Likert model scale and arranged based on the constructs of various theories. The analytical model used in this study is Descriptive Analysis, Analysis of Structural Equation Model (SEM) with AMOS programs. The results showed that ERP implementation consisting of operational, tactical and strategic benefits had a significant effect on SCM's performance consisting of internal business, external business, customer service, and in cost management of PT. Latinusa Tbk. This can be interpreted, if the ERP implementation has increased, the performance of SCM will also increase.

Abstract

Service quality, although intangible, remains crucial, so this study aims to find out student satisfaction index numbers and attributes that need to be followed up to improve the quality of service. The sample of 337 students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Maria Kudus who were still active. The method used is the Importance-Performance Analysis approach. The results of this study prove that students have felt satisfied with the services provided.

Abstract

Performance measurement of public sector employees that are oriented to results (output) is not just assessment (input) and (output) only, the process of discussing progress related to the achievement of predetermined goals and objectives so that this study aims to improve employment relations of employee performance. This study is a descriptive study using data statistics derived from primary data. The method used in this study is descriptive statistics. The sample in this study amounted to 64 respondents. This research was conducted at Simed Prakarsa Indonesia. The results of the study show that the work rotation system that has been done well for the level of organizational performance is also in the good category, with a level of achievement at the level of closeness.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance on firm value. Data collection was carried out from 2012 until 2017. This study analyzed the effect of financial performance which is proxied by 3 (three) independent variables, namely quick ratio, Return on Assets (ROA), Debt to Total Assets Ratio to Price Book Value (PBV) for companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). The data analysis technique used in this study is using panel data regression. The results of this study are independent variables profitability and solvency ratios have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable in the form of firm value as measured by Price to Book Value (PBV). While the independent variable liquidity ratio measured by the quick ratio has no influence on the value of the company

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of job demands, job resources and career adaptability on turnover intention among palm oil field assistant. Employee needs to balance demands (eg. job overload) and resources, in order to reduce stress and turnover intention. Resources can be divided into job resources (eg. job security, organization support, growth opportunities and advancement) and personal resources (eg. career adaptability). This study used structural equation modeling (SEM) with AMOS. Result indicates positive influence of job demands and negative influence of both job resources and career adaptability on turnover intention. However, career adaptability also show mediating effect in the relationship between job demands and job resources with turnover intention.

Abstract

Reflecting on netizen lifestyle and shifting behavior phenomena in e-commerce platform, this study appoints to examine the influence of lifestyle (Price-oriented, Net-Oriented, Time-Oriented, Innovative) toward e-ticket purchasing decisions in Tiket.com. A total sample of 102 respondent was stipulated refer to purposive sampling technique criterion. To measure the significance of the predictors variable, SEM (Structural Equation Model) – PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis was applied. The outcome show that Price-oriented and Time-oriented Lifestyle has no significant impact on online purchasing decision in Tiket.com and is contradict with the findings from prior research. The implications of the results are expected to enrich future studies and develop e-commerce strategies in Indonesia

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and satisfaction on employee performance with motivation as an intervening variable. The sample used was 100 respondents. Data collection method using questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used in this study is Path analysis. The results of this study prove that there is a significant influence between employee performance and leadership, leadership with satisfaction, leadership with work motivation, satisfaction with work motivation, employee performance with satisfaction, employee performance with work motivation. Path analysis shows leadership, satisfaction, and work motivation influences changes in employee performance variables.

Abstract

This study aims to prove the effect of Work-Life Balance and work stress on turnover intention mediated by job satisfaction of Bank Syariah Account Officers in Medan. The location of this research is in the city of Medan with the subject of research is the Sharia Bank in the city of Medan, the population of this study amounted to 150 Account Officers, with sampling techniques using Probability Sampling with simple random sampling techniques, determining the sample using the Slovin formula. Data analysis techniques in this study used path analysis. The research results partially showed that Work-life balance and work stress had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, Work-life balance and work stress had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, job satisfaction had a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Work-life balance directly influences turnover intention without going through job satisfaction, job satisfaction is not an intervening variable, Job stress has a direct effect on turnover intention without going through job satisfaction, job satisfaction is not an intervening variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of product differentiation and emotional value on consumer loyalty in Lazada Indonesia. The sample in this study amounted to 150 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia with purposive sampling as a sampling technique. They are students who shop online more than twice at Lazada. Partially product differentiation has no effect on student loyalty, emotional value has a significant effect on student loyalty. Simultaneously product differentiation and emotional value simultaneously have a significant influence on student loyalty to Lazada Indonesia, the ability of product differentiation and emotional value to explain student loyalty to Lazada Indonesia is very limited.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of  market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation on performance  marketing on culinary small and medium enterpreses (SMEs) in Ciganjur region, South Jakarta. The  purpose of  this research  was carried   out to: (1) determine  the influence  of market  orientation  on performance  marketing; (2) determine the influence  of  entrepreneurial   orientation  effect  on performance  marketing. With descriptive quantitative approach, the sampling  techniques used in this research is total population sampling. The primary data are obtained through questionnaires to the 44 respondents of SMEs culinary  registered in  Ciganjur, South  Jakarta. The tool  used to analyze the data in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0. The results obtained: (1) market orientation significantly influence the SMEs  culinary’s marketing performance; (2) entrepreneurial orientation does not influence  the SMEs culinary’s marketing performance.
