Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam administrasi sekolah telah menjadi suatu kebutuhan mendesak untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas layanan pendidikan. Artikel ini membahas penerapan strategi inovatif dalam digitalisasi sistem administrasi sekolah sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan excellent service kepada siswa, orang tua, dan staf. Melalui pemanfaatan teknologi digital sekolah dapat mempercepat proses administrasi, meningkatkan transparansi, serta mempermudah akses informasi bagi seluruh pemangku kepentingan. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi dalam implementasi digitalisasi, termasuk kesiapan sumber daya manusia dan infrastruktur, Dengan demikian, transformasi digital tidak hanya meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, tetapi juga memperkuat hubungan antara sekolah dan komunitasnya, memberikan pengalaman layanan yang lebih baik, dan mendukung pencapaian tujuan pendidikan yang lebih optimal. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi lembaga pendidikan dalam merancang strategi digital yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan memenuhi harapan pengguna di era digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Informan dari penelitian ini yakni kepala sekolah, operator, komite sekolah, tenaga administrasi dan bendahara lembaga. dalam penelitian ini memberikan hasil bahwa dengan adanya inovasi digital dapat meningkatkan layanan prima yang ada disekolah dan sjuga dapat memberikan citra yang baik terhadap sekolah

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of decision-making in improving school performance, focusing on a case study at SMP Negeri 2 Kepahiang. In the context of educational management, participatory decision-making processes are considered capable of creating a conducive school climate and encouraging student achievement. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method. The research subjects include the principal, teachers, administrative staff, and the school committee. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observations in the school environment, and documentation studies of policies and programs implemented. The findings indicate that the involvement of all school elements in decision-making has a positive impact on school performance, particularly in academic achievement, student discipline, and parental satisfaction. Various programs such as teacher training, strengthened counseling services, and improved learning facilities have proven to enhance the quality of education. Additionally, support from the school committee and parents has increased significantly when they are actively involved in strategic decision-making processes. These findings highlight the importance of collaboration and transparency in school management to achieve educational goals more effectively.

Abstract

Di tengah tantangan degradasi moral pada anak dan remaja, pendidikan agama Islam berperan penting dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai etika. Melalui praktik Qailulah, yang merupakan sunnah Nabi Muhammad SAW, siswa tidak hanya mendapatkan manfaat fisik tetapi juga spiritual. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, melibatkan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Qailulah berkontribusi positif terhadap kualitas belajar siswa, meningkatkan disiplin, dan membantu pembentukan karakter yang baik. Kata kunci : qailulah, pendidikan karakter, akhlak.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of the merit system in the career development of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in Sinjai Regency, identify structural and cultural barriers, and formulate strategic recommendations. Using a descriptive-interpretive qualitative approach, data were collected through semistructured interviews with echelon III-IV structural officials, participatory observation, and analysis of policy documents and performance reports. The results of the study show that the merit system in Sinjai has been implemented based on three pillars of qualifications, competence, and performance but is still partial. Only 2.3% of the 4,561 ASN (especially echelon II) have their competencies validated, while echelon IV and functional positions have not been touched by the assessment due to the absence of local assessment centers and the limited number of certified assessors. The main challenges include low budget allocation (5% for training), disparities in understanding of the merit system among employees, and lack of transparency in promotion decision-making. However, this system managed to reduce 40% of nepotism complaints (2021–2023) and increase the public health service satisfaction index by 15%. The discussion underlined the urgency of strengthening structural policies, such as the Sinjai Regent Regulation No. X/2023 for standardization of promotion criteria, collaboration with universities in the preparation of assessment instruments, and the use of realistic simulation-based assessment centers. Recommendations include budget increases, multilevel socialization, and the formation of an independent oversight team. These findings confirm that the success of the merit system at the district level requires integration between political leadership, supporting infrastructure, and merit-based work culture change. This research contributes to the literature on regional civil service governance by highlighting the unique dynamics of meritocracy implementation in the local context.

Abstract

This study was conducted to find concrete innovations in the leadership of the madrasah principal in improving the quality of education at MTs N 9 Bantul. The quality of education is the main part that is applied in Islamic educational institutions in order to achieve good quality education. The madrasah principal is the main driver in the madrasah in achieving the goal of quality education. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research type. Data collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation with the Madrasah Principal and the Deputy Madrasah Principal for student affairs. The results of this study indicate that the innovation of the madrasah principal's leadership in improving the quality of education in the 5.0 era can be found in the implementation of nine (9) superior programs, namely (1) Madrasah Achievement Activities (GSM) (2) Masamba Literacy Movement (GLM) (3) Sadam (Sadar Adiwijaya Masamba), (4) ODOT (One Day One Thousand), (5) PUTIH (Publication Tiada Henti) (6) Saturday Masemba Dhikr (SMB) (7) JUMARIA (Cheerful Friday) (8) FORSIMBA ( Synergy Forum) Committee , Community, and Masemba ) (9) Parent, Teacher and Student Study Group (PGS) . Furthermore, the second finding is the existence of partnerships and collaborations that will facilitate cooperation both within the internal and external scope of the organization to support the ongoing running of the madrasah program. Then, the third finding is the empowerment of educators and education personnel so that students will find it easier to understand the material given by students.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a model of Educational Play Tools (APE) in the form of Saronde Finger Dolls based on local culture to improve early childhood language skills in Kindergarten of Kwandang District, North Gorontalo Regency. The method used is research and development with a mix-method approach, which combines qualitative and quantitative data. Model development is carried out through several stages, ranging from identification of potentials and problems, product design, expert validation, design revision, to trials limited to 30 kindergarten children. The validation results from material and media experts show that the developed APE is included in the category of very valid. The limited trial showed a significant improvement in children's language skills, with an average pre-test score of 62.3 and a post-test of 83.5. The results of the paired sample t-test analysis showed a calculated t value of 20.27, greater than the t table of 2.045 (α = 0.05), which means that there was a significant difference before and after the use of the model. These findings are supported by observational and interview data that show an increase in children's interest, participation, and courage in communicating. This model is considered effective, contextual, and has the potential to strengthen the preservation of local culture in learning

Abstract

This research aims to develop differentiated teaching modules based on learning communities to improve student learning outcomes. The research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE development model which includes five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The approach used is a mix-method, which is a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches. The results of the study show that the teaching modules developed have gone through a validation process by material and media experts with "very feasible" results. The implementation of the module in the experimental classroom for four weeks showed a significant improvement in student learning outcomes compared to the control class. The involvement of the learning community (teachers, students, and parents) in the process of developing and implementing the modules also plays an important role in creating a collaborative learning environment, responsive to student needs, and encouraging active involvement in learning. Thus, community-based differentiated teaching modules are effectively implemented as a solution to accommodate student diversity in learning and can improve the quality of education as a whole.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen Program Talenta di MTsN 2 Medan sebagai upaya pengembangan potensi peserta didik di luar aspek akademik. Program Talenta dirancang untuk menampung dan mengembangkan minat serta bakat siswa melalui kegiatan non-akademik yang bersifat kreatif dan kolaboratif, seperti musikalisasi puisi, seni pertunjukan, dan demonstrasi keterampilan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan program dilakukan melalui lima fungsi manajemen, diantaranya: perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan, koordinasi, dan pengawasan, dengan keterlibatan aktif kepala madrasah, wakil kepala madrasah, guru, wali kelas, dan peserta didik. Program ini terbukti mampu meningkatkan kepercayaan diri, motivasi, serta keterampilan sosial siswa, sekaligus memperkuat nilai karakter dan soft skills. Keberhasilan Program Talenta dipengaruhi oleh penerapan manajemen yang sistematis, kolaboratif, serta berbasis nilai-nilai keagamaan dan pendekatan humanis. Oleh karena itu, program ini menjadi strategi efektif dalam menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang holistik, inklusif, dan berdaya saing.

Abstract

This study examines the role of Islamic universities in Indonesia in addressing global issues. This study describes the implementation of the Religious Moderation program at three Islamic universities, namely UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, and Universitas Islam Internasional Indonesia (UIII). The three universities have special programs related to Religious Moderation in responding to global socio-religious issues. This study employs a qualitative approach, namely literature review, sources from university and government websites. The results of this study indicate that: First, Islamic universities play an important role in disseminating the values of Religious Moderation because they are supported by constitutional, contextual, and institutional factors. Second, the strategies implemented by Islamic universities include integrating the values of Religious Moderation into the learning process, research, community service, institutionalization of Religious Moderation, international scholarship programs, and international cooperation. Third, the challenges faced by Islamic universities, namely ideological, political, social, and economic contestation, locally, nationally, and globally. The results of this study can serve as a reference for government agencies and educational institutions in formulating policies and work programs related to the implementation of Religious Moderation in responding to global socio-religious challenges.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the decline in honesty and trustworthiness in digital business practices and emphasize the relevance of the Prophet Muhammad's (PBUH) exemplary conduct as a foundation for business ethics. The research method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with a library research approach, through the collection and analysis of secondary data from journals, books, research reports, and trusted academic sources relevant to Islamic business ethics. The results of the study indicate that the digital era presents a shift in business orientation towards instant profits, thereby eroding the values of honesty and trustworthiness, which are reflected in advertising practices, review manipulation, exploitation and commodification of personal data, non-transparent algorithms, and unethical competition based on attention competition. Weak direct interaction, minimal digital literacy, and algorithmic systems that prioritize engagement. This study also found that digital trustworthiness has undergone a transformation in meaning from merely fulfilling promises to systemic responsibility, the use of technology, algorithm transparency, and business model integrity. The conclusion of the study emphasizes that strengthening ethics is not only moral-individual, but also systemic by using the Prophet Muhammad's (PBUH) exemplary conduct as a business operational framework that emphasizes proactive transparency, ethical consent, digital ethics education, and sharia-based regulations. The structural integration of sidq and amanah values ​​in digital is considered capable of creating businesses that are not only economically profitable, but also fair, sustainable, and blessed.
